This has been my absolute go to spot for years now! While I am slowly quitting nicotine altogether, my mother still vapes and loves this place! The staff is extremely attentive, polite, and upmost professional at all times. They can be laid back once they get to know you and always seem to have time for you no matter what. I will continue to come here in the future, even after I quite vaping as Ill be acquiring the juice/liquids for mom, and will recommend this place to all my friends and family that are looking for a reputable and awesome vape store!!

Great selection on tanks mods and juice. Prices here are moderate. Not the cheapest but it wont breat your wallet neither. In general you get what you pay for so I tend to find places like this that are somewhat in the middle when it comes to prices.

Been to this store a couple of times. Has a decent selection . But mostly caters to tanks. And the juice selection is not that great. The staff is friendly...though some seemed more interested in flirting and socialising with their coworkers. Though, I definitely recommend Andy . He was super helpful and very professional.

First visit was today. Really spacious store, prices seem very competitive. What stood out for me was the excellent customer service that I received both over the phone and in-store. I’ll be a repeat customer just for that reason alone. Scott was super cool and not pressuring at all. Felt like my business was appreciated. Had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was top notch as well. Great store whether you’re new to vaping or an experienced customer.

Nice atmosphere and very clean. Young man who assisted me was knowledgeable and sized up my level of acumen on the art of all things vape. I expected higher prices, as its pretty much high all around the country. Reasonable. Pretty decent house juice in pro packaging.

Honestly one of the best vape shops Ive been to. We keep finding ourselves always coming back to this one, the staff and owners are so welcoming and friendly. They are genuine and it doesnt feel like there just trying make you buy something and leave, they give great and honest recommendations and are always so fun to talk to. The store is well designed and very clean. I love this place, 10/10 recommend.

Very friendly staff that is willing to take the time to show you how to use the product you are buying. The batteries they sell are also charged so you dont have to wait to use a new mod. If you are in the area this is the best spot to go for all of your vaping needs.I went in looking for a new mod and tank and started talking with one of the staff members who quickly helped me find what I wanted. His recommendation was top notch.

This review is more to address the elephant in the room of getting vape juice in California. Unfortunately Vapour Lounge like many businesses that sell vape juice are unable to sell or carry any juice. They still carry vapes, their parts, and accessories, but sadly if you need vape juice you will need to look somewhere else. The few times Ive bought vape juice at this location were great and the staff are great. Shame that an entire industry has to get destroyed for no reason at all but thats California for you 🤷

This is the best vape shop I have ever been to. The customer service is unmatched and the guy Tyler who works there is the best. Not to mention the prices are great. This is the only vape shop I’ll go to because anywhere else is inferior. 10/10 recommend anyone and everyone shopping here.

This place is amazing! Huge selection, kits, and amazing staff. Shade was super helpful to me when I came in. Very kind, personable, and showed me many options. I highly recommend visiting this business, no matter how far it is for you, its seriously worth it. You wont regret it. Their juice selection is the biggest Ive ever seen, their mod selection includes everything from new mods for new vapers, to collectors items for the more serious vapers. I have been vaping for quite a while now and by far this is the best shop in the inland empire and the high desert area its definitely worth the 30 minute drive !!! Thanks to Marissa and her knowledge she hooked me up with some awesome juices for a hell of a price compared to some shops around !!! I will definitely be coming back. You know when you walk through the door just the atmosphere is a way different vibe than them other shops and all the people are friendly and knowledgeable for sure!! There house blends are amazing and have plenty of flavor and are top notch definitely recommend the house blends blows out any other juice I have ever tried. Overall great experience and I will definitely be making that drive from the high desert down to vapour lounge for all my vaping needs!!!

I was just at the lounge today to pick up some juice and had a great experience. Im new to vape and everyone was extremely helpful. My first rig was in the mail from an Amazon partner but wish I had purchased it here. Still I picked up a nice unit for my wife and was given a nice lesson and tips how to use it. The blue label juice is top notch and were enjoying it right now as I write this. I look forward to hanging out at the lounge sometime; very nice atmosphere.

Definitely the best vape store in the IE. Great selection of juices and accessories. The interior is sick as hell, almost looks like an upscale bar inside with fancy leather couches and high ceilings. Staff is friendly and very informative. Definitely the kind of place you want to stay in out of sheer comfort.Only thing that sucks are the hours of operation. What am I supposed to do if I need juice at 9pm?!? 😤 However, the hours almost make it seem like an exclusive place which might be what the management is going for.This definitely needs to be the place you come to for vape supplies if youre ever in Rancho.

Edit: disregard my earlier review, this store did not sell me a defective product. The button on the vape I bought needs to be pressed five times to heat up and be ready for use. The product works perfectly. In my defense, the product did not come with instructions and I wasn’t told how to activate it upon purchase. Original review follows for the sake of transparencySold me a defective product (BB Tank key box battery). Will update review with how the situation plays out when I attempt to get a refund/exchange tomorrow.

I liked the selection and some of the flavors. I ddi not like the sales woman that helped me. Im new to vaping and i let her know and she was so rude and condescending i just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. The bearded guy was cool and i wish he could have helped me but he was busy with a customer. Id go again but not to the bootleg looking megan fox chick. She was unpleasant to say the least

Hands down the nicest vape shop Ive ever been to in my life and the customer service is even better. They have most of their flavors ready for you to test and try in individual Mods ready to go at their smoke bar. Definitely worth the drive. Would be nice if there was some sort of discount for buying more liquids.. like 2 for twenty I get and then why not 3 for 29 4 for 38 and so fourth...? Might be inclined to buy more bottles at a time.

Seriously, this is the best shop Ive ever been to. (Ive been to plenty) They have a huge selection of e liquid, and a bar where you can try them all. I went in for some coils for my Atlantis, and I ended up staying there for 20 min. talking about the Atlantis 2. Friendliest atmosphere. Go to this shop, it blows all other shops away.

First time visiting this place. I wasted in my area, googling vape shops near me and this store came up. I visited their website, and figured what their heck lets try it out. This is so far there biggest vape shop Ive been in. Huge selection of devices and accessories... And then selection of juices is incredible. I walked in and sat at the the Testing-Center counter today try a couple of juices that caught my curiosity on my website. The woman that helped me was very nice, and attentive. All around she showed excellent customer service. The entire staff was just extraordinarily friendly. I walked out with the 2 juices that I like and joined their customer page. I live in Rialto and this store is in Rancho Cucamonga, but I think I might become a registered customer there. It seems worth it the drive. 😉

I love the Vapor Lounge, there is so many e-cig/vapor stores around, and I find myself always wanting to go back there!!!!! They always have what I want. I started going there when they first opened, at their other location, and they have just got huge!!! They caught on to what people like and how to please them..... Excellent return policys, stellar customer support, awesome services, hundreds of natural flavors to test out, beverages are on the house, they can usually fix your mod free of charge, have good honest family of employees. If your looking, but not sure, interested but not convinced, ask & you will be answered.

First timer to The Vapour Lounge and I have to say....VERY IMPRESSIVE! I was amazed at how nice the atmosphere and classy the lounge were. Its gorgeous inside and the Manager (lady) at the juice bar was so knowledgeable and kind. Overall a great place and impeccable customer service!

I have been going here for 2 years now. In the two years my experience has been nearly all positive. The most awesome thing they did for me was mail me ejuice while I was deployed and didnt even charge me for shipping to the APO. The second most awesome thing they did was modify my mech mod for free. They added a stronger spring and bored the inside for more button clearance. I dont think they really had to do that for me but they did anyway. Yes, sometimes its busy when you go in but that is because it is a place where the staff is friendly and helpful and the juice is excellent (try Frisco). I recommend this place 10 times over. When you catch them not too busy most of the staff with shoot the breeze with you while you sample free juices. Keep up the good work Vape Lounge.

Lol, its funny how on one post the owner replied that if you call before coming in and running a little late that they will wait. I called at 6:56 and the guy was not willing to wait for even 4 minutes after 7 so I can pick up 5 bottles of eliquid. I work late and far from home so I never have time to come in except for today and was shot down instantly from them even after calling. I have spend a great deal of money here but no more. I shall take my business elsewhere.

At first my husband and I loved this place. They have a huge assortment of juices and mods. The girls at the juice bar are extremely nice! Here is where it went down hill. . . I bought my first tube mod from them it was a vape 7 with a Mutation X V3. The mod was good at first but then it started not firing sporadically. We took it in and they allowed me to upgrade for a bit of a discount. I got the Blood Dyamond set up, which supposedly one of the guys there produced. It is the WORST mod i have ever used. My friends who started me on vaping said it was a horrible mod too. They sell it for 125!!! I could have gotten a super awesome mod for that price and now I am just left with a purple paper weight!! That was the last time my husband and I went there, and we WILL NOT go back.

This place is a cool shop with all the stuff they have, they are a bit over crowded but they will have what your looking for, if your willing to be over charged. The big problem is the builds at $10, i go down the street to the vape den for $5 and they do all kinds of different builds for a little more. But i would recommend this shop to others.

Have a large selection of juices. Most people that work there are friendly most of the time I go there. But two times I have gone there this girl with the nose ring is so rude. She acts strangely like everyone is hitting of her but just being friendly. Unprofessional and made a rude comment.

Yes and no.the guy behind the counter, was very nice and helpful.I bought a RDA, and explained I could have it wicked and coiled by the tech guy. being in a hurry I said ok, charge me the 10 bucks (which most shops offer free with rda purchase).I sit down in front of the guy and say hi, he looks at me like Im wasting his time.I even tip $5 in the jar and he looks at me like Im cheap?!most rude person Ive met at a vape store.told my vaping buddies about it and we will avoid this store and tell all our vaping friends to avoid this place.if you want business, dont hire douche bags who act like youre a waste of their time.

This shop is pretty awesome, Ive been to a lot of different places before and it suprised me when I walked in. The the walls are packed with juices and they had fresh looper juice in stock wich was nice.

I went to this vape shop for the first time this week and it was super dope. Very spacious, very well kept, ALOT of kool product, and a huge selection of juice. They have a kool vape bar towards the back as well as dope lounge seating towards the front/middle and a table. They also have coffee and water available there. I dont know if its free or if u have to pay but its still kool either way lol I didnt get to check out too much cuz I was kinda in and out real quick but I definitely would recommend trying out this spot. Also, staff was friendly. I didnt see the shop right away cuz its kinda tucked away but once u find it it may be ur spot to go to. Too many vape shops dont have a environment like this one. I hate going to shops where it feels like its a clique thing but thats just me. Anyways, look forward to going back.
