AMAZING Intimate Essentials

My wife and I were a little nervous about going in here to shop last weekend.We have never been before. We were greeted by Elisa who welcomed us with a smile and asked us if we needed help. We asked to look around first and she said if we had questions to let her know. We ended up with a lot of questions and she was very helpful and informative on some of the products we have never seen before. She also gave us taste test samples of the flavored lubes we were interested in. She made us very relaxed and we had an enjoyable shopping experience! We will definitely be coming back for more items in the near future!

Best store ever and staff are nice to me whenever I go down to the arcade they never ask why what or how. I just go and have fun and go home happy. Sometimes the dudes keep opening doors, just the creepy old dudes. Sometimes there are the homeless dudes smoking weed in the booths. Other than that

I visited this store today the lady at the desk was helpful and friendly. She explained about the arcade and the cost which was 20 bucks only good for the day. It was understandable. Thank you

I wish i got his name. I was shopping here on 1/5/24 at about 1pm. The man working today. Was the most helpful and knowledgeable person ive encountered anywhere in retail!! He knew the products intimatly at every price tier and had a recommendation for every budget. Incredibly not a single creepy vibe and it was never f uncomfortable or awkward Just a guy who wanted me to get the most bang for my buck !😉😉Def coming back to upgrade soon!! Thank you

Staff were very warm, welcoming and informative.The layout is much less hectic than others I have seen making it easier to navigate on your own, you dont have to play wheres waldo for anything you might be looking for.It was my first time coming to this location, I had an amazing experience and definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Two ladies were working behind the desk. Helped us with knowledge on certain items. Opened up boxes to left us touch and feel products. Only complaint is they seemed to ask who would register people out which looked a little unprofessional but they were still amazing people especially the lady with short black hair and glasses.

So I walk in the store and the guy behind the counter was in front bending over to pick up stuff that fell on the floor when he looked over his shoulder and asked how can he help me. I simply pointed out the way I walked in and the situation and the timing and the irony of it all when he got super rude and offended cuz I chuckled and made a joke. Telling me he didnt smile and I shld be more careful what I say lol. It is an adult sex shop and I wasnt implying anything or hitting on him so i felt he needs to lighten up or get a new job. Apparently hes ugly on the inside too. Check his ego and know ur clientele.

People who work here are rude. I tried to send a picture to send to my girlfriend to get her input, and I was ordered to not take pictures in the store. The one on Thurbers Ave is so much better.

Went in there to go shopping for stuff for Christmas did not feel welcome from the employee jessica the other worker with the nose earring was friendly and pleasent but will not go there again Ill try Allens Ave next time

Terrible experience today, I entered the store and paid to use their services and a rude, ill-educated, discriminating man, whose teeth are more rotten than his heart, took me out pointing out that I was doing loitering, it is worth mentioning that I had just entered the store. place; which is why I feel discriminated against, robbed and outraged by a person who should not work in a place with public service.
