Elements Massage

The place was very clean and smelled great. Very friendly staff. My masseuse Richard would ask how the pressure level felt at each area worked on and explained why specific pressure was needed. Its a couple days later and my neck still feels great.

Been going here for a few months and it is great! They have a new person named Louis that moved from the Costa Mesa location and he is my favorite. My knots are really bad due to the work I do, and he knows quickly where my muscles are pulling from and gets me feeling better fast!

I am sore and bruised in my neck and shoulders after my massage with Jose. He did a thing with his elbow in my neck while pulling my neck up into his elbow and held it there for like 10 seconds each time like 5 times each side and it was very painful and awkward. It felt like something a cop would do to subdue a criminal. Im very bruised in that specific area and it hurts to lay down now. I should have told him to stop doing that specific thing. Just didnt know if it was supposed to feel so painful cause everyone has their own technique. The rest of the massage was mostly painful and I had to tell him to ease up on the pressure. It was 90 minutes of being in pain and uncomfortable besides when he was working on my legs. That was fine. But then he worked on my arms(only below the elbow) and hands. He pinched my skin between each finger and just held it there for too long and it was painful, strange and felt unnecessary. I guess it was supposed to be a pressure point thing. I will not be getting massaged by him again. I dont think he knows what hes doing. I was more stressed and tense after than before I got there. It was not an enjoyable experience.

Not all employees know or understand the rules of massage. I drove an hour and a half to get a massage only to find out I wasnt eligible to get a massage because I had gotten in a car accident the day before. I went because my shoulders were tight and tender. Before booking the appointment we told them on the phone that I was in an accident, but the receptionist wasnt aware of the rules apparently so I drove there for nothing. I was turned away. If there are dos and donts for massages and if there are rules everybody in the office should know the rules. Driving an hour and a half one way and an hour and a half back the other way was not beneficial in any way and actually caused me to feel more fatigued than sore than I already was. Not too happy about the lack of communication.

It’s always challenging to get the right pressure applied during your massage. My therapist, Lorena, was excellent at this and adjusted accordingly to reach all my focal points. I definitely felt rejuvenated after the massage.

Ive been to many places but the massage was never up to par. My mother, husband and I went and all 3 of us liked our massage therapists, Precious, Lorena, and will update with the other name. They were all great!

Nice clean office and relaxing rooms. Booking process was easy and receptionist (long dark hair) was awesome. I was massaged by Jose this day for 60 minutes. Not one part of my massage felt complete. I went in with no pain and afterwards my big toe/metatarsal area has been in pain for a week now. It was supposed to be a full body massage, but I had to ask him to rub my upper legs (thighs), because he only did my lower legs(calf muscle). My forearms and hands were never touched. I definitely will not be returning to this place.

Debra was the amazing masseuse who did my massage.Knowledgeable, professional and awesome woman.Extremely attentive to my needs and the best massage Ive ever had.Also, the receptionist was so helpful and courteous. My experience at Elements Massage was Excellent. I had neck and back pain due to a pulled muscle, I contacted Elements Massage and they were able to give me a same day appointment. The place is very clean and tidy, staff is very professional and friendly. I requested a Deep Tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. Soon after I was pain free. I highly recommend Elements Massage and will be returning soon.

Came to get a massage with a gift card and there was some issue with the amount loaded and it’s taken basically a month with no responses from the owner as to what am I supposed to do about this. I’ve called every week and the owner was on vacation and they had no idea what to do until the owner came back. Well last I called the owner came back but now I have to come BACK IN to talk to the owner when this whole time the ladies told me I would get a call back to discuss a return on what the card’s credit should’ve had originally. What a joke to expect a call back from them.

Welcoming, friendly service. My husband and I got a couples massage and we had a good experience. Lorena explained to me the whole process and she listened to what I wanted her to focus on. Jose did the same with my husband. Our bodies were sore at the end of the message because we had alot of nods and stiff parts that they had to work on but our bodies feel more loose now. I was having a lot of pain on my foot before getting the massage because of a sprain I have and Lorena helped to get rid of the pain. She massaged it very carefully without hurting me. Now my pain is gone and I am very thankful for that.

Massage was awesome! Went here this weekend with my mother for a couples massage and we have nothing but great things to say about elements massage! The office was very nice and the staff were very kind! I definitely feel less tension in my back thanks to my massage therapist.

All of their services are proficient with excellently! They have fantastic front desk service and excellent methods of their quality massages. Definitely will be their regular guest. Including Lorena, knows her skills in managing the company and as a hands on massage therapist.

My husband and I are in town from Nebraska. Weve been traveling and found Elements Massage available at the last minute. We were totally satisfied with the time our therapists spent with us. The front desk attendant was equally as professional he was welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Always have a god experience here, but this visit was one of the most relaxing I have ever had. Vicky was the masseuse. I dont know what her technique was, but the entire time her hands were warm, and she used the perfect amount of pressure for what I requested. I almost fell asleep! Also, Flora, the receptionist, is a lovely person. An overall great experience. I cant wait to visit again.

Would give it 0 if I could. This place will play with your time and won’t care, scheduled a massage about a week ago and I get a call ONE HOUR before my scheduled massage for them to tell me that actually they had given my appointment to someone else at 11 and can’t take me in, I got this massage for my moms birthday and she works every day 70+ a week and she asked for this specific day off to get it done, ridiculous. On top of that, the guy that called me could’ve have cared less or given me a viable solution other that “I can go ahead and cancel your appointment” do yourself a favor a take your business somewhere else that values their customers.

The environment settings and all of the staffs are friendly. Natalie does a fantastic job on the deep tissue technique that I needed seriously done on my neck and shoulders area. Aside from that, they impress me on my first time walk-in appointment that I set up! I definitely wouldnt want to go any where else! 😊

J’Romeo is AMAZING!!!! Best Massage ever and that’s saying something because I have massage packages everywhere even Massage Envy. This therapist was intuitive, accurate and even got my knee mobile again after being stuck in place for years with very limited range of motion. I will definitely be returning. I feel like I’m high right now it’s crazy.

I got my wife a 90 min massage here as a birthday gift with Charmaine (sp?). She absolutely loved it! Scheduling the appointment was very easy to do online. They called me back the next day to confirm and to collect a credit card. My wife said the place was nice and clean and the people had good, friendly service. Didnt feel uncomfortable at all. Will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden gem! I had a great massage, and I’ve already re-booked! The receptionist Britney is friendly, warm and professional. The premises are clean, comfy and more importantly relaxing! You can chose a male or female therapist, and have the option to customize your massage (but this isn’t pushed on you by the staff) the additional options are on a form you complete as a new client.

I loved the atmosphere of the whole place. My massage therapist Christi was amazing. I have had severe back pain for awhile and these past few days after my massage I’ve been pain free. It is definitely worth every penny.

I love elements massage! Ive been to different locations and they are always so professional and give wonderful massages. I started going towards the end of my pregnancy with my first, almost 5 years and another pregnancy later and I have never had a bad experience!

Went for my first prenatal massage. You must be out of second trimester which I was. My masseuse was amazing. And got out all my knots I didnt even knew I had in my upper shoulder area. She put me to sleep and I forgot her name.......pregnancy massages are a must have.

Service is awesome! We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and I made an appointment 3 days in advance for a couples massage at a different message parlor on A s aturday night. We were poorly disappointed when we arrived and 20 mins later found out one masseuse wasnt showing up or answering phone calls. I called Elements and was nicely greeted by Mindy. She was more than accomdating and said they could do a couples massage that night within the hour! We showed up for our appointment with Mindy and Dylan. The massage was great for the both of us! Dylan had great pressure on my back which needed A LOT of work. My hubby enjoyed his massage by Mindy and found it very relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to either relax or needs some massage therapy work done. This place and these people made our night!

Booked my appointment n as I get to my appointment they tell me I cannot be seen because I am not in my third trimester ???? Um they have an enhancement for prenatal massage but didn’t tell me over the phone before waisting my time coming here in the first place that I have to be in my third trimester ? Super weird I usually go to massage envy for all my facials and prenatal massages and I can def say I will never come back here again. Booked for two people only to be disappointed because of their lack of communication!

Pricey and if music is bumping at Fitness 19 it can kill your calm but the massage is worth it. I got a deep tissue and a serious stretch. I was hurting for days afterward ...and then healed the following week ..continued with the recommended regimen of stretches and epsom salt baths and havent felt this good in a while.
