I am extremely discouraged after my experience, trying to get medical care here based on the positive reviews I’ve heard from people. They are over burdened with patients, and therefore cannot provide very good care in the front office. The biller is pretty unhelpful and they will turn you away if you have any issues and tell you to reach out to your insurance For questions, for my experience staff other medical offices have provided support in this arena. My Doctor ordered a SIBO test after I said one of my main goals was support around hormonal imbalance and EDS. I’m desperate tofind a naturopath I can work with but I have to tell you this place isn’t what it once was.

Switching to this clinic is one of the best medical decisions Ive made.I had driven by it frequently and was curious so I looked it up. It sounded like exactly what I was wanting. I was so tired of going to my Doctor and with every ailment I was prescribed a pill. I hate taking pills. The Doctors here listen, care, refer a specialist, prescribe herbs, tea, ointment, Vitamins, supplements, acupuncture, massage, etc. I have been so happy with the care I have received here, and would recommend this clinic to anyone interested in alternative medicine.

Ive had a terrible experience with this office. Im regretful that I ever came and referred my spouse. I came for a Naturopathic cardiologist which I found. In trying to nail down a cause for fainting I was ordered a heart monitor. I was billed for 7 days when they only looked at maybe 36 hours. I was billed incorrectly for my follow-up appointment they claim went longer when I had pictures confirming when appointment ended. It is super difficult to get a hold of the office for billing questions. Even questions in writing go unacknowledged and had to chase down responses. My wifes billing has also been mishandled. She was charged for a blood test that she declined and has not corrected with their vendor. Its a shame the person that does the actual blood work is great. My wifes doctor was helpful but the office management is very difficult to work with to get correct billing from. Running to find another doctors office

It is a very comfortable environment and I never feel rushed or judged. Thank you!!

She is straightforward but has a very kind beside manner that sets me at ease while still maintaining her professional demeanor. The Medical assistants are ALL professional and thoughtful. Ive never had a bad blood draw or weird experience. The front desk staff is always graceful, professional and gives 100%.All the thumbs up.

Dr. Staci Wolfe has been my primary care physician since maybe 2019, when my other GP retired. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how incredible she is as a doctor. That may be because in general, in my experience outside of Dr. Wolfe, I have felt a lot of disappointment in doctors. This ranges from the practice itself being disorganized, to the doctor treating you like a number, to the doctor just lacking the personality trait of problem solving and the ability to offer sensible solutions. Dr. Wolfe has literally offered multiple feasible solutions for everything and anything that has come up with my health and even my childrens health. She has always acted very human in her joy of seeing me, and as always seemed genuinely invested in my well-being as her patient. My experience with the office itself has also been compassionate and organized. I am grateful!

We have been seeing Dr. Erin Weaver at the Center for a few years. She has been our primary care physician. Five stars is the highest rating people can give here, but I am here to tell you that Dr. Weaver deserves a TEN star rating! My husband and I found her accidentally, and it was a very lucky day for us. She is SO knowledgeable, and SO caring and supportive. My husband was extremely ill and also saw a lot of specialists. Dr. Weaver coordinated them all and kept things running smoothly taking a load of stress off of my shoulders. Twice she caught major problems before my husband or I had any idea they were brewing. Her expertise nipped these problems in the bud and saved us a lot of heartache. I cant say enough good things about her. I always breathed easier knowing she was looking out for us. She actually cares about her patients, and that is a quality you dont find in many doctors these days. Thank you Dr. Weaver for always having our backs. Kudos to the Center for having such a great doctor there.

UPDATE---as of 8/28 (now 4 stars--not 5 as originally posted). I am no longer seeing Dr. Eliza. While I DO think shes a great doctor in MANY ways, there were enough small reasons that amounted to a necessary change in provider (and location overall). As time moved on, she got busier (which is really great for her!) but also caused a bit of fallout; forgetting details, running consistently late for appointments, more rigidity with processes and ultimately what felt like less of a genuine attentiveness. A gray area started to form about when/where to bring up certain things; acupuncture? primary care appointment? messaging? That gray area paired with (what felt like) inconsistent expectations from her made it uncomfortable and a little nerve-racking to mention certain things for fear of doing it at an inconvenient/inappropriate time. There were a couple of notable times feeling brushed off or disregarded and got an energy that seemed flippant and/or judgmental. I chalked it up to less bandwidth or a bad mood since she usually had never shown up that way. Ultimately, she became very booked and I dropped the ball on scheduling far enough in advance. At that point, we had different ways of wanting to approach a logistical hangup about getting blood work done. She mentioned wanting me to respect her policies more in the future (I certainly didnt try to disrespect her in the first place) but at that point it became clear I needed to find a better fit. She seems to think it was a miscommunication, but I see it as a disagreement. I definitely dont want to be seen as disrespectful to advocate for my needs, logistical or otherwise. I respect her preference, so on top of everything else it just made sense to go elsewhere.Dont be scared off though, you wont regret getting care with her. She is a great doctor and holds space for concerns, is truly empathetic and generally non-judgmental, which is hard to find in a doctor! Also, the front desk team generally made things worse. Caitlin is amazing-- the rest arent. They consistently got my husband and I confused, said rude things and were generally unhelpful.--previous review--I’ve recently transitioned from traditional docs to Naturopathic care. I was nervous about that switch because of the unknowns. I knew I wanted a doctor that would listen but that they also be able to treat a wide array of concerns—Both acute and systemic and perhaps at the same time! Maybe concerns that seemed to need a natural approach and some that maybe needed the urgency of traditional meds. I was also tired of the 10-15 minute appointment times that felt like Conveyor belt medicine and instead wanted something more tailored, caring, and intentional. “Lifestyle medicine” as I think about it in my head. I’m very happy to say I found all of that and more (so far) with Dr. Eliza Hofkosh-Hulbert. I know she’s newer to this facility so I may be the first to review her on here. After trying out other naturopaths—She’s been my only primary doctor for 3 short months, but I’ve been through several health challenges in that brief amount of time and she’s been there the whole way. I feel truly taken care of by a doctor for the first time ever and she does a great job holding space for me to share what I’m going through. It’s refreshing to have a doctor that doesn’t have an ego requiring them to be the answer for everything. Rather, I see her stewarding my health and as an advocate for what’s best. As naturopaths go, I think there is a huge spectrum from doctors that heavily focus on traditional western medicine or oppositely focus on alternative/Natural/Chinese/herbal styles. For me, I was nervous to be stuck with someone that only does one modality—with Dr. Eliza, that’s not the case. She is fully capable of working in either modality depending on what is needed. My impression is, that as a naturopath, her preference is likely to treat from a holistic/Natrual perspective as much as possible—but can adapt as the situation may demand. My care always feels collaborative and free from Judgement.

This doctors office used to be great. I dont really know what happened. Dr. Weaver hardly ever calls you for your phone appointments, and getting through to reception takes so extremely long. If you exit the cue and leave a message because you dont have time to sit on hold for up to 40 minutes(theres no guarantee, you can be first in line for like 20+ mins), they will never call you back. If Dr. Weaver misses your appointment, and you call to let them know, they say that they will have her call you as soon as possible, which never happens. If I set a doctors appointment, it is because I really need something, and to have a doctor continuously never show up for your appointments is really wrong. I understand that things have changed with the pandemic, which is why I have given a lot of leeway, but now it is just too much. I should be able to set an appointment, and have my doctor actually be available and present for that appointment. Otherwise, what do I have a doctor for?

I have been in and out of so many offices over the the years trying and trying to figure out what was going on with my health. And then I met Dr. Weaver. For the first time I felt listened to and that a provider actually cared about my health and future wellness. It took us a while, we turned over every rock and explored many avenues. But together we found it. I was able to start on a medication that has changed my life. I felt supported the entire time. Between phone follow ups and the quick message portal, I never had questions for long. I felt/feel like an active participant in my healthcare. Due to Dr. Weavers care and commitment my family has their wife and mother back. For this I am forever grateful.

I had a really negative experience as an EDS patient in an appointment with Bob Graybill. Even though he advertises himself as EDS-competent, on my first appointment he questioned my diagnosis (which I had thorough documentation of) and made me run through some of the diagnostic criteria (a lot less thoroughly than the person who diagnosed me, who took measurements and made notes, he just asked me random questions from the list of criteria) including the Beighton scale (why would I, or any of the over a dozen providers who have made me go through it and documented the results, lie about my Beighton scale results?), and then told me my skin wasnt fragile enough for EDS, even though again I had already been diagnosed and there are many criteria for EDS that have nothing to do with skin fragility. He then said he would order some diagnostic tests for me after reviewing my medical history and follow up, but he never followed up with me and basically ghosted me. Its one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive ever had with a medical provider, and Ive had a LOT. If you have EDS, I highly suggest you look elsewhere; this doctor is unprofessional and highly dismissive of EDS patients.

I went here to find a new primary care provider. I told the doctor I thought I needed to see a therapist for mental health. She said she was going to help me find a therapist as I was in a pretty bad way. Severe depression and PTSD from a suicide in my family.I saw Dr. Weaver here and after she got me to come in for an appointment she never followed through on recommending a therapist for me. Three weeks later I called back upset that they hadn’t recommended one yet. They seem to just tell you what you wanna hear to get you in the door but they don’t follow through. I’m a grown man and I was in tears in her office telling her that I Saw no reason to continue living.I think it should be criminal for a doctor to not follow through on recommending a therapist for somebody in the condition I was in and still am in.

Good experience with doctors, terrible experience with billing.I went here because it fit under my insurance and I was looking for a ND. I really liked to person I met with, and felt excited about having a medical space that knew who I was and that I felt connected to. I had two appointments and was supposed to go to a different clinic that covered a medical test they didnt do.Right before I went to the other clinic, I got a bill for 4x what I was originally quoted for. After months of calling them and having them tell me that it was a billing mistake, I eventually got a bill from the lab that did the tests. When I called the clinic they said, oh yeah, I guess you do have to pay out of pocket for those. I paid that bill assuming everything was finished, but got another bill today.Needless to say I will be changing my primary provider for next year.Tl;dr Only go here if you are planning on paying out of pocket. Their ability to work with insurance, even companies they work with, is abysmal.

I visited the clinic twice. The first visit began poorly at the front desk as I stood wondering what to do. The people at the front were preoccupied and almost rude when I said I was a new patient and didnt know what needed to be done. The first visit was an intake with Dr. Redding and a brief visit with Dr. Milner. It seemed like he wanted to just try his latest new test on me. I complied for the second visit but then decided what was suggested for me to do was not what I wanted. So I messaged Dr. Milner through Patient Fusion to cancel my appointment two weeks prior to it and ask for a different approach to what I wanted. When I did not hear anything, I called the office one week prior and spoke with a man and told him I was canceling the appointment. I told him what course of care I would like. He assured me that he had canceled my appointment. Two days prior to the appointment I received the automated phone call reminding me of the appointment which I did not confirm by pressing 2. I immediately called the office back and left a message stating I would not be in as I had canceled it. One hour after the supposedly canceled appointment I received a call from the same man saying I had missed my appointment. I nearly lost it then. What else could I have done to cancel the appointment? I then asked the man if he could leave a message with Dr. Milner for the tests I would like ordered. I also messaged Dr. Redding also through Patient Fusion and have not heard anything. I dont know how this place stays in business. It doesnt matter how good the clinicians are if they and the people at the front desk dont listen to the patients and respond to requests.

You will get really really poor service here for what youre paying for. The office manager is extremely childish and immature and if you make any complaints about how rude the receptionists are they will Try to dismiss you from their care.
