Best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a smoke shop the owners are very friendly and engage in conversation. The owners and employees remember you as well. Their employee Shakira is amazing if you have trouble knowing what to get she is good at recommending the best vapes and karts I’ve never gotten a bad vape with her recommendation.

Best shop in Pompano!! Merch, stickers, etcc... whatever you want, they got it!! Customer service was next level. Highly recommend 👌

Different shops in different states have a variety of things. But Jules helped us out! She’s super chill and makes shopping here a breeze!! I was on vacay with some friends and decided to stop here and I don’t regret it at all!

This is the shop of all shops to get your supplies. The owners recommendations are spot on. Always bringing in new items, always clean, always service with a smile. Been in many shops all over this country, they cant come even close to the positive vibes in Lous.

Sadly I had a bad experience. I don’t understand how happy lous smoke shop workers won’t compensate you or try to work something out if they break something of yours. I stopped by today to buy a cartridge portable pen and the worker from the smoke shop ended up breaking the cartridge I was going to use after I bought the mod. Accidents happen but it was still not my fault. $60 dollar cartridge I had bought today and now I won’t be able to enjoy what I had bought. Anyways I ended up buying couple things since this was the only smoke shop near me and she couldn’t compensate me. I asked her to call the owner but she refused so now I’m writing this review. Friendly owners, quality selection, chill location near the water. It nice to shop by the marina, restaurants and its a quick walk from Pompano pier. Great view from the patio out back. Second Street Surf shop, Pompano Dive Center, Taha Marine, boat rentals, charter boats and Sands Harbor Resort are all steps away.

Love the atmosphere. The owners and employees are very great people. Sometimes Im having a bad day and I come here and they listen to me vent. My mood always changes when I enter the store shout out to des employee of the month in my book you will be missed

I would recommend this smoke shop and lounge to all my friends and family! I bought my boyfriend a vape from here to help him stop smoking cigarettes and its actually working. sam and Lou helped him pick the perfect vape juice to match the taste of the cigarettes he smokes. The atmosphere is great and they are so kind and helpful. I will be coming back again and I cant wait to see them expand. My favorite place!!

The place had a very calm and chill vibe in it. Each person that I saw greeted me with a smile on their faces. Every product looked great and was reasonably priced along, and I was given a free drink that was awesome. Will be back again.

I have been to many smoke shops this place is so much more! . Happy Lous is by far the best .. there is a variety of merchandise at a great price! Staying ahead of the tide ..literally with a tiki tide bar in back for locals to come and relax island style with friendly locals and world class view of the water where the south florida life style comes to life.. so if your in town come in and talk to Lou or Troy and you will surely leave happy!

Great place to shop, hang out, and talk. Ive know the owners for 6 months now and consider them like family. They are not just in it for the money they actually seem to really enjoy it and it shows in the extensive knowledge on everything they sell or promote.

Owner LOU and SAMANTA are awesome, they value the relation between there customers over making a quick buck. Every time we fly in Fort Lauderdale, is our first stop for the past year; Great customer service and has a vast selection of things from flavored shisha, herb-related products, electronic cigarettes, to snacks and drinks. Came in looking for a cigar travel case because Im getting married this Saturday in California. He hooked me up with a simple cigar box and a humidor packet, which is all I needed for one trip. Owner of the shop is a rude person. Wouldn’t shop here at all. Had a bad experience and an unfortunately encounter with them. Was cursed at and disrespected over a parking spot. Hopefully the attitude changes in the future.

Stopped in here a few times, a couple months back on vacation. Absolutely loved this place, just found the sticker they gave me months ago which prompted this review, so late after the vacation. Great place, great people.
