Artie greeted me, and was very informative before I went back for my massage. Shirley was amazing. My entire body was in pain from traveling, and being extremely active for 10 straight days. She used several techniques during my massage, and was sure to check in with me so ensure it was feeling ok. I left feeling no pain, and was amazed at how relieved I felt after only 90 minutes. I am beyond pleased. Will be back !

I have been here for more than 4 years and have experienced the skills of different masters. The environment in the store is very comfortable, making people feel like they are in a private relaxation space. Whether it is work pressure or physical fatigue, relaxation of body, mind and soul. This is the best place to relieve stress. Foot and body spa: The professional level of the technicians is amazing. Every massage is accurate and in place. What a heavenly time I had at YOLO Massage Spa!I was never satisfied with any other spa places I’ve tried before and was still looking for a good one. I read many positive reviews about this place and decided to give it a try.To be honest, I didn’t expect much. And I visited this place not for physical fatigue or pain but for mental relaxation. I had Artie as massage therapist and got 90 minutes Swedish massage. He was amazing! His technique was superb. He was gentle & smooth yet powerful & accurate enough to ease my chronic back pain. I could be fully relaxed physically & mentally. He is such a gem!Just mind that this place is kind of outdated and no soundproof at all. You just can hear everything from next & outside of the room. People talking and phone ringing etc. Looks like rooms are located too close side to side and the walls between rooms are very thin. I heard someone snoring pretty loud next door. I understand that cause I sometimes fall asleep during the massage. But it was really annoying to have to bear that loud noise especially when I want to get some peace & relaxation while getting a massage. Just wish there were no one that loud next door next time.But for the value of the money and the service, I feel like I’d better not complain anything. Even with those negatives, I’m still satisfied with the massage and will definitely visit this place again. Regularly. 👍🏻

I have been very satisfied every time I come here since last September. The experience here is really five-star, yes! Different masters bring different experiences every time, but no matter who they are, the service quality is consistent and excellent. The vast parking lot makes people feel very convenient, and the clean and hygienic massage environment is even more reassuring. The melodious music flows gently in your ears, allowing you to fully relax and completely release stress during the massage. Every visit is a new and pleasant experience. If you are also looking for a place where you can completely relax and rejuvenate, I strongly recommend you to try it here. I believe you will fall in love with this place as much as I do.

The whole massage process was very comfortable, her techniques were smooth and powerful, which made me completely relaxed. Visited in person today at noon & made a 2p appointment. At 1:45 the business messaged asking if I could come at 2:30. I responded that I would prefer to keep my 2p appointment as I was already in the parking lot and they said “Okay”. I entered at 1:55 and was told to sign in on their tablet. At 2p another employee came out and asked again if I could wait until 2:30. I expressed my frustration at being asked this again, especially after having said I wanted to keep my original appointment. She then said they actually could only see me at 2:30. I got up to leave and the employee asked me to wait until 2:30 saying she would discount my massage. I said no, I preferred to leave. She apologized and said they’d give a good discount. I should’ve just said no again.I left and came back at 2:30 and was told I’d also be given $90 worth of additions with my massage (scented oils, face mask). None of it was at all worth more than $10. I wanted a Swedish massage, but what I received was more of a pressure point massage with random, sometimes jarring strokes and stretches that I have literally done with a physical therapist. I left there feeling no better than when I arrived. It was a total waste of time and money. I was not given a discount as they claimed to have added the $90 worth of products/services to my massage.Please note that the massage rooms have walls that are at least 1 foot below the ceiling so you hear everything that’s going on around you. While I was being massaged, two patrons came in together, talking loudly right outside my room and then in a room near me. It was a total distraction.I chose this place because of the positive reviews and was disappointed and shocked at having such a different experience there.Cons:1. Low massage room walls2. Disruptions to massage (noise, masseuse leaving to act asreceptionist/do intake)3. Unskilled in Swedish massage4. Doesn’t honor appointments or promised discounts

Made an appointment for a couples massage as a b-day gift for my wife. Amazing experience overall. We will definitely be coming back more often.

Such a great massage! I was having severe lower back pain and I feel so much better now. Alice really paid attention to the areas where I was very tight and did some stretching that I had never had done before!! It’s going to take some time but I will definitely be back!

This institution is indeed a place for professional massage. Whether it is the environment, technology or service quality, it is excellent. I have patronized it many times. There is also a spacious and bright parking lot, which is very convenient.

Me and my family had Artie as our personal massage therapist for about 2 years in LA. I am jealous that now Rancho Cucamonga took Artie from LA ... He has been the owner of this new place YOLO RC since Sep 2023. He studied under a few masters in Taiwan, and is super dedicated and knowledgeable about human muscles (Swedish, Sports, Thai, Shiatsu). Our bodies are totally revitalized and young after his technique. The best massage person period. A life-changing experience.

My first visit to Yolo Massage Spa was an amazing experience. Alice gave me the acupuncture massage, focusing on my head, shoulders, neck and lower back. She did things with my body that Ive only had a chiropractor do, the experience was worth every cent that I paid. Professional and clean business. The only thing I would ask, is that the room not be cold and the music a little lower for a perfect setting. I will be back and I highly recommend Yolo Massage Spa in Rancho Cucamonga. Came in sore from a 60 hour work week and Alice got all the spots that where giving my trouble without my even directing her! She was incredible. I’ll be back next week, and the week after that.

Very good place for Thai massage. Normally I can get an appointment same day which is very nice. I normally get 90-minute massage and feel totally new afterwards.

No matter where Arthur/Artie goes, I will go. He could leave this country and I would fly out just to get a massage from him. He is the only person I trust whether it be with massages or sports cupping because he is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy, meaning he knows problem spots without me even telling him where Im in pain. And as he trains other employees, Im sure they do a fantastic job as well. As for the space, it is extremely clean and they play soothing music to make it as relaxing as possible. If you need a massage, this is your place.

I drove over an hour to Rancho Cucamonga to get a massage from Artie, who is truly a master.Ive been fortunate to have had a lot of massages in my life, and I can say Artie is easily one of the best. And at a staggeringly reasonable price! Based on his incredible technique and professionalism, Artie could be charging $500 per hour to celebrity clients in Beverly Hills but instead has chosen to share his magic with the rest of us. I am so grateful to be able to benefit from Arties power to heal and relax, and hope to enjoy his work for many years before some billionaire scoops him up to live on their private jet...The space has been recently redone and was clean, private and comfortable. Much much better than the usual LA massage experience! More than worth the modest prices.

Went to this place several times before when it was ample massage. Did not know it had changed ownership. Had a great experience with new staff. Very professional and they now do cupping. The prices are a bit more expensive but was definitely worth it. Loved the stretching. Will be back. Thank you.

Just had the best therapeutic massage at Yolo today. My legs and back always hurting and sore from long hour of working as a nurse, and I’ve been experiencing sciatica pain for years which could only be eased slightly with cold/heat pad and pain meds before, but today I found my hope!The therapist also had me tried the Sports cupping, It was truly amazing, they really help me be able get back to work without my usual aches, I’m so grateful, thank you! I will definitely be returning.

Been to YOLO 3 times since it changed ownership, OMG I love it! Can’t wait until I have to go back. I HIGHLY recommend them, I have yet to be disappointed!
