World of Smoke & Vape - Pompano

I was in the neighborhood and stopped in because I left my vape at home. Unfortunately, I did not catch the gentleman’s name that was working. He went above and beyond for me and the other customers in the store to help us find what we needed with great knowledge and courtesy. I lived in that area for a very long time and it’s great to see all the nice businesses opening. The store definitely is a great addition to that strip ! I feel like no matter what you’re going to look for they will have it or they will definitely guide you the right direction. Thank you.

Awesome vape shop. Came in there looking for a vape. Wide selection. Had a great sale 50% off a few vapes. Got the Kado strawberry watermelon and peach for $12 and change instead of $26. Going back later today to clear them out and stock up

Extremely disappointed with this store! Asked for a 18mm female piece, when I get home the piece was not a 18mm and did not fit. As I live across the street, I come back within 10 min with the piece back -intact and wrapped as I left - to hear that all sales are final - when the person sold me the wrong size (and they supposed to be the experts). When a company prefers to keep $25 instead of retaining a customer that lives close by and would be a customer for life returning for business, you see the BS business it is. If I hadn’t asked for the right piece, I understand. you rely on the knowledge of the seller, still get the wrong piece and get refused to switch the piece (NOT a refund - just wanted the right piece). Great job doing business! Will not only prefer to drive further to get the right shop as well will not recommend to no one.

Ace is always welcoming, I always see him working around the store when I come in, whether its keeping the place clean or handling customers. Top notch in how he conducts himself, always dressed nicely and clean, he is kind, and recommended some nice eating spots in town.

Pricing is normal to slightly higher then competitors, however, the store has a wide selection and tons of flavors on vapes and its clean/new. The owner Ace is a nice guy and if he doesnt have something that you need he will order it! He also has a point system where you end up getting either a free vape or money off your purchases so that works out nicely, he holds good hours so I highly recommend you check it out...you wont be disappointed 👍

I came in to purchase my first water pipe and was greeted by Sean, who was very helpful. I can be a bit indecisive at times, but he didnt seem bothered and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back!

I visited the shop first time over the past weekend and found the most amazing mafia picture with all the great guys sapranos r, Ray Liotta Godfather and Al Pacino. Amazing price for great quality. Then I met a new employee named Juan gave me some good information about a new Vape that lasts for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Very impressed by the store check it out

Used to be my regular spot but the new management seems to be lacking. A lot of the flavors are out of stock and this new guy Ace is usually drunk and stinks. Sadly not the best smoke shop no more.

I waited outside for 20-25 mins today during normal business hours. The door was locked and the sign on the door said Back in 5 mins.... If you dont have enough money or employees to keep the store open during normal business hours (ALL of the normal business hours), then I suggest you make a change. It certainly reflects poorly on the customer experience.

Recently moved to Pompano and i have been to this shop about 5 times and each time i have had a pleasant experience each time. The staff is friendly and can provide information about products upon request. I have interacted with Ricky multiple times and his level of service and attention is very welcoming. Now I admit I do not know much about hookahs but I purchased a very nice one but missing a piece (which I didn’t know I needed btw) I went back the next day and the manager made things right, so helpful and knowledgeable.
