The King of Vape

I have an account here and have had it for awhile. I went there yesterday to buy a vape. Hit it before I left and it worked. Later that night I hit it and it made a strange noise and after I took my mouth off of it, it kept going. Had to hit it against my hand to make it stop. Went in there today to see about exchanging it since I just bought it and they refused. Said they could give me one half off. Clearly if they looked up my account they could see I was in there yesterday. Never will I buy from there again and I will report it to the better business bureau.

They are always super friendly and answer all questions. No matter what the question is, they never make a person feel dumb. And the have a super wide variety.

My name is John and I recently was in your store at Peachland Promenade. I was not sure what I wanted and needed some assistance in finding what was going to be right for me. All of your associates greeted me warmly when I walked in, none pressured me to purchase anything. A young man who only gave his name as “Joe” answered many of my questions and since quitting smoking and trying vaping for the first time, I had plenty! Joe was patient and well versed in your products and I wanted to send a message thanking you for hiring individuals such as he, who don’t pressure you are helpful and patient. I had gone to another store previously and they weren’t helpful or knowledgeable. The staff in this store make a great team! I do not know alot about the products they have so I am very needy when it comes to asking question. Jordan and Brandon were very forthcoming with open and honest answers about my concerns about different product. Saw a new smiling face there yesterday his name was Tyler and he is also very helpful. Keep being amazing. !!!

Ive been going to this location for over a year and have never been disappointed. My wifes mod stopped charging last night and they were actually open Today (Christmas day)!! Devin helped me pick out a new mod, he is a phenomenal asset to this business - he is very knowledgable and truly believes in his products. I will continue to bring my money here, thanks for reading!

Everyone is always fantastic and super friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help with any issues I have with any products. Highly recommend it ask for a Brandon, Devin, Danny or Jordan super good at their jobs and they always have an answer or will find it out.

This is my favorite vape shop in Port Charlotte. They have a wide selection, everyone is always nice & helpful, the manager helped us out when I purchased the wrong charger & even gave us a discount. Speaking of discounts, when you open an account with them you earn points for every purchase which accrues to get free products and a percentage off.

I had never been to a vape shop before. It was always a gas station disposable. I came in for the first time a couple weeks ago confused as hell and Brandon and Andre helped point me in the right direction. Since then every time I go in they’re usually always there and ready to help introduce me to something new. I highly recommend the customer service at this store!

This place is a complete rip off. Bought replacement pods from them because I was in a pinch. They charge $19.99. Vape wild charges $8.99 for the same exact product. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable but won’t be returning because of their outrageous prices.

Grayson took care me very well as my mod stopped working. He was able to get me the best bang for my buck without feeling like i got ripped off. Love this store.

Color me disappointed. Bought a Yocan Vape from this store and upon the advice of the clerk that sold it to me, took it home, opened the package, charged up the unit fully and then turned it on to make sure it worked properly before trying to use it so in the event it had problems, it could be returned. Product would power up on the charger and everything worked fine. Unplug the charger however, and the device would die seconds after powering the unit on battery. Not having a lot of confidence on the quality of the Yocan devices, I simply asked for a store credit so I could purchase another brand and was actually considering one that was 4 times the price of this one. Again, the product had simply been opened and powered up per the advice of the clerk. Nothing was ever put in the device or otherwise modified. The clerk had to call the manager to see what could be done and what they offered was completely unacceptable. I was either offered the same device (why would I trust that a replacement device from the same company would not also die sooner than later) or another brand/model at a slight discount that didnt interest us in the least. At the time of the sale, I was given the impression by the clerk that as long as the device was unused, it could be returned. What they didnt say was that any returns and what ever compensation would take place, were at the discression of the manager (who wasnt even in the store) and could vary from one customer to the next. For me, this is not a customer focused policy whatsoever and at least I am only out 50 bucks. II will simply find another store that actually values my business and has an actual, standard type return policy that isnt at the whim of some distant manager you cant talk to.

Came in looking for a cheap 510 battery (I lose them all the time) and this place not only had a multitude of batterys, but also different colors of most models. The gentleman at the register knew exactly what I needed. I already lost the one I bought so Ill be back!

The staff was wonderful in answering all my concerns and provided the best service possible. Gave me information on the products to read instead of just trying to sell me something. I recommend stopping by and checking it out!

The staff hovers over you while you look but offers no advice ! Every question was given a short one word answer! I purposely bought things that could not be used together to see if the staff would correct and actually help, which they didn’t! To top it all off they over charged me. I don’t recommend any King of Vape.

Negative 10 stars... 38.00 on 2 brand new ones, both were bad right out of the box. Save your money from this place!!! RIP OFFS

I go to this store regularly for coils and juice. Brandon and Jordan always take care of me. They are very professional and they are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store!

I swear the customer service here is the best I walk in instantly greeted and the know what I want and do it fast. They are so friendly the get to know you and make you laugh definitely a 10/10

The manager was disrespectful and rude. The clerk shorted me $10 and luckily l caught it before walking out of the store. They hand you the change not count it back like they should. Beware of this establishments!!!! My wife and l have spent alot of money in this store and to be cheated out of money then treated poorly is a big disappointment. To many other stores that appreciate business unlike this one. I will be contacting the owner of king vape.

I keep saying and stressing to the employee that I use 3mg nicotine. I’m new to vaping and high nicotine not what I want. So Double check what they’re pulling off the shelf you’ll end up wasting $27 bucks for 50mg that you can’t handle. You can’t exchange it since you left the store

I always go to the King of Vape by Forrest Nelson. I called today to see if they had my particularly favorite coils in stock yet (TFV12 Prince - T10 coils). They still did not, and recommended I check the Peach land location. I gave KOV @ Peachland a call.Spoke and dealt with Dylan. He was wonderful. Apologized for not having my coils either and told me Smok just came out with a new max mesh coil and that hed get me one if I came in. He personally covered it for me. I thought that was so sweet! I too, work in customer service, and try to help people often. It was very nice.He was also very accomodating and helpful to my room mate and I with questions I had about a new tank for my mother, and in assisting my room mate.Thanks again, Dylan! Ill be back!Otherwise, very nice store like its sister location, and good selection. I like that there was less traffic, therefore quieter, than the Forest Nelson location!

Literally been here multiple times to purchase RAW cones, and every time, never in stock. Will not waste time nor money returning to an establishment who did you doesn’t one of the most popular items in the smoking industry.

Dont go to the store I went by because as having trouble with a vape pen I bought less than 30 days ago. The gentleman help me and told me that if the coil didnt fix the problem to come back the next day and buy new pen so went by the next day to get a new pen and they would not honor the price that the gentleman told me the night before. I will not be going back to this store.

I am new to the area and your vapor store is convenient. I went in there this afternoon, and could not have been more disappointed. My husband and I needed new coils for our ecigs. The young man that waited on us was useless. He would not even attempt to unscrew my ecig to show me how to replace the coil. He was rude, with absolutely no customer service skills. He acted like he wasnt listening at all when my husband said he wanted to purchase a new coil as well. So, I didnt get any new coil, since he wasnt willing to get a tool to try to unscrew my ecig. We then left and went to City Vapor on Tamiami Trail, AND, the gentlemen there fixed my ecig, replaced the coil, taught us all about the new products for CBD oils, and we spent over $300. Just sayin. We would NEVER go back to Vape King.

I felt very offended, it is ridiculous that they ask me to identify myself when I have an account with them and I am a frequent customer. My identification is too big to carry all the time. From now on I will begin to buy online so as not to return with them, since of the 5 he asked only me! maybe because Im Hispanic and a less customer of this store
