Spend your money elsewhere! This establishment is extremely unprofessional. The man that they gave me was the worst. I came out feeling worst than I came in. There was nothing relaxing about this massage. The most ridiculous things is this man was breathing HEAVILY with an open mouth over me the entire hour as if his nose was stuffed. He accompanied that with frequent snorting noises and coughs while he is doing my massage. Like, WHAT? I tried talking to him about it, but he pretends to not speak english. The massage itself was trash. He spent a minute or two in each arm and just patted down the back of my legs. No massage there. He spent the entire hour doing the same thing on my back. The whole experience was so cringy and disgusting the entire time. And can you believe he wanted a TIP and followed me out of the door demanding a TIP! You are demanding a tip for making me feel disgusted. The entitlement is extreme

Location were very accessible and easy to find. Staff were very receptive and courteous to customers. Price for the service is reasonable. Overall service is awesome..The only reason i am giving it a 3-star on this review was because I noticed they were not replacing the linen of the massage table after each client. They will only make the table for the next client without placing a new linen. Other than that i would have given them a 5star. If youre a very particular when it comes to this, perhaps youre better off with other massage parlor.

Relaxing massage! I highly recommend the foot massage - which does include a short shoulder, arm, and head massage too. I was a walk in and the receptionist was welcoming and accommodating, massage therapist was great!

This has to be one of the worst massages Ive ever gotten in my life. I was more in pain and annoyed during the whole massage than I was relaxed. Homie did not know what the hell he was doing. He was also very disorganized or lazy about massaging. I would recommend that you ask for the best masseuse when setting an appointment here (who knows, he might be the best masseuse there but I wouldnt know because I never asked).The rooms are sectioned by curtains and there are no clear directions on what to do unless your masseuse tells you what to do, which my masseuse didnt. Clothes are recommended to be taken off except for your undies. The leg pillow was dingy and probably not changed out so go wild with your imagination with that if youd like.Tips and reminders: Women tends to be better massagers, from my experience.

**BEWARE***VERY RUDE EXPERIENCE, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE***My husband paid for me a full body massage 90 minutes for my Birthday. The older lady that did my massage did okay job. Seemed rushed and a little sloppy. . I’d bee her 4 times before and had better technicians. After the massage the older lady waited around to get a tip from me. When I gave her a $5 tip she didn’t want it, she said $10 for a tip. I was a bit surprised because the last time I checked tips were voluntary. I gave her a $20 and asked for change, she took $10 then I told her only a $7 tip, she had the nerve to throw the $3 change back at me. She was sooo rude. I have never had anyone throw change back at me for not giving them the tip they wanted! Needless to say I asked for my entire tip back! Why should you get a tip when you were so rude. The place has changed...VERY RUDE! The young manager was trying to be nice but I will not ever go back to this place. The price is cheap but I’d rather pay more for better service.

The massage was good but they are not shy about the tip. My friend gave a $7.00 tip that’s all what she got but followed her to the bathroom and told her that it should be at least $10 she just ignored it. My experience I gave a good tip because he was really good but not knowing my boyfriend gave the tip already when he paid for my massage. He told me that the lady in the front when he paid asked if he is also giving the tip so he said ok the lady said it should be at least $10 minimum so he did. But when I was leaving I asked the lady if my boyfriend paid she said yes but didn’t tell me that my boyfriend gave the tip as well so I left the guy more tips in front of her and didn’t say anything. I never go back there I will try other place.

Imagine this: you go to a companys website and you book an appointment through their online booking. You get a confirmation email, then a few additional emails reminding you of your scheduled appointment.Imagine this: You drive over 30min for your multiple-times-confirmed appointment and then you try to check-in but then the employee says, Oh, you used the online booking platform? We dont accept appointments through that anymore.Imagine this: They just look at you and shrug their shoulders and dont even say sorry; completely remorseless. Instead they say, We can make an appointment for a different day since were not taking walk-ins.Unfortunately, I dont have to imagine this maddening scenario because I recently lived through it.I wont ever be coming back.

I love this place! Massages are great. You are in one room with other people so you do hear noise including phone calls from the front desk. Best to go off times Massage are very reasonably price. You get a lot for what you pay for.

A very good spot to get a full body massage and foot massage. The price wasnt bad either. Only reason why I knocked off one star is because as I was selecting a tip amount, I wanted to tip $5. The receptionist says, normally for the combo massage tip is $10. Ive never been told how much to tip on my life. 5 was all I could do, but I gave 10 anyway just because Im not rude. Other than that small encounter I will go back.

This is my second time to get a massage here. I did the 70 minutes with the hot stones for 35 Plus tip my guy 15 because it was so amazing. I have paid a lot more for a massage and got a lot less at other places. This is definitely my go-to spot

My husband and I came to Sun Shine Foot Massage for the first time today ( Aug 12) We had a nice experience. 45 minute foot massage for $20.00 , not bad at all. I would have have giving them 5 stars but the lady at front desk wasnt very pleasant. Rude.

They dont know what their doing. Beware they have no sign in sheet, they only take cash, and they give you no receipt. So no trace of you and they dont refund atall. I tried to get money back because massage was so bad I got up in the middle of it ask for money back. The girl called some white man he said to bad nothing you can do about it. With no receipt, no sign in no proof you were ever there really corrupt and fishy.

This place is wack. The massage is terrible. I was swimming in cheap oil. Smelled like a tilapia after this place. Stay out of this place.

I booked an appointment today 4/29/2019 at 4:00 pm. I booked the appointment through the website. I got an email confirmation saying that it was confirmed. The appointment I booked wasnt for me. So when the time came around the person that the appointment was booked for drove all the way down to your parlor. It was a 30 minute drive and thats not including traffic. They show up and your parlor had no record of the appointment after we had an email to show proof of the appointment. We didnt get any type of accommodation after showing the email or the proof of the appointment. We will not be going back there. Very unproffesional and unorganized.

It was alright, got an hour and a half. Didnt get the muscles much, and it felt a little fast paced for me. I kinda felt like I was being worked over like bread dough, but in the end my shoulders feel better. Cant say it was really good though.

Great price for full body massage. I didnt like the fact that you dont have your own room. The only separating you and you neighbor is a curtain. I have on occasion heard people snoring or moaning which is unpleasant.

I happened to be in the Rancho Cucamonga area & decided to drop by for a quick foot massage bc my feet had been killing me. The lady was very persistent w/ trying to put a towel over my head and give me their combo deal which I didnt want. The towels smell damp & the environment is not relaxing at all. I was laughed at when I asked for a bit more pressure which I found unprofessional. This is a little hole in the wall place that I honestly wouldnt consider coming back to.

Really like coming here they not only have good customer service but really try hard to accommodate to getting the right pressure on massaging you.
