Since Ioved from Indiana this has been my only go to place. I. The beginning it was splendidBut then the service and quality of service has diminished. One employee says one thing then you call beck and then its another. I already know the Mexican lady dont like me, I believe she has part ownership and believe you me the business has gotten to her head she become racist to her Latinos.My last 3 visits there have been thee most stressful than it should ever be at a smoke shop.Supposedly they deliver but only to who they feel like it! Its sad. Cause the product is amazing but the staff has completely changed and its terrible the only real one to me is Francesca.Dam shame I have to now look around and try different places to see if I can find product! So frustrating

I found the Holy Grail when I found Holy Smoke and Vape. I love their Customer Service, the discount program and their selection of products!

First time visiting, the associate immediately acknowledged and started making conversation about products with me to better gauge me as a customer on my needs.. which is awesome! Especially going into a store brand new definitely made me feel welcome and will definitely return.

This really did get under my skin because the young lady working in there she wont last long because she belongs in a business that the people would take care of her and never want to lose her shes got experience sharp fast and personable nothing like the owner

The quality of their items is always above and beyond, as well as their customer service. Employee Michael offers the best customer service and he really knows his stuff! Shop was very clean and nicely organized, and the employee was extremely helpful and friendly! Even said I could open my purchase there to check that it was satisfactory. Product I wanted (elfbar bc5000) was a bit more expensive than I get it from the online store I frequent, but still competitively priced.

This place has a great selection on glassware at affordable prices. Walked out with a couple of nice additions to the collection.

Sams customer service was second to none. When I asked for a vape that had gone out of stock, she recommended flavors based off of my original request as well as her own personal taste. She even recognized me on a return trip. Highly recommend.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff that are more than willing to help you with any of your smoke shop needs. I knew nothing about water pipes, but needed to buy one as a gift and they helped me every single step of the way. Theyve also got lots of great accessories, a nice variety of incense (I got some Sandalwood scented sticks) and heck, even cookie trays.A great shop full of wonderful people and you should absolutely stop by here for all your smoke shop needs. Highly recommended.

Wonderful selection. Owner was very friendlybsnd knowledgeable about his product. A new layout is coming in the next few days im told. Will be nice to see it laid out differently. The c-cell carts sold HERE are much better quality than other shops locally that opt for a cheaper cartridge in order to have their name on them. The pipes here are also good quality. They have the Delta and other novelty items. Overall great experience and prices were very reasonable.

Been coming here to get OPMS shots, and it has never been over $18 for a shot; the other day I got 2 shots for $26 due to a sale the employees told me was going on until next week. A employee named Caleb (very professional by the way) told me it was $21.49 per shot and no deal, Ive always paid $36-38 for two shots, Ive spent a few thousand dollars here over the past 2 years, but now all the sudden since its jacked up in price, I wont be coming back to get any glass or papers. I feel duped after that experience. Ill go spend a few thousand dollars elsewhere, maybe at King of Vape. They open at 8:30am and close at 9:30pm

This shop has the chillest of vibes and the widest selection I’ve seen lately of vape pens, e-cig juices, and smoking rigs. You won’t be disappointed walking in here because your options are so great! Holy smokes, this smoke shop was super awesome. They had a superb selection of glass to select from all very reasonablly priced. They had a great selection of Zeus vape pens that I will definitely be going back for next payday.
