Massage Envy in Rancho Cucamonga (@ Day Creek and Baseline) is fantastic! The group of employees in the lobby is always super friendly and helpful. After enjoying several of their massage therapists, I was so fortunate to find Adriana - who is now my primary massage therapist. She is excellent and always able to zero in on exactly where my knots are bothering me. Cannot recommend Massage Envy and Adriana more highly.

What a wonderful experience. Im coming back to Massage Envy after a6 year hiatus. I went in not sure what to expect with pricing and services. The front desk staff was so wonderful, including Delaney. So accommodating and welcoming. My Aesthetician was Dan. He was so attentive, caring, and treated me with such personalized care and respect. I booked my next massage, with Dan, in two weeks. So happy to be doing this for myself again.

Dina is a miracle worker! She is so intuitive with finding my problem areas and has been able to give me relief from my migraines. I once almost canceled my appt because I woke up that day with the onset of one, & I was literally brought to tears by the end of my session because she was able to give me relief which has never happened. I was so grateful! You can tell she truly cares and is driven by helping others by relieving their pain with her talent. Im so thankful for Dina! The ladies at the front desk are always kind & pleasant as well!

I have been a member with massage envy for quite some time now. I’m a mama four so I don’t have many times to go, thus far I’ve only tried about four different therapist. All with their own set of skills and received a good massage for most. However, the best massage I had from the Rancho location was from Erin. She has a background in sport therapy, which is very beneficial for my needs. Hands-down that will be my regular therapist now. I was blown away. I’m always very shy to communicate when a pressure hurts. So I’ll stay quiet and bare with it but not go back to the therapist. Erin was so attentive to every mannerism and response of my muscles that anytime her pressure got a little too deep, she immediately apologized and adjusted her pressure. To me, that type of skill is difficult to come by.

My husband signed me up for monthly massages as a Mothers Day present two years ago. I have used their services regularly, mostly for massages, but also their custom facials a couple of times. Are they the best membership-type day spas? No, I do not think so. We used to be members at a local competitor who has since closed most of their locations. Their massage therapists were older and more seasoned. I have my faves at this location now, too, but they get booked very quickly. My advice is to book right after you finish your appointment so that you can have your favorite therapists work on your problem areas. Consistency is key. So far, out of all the massage therapists Ive had at this location, Amorette is my favorite. She has such a calm energy about her and she is quite skilled at addressing my persistent issues. I have sciatica and arthritis of the back and hips. A session with Amorette always leaves me feeling more relaxed, with a great reduction in pain level in those areas.

Dina was amazing as always. She knows how to get the kinks worked out. Thank you to the front desk staff for being so attentive and offering me a free aromatherapy enhancement. Cheers

Today I had a facial with Marcy. She did an excellent job not only explaining the products, but also the benefits I will see later. She was open, friendly and personable. I will be back.

Great massage. Dina can tell where your sore spots or tightened muscles are and go to work on them. She also asks what pressure you would like. Sometimes I like in much deeper and other times much lighter.She is amazing.Also the front staff are always friendly and helpful.

Hailey is the best. I have been getting massages for over 20 years and she is the best therapist I have ever had. The front office staff is excellent and professional. Keep up the excellent work.

First time seeing Nichole for a facial. She was great. Whole experience was just what I needed. Will definitely be scheduling with Nichole again in 3 weeks. 👍🏽

My massage with Dina is always absolutely amazing! She has such a healing touch and really listens to my needs. Mariah, Tori, and Alyssa are incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. I had Jai for the first time. I felt so relaxed the minute I walked in. I fell asleep during the session and all my aches and pains were relieved. She did such a great job so I scheduled another appointment with her .

Had an exceptional facial for my first time with Marcy, she is very knowledgeable and is very detailed. She did a great job with extractions and acne flare. Her recommendations are spot on, I went back the following week for a dermaplane facial and will continue to see her regularly. Thank you Marcy!

Marcy at the Rancho Massage Envy transformed my face! I have been there eight months now, I have had chemical treatments for my acne on my face, and I no longer feel ashamed to go to work! I have seen major differences in aging in my complexion ,and my hormonal acne has majorly reduced. Marcy, is so knowledgeable and so sweet! I would recommend her for her expertise and her professionalism but mostly because she cares about results!

Kayla was fabulous. She went beyond showing me stretches I can do to stay limber. I booked another appointment next month with her.

She took her time worked specifically on both shoulders where Ive had tension from typing many years etc. I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders etc. This is what a true massage is supposed to feel like afterwards. Thanks Ms. Payton!!!!!!!

This review it a little different but nonetheless felt it should be shared. Last week (Thurs) I went to the tios by this location it was slow with only handful of ppl. I made my order and proceeded to wait while I just took in everyone that was there. A woman in black scrubs looked to be heavily focused on another patron looking upset. Following her line of site there was a older homeless man drinking water and eating salsa. Thats it. Her name (ASHLEY) was called for her order but she didnt leave instead ordering the man a burrito letting the cashier know she was short but would be right back the cashier said it was OK. The girl proceeded to also give the cashier some of her order back to add to the order she made for he man. The cashier said no no its OK Ill give him some chips. The Girl said word for word no please add this to his order I know where my next meal is coming from he may not. Im not joking when I say it touch my heart and left me in awe. She didnt do this for recognition, nor was she recording for social media she did it because she wanted to genuinely help the man. Now I wasnt sure is this girl was front desk or what but I found out later she was a therapist. All I have to say is if this is how she treats ppl she doesnt know with empathy and kindness I know her clients are receiving the same amazing treatment. Be extremely proud of the type of employee you have. And to ASHLEY I hope you know that your act of kindness was truly great to see especially with how unfortunate the world can be...Ill be booking a session for my wife and already have my therapist of choice.Ps she left and came back to cover the change she was short to leave them a tip. Amorette listens to needs and works those areas thoroughly. I always feel better after she helps reduce tightness of muscles and stress. Shes very professional and a sweetheart!

I’m not a massage guy, but this place has somehow managed to get me back here multiple times. Payton is the best and is the only massage therapist I will see.

I’ve go to this location for Priscilla and she is absolutely amazing if you like deep tissue massage.

I’ve been dealing with bad back pain and decided to treat myself to my FIRST ever massage. It’s been a few days since the massage and my back feels back to normal. I can’t believe it! This review is for Ashley, Iv gone to many massage therapists and it is personally so hard to find someone who can relax me and focus on my needs. Ashley has that special touch that relieves me every time. She is attentive to your needs and very professional. I received a gift card from a friend and booked a 90 min massage with a random therapist who had an opening. Priscilla was my massage therapist. Pressure was firm/deep . She did an excellent job. You can tell she likes her job and really wants to help people. I would recommend her for sports massage or someone wanting to get the tension out. She checked in often enough about the pressure. Overall very good experience!

Therapist ran out of time when massaging front so did not get lower portion.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. I see two therapists, Julie and Jai. Both are amazing! Very responsive to your needs, and will chat or remain quiet during the massage, depending on what you like.

An amazing experience from booking to completion. The online site was a little glitchy and did not have all the options you need to make your appointment go a little smoother but functional. The front end employees are wonderful, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable about everything you need just by listening to you. The Massage therapist was fantastic, friendly and did an amazing job. I felt 90% better in just one session. The prices without membership could be a little more budget friendly but with a membership its very reasonable and worth the price. Will definitely be going back once finances are a bit better.

We were at the Wine Tailor tonight and were told that Massage Envy was coming to give free 15 minute massages. We waited an hour for their employees to show up because we were so excited since we had heard good things about the company. We were told that they were supposed to come at 6 but did not even show up until almost 7. Then they left for almost another hour (we think they went to eat) and were not ready to start massaging until an hour and a half after they were supposed to. One of The Wine Tailor employees knew that we had been waiting for a long time so she brought the list over and put our names down on numbers 3 and 4. When Massage Envys employees returned, they took the first 2 people on the list and then we saw them come out to take the next people. We told them we were next and they told us they were taking another person who asked to go with a friend who was farther down on the list and we would be next. When they came back out they took another person who was not above us on the list either. We decided to stop waiting since they did not seem to care about the order of the list anyway. I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I have thought many times about coming to Massage Envy but after this experience, I will definitely not be bringing my business there. I feel that as a national company the customer service should be much higher, even if it is a free service. This should bring in customers for you, not push them away. I could not believe the rude, inconsiderate treatment that we received from them!

This place is horrible. Everyone who works there is extremely rude. I am a regular customer and an emergency came up, I called to notify them that I couldnt make the appointment and they went ahead and charged me for the massage anyway. They were extremely dismissive, condescending, and haughty. The people who work there are famous for treating people like they dont exist. I strongly recommend nobody uses this facility. They will make you feel like nothing. The worst of them all is a lady by the name of Jasmine. Shes the rudest of the rude. They absolutely treated me worse than Ive ever been treated by anyone in my life.

My first massage was awesome. I hurt myself at the gym, told them my problem area and left feeling great. I went back for my second massage last week and it was BRUTAL. I am not a stranger to massages and usually request medium to hard pressure depending on the therapist (but can usually handle some heavy pressure). This was just weird, painful and uncomfortable. She roughly pulled and poked my neck in ways that could not be beneficial. My shoulders were painfully pinched repeatedly and for far too long. My lower back was mauled and bruised. So bad it took me three days to convince family I actually got those bruises from a massage. To top it off I asked for a full body massage and received a back, neck & shoulder massage. Needless to say I am keeping this therapists name forever so I can make sure we never run into contact again.

I got a gift card for $70 from my colleagues to visit this place and thats how I went. My therapist was Ivory and though her massage technique was good she seemed to be in a hurry to finish things. Because of which I got 4 or 5 strokes of massage and then she moved on to the next. I was supposed to get face, scalp and abdomen massage. Received a caressing touch on jawline and nose n thats it !!!! Completely forgot about abdomen massage n when I asked to finish up I was told they are closed now..

Great listening to client’s needs

Welcoming team was greatTherapist was amazing.I just was a little disappointed at the cleanness of Tranquility Room , I’m highly sensitive when it comes to DUST . As soon as they took me to this room . I smelled it and felt the dust all around . Table in that room was disgustingly dirty, the sanitizing bottle they had was dirty . Not encouraging to use it . Maybe since rooms are low lights, dark . Cleaning crew don’t pay attention. .

The front desk staff are professional and accommodating. My massage therapist is Brandi and she is awesome. I recommend this location, it is nice and clean with a wonderful atmosphere.

I really like this Massage Envy location. The front desk gals are always upbeat and kind. The therapists are good at what they do, and I feel welcomed and cared for.

The staff is friendly and the therapists meet my expectations of any ME therapist. The only drawback on this location is that the quiet room is small and they dont have a Kuerig to offer tea service, which for me personally is very nice to have before and after a session, giving it a spa, relaxing experience. Not first time I asked staff why they dont offer it and still not being offered when all the other locations ive been to do. The one on 4th street does in Ontario. Next time ill just go there and get the experience I would like to have I guess.

Great place! Ive been coming here for years and they treat you nicely, theyre very understanding and empathetic to your aches and pains and accommodate your needs. The masseuses are just as friendly and wonderful to work with.

Finally went in to the local Massage Envy in Rancho Cucamonga. Hadnt been to ME since we moved here. Just as good as the masseuse as I had in Chino Hills.
