Twelve 21 Restaurant & Lounge

Came here for dinner with a few friends last weekend. We tried the Parton tree that includes 4 margaritas in various flavors, we tried the classic, blueberry,spicy and strawberry. In my opinion they were terrible 😔 as a lover of tequila it was a pure disappointment especially for the price($75)!!! The spicy was undrinkable for everyone at the table and the others were just... awkward. We ended up mixing all of them together which honestly made them much better🥳Aside from that, the food was delicious. Sweet chili chicken and lamb chops were phenomenal! But the pizza was lacking...a lot. from the crust to the toppings it just seemed...very undercooked (yuck). However the deserts were absolutely delicious! I Would go back just for the blueberry cheesecake any day!We also enjoyed the blue mist and mint apple hookah ...very tasty!Our waitress Sierra, was a peach! Super sweet and extremely helpful😊 All in all great night out...so if you have a few hundred bucks to spare, give this place a shot!

Let us change the music , waitress was fast put all our things in at once , Asian chilli wings, truffle fries , crispy as heck juicy , fries were delicious! Got a tequila with passion fruit & pineapple must try

Honestly I love this place but I am a HOOKAH SMOKER… PLEASE WASH YOUR HOOKAHS THEY ALL TASTE HORRIBLE. No matter how many times i try to give this place a try or go with friends the hookah is GARBAGE every time. Which is sad because i love the vibes. Please make some changes to improve your hookah.

Great food and drinks. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. Consistently good hookah and service. We frequent this place and never disappointed. Definitely the best place on Atwells ave.

I went there a few weeks ago with some friends, we sat outside and we were served by Sierra. She had great energy, was very welcoming and the service was excellent. I would definitely go back, a great place for drinks with friends.

The place is great and servers are great but it does get crowded with people sometimes and some people ruin the moment when they get out of character but ultimately the place is definitely great vibes..

Music is great, good atmosphere and nice staff but the hookah was almost tasteless. We had the blueberry one and it tasted like nothing - the staff changed our hookah when we said it had no flavor but the next one was the same. For a 40$ hookah I was expecting something flavorful and sweet. I dont recommend if you are used to very tasty and strong hookah tobacco.

I have celebrated my birthday here a few times with a big group and Our Host Irene is amazing. She’s very nice and literally made sure everyone was good. I would recommend if you want to host a big party to reach out to Irene. She will make sure you’re good and your party. Love this place. I go a lot but throwing my parties here have been a blast. Would def throw another one. The food is great, drinks are great. Twelve21 is such a vibe. Never had any problems ever when I go.

Paola was amazing, she checked on us every couple minute to make sure the food drink was good even rush the guy with the charcoal, will definitely come back

Went for dinner with some friends before the crowd. Was hungry and had the Salmon with shrimp on top of asparagus risotto. Prefer my salmon not dry but juicy. The touch of risotto w/the veggie choice was pretty good. Come way b4 9pm if youre interested in the food and not the hookah.

Excellent service from Rachell. She welcomed us with a big smile and helped us choose the best dishes. Her suggestions were perfect, and she made sure everything was just right.The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We loved everything we tried.The restaurant itself was cozy and stylish, making it a great place for any occasion. I have celebrated both my birthday & my fiances birthday here. Let me tell you…talk to IRENE at the door & she will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your night. After introducing myself she actually madeMe feel like a regular or family. She recommended great appetizers for us to try, told us popular hookah flavor, kept the coals coming & the best idea she had was just to buy a bottle so we wouldn’t have to keep waiting for our waitress on such a busy night! Me and my husband found this place on TikTok so we decided to drive from Boston to check it out for my birthday! I am so glad that we came here. The music, food, drinks and the hookah were IT! We loved the vibes and Wilmari was so nice and patient with our kids. She mentioned that there was a second floor that’s a night club on weekends and we didn’t even know that so we will definitely be coming back here to also experience that side😬.

Extremely a amazing waitress ! She went above for us for my Daughters birthday this past Monday night. Dinner was wonderful as ever. Steak egg rolls were delish , but the parmesan truffle fries were unbelievably amazing ! Every meal was presented nicely and my birthday girl loved her Rib Eye .I had the Bourbon Street Salmon And ShrinkBlackened Salmon, Jumbo Shrimp, Roasted Tomato and Asparagus Risotto, Creole Wine Butter.it had no asparagus and risotto was not creamy just a rice but salmon w/ shrimp was delicious.The cake was brought in from us .

Was a little concerned at first when we looked at the menu, no clear theme and the ambiance a little different than what were used to but the staff was super friendly and attentive and the food turned out really good. A nice surprise, thanks!

Went for my sisters bday. Completely forgot about our food and blamed it on the other party that was there when it took over an hour for 2 appetizers. Wings and nachos. We spent over $340 with tip included just to be neglected and forgotten about. One round of drinks and shots for 8 people. That’s CRAZY

This restaurant is way overpriced. I had one drink and fries for $50. The fries had a hair in the cheese and werent even well seasoned, and chicken was cold. I even showed the stuff the fry and they didnt even care.

This spot is absolutely outstanding! I experienced marvelous service from the entire staff. The atmosphere and the vibez are more than on point. The menu is very diverse and priced very fairly. Anytime I am in Providence, RI I will for sure be stopping by here again.The atmosphere is set up for date night, families or a night out for friends with great music and drinks.Juliet was our server and she was fantastic in her service. Wilmary is such an attentive waitress! she knows my drink & my favorite hookah flavors! i always request her section when i come in! shes an amazing asset to my time when i come! I got nervous because some of the reviews were bad, but I had a great time! Stayed in the lounge downstairs. Had apps and a watermelon mint hookah. Was great all around. I would come back again to relax on a Saturday night.

I liked the place and its vibe. Overall ambience is vibrant, loud music, hukkah is served. They only serve wine and cocktails so hard liquor is missed. Food quality is overall good.

If you are new to Providence Federal Hill is the way to go. As far as the Restaurant & Lounge itself can result in hit or miss. It is nice for a night out, but the service may not always be the best. The food is okay depending on what specials are served as well. There is not much space and the placement of tables can leave you bumping into other constantly. This place is BEST for those whose vibe are looking to drink, listen to predominantly Latin style music and smoke hookah.

I was there last night and had an amazing waitress, her name was hillary. She was so attentive, sweet and professional. Service with her was 10/10, will definitely be back.

This place is pretty cool. Upstairs seemed more clubish. Security outside and the window of the entrance was tinted. Unlike downstairs, the security is inside, and from the outside it didnt seem very lively. It was, though ! Touch to get workers attention though.

I went on a Thursday night and the atmosphere was really good. They even had a drummer which was a highlight. We had some drinks and appetizers which were really good. Our server was Crystal and she was amazing she kept checking in on us and made sure ask if we needed anything. I love when servers check in on me. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Its a semi vibe. Music is food. Gets very packed so I would recommend going early or making reservations for a table and be EARLY for the reservation. No ones legs can fit under the table ... so already you might be sitting a tad bit uncomfortable. I didnt order any food . The hookah was 5 stars 🌟 .. got the passion fruit & it was sooo good 👍🏽 😋. Service was poor. You are better off just going up to the bar to get drinks and bring em back to your table . No dance floor... gets slightly jumbled

This place is so expensive. They literally charge $20 for a drink. The drink consist of a shot mixed with a beverage. Compared to other places in RI the price is ridiculous. I can say, it is a good time. But the price of everything there makes you not want to go again.

Was upstairs in the lounge with a group of 12. The atmosphere is great, DJ was good, the acoustics are perfect. We didnt order food, just drinks and hookah. The house drinks were very good. They seemed a little understaffed, wait times for drinks and hookah were a little longer.

The brunch menu is very limited they were not able to also serve dinner it was strictly brunch. Which was upsetting because they menu looked great you would think they would want the money. The patron tower taste premade, and the food was boring. Now the servicccceee lordddtttt this server done walked by us I don’t even know how many times but only checked on us 3 times. We had to call the server a couple times.. the hookah was ok.. I guess besides us having to ask to fix it probably a great place to go at night but not for brunch. I wish my experience was better. I never leave review but today I will. I was super disappointed.

Pay close attention because they will steal your money. I went there a few weeks ago and left a 35%tip on my check. They decided to add an extra few hundred dollars when they closed out. Reached back out to see if they would correct their mistake but the owners who seem to be the only ones that can fix it are conveniently never available.

My experience at twelve 21 was outstanding! The atmosphere was so fun. Me and my girls were upstairs for the first time and we had a great time!! Our server Hillary recommended the drunk peep to us which was a 10/10. Amazing service she was very attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back thank you!!!

I went with a party of 4 on a Friday night and the vibes and staff waiting on us were absolutely phenomenal. Huge shout out to our server, Sage. She was amazing to us and anytime we needed anything, she was right there. She was super attentive and always checked up on us. The staff were so kind and the music as well as the DJ they had were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone going out for an amazing night in providence.

Good hookah. Service was good.The Classic pizza was meh. Totally edible but nothing special. The crust made me think that dough should have been rested and stretched before it was used as it was a bit lumpy.

I always love coming down to Twelve 21 anytime that I have friends visiting me down in prov. There’s no place that has a better combination of food, drinks, and music. The waiting, bussing staff, and managers are always so kind and really take the time to meet and get to know their patrons. I love seeing Sage and she’s the best waitress you could ever ask for. I always feel l so well taken care of anytime I’m there.

The place is really pricey and they include tip , which I find very rude! They are also not so friendly and they are very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy your experience. I wish we went somewhere else

Honestly had a great time until the very end I went downstairs talked to the door girl about walking out and smoking my vape she said she that was cool as long as she could she me. As soon as I walked out the door I got punched in the mouth by one of the bouncers. I will be filling a police report and pressing charges as they have a camera right in front of the door.

Service was terrible. I saw the waitress at least 2 times the whole time I was there. The hookah was mediocre, I’ve had better. It lost its flavor 40 minutes into smoking it. I don’t recommend going and I’ll probably never go again! The only good thing about this place was the music.

I came by twelve 21 yesterday with my girlfriend for a couple of drinks and hookah. We always have a good time here as the food and drinks are excellent. I had a great upstairs experience at this lounge. The hookah was great , my favorite is watermelon Minh and my service was so nice and prompt. My server was a pretty friendly brunette . The music played was to the liking of everyone and the drinks came very fast, overall great experience !

False advertising! 100$ Khalil mamoon is not really a Khalil mamoon! No logos on stem or vase. They really scam people who dont know about hookah! I should have inspected it but who wouldve in a nice state like Rhode Island. Came home the next day to realize I paid $100 for a hookah to take home thats cheap quality!! It sucks because now Im all the way back in New York

Came here for New Years they had a event where its a 100 per person for food and 25 per person for the lounge area. I would give them a 5 star because the food phenomenal the service up to the point mid meal they couldnt find our reservation after calling twice to confine the day before and showing them the confirmation email. Despite that really enjoyed my self and would go again !

The food was so gross… the fries were stale and tasted like old oil. the hookah was burnt and on top of that they were rude when i asked to speak to a manager. do not come here!!!!

Save your money and time. We sat down (not even for 5 min) didn’t even get to look at the menu and was already asked what we wanted to eat. Didn’t offer hookah or introduce properly. Waitress did not check on us at all! We had to keep calling her over. Service sucked. We also had to wait 30 min for ketchup we did not receive. Had to send back 2/3 orders we ordered because it was way undercooked or wrong order. Tip is included so I guess that gives them a reason to treat their customers poorly. Never again. I would give it 0 stars.

GOOD Drinks! GOOD Music! Just be advised they include an 18% gratuity in the bill. They dont give you the detailed receipt at the end when you pay via credit card! So you could end up over tipping without knowing. Other than that its a good vibe! 💯💪🏿

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would… I made a reservation through the phone for 20 people and received a confirmation text and everything regarding my reservation. the day of my reservation I called the restaurant to make a slight change to my reservation just to be told that the restaurant is closed… they were closed on a day that they were supposed to be open for an “employee christmas party” I was not informed of this when I made the reservation a week prior. if I had known I would have been able to make other arrangements for my birthday but I was told of this an hour prior to the reservation. the ONLY reason why I figured this out is because I called the restaurant myself to make arrangements to the reservation I had ALREADY MADE! if I had not done this then I would’ve arrived with a party of 20 to a closed restaurant. this restaurant needs to work on their communication skills and should have told me from the very beginning that they could not accommodate me on my birthday. they definitely ruined my birthday experience for not only myself but for the other 20 people that were supposed to arrive.

Very nice hookah lounge/bar, very chic interior and great music selection. Just be aware that there might be a long wait for a table depending on what night you go.

This place is trash. Me and my friends went in and they said they only had room at tables if we had a reservation. The manager asked us to sit at the bar. There was no one in the hookah lounge except us and one other small group. We were there an hour and still no one else was in the building. There’s 10 workers on shift and there are no customers expect us. Terrible way of treating customers. I wonder how many potential repeat customers they have pushed away here.

BEST EXPERIENCE. we went for my birthday to smoke some hookah and figures in Thursday they had karaoke! SO FUN such an upbeat crowd and awesome friendly staff. definitely will be coming back

Would be great if the bartender would tend the bar... or take my food order... or stop flirting with her co workers... or stop checking her phone...Guess i will take my money elsewhere.With that said the food is great and the environment is chill.

I just left this place because the hookah was burnt. I had been to this place about 4 times and everything was good but today they gave us a burnt hookah. I talked to the hookah guy and he took the thing we’re the tobacco is came back saying he “fixed it” but it was not true. Still harsh and dry and literally burnt my throat. I am so dissatisfied and dissatisfied. I would never go back.

The people who work the door are great but inside is a totally different story. Rudeness upstairs and down. Ill never go again.

The first time I went they lost my card. The waitress told us that it happens all the time and to lock my card. Someone tried to use it a couple days later. I should’ve stopped going after that but I liked music and hookah. The second time, they were completely rude. Very slow service, I had to chase our waitress down to get the tab after we asked 30 minutes ago. She told me to “just go away”. Hookah was poorly made and drinks barely have alcohol; also they’re overpriced.

I had a Reservation this past Saturday I arrived 2 hours before closing Owner closed the door in my face and rudely refused my party of 7 people 5 women at that , my hostess had a astonished look on her face with the disbelief of refusing me and my family …….never have I witnessed such unprofessionalism, I was left embarrassed and had to take my family elsewhere.

The server was smoking her vape pen right in front of us with random friends from inside. Took forever for our hookah to come and the kitchen closed after I received the food menu and wasn’t notified. When I was going to place an order waitress informed me of this. Terrible service and people were walking around inside without a mask!!! Terrible experience. I would never visit this establishment again.

Went in for a table of 5 and was told you have to spend a minimum of $300 for 5 people and $200 for 4. We asked to speak with the owner and he was very unapproachable and unprofessional. Will never go again. Ended up going to OPA down the road and turns out the place is welcoming and the staff is very accommodating.

This place went so downhill over the years! How sad because I remember when it was managed well and played nice music since we have been going there for at least 7 years, now its all trash music and very overpriced!!! Use to be such a classy place for adults and now its tasteless and classless! Staff was rude and not welcoming at all. Never again! Sad excuse they should have changed the name of this place because its not what it once represented years ago.

One of the worst experience here. They took 2 hours serving us hookah after they messed up on our first head. The food was cold and dry. The employees don’t acknowledge their customers m. Worst customer service.

Dope spot. Good lighting, good looking staff, great portioned drinks. The space is small and itll feel a bit stuffed at times. Prices are reasonable. Aside from that, the service is good and the atmosphere is really what is going to keep me going back.

Went here for my birthday on the 21st ... my waitress Brianna was rude to my entire table..... we had a reservation and she still told us if we didnt have one we had to get up... we clearly told her our reservation. We ordered drinks which is great, we were looking at the menu for food, she came over asked if we wanted a hookah we said not at the moment we are gonna order food.... after that she walked away and didnt come back to the table for a half hour... leaving our drinks empty and we were very disappointed .. her attitude towards us was horrible as a waitress I am shocked that there are servers like this.... wanted to spend money but her attitude towards us made me leave.

This place used to be really great but I give it a 3 star rating now because it caters to a younger college crowd at night and wont ever cross the line to 4 star with its current format. Great place for some fun with hookah, college style, not elegant dining. If you are in the mood for a fancy night out with hookah try OPA! Right next door.

This place doesn’t deserve even 1 star. After a long quarantine finally the restaurants are opened and we decided to come here!!! The worst decision I ever made. $67 for 3 small appetizers!!! Come on! I don’t advise you to come here .

Every time I come to this lounge I am always having a blast and and well treated. Especially the waitress Giana! She is legit the best waitress on Nara! Highly recommended!!!!

The music was good. Food could have been better i ordered the steak and cheese roll and it tasted like pork spring roll. Spent 200$ on drinks and the food only cost 10$, at the end of the night we had 3 full drinks they took it and threw it away. Yelling that if your not screwing anyone who works here then you have to go. Not a good impression at all wont be returning.

No dancefloor but there is always room to dance. Because we have good time no matter where we go... Management/ Servers did not bother us and just worked around us.💞 Friendly, Awesome and Handsome staff lol.

Would never go there again, got a table for four then after we’ve been seating there for a while they’re gonna come and tell us to move because someone had reserved that table that we need to sit somewhere else knowing that there were no more tables smdh we asked for supervisor and they said supervisor wasn’t there. On vacation from Tampa. People recommended federal hill and ended up at Nara 1221. Beautiful place great atmosphere and our waitress Juliet was awesome!

New Years Eve party we bought tickets for the music/dancing party and weren’t allowed upstairs where the music and dancing was because we randomly were assigned seats downstairs. They literally didn’t let us go to the event that we HAD PAID TICKETS FOR. The only reason they get any stars is that the bartender was awesome when we returned obviously frustrated and gave us shots. Maybe a good spot on a regular day but don’t waste your money on New Years

Had a blast. We were downstairs and upstairs partying. Good music, I danced all night.

The music is far too loud you cant even hear the people next to you if you scream and I asked for top shelf liquor, paid for top shelf liquor, received rubbing alcohol. Good place to get stabbed though.

Great place, good drinks vibes and music. Downstairs was packed so went upstairs to the lounge. Music is too loud to talk to anyone unless you speak directly into their ear. Attracts an odd crowd in the later hours.

Totally cool spot. I tried hookah for the first time and loved it! The music was sick too, mostly hip hop on Saturday night. The place was jamming and we had a huge party trying to come in at like 12:30 and the manger or owner (unsure) got us a table right away. Our cocktail waitress was really sweet too. Ill def be back!

Solid club, tried to tell me after I got a table and when the night was over about a $300 minimum. Ended up not having to pay that but put a bad taste in my mouth.

The service is pretty good, very friendly and the environment pretty cozy. Nice lounge.

Booo👎🏾🍅🍅🍅the place was dry. There was barely anybody there. When we got there (a group of 14) we sat down at a table and someone moved us to what was the VIP section where it was more comfortable for us (none of us knew it was VIP nor asked to be moved). When the lady asked us what we wanted, we only ordered three drinks and one hookah (because we had ate elsewhere right before and were just here for the vibes). The lady was upset about that and basically told us to move out of the section. The only reason this place got ONE star is because there’s no lower option & the music was decent. The workers were rude when they should’ve thanked us for turning up their DRY, BORING venue. I’m glad I didn’t waste a dime on this place. BTW nothing about that place gave me “upscale” as described

Beatiful lounge we had a nice time. Wish it was more upscale crowd was young has great potential for more. Food was good drinks decent. Valet parking was a plus.Would definitely would pay a higher cover for the atmosphere. Hookah was spot on.

Granted I have never been to Providence and this being my first time I didnt know what to expect. With that being said, what a highly disappointing experience. This place is clearly about getting as much money from you as they can. My friends and I went on a Friday night and were told to sit at one of the tables inside we had to buy a bottle. Now, this was an hour drive for me I did not want to drink that much liquor. We then said we wanted hookah and they said we had to sit outside and would still have to purchase a bottle of alcohol ($250 minimum.) So I was a bit confused as to why we had to purchase a bottle to sit at a table on the sidewalk, and maybe this is how things work in Providence but to me that is insane. They also only sell bottled water and will not provide you with water if you ask. Food is also mediocre and so I will not be back. If I am spending that amount of money I expect better customer service. There is none. Ridiculous, dont waste your time.

Amazing service. Have been coming here since before COVID and it’s always a fun time. Specifically during this pandemic they have been following all CDC protocols and I will continue to come back!

The food is dry. The wait for your food is long (the place was nearly empty and we still waited almost an hour for our food). They are polite though.

Was here for three hours yesterday only saw my waitress once. My friend and I ordered drinks they were empty for as long as we were there she never came up to check on the drinks. She came up to the table next to ours at least four times.Finally we asked for the check she brought it over it sat there for ten minutes. Finally I walked up to the bar to try to pay my bill to leave she was dancing and talking to other waitresses. Horrible service won’t return. I hate that the 18% gratuity was added because I definitely don’t feel like it was earned at all. Worst service of my life

My friend and I went out for a girls night and had a fantastic time, our server Chiara was prompt and personable, drinks and hookah were fantastic, I highly recommend coming here for a night out. Service and quality were outstanding, I will definitely be back! Thank you Chiara and Nara staff!

Great atmosphere, but only 3 stars because $7 for a beer and $35 for 3 shots of patron is way too much!!!

My husband and myself went to grab a bite to eat and oh man was it quite the experience. We have to give the food a zero star. We order a “ribeye steak” with mash potatoes and a “Salmon” shrimp with mash potatoes since we have eaten this many times before. Well well well the ribeye tasted like it was from Walmart’s cheapest quality, which we should have know when they told us all entrees were only $21.00. Then what was suppose to be salmon was a substitute to a fish similar since it didn’t taste like wild caught or even farm raised, which came excessively soaked in some type of red wine sauce. If you areConsidering going to this place for a meal just don’t yourself and don’t waste your money They also just add the tip into your bill, just was the worst part after having such a horrible experience.

The place is nice. Bartenders and staff were attentive. However, went on Latin night and they played limited bachata songs and mainly urban music. Add some meringue and salsa.

Ive been here several times. A great atmosphere for the younger scene with a relaxed club environment. they like to play modern/hiphop/some edm mixes and it is good music for the younger crowd. Very friendly staff and great food. I ordered the meat pies, ordered the coconut/pineapple hookah with the pineapple head and it tasted great. It can get real packed at times which brings in that very outgoing vibe which is nice if youre into it.

The receptionist gave me contradictory review when I asked to be seated. He stated that the place was full, and followed that by allowing a group of a different race then my friend group in minutes after. If his rational that it was due to limited seating, I would assume that would apply to everyone and not just my friend group.

I hate the lighting plus it’s always too loud and guests who come in cannot speak comfortably and also the prices are not worth the quality they serve

Did not eat the food, but it looks very good. Hookah is insanely overpriced, but one pipe will last about 2 hours. The live music and belly dancing on Wednesdays is a lot of fun.

Theres no better date night! Or just to hang with your bros! This is such a high class hookah bar, but the hookahs are not terribly overpriced like I had thought they would be from the look of the place. The calamari was delicious, the hookah smoked for a long time and the staff didnt force us out or make us buy a hookah repack claiming the shisha goes bad after 30 minutes (lies), like another hookah bar off Thayer street has said in the past 😡.Definitely the best hookah bar in Rhode Island. And believe me, Ive been to nearly every one.

First time coming here for my Birthday and it was horrible. We were seated for over 30 minutes and in between that time one of the waitresses spilled a tray of drinks on our table, the seats and all over the side of my body, she barely wiped up the spill and didnt even think to bring us napkins at all she walked off and didnt come back. We mentioned that to a few other waiters and that we were waiting, they kept saying okay and didnt check on the table, someone finally came over to take our order just to tell us that the kitchen was closed so we could not order food, the manager was nonchalant about it and had no solution to what happened, he just called someone over to take our order when we couldnt even order what we wanted to order and so on, that is not the way I wanted to started off my Birthday, unfair customer service and I will unfortunately not return or recommend this place.

Drinks are not balanced at all. Our server had attitude when we placed a simple order she forgot to add a juice that we ask for. Hookah was no good, we asked to check whats wrong with it and we offer to pay for another one. Ofcourse been charged for two witch one was replaced. Lol I placed a order of 3 items of food and got only two instead. Not recommend this place at all

They were rude and I was treated poorly. They were very costly. If you want to smoke hookah you are better off buying your own.

I have been going to Nara Lounge for a while and just tonight realized they have gratuity built into the bill. I was a party of 2. Never realized this. Come to find out I was giving a 20% tip on top of this 18% built into the bill. Basically almost. 40% tip. Horrible business ethics. I will not be back. You don treat people like that.I learned a lesson tonight so thank you for that. I hope others read this and you go out of business. Not ethical at all. Probably not even legal.Unhappy customer. Too bad, because I otherwise like the place. You don’t need to be so greedy.In response to your reply. I realized the gratuity was on the bill so this time I did not leave additional gratuity. I have no problem showing my gratitude and leaving a tip for the servers. This is what they work for, and they do a good job. I don’t want a refund, I expect you to be an honest business person. Also, I don’t understand why you refer to these 2 things as different, they are one in the same. Tip and gratuity is the same thing. You don’t build gratuity into the bill and then ask for a tip. Finally, I find it horrible you are putting this on your server. This is clearly something you instituted as a business. You got caught and now you take the low road and blame someone else, worse, an employee that you hired. There are other places to go and I will not be back. I hope you stop this practice.

Went in tonight after dinner. We had a box from a pizza place. After being carded and given problems about our leftovers they told us it was a forty dollars charge per person. One in our party wasnt there to smoke and we only came in for a hookah. We figured wed go to a place without a price minimum and had a lovely time at Majaz instead.

Not the place I would choose to celebrate my birthday. I’m from New York but my mom live in Massachusetts. My mom choose this lounge to celebrate her birthday, so all I did wast to please my mom and I reserved a table for 20 people. So te manager told me that I had to pay $100 to reserve the table and it included the decorations, 2 tickets and a bottle of champagne. WE NEVER GOT THE CHAMPAGNE. Also since my mom did got to invite 20 people we had a empty space and the manager asked me if he can use that space to sit more people. And of course I said yes and at least I was expecting a complimentary drink for my mom and instead they over charged me. At fist they was charging me $15 cocktail and than they changed to $20 and the waitress didn’t want to talk to me. Also they brought a hookah that I had asked 1 hour before the was closing and they brought it 10 min before closing. The hookah was horrible and it was a $30 waisted. I was expecting something better for it to be $$$$. Never again! There’s are better lounges and cheaper than Nara Lounge.

First time I been there since the shut down of restaurants and lounges in Rhode island. Its outside only. no hooka cuz of the Rhode island restrictions. But drinks with friends was so worth it to be outside and together..

The drinks are overpriced and weak. I spent like $11 on a watered down version of cran and vodka, the music is so loud the waitress didn’t properly take down our order. If you’re coming here with your friends, expect to yell everything to them from across the table.
