Never had issues until yesterday when I went and got my favorite Funky Republic - blueberry duo ice and upon returning home and opening it this morning - the light on the side where the battery is shown was already on while in the bag and lite up bright, I opened the plastic and it was making a hissing noise, I then tried to rip it and it only caused the after fire to continue worse. I also noticed it’s automatically on 90% (not sure if it ripping in the box overnight had an effect on the battery life) Not sure if it was just a dud vape but I had driven all the way out to Providence 20 minutes away just to go to White Horse after having such good luck! I love the staff and the store I’m just wondering if maybe I got a dud in the box. Unfortunately it happens just doesn’t make it not suck any less. 😕

I have been here many times and have had shipping. I have had my ID verified through the shipping and have had my license scanned at the store. I forgot my license but had a picture of my license (front and back). I had drove a half hour away to be told I could not make the purchase because the law requires to scan my ID. the male employeewas very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me I could not because thats the law. I am writing to inform you that thats not the law in Rhode Island law. The law is licenses have to be scanned if the person is 27 years and younger, I am 40. You also have the right to refuse to have your license scanned. I will not shop here anymore but wanted management to be aware of this.

I didn’t have any problems until my 3th order. I was shipped the wrong product. They did address the issue right away by sending me a return label as their policy does not do replacement orders. As soon as I receive my refund, I will reorder and hopefully receive the correct product this time. For that reason, I have given a 5 star review based on customer service response time.

I cant say enough about this company. I was very worried about making my first vape purchase from an online source. I initially learned about about WHV thru reddit. Prices are good. Very few items out of stock...when I made my purchase I had to verify my identity, which failed. I followed instructions and sent an email to them and they responded just as they said...I dont mind the verification process being very tough. I think its a good business practice. Arrived to days after, could track the whole time, no hidden costs. I highly recommend this business. And if you have any trouble in the process just follow the easy to understand directions and they will put you at ease!!!!! Thanks WHV!!!!

I have been purchasing from WHV for about 3 years, come to find out my last order was cancelled due to writing “bad reviews” so they basically flagged me. This is why websites have this option to write reviews after having many horrible experiences with there shipping and not receiving item I paid for and not being refunded, your damn right I’m going to write a bad review.They lied to me at first saying “they don’t deliver to my state” funny seeing my daughter placed an order for me!! I have been trying a few different brands and flavors. My last order had two new brands and flavors. Just curious, has anyone else received bad/empty vapes? Two out of my four seem to be empty...burnt flavor on one and the other just doesnt work. I love the company and of course my fav, but what are the odds of two bad ones out of four?! Really disappointed by this. Think I will stop trying other brands and just stick to one brand. Just wish I wouldnt have wasted the money on others. Live and learn I guess

Pretty disappointed with white horse vapor. Weve ordered several times from them, unfortunately we live in a very busy building and someone has stolen our vape packages twice. The first time we had to file a claim with usps before they would help us in anyway. WHV ended up sending us a gift card for the stolen vape amount and we were able to order replacements. Thankfully got the reorder. But just last week we ordered $70 worth of vapes and paid $6.99 for 3 day shipping and some jerk stole them again! Well when I contacted WHV they told me there was nothing they could do due to usps dropping off the package! Kind of crazy that they wont offer a refund and or replacement vapes even though the package is insured by usps. You would think customer satisfaction would mean something to them. They lost 2 loyal customers.Just beware if youre ordering to somewhere where packages may get stolen easily!

I’ve been ordering from Whitehorse vapor for over a year now and there have been a couple of times where there have been issues. In the first year I was on a text message with a young man named David and he would take care of the problems if they arose. David even sent me a free vape because of the issues that I was experiencing. Monday I ordered three vapes and I was sent a confirmation email saying that I would be sent My tracking number and I never got it so I emailed the company trying to find out why my tracking number has not been provided. They answered me back on Facebook messenger and said that they were out of one of the products and I need to order something else, but had I not written to them and complained I would never have even known any of this information, it’s too bad that doesn’t handle these things for them because he did a great job now I have to wait to see if they are going to do anything to rectify this problem. My hopes are because I just went and sent them a new email to send me a different vape because they didn’t have the one I requested supposedly that they will send me a tracking number and send all of my order on fast track shipping that they should pay for due to the inconvenience they are putting me thru. The store is in Rhode Island, but their warehouse is in Texas. It’s about an hour drive for me to get down to their store once in a while. I will take the drive but to hear from the warehouse that they don’t have something in stock and it was available on their website is just not acceptable and this overall has been a bad customer service experience.

THE vape shop in my opinion. Excellent selection and unmatched prices. For newcomers...its not a shop around kind of place. You basically place your orders online to either be picked up same day or delivered to you. They do have a tablet sort of situation where u can place an order on site but its much easier to order ahead of time. Dont waste your money on the smoke shops that charge almost double for the same products.

I’ve ordered from White Horse approximately five times. Fast shipping which you can track through SHOP. The last vape I bought was the Geek Bar Pulse. I love this vape because I can see the battery life and amount of juice the device has which has prevented me from my vape going dead during the day and allows me to know when to order my next vape. I ordered this vape in Strawberry Banana and the vaping is so smooth and the flavor is amazing. With the “better known” and my favorite brand vapes being “banned” in Louisiana, I’ve been ordering from White Horse. I have no complaints what so ever! Prices are GREAT. With White Horse, I’m only paying $13.99 for the brand I use whereas when they were being sold in louisiana, I was paying upwards of $30 for ONE. Now for $30 I can get 2-3 PLUS free shipping! Even though their minimum for free shipping is $29, you cannot beat that plus even if you do pay for shipping, I haven’t paid more than $4 I believe which is VERY reasonable. I will continuously order through them AND recommend them to anyone I know who uses vapes who isn’t able to find the brand they smoke in LA! Processing and shipping is SUPER fast also!! 10/10 recommend! ☺️

First time customer, ordered online to be shipped to my home. Friend recommended White Horse Vapor because I couldnt find any good quality disposable vapes near me anymore. I was a little suspicious of ordering online, and it was a little difficult to verify the legitimacy of the company online.Verifying ID after making the purchase was a bit of a hassle, but I think the blame for that rests on the outside organization WHV uses for verification.Order was processed and began the shipping process within 24 hours, which was nice. I was able to track my order online, and it arrived at my doorstep four days later. My order did not have any defects. I will also give a + for the prices on the website and free shipping they offer. Incredible deal.My experience with them would have been 5 stars hands down... EXCEPT, the day after I received my first email confirming my order was shipped, I began to receive numerous phishing texts to my cell phone and email I provided to White Horse Vapor about how my USPS package couldnt be sent unless I verified my information on the link contained in those messages.Giving WHV the benefit of the doubt, I would assume they have no knowledge of this, but it seems like there is a data leak happening somewhere in the process of ordering online that is, at the very least, leaking some information provided to WHV from customers. The email I provided was not active and the only recent activity of that specific email address was to purchase from their website.TLDR: Experience with WHV prices/tracking/products was 5 stars, having to worry that they might have accidentally/intentionally leaked my information (especially when customers have to provide ID verification) was 1 star worthy. So I am averaging these and giving them 3 stars for now.

I ordered this Esco Bars in White Horse Vapor and i waited almost a week and im not satisfied on the product i received. The packaging of the disposables looks good and the smell is good when you open the packaging but the taste is off. Taste like nothing and it has that strong taste of nicotine that hurts your throat every time you try it. And i ordered 4 of them and spent almost $80 and turns out they were not good like what i expected. Never buying this again! I feel like i just given away $80.

Corrected!! After reaching three different people in customer service i finally reached Sarina. She treated me as if i was a real person, was very kind, professional, and understanding of the situation. I will give White Horse another opportunity. Fingers crossed that all goes well.... (original) I have used white horse for disposable vapes 3 times. 1st time 2 wrong vapes were shipped to me. Customer service advised that I may reorder the ones I requested and keep the other ones at my expense.. that did not sit well with me. But I ordered the correct ones and paid for white horses mistakeEveryone makes a mistake ever now and then. So no issues thereBut when they blamed up for the wrong vapes getting shipped to me and ow wont do anything for me!!!I decided to try again. Give them another chance. This time I wanted to use a supplied coupon for 20% off.I accidentally hit order before putting in the coupon code. Once ordered you can not change itI wanted to cancel order. And reorder with the coupon...no good.I e-mailed Customer service and they explained that I was S.O.L..they could not add the coupon or cancel the order. But maybe my next order I would remember the coupon after it had expired and try to use it then.This has been an unpleasant experience! Had a super positive experience with Whitehorse Vape in Rhode Island! Initially, I was going to order online and then waffled About it because I live so close.I called and spoke to someone in the store… An actual human being picked up the phone – that’s a win right there. They were polite, they didn’t rush me off the phone, and they walked me through how to place a pick up order.I went to the store on a Busy Saturday. It’s a gorgeous store from the outside in the inside. If you go, you should be familiar with the stock just because it’s more wholesale than retail environment. The upside is they have some excellent discounted items available. The customer service in person was just as good if not better than over the phone.Chat about a few products and the Gentleman knew the product I was describing, although I didn’t know the name and am poor at charades lol. Both my girlfriend and I made large purchases because the prices are phenomenal and we were treated really well.I had a few other sites I used to use, but c’est la vie. Even a wholesale account I have with my business license can’t compete with their pricing (It’s pretty close).. But honestly, I wouldn’t want to because WH VAPES is doing it right. 🙂😁👍. Thanks guys!

This review is for the website, Ive never been to the store.I was weary about buying vapes online, especially given the lack of information on what sites are trustworthy, but my local shop stopped stocking my favorite flavor for the fourth time and Im tired of changing brands, so I got annoyed/desperate enough that I figured Id give it a shot.The price is lower than my local shop, even after shipping. ID verification was a little wonky but it seemed like a website glitch/issue (not their fault), I just had to redo the photos because the site errored me out. My order processed and shipped way faster than expected, arrived in less than a week. I got everything exactly as ordered, factory sealed even.11/10 experience, I ordered 5 vapes so as long as nothing goes wrong with any of them (will edit in a month or two lol), Ill be ordering them from here from now on.Edit: All 5 vapes had zero issues!

Update: 6/16 Spencer from White horse reached out to me about my dissatisfaction, and he made everything right. He apologized for the issues I had and sent me another Elf Bar. Very pleased with how HE made things right, will definitely be ordering again because of how he handled things.I ordered four elf bar disposables from them and even though it said 3-5 day shipping it took almost two weeks to receive them. Which I can understand sometimes there are delays, and even then I wasn’t disappointed. But after receiving my order I noticed one of the four disposables had leaked juice out all over the packaging, even before opening. After opening I tried to use it and it just didn’t fire. Now I understand they can’t know whether or not they send a faulty one, so I reached out and asked for a replacement the same day. Never heard back, so I emailed again and still no response. Just gonna chalk it up to lost money, but definitely won’t order from here again.

Great company! I usually buy my elf bars for $20-$30 a piece in Saint Louis, where I live. But I was able to buy 4 for $55 on this website. They were way cheaper than I can find anywhere else ! and I got a limited edition one and two of my favorite flavors rainbow candy that I couldn’t ever seem to find anywhere else. I will say that they go through ups which i personally think is a pretty bad company. They told me my package was coming two days ago and I got it three days later. Other than that, great place to buy from !

I’ve been coming to Whitehorse for many years! The staff is always really friendly, and the prices are always great! While I do love that there’s always new options available, I will say a slight downfall is sometimes said product will be completely out of stock in store. I really really enjoy the geek bars, and was getting them in store for a bit, but now I can’t go in store to pick up any and have to order online which isn’t ideal since I live so close. There’s also some flavors online that have been online for months and have never made it into the store. I totally understand testing flavors, but I do hope that these become available in store soon!

I have been ordering from White Horse for years, at first they were sending orders within a day they dont seem to understand that if a customer pays for expedite delivery it means that the client wants it ASAP if not why would they pay for it? Now I think you would get it faster if you dont pay for faster service at all thats of course if you ever get it I guess. Its been over a week since I placed my larger order paid for faster service and the order still says unfulfilled. I wonder if they are still in business or they are not in business anymore since they are not even replying to my customer service emails.Please fulfill all your pending orders for your clients regardless if they paid for faster delivery or not you are in business because of us, without clients you would not be in business. The sad thing is that I recommend several of my friends and coworkers and I wouldnt like for the same thing to happen to them therefore, I will have to tell them about not ordering because I dont want to feel guilty because I was the one that told them about this place.

I placed an order for 4 vapes in Dec 2023, 2 of the flavors were sold out, twice. Because of this my order was sent in 2 shipments. The first order contained 1 of the 2 watermelon vapes and the 2nd shipment had the 2 that were substitutions. However, I was still short a vape. Ive called customer service and spoke to a rude man and now can only get voicemail. Im placing another order, only because they have great prices I will update my review based on my 2nd order. I have ordered several times from this company. I order in bulk 6 plus at a time. Typically one disposable last around a week in half for me. I have had several dudes, poor flavor, Poor battery, just defective or faulty. I opened one last week- grabbed it out and my hands were covered in juice. Juice was all over the package. The outside of the vape clearly shows the saturated paint.I finally had enough decided to email. Told me to request a shipping label- The order number on my last email wouldnt pull anything up. i asked them to look it up via email they sent it to me. Then said all items are unreturnable. i sent an email and photos to be told sorry your outside your 10 day window. We encourage you to check all products in 10 days. Never seen where they encouraged that until you go to there refund section. They also have a special requirement of only 2 returns for customers every month. Which tells me, im not the only one who has wasted a lot money on defective vapes. Gamble your money somewhere else. Terrible customer service. More terrible products than good.

Phenomenal staff! Im road tripping across the United States and ran out of juice and they where more than willing to help me locate a sufficient flavor. Once I was able to locate one they still let me try other flavors and discuss other needed items such as batteries and atomizers. They even helped me put them into squeeze bottles for easy refill while driving. Highly recommend stopping in. And there are discounts if you buy in bulk as well!

I have made online purchases from this store several times and will continue to do so. I am always pleased with the products, but never with the shipping. I do not recommend paying for the expedited 3 day shipping as it always takes longer than 3 days. The first time I thought it was just a weird thing but long shipping time has been consistent. That being said, products are great, prices are a little bit cheaper than in a store, but dont pay extra for shipping.

Stopped into White Horse this morning to pick up a few Esco bars to get me through the long holiday weekend and I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The store had a cool vibe to it and you could see they were clearly busy but still friendly and willing to help. After looking around and chatting with the sales rep we ended up trying the elf bars in cranberry grape and watermelon ice. I gotta say the Elf bar is so cute and has a great taste, it might just be my new favorite. Thanks for the suggestion white horse. I will be back for sure!

This companies customer service is next level! There was a simple issue with my shipment. Long story short. A representative called me and took a solid 30+ mins out of her day to go over my options and to help me with my order. She was amazing. Her name is Stephanie. I have only received one order so far. I was impressed with the prices and free delivery. I received it alot faster than it said I would. So I just ordered another one. Hopefully I have the same experience. I feel like a lot of the complaints are people who are trying to get free stuff or just dont know how distribution works. Dont purchase anything from here online, I ordered 3 vapes on black friday 2023, its December 11th, and still have not received a tracking number or any kind of correspondence. Also, I randomly received a $19 gift card in my email and Im confused so I emailed customer service, and they say the gift card is because one of the items I bought was out of stock. So instead of refunding my order or even emailing me and letting me know that it was out of stock. I just get a random gift card in my email. It has been 3 weeks. Still no product. Still not refund. I have been ordering products from them for almost a year now and have been extremely pleased until this week. I ordered 4 Lost Mary items and 4 days later received a package with only 2 items, neither of which I ordered. I spoke with customer service twice and both times was told that I would have to ship the wrong items back before they would give me a gift card for my full purchase and then I would have to reorder and wait for them again. I asked to speak with a manager but no luck. I asked for replacements, I couldnt tell them exactly what day I received my order because I never received a tracking number. I made a purchase from this company. I reached out to them because I had not received my package and the carrier has showed delayed since last week. I received a response, but when I followed up, I was told: unfortunately we dont have control over the logistics of a package... I am not the one that sent it! Poor customer service. The joke was that was asked what I thought of my inquiry response. So now I am out the money I paid for product and will have to file a claim myself with the carrier. Thanks but no thanks! Ordered online (a Saturday) , they charged my card, I went through the entire upload ID process, etc. Fine. I understand, but then I get a call Tuesday they dont have that one in stock (I ordered 4), would I like a different one? No. First I can get any number of other vapes or same vape different flavor from any one of a number of places I drive by every day. But theyre out too, thats why WH got a shot. Second, Im not doing business with any business that takes my money and puts me through a process to order then figures out if they have the product. Seems backwards. So the Raz brand did pop ups all over Tulsa Co and everyone loves them but theyre hard to find and expensive when you do!I found these guys and they had it in stock. Have been doing business with White Horse Vapor for a while. When they ship the correct order, service is fast. When they ship the incorrect order it is a royal pain. I ordered 6 items (or so), and received 3 Elf Bars I did not order. I emailed customer service which was quick to respond. I offered to pay for the 3 Elf Bars if they would ship the correct order but they refused. I must return the wrong order before they will ship my actual order, which means they have my $100 (or so) and it will be a three week turnaround to get the stuff I ordered. When it works, it works, but the hassle makes me want to just shop locally and pay the extra $$ to get what I actually asked for.

Every other order I at least get two bad vapes. This time I ordered 12 and 4 of the funky republic I ordered didn’t work. Unacceptable. The price seems good if the products work but in my experiences all the bad ones I’ve gotten in the 2 yrs buying from them isn’t worth it. Think I saw a card about recycling your old vapes on my last order, so are they reusing the recycled products and trying to resell them after refilling the juice? Is that why the funky republic’s in my recent order 4 of them came out of packing low battery and when charged only goes up to 66% and doesn’t even hit! In the past when they said no refund has to be within 10 days I just brushed it off like ok, I’m not going to open all 10-12 every order and try them to make sure they work. But it’s too often for defective products from them that I question what they might be doing!

Kinda bummed, I’ve gone there twice now to get Elf bars and they don’t have the strong flavor I love with Elf. I know it’s not the brand cause I get them elsewhere and it’s such a strong flavor (which is why I like the brand) but for whatever reason the ones I’ve gotten here feel like they’re at the end of their life (juice wise) when I just bought them. Buyer beware! I placed an order on 6/02 and still have not received it. You can see from the tracking number that the package is lost in transit. It’s been over 2 weeks now. Customer service lies to me when they shipped it and refuses to give me a refund. If you look on their website, they can “choose” whether to refund any orders and I can guarantee they just don’t give refunds, even if you never receive the product. There are too many other online vape shops to risk getting scammed by White Horse Vapor.

They also make you use a foreign app to track your order which forces you to download and give multiple access of your phone and emails to said app. It was extremely difficult to setup and not user friendly at all.They were also out of a vape I had already paid for on their website at the time of purchase, which took them 4 days to realize and send some type of email about.If your websites inventory is faulty, shouldnt you have some sort of compensation for your mistakes than just a measly refund?Would not recommend this business at all and will not be ordering from them ever again.

I would love nothing more than to give a 5 star rating since they have good prices and was supposed to get my order to me pretty fast but actually getting my orders have proven to be a huge hassle. Originally I ordered on the 6th and was pleasently pleased to see I would be getting my order by the 12th. By the 15th with no update I reached out to WH and they said I would have to file a claim with ups to file a claim with them. That alone took 4 more days for ups to do an investigation and find that my package was lost. Emailed WH again and another 24 hrs later I get a refund issued via a gift card for the website and no other compensation or offers. I was a little peaved that they didnt just resend the order but reluctantly I reordered hoping Id get the same speed of delivery as the first had been planned.That second order went through on the 20th and I have still not yet received my order. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday and it is currently over 150 miles away and atleast one more distribution center away from delivery with no expected delivery date. So by this point it has taken 26 days to receive my package and its still not here yet and most likely wont be here till next week. Will update once I finally receive my order.Uodate: finally got my order yesterday, the 2nd. 29 days from my initial order. One of the boxes shifted during transport to the box is a little crushed but the vaprs are good. I updated to 3 stars since there were no problems with my order but delivery and the companys handling of the situation makes me not want to order from here again.

I always order between 6 to 8 elf bar vapes at a time from White Horse vapor mostly all the vape works fine, but recently I have been having issues with couple of elf bar not having flavor when I vape all I taste is icy mint which hurts the throat I called and emailed the issue I was having so they would replace it but it showed that it’s non returnable I was told by their salesperson I past the window of return which is 10 days, common sense is I can’t smoke all in 10 days neither felt to check all of them that it was defective I was told it can’t be returned very dissatisfied with their service. Dont waste your money!! I ordered 8 fireball disposable 800 puff vapes online. They sent me 8 regular Tobacco flavor. I emailed them to try and give them a chance to make it right. They asked for pictures of my order then completely ghosted me. Customer service is freaking terrible. I have sent multiple emails and still no response. The will tell you its 2 day shipping at checkout. This means 5 to 7 days not 2. If you spend over a certain amount they offer you a free gift dont worry about what you pick you wont receive it with your order. This is the most dishonest place I have ever ordered from online. I have been ordering from here for almost a year and they are absolutely wonderful!! Once it said that my order had been delivered and when I went to go look for it, it was no where to be found. I contacted them and they sent me out my order over again!! Not only did they remedy the situation but they had it here within 2 days!! This month I received 2 bad vapes and they sent me a gift card for the amount of the vapes plus and shipping AND they added a 15% gratuity which made it possible for me to have the order expedited and it didn’t cost me a dime!! This is my favorite place to order vapes. I’ve tried ordering from other places before White Horse & the shipping was always far slower & the customer service was always lacking. Neither of those are the case at White Horse. They have the best deals you’ll ever find on disposable vapes. They have extremely fast shipping & great customer service. I get my orders shipped out next day every single time I order from them & they come within a week always. I’ve had a time where one of my vapes came burnt out of the box & they refunded me immediately. All of their products are 100% authentic & the cheapest you’ll ever get. All the other terrible reviews are 100% accurate. I purchased 3 elf bars online and 2 of them were good no issues. 1 was a dud I’m guessing it has a burnt coil bc it tasted awful. I contacted “customer service” (if you could call it that) on multiple occasions via the website chat, email, I even called the store and was directed to the email. No response. Just be upfront with folks. If you don’t want to accept returns make that known on your website instead of having a ridiculous 10 day return policy knowing that you’re not willing to respond to inquiries regarding returns. Horrible customer service. If you receive a faulty product just be willing to settle with the fact that you pretty much lost your money.

UPDATE: Other than a couple minor inconveniences with shipping, this company has been great to deal with. I’ve ordered twice, now. They do take a day or two to “process” the order before it actually ships out, and weekends are not factored in, so keep that in mind when selecting your shipment options. Will be ordering from these guys for the foreseeable future.I ordered from this company and was having trouble with the verification portion. After calling them directly and speaking to a gentleman named Zach, the issue was quickly solved; he was very courteous and helpful. I do not believe this company has any sense of a client experience or a minimum customer service. I placed an order on 8/13 for 4 products and today I was finally given a refund, due to my demand of one. The other reviews posted on here stating they had customer service issues are absolutely correct as I experienced the same issues. After emailing numerous times asking where my order was because I had paid for “expedited” shipping I was told again and again that it was sent to fulfillment for details. I never heard anything other than that.call a phone number in which I had to look through google to find and the guy that answered said he was in the middle of something and would call me back. Well I am still waiting for that call back, never happened. I did randomly received a text the other day blaming the whole thing on the USPS. I’m not sure I believe any of the excuses I have been told. I had asked for my products to be sent to me but only if they would expedite it. I received a text back this morning saying they would not overnight or expedite my order because basically it wasn’t their fault. If this is the way of doing business then don’t post lies about the processing time and shipping on your site. I paid $11.99 for 1-3 day shipping understanding that it said 2-3 business day processing. I have worked in customer service for over 18 years and never would I treat a client this way or not go the extra mile to make the rectify the situation. It will be 3 weeks since placing my order till my money will be back in my bank account. HIGHLY disappointed in this company and recommend that no one do business with them. I will continue to look for ways to place reviews on White Horse so that everyone understands what terrible business ethics this company has.I wanted to change this review from a 1 ⭐️ to a 5 ⭐️. Cant get an order right. I ordered from them twice before and it went fine, but my last order was so wrong. I ordered a few more vapes this time, but most importantly I ordered my favorite flavor; pineapple mango. I received all of my vapes, except my one most anticipated favorite. I received one that looks similar but tastes nothing like. Pineapple Mango is my favorite and looks too similar to the Dream Mary, which they sent me instead. I feel like my entire order was wasted now that they got my one favorite flavor mixed with another.

However I began working with an awesome customer service representative named spencer. He was amazing! He replaced my order in a timely fashion. Out of the 5 I have had 1 that didnt have the flavor and one that just doesnt work. And that has never happened to me before. Terrible service, the woman behind the counter makes sure of that. Very unpleasant employee to deal with for any matter at all; whether it be picking up, or returning a defective product. Decent products, when they’re not defective, but when they are, don’t expect to be compensated for the $ you wasted on a device that won’t recharge after its first battery cycle.

They have decent prices for vapes, but the shipping is unbearable! It seems like every time I order, the shipping gets slower and slower. This past order was placed early Monday and was marked as shipped on Tuesday but on the USPS website it says Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item meaning USPS doesnt even have my items yet to ship them. (And its been in the same shipping state since) How it can take a full business week to bring items to the post office or drop them into a box? Not to mention, this happens almost every time I order. I also tried using the onsite chat to get an answer, and I was told they cannot help me and I need to send an email. If you need your vapes within a timely matter, do not order from them. If you dont mind waiting two weeks to get your package, then feel free.

Honestly I would love to rate 5 stars because the flavor I cant seem to find anywhere else.However the disposable I bought was supposed to have 800 puffs. It lasted 4 days. I didnt think much of it until I got a disposable with 600 puffs, Im still puffing on 2 weeks later. Not to mention the shipping took almost 2 full weeks.I wanted to get another but it took so long so I settled on a different flavor I could buy locally. I did some research! I use to buy the elf bar. I have about a dozen of them at home from white horse. It says they have 5000 puffs. I couldn’t understand how within a week the elf bar was done. It tasted burnt. I initially thought it was because of me charging it. So I took it back and had them open it up. I was still puzzled cause that little pod that holds the juice is extremely tiny. So I took it back and brought it down the street where another place was selling them and opened that one up. I’m gonna have to get a picture and come back on here to show but white horse is scamming us. It’s probably 100 puffs not 5000.1/17/2023I did bring it to your attention by physically showing up and having you guys open it and explaining in great detail how there was no way I puffed it 5000 times. Im only rating a 2 because the few things I did get from there were good. I placed online orders a few times and I should have learned the 1st time. I received empty boxes. Literally empty. 1 time I did take pictures like the asked for and I got a discount for my next purchase. Which I didnt want. A refund or a free replacement would have been exceptional and most professional companies would do. The 2nd empty box I took pictures and emailed the company 3 times with no response. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will NEVER order from them again. Order online at your own risk!

This place sells fake products. I ordered two elf bars and they came without a box which didn’t allow me to verify authenticity. The taste was extremely harsh and not typical. I tried emailing them a few times and they blocked me when I requested a refund. Do not buy from them. If you need further verification check on this site check Reddit. In response to their message below i never received a response and had to dispute my transaction through my credit card also am not sure who “Larra” is.

Buyer beware when ordering SMOK RPM coils from this company. Description is very deceiving. Apparently the single and 5 pack are the same but if you look at the description it is not the case. I was under the impression I was ordering 1 set of 5 packs ;containing 5 pcs in each pack. They also have a choice for single that I do not understand. How can one coil be shipped and sent and pay $4 for one coil? Who would want that? Anyway, I would normally only give 1 star but the ship time was very good.

I ordered 7 disposable Esco Bars from them and almost 2 weeks later I have received NOTHING. The tracking information stopped updating on July 1st. They were supposed to be delivered on the 2nd. I understand there was a holiday on Monday, but we are past the holiday and Serena was of ZERO help when I called yesterday and today. I requested a refund and she said there was nothing she could do. Now I have to contact my bank to report this company as fraudulent in order to get my $115 back. Dont waste your time!!!

My wife and I walked into the store and we were immediately asked if it was for an online pick up. we kindly states no… it was at that point I feel it went south… we were almost looked down upon bc we still wanted the in person interaction. I honestly have less resistance when buying from a dispensary.. no joke… My wife use to vape the elf bars… she puffed it maybe 150 times… she said it tasted burnt…. She went back and got another one… same thing… to the point she has attests a half a dozen at the house… exact same thing… I finally told her to go somewhere else and she did… she was able to locate a vape that is almost the exact same size as the elf bar and it’s refillable… it lasts WAY beyond 150 puffs … we were getting robbed left and right… never again01/11/23I see the company has issued a statement and I can appreciate them reaching out however, you had several times to make it right and to look into the problem. I should have not had to purchase device after device time and time again for YOU to locate and fix a problem. It should have been addressed the first time when we came to the store and stated what was wrong with it. Everything is connected to an phone number so you should have educated your employees on how to locate, address and solve a problem. At this point, I have zero desire to help you address a problem following the many chances you were already given. If you were to see the purchase history, and taken what we told you, you would have clearly seen the units were not coming close to the supposed 5000 puffs. My mother placed an order for 2 of the kado bars as well as paid the extra for expedited shipping and still has yet to receive them a week later. Her estimated delivery date is still 4 days away. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!My partner ordered on September 28 for EXPEDITED shipping (2-3 business days). It is October 5 and no vapes received. We tried contacting them via their website, Instagram and phone number on their site and no response AND the number is a disconnected line. Found 2 other numbers and one is for retail and another is customer service but they’re closed. So we filed a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully, that will fix the issue but we will NEVER order from this business again.

Ive ordered vapes here for about a year without issue. BUT, my last 3 orders has been a different story. 3rd from last they sent me a broken vape. They still havent refunded me or replaced it. I went ahead and ordered again and this time I chose the $13 expedited 1-3 business day shipping. I ordered it March 15th, STILL havent received it. I emailed and emailed them. Nothing. Stupidly, I ordered my last order and paid standard 2-4 business days. This was ordered on March 18th, it was delivered yesterday March 25th. Still waiting on my order from March 15th. I was a a V2 user which was great! Then a Mig Vapor user. It just got worse and worse. Batteries and cartridges started only working part of the time or not at all with Mig. Then it took 2-3 months to get my last 3 shipments. They blamed it on shipping. They would never tell you when it was coming and if you werent there, oh well. You missed it.Then I found White Horse. Great company and great communication! It comes within a week, I know the time frame it is coming in so I can be home. They have got the whole shipping thing figured out. I give them A+++
