Marley’s has a huge variety of all products! Employees seem to be extremely knowledgeable and definitely helpful whether you know exactly what you came to get or are struggling to make a decision on what you’re looking for! I would recommend them to anyone!

Marley Vape Shop is the best! They are the only store we have found locally that carries Mellow Fellow. Their stock has been low the last few months and we were getting ready to start ordering directly online from Mellow Fellow. Well, we took a chance and stopped in and they were FULLY STOCKED!!! They even had not 1, not 2 but 5 of my favorite flavors!!! Marley Vape does not disappoint!!!

I have been to many many Vape shops and this one is TOP notch!! Always very nice and knowledgeable. This evening the young lady Teila was Awesome,she showed me the new products and took her time while we made our choices and there were 4 to 5 different choices before we left. Just an awesome place to shop and we will shop here for many years. Do NOT listen to the negative reviews as you know everyone isn’t happy and I was wondering but had to see for myself and they are awesome. Give them a try for yourself. Stay Blessed not Stressed

I lived in Portland for a few months and this was my go to vape shop! They were very helpful and customer service was a 10! Had a problem with one of the vapes I got it wouldn’t charge, (we actually thought I may have fried the vape using the wrong charger for it) they exchanged it as I had just been in there to get it the previous day. As for the negative comments, all people have bad experiences sometimes, all products can have issues with them not every single one is perfect. It’s how you handle the situation with the employees in how your experience will play out. Being a server (dealing with the public) I understand some people can be very obnoxious and rude, keep up the good work guys! ♥️

Just warning all the delta 8 folks to open up their packages & make sure what’s inside is not a counterfeit pen. They sold me a package of 2 cartridges & one was a counterfeit! I took it back bc it didn’t work & then we realized it was fake. God knows what was inside the fake one. Then the dude who works there accused me of switching it out. What a bunch of thieves & liars who work & own that store. Thank goodness I put it on my credit card & was protected against buying counterfeit merchandise. Y’all suck. Do the right thing!

Every time I’ve been in Marley’s vape shop in Portland Tn I’ve had great customer service and everyone is always super friendly and informative! I highly recommend getting your vape products and other smoke shop products from Marley’s in Portland!! You won’t be disappointed!!

The staff here is very nice I really dont understand other reviews below as the shop is fairly new as well as the employees and they are still learning and ready to help. Very laid back and everytime I go they are very friendly. Not everyone is perfect at a job and people need to understand that everyone is constantly learning the vape/smoke world has lots of products and technology to understand. This place has great products and will even order you some special items on request. Give this place a try you wont be disappointed.

I am not particularly impressed with this particular vape shop. It appears to have a large amount of products on offer, which might be overwhelming to some. The level of customer service I received was not satisfactory (the owner refused to honor my military discount until I got the son to come over and do so), and I found the staff to be lacking in knowledge regarding their products.

I absolutely love this shop. They have a wide selection of Vapes (Nicotine and THC) as well as pipes, bongs and the like. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Teila (pronounced as T-La). I could not have asked for a better person to help me. She listened to what I needed and had some really good suggestions. If you need a vape, you should really stop in, you wont be disappointed. Change the sign on your door and turn off your open signs if you close earlier than the posted 10pm. Got there at 9:21, all lights were on, open signs still on and employee sitting behind the register looking like he was sleeping.
