This place was tucked away and hard to find, but that is probably for the better in terms of keeping it 21+. Theres ample street parking and free 2hr parking at the nearby Safeway.The shop itself screams Keep Portland Weird in the best ways. The shopping experience was like taste testing gourmet food then being told the chef will gladly tweak his master recipes to your liking. This vape juice mixing genius looks like Ms Frizzles punk rock older brother. I left with a delicious custom maple donut flavor and a blueberry cotton candy flavor. Both prices were on par with what youd pay for a company premade juice. They had some good deals as well for bigger purchases.Shop, shopping & purchasing experience, and product quality 10/10 will be back again. My only complaint is I didnt come here sooner

I absolutely love the guy who runs this shop. After going to another shop that was closer to my house being told that *no one* carried my coils anymore, I came here and asked and turns out they do still sell them! Not to mention the first time I came here, the owner gave me a free patch to put on my wheelchair which I thought was very cool of him:) He also didnt make me feel dumb when I accidentally said I used 4 ohm coils (I later realized at home I mean .4 he gave me .8 which I have now switched to) I recommend this place all the time. He also has two very cute cats and doesnt over charge! I really appreciate the work you do my dude:)Edit: oh and the first time I came here I wanted to get a disposable vape while I waited for my coil to soak, I just picked one that sounded good, turns out I hated it and even tho I said I would pay for it cause I opened it, he still gave me a replacement one at no extra charge and he picked a flavor I really liked!

After several unpleasant vape shop experiences around town, I have finally found my favorite vape shop in town. Last week I wanted to get some in-house juice and after looking at the list of flavors, I felt extremely overwhelmed and just decided to let him surprise me with something. He got a little mad-scientist wild with the flavor concoction and I ended up not being super stoked on it. The next day, I came in and let him know that I was not satisfied with the flavor. He was totally understanding and offered to make me a new flavor, and even went the extra mile to put a new coil in since I had replaced my coil the day before when when I picked up that juice I wasnt super excited about. And that theres something that he volunteered to do just in case the flavor of the juice I didnt like was stuck in the new coil I got the day before. By the way, the new flavor was skittles strawberry and it was absolutely delicious. Better than any mass-produced juice Ive gotten in a long time. If youre on the west side of the river and need any service or products for your vape, this is your guy. Super personable fella with a great attitude and he is always happy to help or answer questions.

Vape snobby but friendly. Awesome selection of juices and will mix to your custom liking. Will even let you bring back in if you want to change nicotine content!

This vape shop will mix custom juice flavors at your desired strength.To my knowledge this is the only shop in Portland that make custom juices to order.Regular and salt nicotine available.Parking can be tough and they are nearly impossible to reach by phone, but other than that, I highly recommend this shop.

I showed up here bought a vape mod and lost it within 3 days and came back a week later to buy another and the owner of the shop is awesome! Great guy! He helped me with getting a vape that fit exactly what I wanted! Also you can choose and have whatever vape juice flavors mixed and matched how ever you want! I wouldnt just recommend this shop but I would recommend that you dont go anywhere but this shop!! Thank you I will be coming here as long as I live in the Portland area!!

Had a small misunderstanding with some of the flavorings from a recent visit and they straightened it out when I came back. I live in Vancouver and the commute to come into these guys store and get the good stuff is well worth it! I have been coming here for over four years now and I have to say, this place is the best. I have been to a few different shops in Portland but none compare to here. Their service is quick and friendly and the guys that work here have a wealth of knowledge. This place is a lot of fun because rather than buying premade juice, they make it all in house and you can customize it to your palate. Check them out, you wont be disappointed!

Helpful staff and good prices on replacement parts... New gear runs pretty much the same price as everywhere else. The best part about this place is definitely their replacement parts if you need to fix the glass on your tank or nobody else has the coils to need... This place will usually have it at a good price. Should visit there at least one time.

Love going here, Thomas and Elton are both awesome. I like the earl gray flavor quite a bit, its hard to find a good one. They are super flexible with their mixing and they are honest about their products and very helpful if you have any issues. Its a great shop for both beginner and veteran vapers.

The best in Portland area! Been loyal to them for 3 years now and I refuse to go somewhere else! They got the best customized flavors and all the workers there are friendly and super helpful . TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT . I don’t usually write reviews but they deserve it .

Been using this place almost exclusively for two years. Cant beat it: vape juice made to order and they know what theyre doing, very knowledgeable. I dont know why but when it comes to the nic salts I have never found anything that hits as smooth in the mouth and throat while delivering higher nicotine levels. 100% would recommend

The best place Ive gone to for anything Vape related. They produce and make all the juices there and you can add any flavor you want. All of the products come with a 2 month warranty and they will replace it with no questions asked. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the products. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I used to come to this shop for juice on a regular basis. I made call to order a few bottles of juice and was looking to try a new flavor, when I asked the guy who answered if I could access a list of juices he said that they dont have one and that they are only selling juice to current customers. He sounded irritated when I asked if he could name off some juices for me and said no. I think it is pretty unfortunate that they are willing to lose a customer just because they want to be lazy. Im 24 and would have absolutely 0 problem reading off a few vape juice options for an EXISTING customer, which says a lot considering their employees are well over 24 years old.Im taking my business the Division Vapor, much better service and the store front is open all week.

I have always loved this place. When I first started vaping I bought my first vape box mod from here. I Got a bunch of e-liquid and havent smoked a cigarette since. Have always been happy with their services, and personally credit them for saving me from cigarettes.

The guy working the counter was very defensive and rude for no reason.I asked for his disposable selection and there was a limited selection I was disappointed. He snapped back at me saying he doesnt need to sell to me. As a customers thats a no no. He might have been having a bad day but thats my only experience of the store. Left with a bad taste in my mouth not coming back. Fix the attitude.Update:Put a star up because of you funny pun 😆. I remember that coca cola vape idk why thats a flavor but it did the trick.

Ive had good service in a vape store before, but Ive never had such a good education. Rose City Vapesters was definitely a unique experience among vape stores. Would highly recommend!One note; if you get lost in there reviews like I did and cant quite tell if they carry normal vape products like coils, they do! I love this place. They have every coil, mod and you get to make your own juice and they do a damn good job at making em. You get to taste all their pre-made juices if you like as well. They have a great POS system to select the juice you want. Everything is totally customizable. They also ship to you and/or you can call in advance to place an order. The deals and their pricing in general are definitely great. Very helpful and friendly staff.I found my new vape shop. Love them.

These guys really take care of their customers I swear. I came in a little upset about my experience at another shop and while the gentleman that was working at the time did get a little defensive for that shop because of the ban. Which I completely understand, he did come through and help me out. I had bought a device from 1 shops that the USB port ended up being broken. And when we came back they were closed up two days later. So when we came into this shop the guy I understood that I was upset about my device not working after I had just bought it so he came through and sold me another device for about the same price that was better. So far I wanted to wait a week just to make sure that the device work properly and that everything was good to go just to make sure if there was any complications that I could address it with them right away. So far I absolutely love my new device and they will still be getting my business as long as they are still around. I definitely recommend this place they know what theyre talking about and they know what theyre doing and theyre always willing to help. Not to mention the fact that they are always willing to educate in a manner most compassionate.

Unfortunately the quality of service and merch has dramatically gone downhill. The only reason Im writing this terrible review is due to the fact that Ive been treated horribly multiple times by the new staff person/manager. He has been ultimately nasty towards me and any inquiries I have about vaping. He humiliated and publicly insulted me in the shop!I am not surprised that their windows are now beaten and broken in, because he probably has treated others badly as well. Too bad. I like to support small, local businesses but I refuse to be ridiculed and made to feel inferior to whoever this old, regular staff person is. No one deserves the kind of treatment Ive repeatedly received at this store!PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!It would benefit the community if this rude and terrible business goes under. There are many other local vape stores in the area. Many of whom will ship products directly to your house. Even The Vape Spot is better than this sad excuse for a business.

Im very new to the Vaping world. This place was recommended by Yelp as top Vape shop. So I went in. The place seemed small at first, but there were so many choices. Find it very unique that they make there own juice. I was encouraged to sample the product, and see what I liked. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They detailed the flavors. Told me about the juice club. How the setup works. Even how to customize my own juice. Its rare to find a business that is this caring. To treat people not like customers but like welcoming guests. I will be back for sure. High recommend this place to the Vaping community.

They had the pods I have been looking everywhere for!! Only thing was the pods were more expensive then I usually get them for I can usually get them for $7.99 for a pack of 3 I paid $15 here but they carried them so I am not complaining couldnt seem to find them anywhere. They have been out of stock at all the other vape shops for awhile now. Also they made me The Carney blueberry/ cotton candy super YUMMY and pretty good price for that I paid $24 for 60 ml and they make the juice right there. Thanks Rose city Vapester!!

Amazing store, love it. Ive been coming in here for years now, almost every day of the week.The juice plan here cannot be beat. $50 a month ($65 for the first month) and its for a 15 mL bottle of juice every single day which is more than anyone I know could even vape.Theres a entire tasting bar with over 60 flavors, and the whole thing is self-serve which is perfect when theres a lot of customers but you still need to figure out which flavor youre feeling that day.They have a computer system that saves the custom flavors you make: your nicotine concentration (which can be customized down to the 1 mg/mL level), your VG/PG level, and your flavors so its really fast service for a totally customized liquid.When you buy a mod, or a tank theyre always more than willing to run through it with you and answer any questions you have, and even help you set it up in the store with them. Whenever I have a problem with my mod, which I didnt get from them, theyre willing to help me figure it out.All around a great set of folks, a wonderful store, and great service.

I have been going to RCV since they first opened about 5 years ago. I stopped smoking cigarettes and my health and life improved big time. I have never had a problem with their e-juice and have been using it from day one. This is one place I would recommend for e-juice and vape mods. Ive been coming here for three years and its the best vape store in Portland. The people are knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, not pushy. The atmosphere is laid back and it feels almost like a hangout spot. I recommend it to everyone I know.

I like the people, friendly and cool. They have a cheap juice plan and the juice is pretty good. I bought a vape a couple weeks back from here and it has had so many issues and now flat out doesnt work, that doesnt have anything to do with them but just thought Id mention.

The staff is really good and the juice is well priced but they sold me a cheap 50$ device for a 120$. It broke in 3 months. Im willing to pay some markup to support local vape stores but a 70$ markup is too excessive. The warranty by the way, was for exactly 2 months.

Great customer service over here. I bought my new vape & a week later I dropped it twice in one day. My tank wasnt working & the guy at the shop replaced it for free.On the other hand, they dont have tools at the shop to help repair a unit. So keep this in mind.

First off 5 star customer service from Thomas who greeted me. I thought I knew what I wanted, however Thomas enlighten and educated me on what I should get and why. Most places and I mean vape places would not have taken the time to make sure and share knowledge. That to me is important. The prices are fair when you think the knowledge that comes with it. You get to try any device for buying and mix and match stuff to fit your vaping style.AWESOME JUICE. You can get one of their catalog flavors or have anything mixed. Their nicotine and ingredients are of superior quality to what most labs use to make their liquid, let alone other shops who manufacture liquid. When it comes to shops mixing their own eliquid this is actually the only one Im fond of. THE PROGRAM ROCKS. They have a program that is 50$ a month and you get a bottle every day.

Great pace. Staff makes you feel right at home. very knowledgeable about anything that has to do with vaping. They make their own house juice thats very good and they have a plan you can purchase for $50.00, it caries you through the moth and you get a 15ml bottle of juice once a day. or once a week you can get a coil instead. I am writing this review for the good of our community, and (hopefully) a wake-up call to the owner. The guy refused to sell me a sample size e-juice of which they make in-house. When I asked for the reason his answer was because we can. when I agreed to buy the regular size he asked for my phone number to plug it into this computer, I said that I dont feel comfortable sharing my phone number, he said well, I cant sell you anything then. Have a good night. Unprofessional, uncreative, condescending. I dont want to jump into assumptions on why he treated me that way, but I will leave it up to the reader. By the way, the extra star is for the clean shop just to be fair.

Chubby Gorilla bottles? Want to tweak the flavors? Adjust the liquid viscosity? Use salt nic? RCV can do it.The nicotine they use is quality stuff. Very smooth, even fresh with no steeping. I found their salt nic especially satisfying, with little to no salty flavor.Prices are competitive with premium brands, especially considering the level of customization you get.The best thing about their juice (aside from the customization) is the quality. The flavors are delicately crafted, without a bunch of artificial sweetneers or any chemical, perfume notes. Every flavor Ive gotten from them has been ADV-worthy. I was visiting from Chicago and gave this place a shot. I love the atmosphere and the peeps that work there. One of the better stores that Ive been to in the country. I havent been here in a couple of months but this shop has been the best resource for vape gear and general information. When I first started vaping, I had no build skills. They helped show the basics, and really evolve my understanding of vaping to a level that has helped me keep off of cigarettes for over 4 years. Massive shout to Elton for sharing his knowledge of the craft, and keeping the dank flavor flowing!

Came here for thw first time in a long while. I remembered how helpful the crew here was and how quick I got a custom juice. Today I show up, wait outside because of the limited space. I finally come in the shop. Before I am there for even 2 minutes thejack off behind thecointer tells me 3 times to back up. To where? Thespacethey have for costomers wont allow me to back up further. If hewould havebeen nicer in asking me to do so I would have stuck around. His atonal demand that I do so is what made me walk out. No way will I be recomending this place ever again

The only place in the Rose City to get vape supplies. Plenty of tank, coil and mod options to suit your lifestyle. Their flavor menu is unparalleled to none. Custom make your own flavors with your own personalized nicotine level. They offer a great selection of bar flavors and they still encourage you to adjust them to your taste. I shop nowhere else for my vape supplies.

Rose City Vapesters is a place that reimagined retail and in a way health. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.A small business that became a legit part of the PDX community by putting the health and wellness of its customers first. They may not be able to make this claim but it’s true. So many people have given up cigarettes bc of RCV that the writing is literally on the walls. This place is a testament to what conscious businesses can be if they care to.

A special place amongst a slew of vape stores. They can make just about anything. And while they make be a bit more expensive than prefilled bottles of already made stuff - they make up for it with knowledge and the ability to match the flavor you want with a clearly mass selection of flavor varieties. I have been going here for a few years, and they have been so helpful and professional. I used to smoke cigarettes, and the only way I was able to quit was to vape. I needed something for my hands and mouth to do. That’s why gum or a patch would never work for me. I have been vaping for over 6 years and never had a problem with my lungs. First time in today. Helpful staff, and I got a bottle of their absinthe flavor. Made on site and its good.They have lots of options. I highly recommend checking them out.

As a DIY mixer here out of town and out of juice I was able to walk in and give the exact concentrate percentages and walk out with a juice I knew Id love at the same price as any other juice but it was EXACTLY the way I wanted it mixed. Perfect...thanks!
