Booked one of their packages that they have on their page, got something entirely different which CANT even be described as a massage! (Guess they just hire people to do whatever) and when I spoke to the manager in the end she demanded that I tip when I said NO as it was the WORST massage ever and she started shouting and being rude to me, as well as she wanted to charge me a different price than advertised. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

Went here two years ago felt good after leaving and slept through the whole massage. Went here recently and it was horrible. The sheets and towels were dingy and cheap. The lady massaging me was very rough even after I told her to soften up. Left here in my more pain . Wont be going back.

No frills massage place. I’ve tried two other places in town and they were either not strong enough or too strong that they bruised me. This place was just perfect and I walked away feeling really refreshed. They also include hot stones in the massage for free and although it was a bit difficult to communicate, they were understanding of me not wanting to flip around to face the masseuse due to covid precautions. Very cheap ($40 for an hour massage) so please tip well (I just think if it’s $40 for an hour, I wonder how much the actual masseuse is making...). I’ll be going back!

I visited this place on Wednesday b/c I had so much tension in neck, shoulders, and gluts. Let me start by saying, for the past two day it has been painful to walk or even sit. I don’t know what she did but lower back feels broken to the point I’m considering going to the ER. There was Technique at all & she move quickly. Not at all relaxing: t was difficult communicating with her. I explained many time deep for shoulders and very light for my gluts. What I received is what felt like pointed fingers in my lower back near my spine after clearly explaining I did not want that touch. I’m so upset that I used the services but the pain I am in for two days is terrible. I can barley stand. Lastly, due migraine I usually get massages 2x a month include foot reflexology. I had to tell her this so that she understood that I understand how this works. The month I told her I get massages often then I was handled much gentler & with the better technique. Right now I just want to be able to stand and walk without the Pain she’s left me in. My family says it sounds like she “threw my back out”.

First time getting a massage and it was a very pleasant experience. My husband explained how great his experience was and That was validation enough for me to try it and I Wasnt disappointed. My masseuse was meticulous with the massage, concentrating down to my fingertips. Giving four stars instead of five only because it was my first and I have nothing to compare it to. Would def go again.

Pleasantly SurprisedI was looking for a reasonably priced massage and was delighted at the quality of the massage I got. They were very professional and obviously understood how to relieve tension in tight muscles. I will surely be back and recommend them to others.

They missed my appointments for two times. And when I went, the massage they offered was not as described at all. Won’t go for second time. It’s a waste of time.

I went in to get body massge a weeks ago and i am very happy with the service. I am a working mom with 7 months old baby so my neck and back always need a good massge. the lady who gave me massage was really nice and patient with my tight muscle. she made sure all the knot and tightness to be smoothe out. the hot stone treatment was super nice!! after i received the massage, i felt so much lighter and the price is very reasonable. i am definitely going back again.thanks Foot Kiosk!!!

Very unprofessional and rude to customers. When I tried to call and make an appointment the female who answered the phone refused to provide any details and wouldnt provide her name. She told me she didnt work there. Against my better judgement I still went to the location. It appeared that there were 3 people filling out applications to work there. When I asked who would be giving me a massage I was told it doesnt matter . When I asked what type of massage I would get (Swedish, reflexology, stone, etc. I wasnt given an answer. I was told masseuse was aprofessional. When I asked if they were licensed or certified they did not reply. I was surprised at how unprofessional and rude they were being so I left. Fortunately, in Port Washington we have many other choices including Massage Envy and Hand and Stone to name a few

Very bad service, always skip reservations and not so clean environment compared to other massage shops near me. I saw two roaches during the service! Will regret if you go to theirs.

Excellent place. It has helped me a lot. I have stress accumulated for each month. They are the only ones who can relax me with their hands. Recommended My husband and I always go as a couple. Plus he always gives me a relaxing massage as a gift. 😌
