Would give 0 stars if possible. Went for a couples massage. I had a male masseuse who didn’t seem to have any actual massage training and didn’t understand the multiple times I asked for lighter pressure. He also inappropriately undraped me leaving me feeling uncomfortable and exposed. My husbands massage was more okay but he also felt pressure was an issue and the lady masseuse didn’t respond to his requests for lighter pressure either. The guy doing my massage also left the room multiple times if someone came in the front door and he finished before the time was up. Both my husband and I left feeling worse than when we went in and my whole back feels like it was hit by a truck. Will never return.

I visited Portland and looking for a massage place to relax. I was calling at least 15 massage places in Portland and they all were booked. Luckily, I called Happy Feet Spa and they were available to take me, they really did a wonderful services and I had to come back again the next day before I left Portland. Everyone needs to come here!!!

I had a massage with a male massage therapist I believe he is Allen. He is fantastic! Highly recommend him for deep tissue massage. People are so friendly!

Horrible experience. Went in for a couples massage and the language barrier prevented any communication between us and the two masseuse. We tried to explain that the pressure was too hard and that there were areas that we wanted avoided, but they didnt seem to understand or care. Afterwards when I got home, my partner noticed that my neck had some scratches. Took off my shirt and discovered that my back had scratches all over the upper portion. During the massage I could feel something scratching me, but didnt think anything of it. I hope to get in contact with the owner to discuss the matter and hopefully get a refund.

I love coming here! Cici gives an amazing, strong massage. The prices are affordable and they have reserved parking in front of the spa. I recently went on a day where the weather temperatures were in single digits and the room was nice and warm with a space heater which I appreciated. Thank you from a happy return customer ♡

Great price and I had the bejeezus very skillfully and firmly kneaded out of me. I called ahead and had an appointment for 20 minutes later, all very quick and easy. They take cash and venmo. You can hear other rooms, the telephone, the door jingle, but if you dont mind ambient sounds like that its still quite relaxing. Parking is in the back but its limited!

I really want to give a good review and more stars because most of the massage was good. However, my back still hurts after my massage yesterday. My spine feels bruised. I have had hundreds of massages in my life time and have not felt this afterwards before now. Ever. Trained therapists know not to press on the spine. I almost stopped her. I wish I did. When I left I thought I was happy. I didnt know that I would be sore.

Once with my mom for a present. Didnt get names that time but both guys were great.Second time after work just recently. I got Charlie and he is INCREDIBLE.I will be coming monthly because I feel brand new.The massage is a state of euphoria, a relaxing environment and if your massage is to gentle all you have to do is ask for them to add pressure or do it harder.

I wish I could give a 5 star but way too man issuesFirst let me say I have no issue with hole in the wall establishments as I could care less about the wall decor. This was far behind a walk decor issue1. I asked for the combo - reflexology and massage. A man came out and led me to a room. In the room was a bucket for my feet and he asked me to sit down . Now I thought I would have the reflexology first in one room and the massage in the other .I was wrong. He brought up the table and than began massaging my face with a cream that was very perfumed . It was very uncomfortable. After that he removed the water and did reflexology .When he was done he lowered the massage table but it wasnt a full table so my legs where on another part that was unattachedThe massage was at best mediocre . He never asked what my focus on and strangely I was full clothed . Ive done hundreds of massages in my lifetime and the only time Ive been fully clothed was during a Thai massageTowards the end he asked me to turn on my stomach . Between the perfumed cream, the awkward massage and table and the lack of understanding I thought it couldnt get worseWhen we were done I went to pay. They said on the phone only cash or venmo. I paid cash and reluctantly gave a tip. The therapist had the audacity to take the payment and than he said let me count how much you gave me for a tip?I was mortified and than he said this tip is not enough - I expect 20 percent tip - I said I am sorry thats all I have on hand. In my life Ive never had anyone essentially demand 20 percent.I left completely disappointed, I can never recommend them to anyone and I am disturbed by the experience

My first (male) masseuse didn’t seem to have an understanding of massage. He couldn’t possibly be certified. I asked him to stop about 15 minutes in when he couldn’t understand any of my redirection or even instructions using google translate. A second masseuse was sent in and in hind site I should have stopped her too. Mediocre at best. The one positive thing is my husband who also has lots of experience with massages had a great massage by Cici. I see in the other reviews now that we should have known better.

Idk why anyone has given a bad review… they must have been having a bad day or been bitter because I have only had amazing experiences here!! I’ve been about 6 times and everytime has been phenomenal!! Charlie was the best but he is gone now. Amazing massage therapists and nice people.

Happy back, happy shoulders, happy neck! Clean, polite and thorough. Charlie gave an excellent one hour bodywork massage. Very skilled at deep tissue, using elbows and forearms in Qi Gong style massage. As per standard salons-tips are cash, and Zelle or Venmo for services. A hidden gem in Laurelhurst!

Lucy gave me a combo massage today. Wonderful. She got out a lot of knots on my back and neck. The head/face massage was a nice additional touch. My feet feel fabulous. I recommend Happy Feet Spa.

Ive been here several times over the last few months and would highly recommend it. I always do the full body massage for $60. It’s a reasonable price for the quality service, they deserve a good tip for the work they do! The staff is polite, punctual and skilled. The atmosphere is quiet, clean and relaxing. Its been easy to schedule every time, get in the same day, and no issues at all. I am a regular here. Glad I found this place!

Booked a foot massage and the man kept massaging my calves and thighs. I am a woman so I found it weird.

I was completely blown away by this place. We were warmly greeted with water and candy. Did the foot and body massage. Ive had a lot of massages in my years, and I completely melted away. Hands down the best I have ever had. I felt so good afterwards and got the best night sleep. The next day, I felt like all my stress had completely left my body and mind! I was floating around without a care in the world. I work a very physical job. Even a hetic day didnt slow me down. The price was so low for how much I got out of it! 100% heading back soon.

I have been going to Happy feet Spa for about 1 year now, I shouldve wrote this review a long time ago. Kelly is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. She listens to you when you tell her what area needs massage and how hard or soft you want it done. I like it deep tissue, I dont know where she gets the strength to do this all day long. On top of that she is very friendly and a personable person. I very highly recommend Kelly for any kind of massage that you want. Dont forget to tip her well!

Omg cheapest and effective massage! She listened to my needs and actually took the time to work on my neck and it was a true full body with the front of my legs included. Yay! I will be back! Very happy they are around.

Wanted to give it two but I genuinely could not think of one good thing about the place / experience. Favorite part was the footbath, where I placed my feet in lukewarm water in a trash can with a plastic bag in it. Also got maybe 15 minute footrub out of 60. The rest was a very uncomfortable upper body rub that I didnt ask for and even requested be stopped to no avail. Ive never written a bad review before, but this was too much. Very cheap price, and you get what you paid for.

First visit today, very pleasant. First, they wore masks and took my temperature before discussing anything. The space was very clean and the rooms had higher ceilings which made them feel more spacious.(Ive been going to another Reflexology place for years, but last time I walked in they werent wearing masks so I cant return.)I got just what I wanted: a firm pressure massage without being crushed and it was an excellent experience. This will probably be my new spot.$30 for 60 min, $50 for 90. I did an hour of reflexology.A word on tipping: yes, it would probably be better if reflexology places in general charged $40/hour so a 20% tip is fine, but they dont. I always tip $20. For $50 youre getting a much better deal than regular massage places that now charge about $85 + tip per hour. If they work for an owner theyre not taking that whole $30 home, plus I found a few years ago with regular $20 tips it seemed like my massages got even better and theyre always happy to see me. I really value the work they do, I need regular maintenance. They other thing I love about reflexology places that outside of busy times like weekends I can call and they can usually get me in within an hour.

The massage was great, the amount of pressure was just what I needed. The reason I am leaving 3 stars, is based on the uncomfortable exchange during payment. I gave a 20% tip, and the massage therapist acted as if that wasnt enough. I kept asking what was wrong, is that the correct amount, trying to understand the situation. I thought 20% tip was an average amount to tip. I was very confused and it was awkward. It was an unfortunate end to an otherwise pleasant experience.

Very clean and nice smelling place. Private accommodations for my girl friend and I to get our combo 60 minute foot-back massage. My reflexologist Mark provided strong pressure and seemed very in tune with my needs. It was a cathartic experience, I felt like I released a lot. One of the best massages Ive received. Ill definitely be back!

This place does a wonderful job! The staff are very polite and work hard to ensure a positive experience. I got a couples massage with my boyfriend and we signed up for the foot massage, but it ended up being like a whole body massage. We both left pretty impressed considering the service and price. Also, the massage chairs and facility is clean. If you’re going to spend your money on a reflexology massage, spend it here!

This place was by far one of the best massage experiences that I’ve been to. All because how amazing my therapist Charlie was! He was very professional and did a great job with pressure and technique. I highly recommend Charlie.

Why do they suppose to get 1 star1. Clearly they don’t do what we agree.2. The massage is done before time 12 mins3. They are greedy for tip money and not happy with how much you tip them. They will ask for more in gentle way if they don’t get they will start being aggressive. You can try to tip them 10-15% they will mad. The reason I tip them that amount because they did a short massage time than 60 mins.Unpleasant feeling and won’t come back!

They are SO friendly and accommodating, and I was able to get in same-day both times. In fact, Im going to make another appointment right now because its just such a wonderful deal and I leave feeling so relaxed. Very COVID safe so I am happy giving them my business right now!

Ive had the combo massage here twice. Its an hour for $45 and the pressure is perfect. They charge so affordably I can leave a large tip and feel really good about it.A couple of details that have me raving:1. I get headaches from synthetic fragrances such as are in Glade or Febreze air fresheners and scented candles. The first time I went, there was a fragrance that instantly made me sick. I searched the room and found a candle in the therapy room with the offending odor and removed it, explaining my issue. When I went back I expected to have to repeat the procedure, but the room was candle and fragrance free.2. Most therapy tables in reflexology outlets are old and no longer firm, causing the spine to go into unnatural positions when pressure is applied to the back at the end of the session. This discomfort can dampen the beneficial effects of the massage. You wouldnt think that would be a problem, but its more common an issue than not. The tables at Happy Feet are firm and dont sink in.

Recommended for a good massage. We called ahead and booked for 2 people. We parked around the corner but later found out the first 3 spots in the parking lot are theirs. $30/hour. For those of you familiar, its the clothes-on massage where you start with a foot soak, then they do your head and hands. Then feet and then you flip over for a good kneading. The place is new and clean. We had a private room for the two of us (call ahead). Great massage from 2 guys and we felt great after. We will be back soon.

Best massage ever. Chinese foot massage is far better than Western massage, i.m.o.. I had the combo massage and loved every minute of it. Charlie was fantastic and Ill be back!

My friend and her visiting mother first tried this local spot out and could not have been happier (and they are people with higher standards). I was very surprised to hear that they only charge $30 AN HOUR for a reflexology session and that they actually enjoyed it! My experience in the past at other places (like resorts) have been lackluster (to say the least) AND very expensive.The even better thing is is that they take walk-ins and short-notice appts. I was able to call and get in the same weekday within a few hours -- which was amazing. I usually decide on the spot I need a massage, haircut, etc., and just want to go in ASAP. I was really looking for a detox and pamper time after a hard week.I could literally walk there from my place now which is oh-so-lucky-for-me, but they do have parking behind their building where their entrance actually is. They accept cash, Venmo and Paypal, I believe -- no credit cards. Works for me!I was taken in right away, and I was able to lie down and relax on a nice, wide massage table in a clean, quiet room. The door was left open, and you keep your clothes on. At first, your feet hang off the table as you lie on your back. They bring out a big tub of hot water and put your feet in it as you get massaged from top to bottom (you flip over to your belly at some point after being on your back). Even though its a reflexology foot massage, you really do get a full-body experience from head to toe -- literally. The experience was excellent, and I definitely drifted into a semi-dream state. The deep pressure was what I was looking for, but it was not painful. It was just right. The hour session was a true hour as well.I LOVE this place and am so happy it exists! Highly recommend.

Went within 45min of closing time to get a 30 min foot massage. Was told the were closed and last appointment is accepted at 8pm. Not mad at the policy at all. But I am upset it is nowhere to be found online so people dont waste their time. Please add to the about section

Really grateful for affordable massage. As far as Covid precautions go, they disinfected all surfaces, and required masks. They took my temperature as I came in and made me use hand sanitizer.
