Im one of those Gentlemens, who have visited handful of smoke shops in my time, and by far, this is the best smoke shop in the area.For over a decade, Ive been a loyal customer at this shop, and I consistently recommend it to all my friends and family. Being a small, family-owned business, I trust that Im always getting the best deals—from cigarettes, cigars, and vapes to glassware and even lottery tickets. Whether its the son, mother, or uncle assisting me, their customer service is always 5 stars. Ive never encountered any issues with their tobacco products or devices. They offer the most competitive rates in town and are incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Rancho cucamonga area! The young man is very nice with excellent customer service. The older woman is also excellent. The older man was on the phone giving his personal information to an automated system while multiple customers needed help and he was trying to multitask with obvious difficulty yesterday. He didnt even say a word to me. This is the 4th elfbar I have bought from here and they are all trash. This one fires without even being ripped and has absolutely no flavor. The ones previously had no flavor also, I thought it was a fluke but do not waste your money here on disposable vapes. They are disgusting and clearly faulty.

When I walked in there were two people perusing the stores merch. I knew what i wanted, so I indicated to the clerk and remembered that I had e-coupons for the products. As I was pulling them up suddenly the other customers decided they were ready to purchase, so the clerk rushed me through checkout and completed my almost $40 sale, and then berated me for taking too long and causing him to lose the other two (apparently impatient) prospective customers, who left in a slight huff. I guess my business wasnt worthy of his time. I only give two stars because they carried the product I needed. Ill go somewhere else twice as far from my location next time so I dont risk upsetting the clerk in the event there are other more worthy customers hed rather attend to.

This smoke shop is great but the clientele are suspicious

I tried to buy a vape from here and they do not know anything about them? I would go somewhere else where they are knowledgeable about the products they are selling. These people do not know anything about vapes, they are over priced, double the price from other retailers.

The family that runs this place are always welcoming and friendly. Prices are normal and they always have what I need. Great selection of vapes and cigarettes. They may not be as knowledgeable about vape products as vape stores. If you are looking for help purchasing vape products, you should probably check out a vape place.

The workers here are kind and know what they’re doing, took care of me and got me going right away. Appreciate the great customer service.

The older reviews are a bit off putting, but I decided to check it out anyway. It seems like your average, quiet, little ma n pa operation; owners are immigrants from an Asian country, not overly friendly, and definitely give you space to look around, which I like.The glass selection is small but covers all the essentials. Prices are fair, and they even have little deals.

A great place to pick up your favorite tobacco products plus they carry some hard to find brands and older classic brands too! Lots of other items too for various smoking tastes. They also carry Zippo products like flints and wicks and fluid plus a great assortment of Lottery tickets for everyone to enjoy! The customer service is excellent. Once I was in a pinch and these folks took care of me as a regular customer and I will never forget their kindness. Achievement Unlocked: Regular customer for life added to inventory!!

DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLE VAPES FROM HERE!!!! Bought a mint vape and had it for 2 days and it faulted on me and nearly exploded in my pocket and got extremely hot and started popping from it being faulty DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! And they say there’s a sale but they are just buying faulty vapes and selling them extremely high for extremely horrible quality!!!

Easily seen from street view. Parking is right in front. Handicap accessible. The customer service was great. Very friendly environment. A lot to choose from inside. It isnt very big but for the most part is what a standard smoke shop should be.

Actually really nice in there, not a wide selection but a good one, nothing super expensive. The guy behind the counter was super cool and welcoming so that counts for a lot. Good place to go to all around!

Never even been here, but I called to ask if they carried a product and the lady on the phone sounded so bored and uninterested. Even though she was rude I still said, ok thank you! Have a nice day! and she just hung up. I wont even bother going here now

Bought a zippo and some fluid and it wouldnt light when i filled it up...took it back in and she showed me that the wick was burned out and said it wasnt like that when i bought it 3 minutes ago...sold me a used zippo...there are definately better places to spend your money, and id suggest doing just that...scam artists

Lady in the store has an attitude and seems to be bothered if you ask any question about any product you need information on. So rude will never shop there again

I go there for Lottery Scratchers every now and then and maybe a pack of smokes and sometimes the lady who owns or just runs the place is nice half the time and the other half i just get a real negative vibe so this place is a toss up which is why i dont make ir a point to go there bery often.

Very rude an said i ask to many questions im nob to vaping f sorry. Hight prices i know gasstations cheaper for smokes would never go back an i will not support people like this.
