I found this place online and what a little gem I found. The owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells. I ended up buying a 800 puff disposable vape for $10 tax included. Try this shop for yourself, you wont be disappointed!!

Ive been coming here nearly 10 years, and every vape crisis Ive had in that time, Ive come here to be rescued. And here we are. I lost probably my favourite vape I ever had in an uber, and I managed to get the exact vape that i had, and at a great price. Thanx again guys! ~Jaymz☆

They didnt accept my ID card (Im 26 years old). My ID is from Arizona, and it expires on your 65th birthday. I have never had a problem with this at any other vape store. They should purchase a machine to scan IDs.

Came in with a few questions. Ben was super friendly, and super helpful. Also recommended some awesome new e-liquid (even took the time to get me set up with fresh juice, and coils). Shop atmosphere was super welcoming. Will definitely be coming back frequently.

I started going here a few months back. I have nothing but GREAT experiences every time I stop in. The guys take their time with you on helping you find the perfect product for your needs. The juices are premium and taste amazing. They also have a very well put together reward system. Us vapers know it’s a very expensive habit. The rewards help out a ton.

Absolutely the best vape shop in the state possibly in New England. Guys are awesome and extremely helpful if you have any questions they can absolutely answer them. I recommend this place to everyone. These guys are 100%. Forget all about the other stores around Rhode island and go here you will be impressed.

This was my first and only time i have ever ben in here. The cases were dirty as well as empty. There were a few small shelves with a selection of juice. The staff was very helpful however. While i was waiting they had a staff member checking ids of everyone who came in. They were very friendly amd very knowledgable. This is just not my kind of place. I was expecting an established shop to look well maintained amd well stocked as well as clean

There is very friendly service at this place the prices are a little high but not too bad nothing you wouldnt expect from a store that was located in downtown Providence I mean the rent is higher they kind of have to. There really is a couch you can Lounge on in Vape its pretty cool.

If I ever get through the stores front door, then I may offer a higher rating.First time in Providence, closest and highest rated vape shop near my hotel... BUT not open when I arrived at 10:59 AM... Not open at 11:00 AM as listed on Store Hours... Not open after I had lunch at 12:00 PM...Went to the mall and rode the White Horse back to my hotel.Gotta be available when you say you are. Otherwise youre not really reliable, are you?

I just recently started vaping. I stopped by the vape lounge to see what they had to offer. Their customer service, enjoyable atmosphere, and great tasting premium juices it top of the line. I highly recommend if you are a vapor or interested in quoting cigs go see them and give them a shop. Thanks guys and look forward to seeing you soon!!!

Visiting from NY. Was looking for a local vapeshop with great atmosphere and people. I found it. The manager and staff were great. Shop is inviting, and they know there stuff. If your looking for a good Vape shop, good service, and good hardware and juice stop in. I have been to too many vapeshops to count and this is definitely in my top 3. Check them out.

Id been having trouble with my vape giving me an error. Everywhere I went (even in other states) couldnt solve me problem and just had me buy new equipment. I went through so many tanks in the last 3 months. Finally I found The Vape Lounge and Ben could not have been more helpful. He completely solved my problem (even tho he would have profited more by just having me buy a new unit). Hes also super knowledgable on vaping and the technology behind it. Customer service was A+

Great shop, great staff, and great atmosphere. just picked up the new LMC box mod arms race through their wonderful reward system, I strongly advise any one whos trying to quit smoking to come check them out.

Fav spot...best staff with infinite patience..if you made em frustrated its not them,its YOU!! Great product awareness...earn points towards credit..try their signature red beard liquid...strawberry cheesecake with a fruity pebble crust!!!

The Vapor lounge has always given us (me and my boyfriend) top notch service! Their employees are personable and caring and go out of their way to satisfy their customers with any vape issues, questions about juices, and just be helpful in multiple aspects- I dont know any customers that dont go to the shop 50% because they just want to say whats up to the employees😊I can say personally that both me and my boyfriend had issues at one point or another with our mods that were bought there, and the employees(Ben, David, Ross and Calin) went way out of there way to send the mods back and when they found out we were not going to be credited, they had us order replacement mods ON THEM! ( This is only one instance) The bottom line is that T.V.L.R.I should be anyone looking for a vape stores go to shop! Thanks again guys ... youre like family!💯👍🤘

Walked in and not impressed. Cases were empty maybe three or for mods to choose from. Juice selection was weak think i seen only a half dozen to choose from. Very limited selection of coils. I seen a couple mech mods but no rdas or any building materials. Basically if youre a serious vaper dont waste your time.

The staff was great they took the time to offer options & put the new tank on my mod! Even the customers hanging out in the shop were awesome!
