Super knowledgeable staff, and cheapest Breeze supplier in the area. Also where I up my Kratom supply, lots of choices available. As of a few days ago I noticed they have a snack section for those of you with the munchies.I recommend this place to everyone I know, and you should too.

The employees at this location are outstanding! Always a warm greeting and willingness to help you find what you want. While other stores are raising their prices, this store lowered their price on a very well selling item. They value their customers here and it keeps them coming back!

Went in there today and got some new coils. Laura, and her co-workers were probably the most polite people I have delt with in recent memory. I would have never imagined Id be describing customer service at a vape shop as top notch. Like...is this actually for real? The shop is clean amd well organized too. It doesnt look like a front for some shady stuff in the background. Even though its about a 25 minute drive for me Ill be back.

I heavily recommend puff factory! I am about an hr and a half from Redford however I made the stop and I was met with a wholesome character named Ryan! Ryab went above and beyond making sure my experience was enjoyable and he completely blew me away with his knowledge on his products in stock! He made shopping a breeze and found me exactly what I was looking for off of my poor description! I heavily recommend and Ryan made a lifetime customer with his proper people skills! Amazing staff, wide selection of products and gorgeous store!This place is awesome. I had been searching everywhere for these specific pods, I probably called seven places. When I called Puff Factory I was pleased to hear an employee answer that greeted me with professionalism. Alexis was extremely helpful, she confirmed my particular product was in stock and was genuinely happy to assist me. When I walked in the store was clean, organized, and I was greeted immediately. I saw three employees, each working on something or assisting customers. Alexis was stocking shelves behind the counter and when I told her who I was she immediately jumped up, remembered my name and grabbed the product on her way to the register without me asking. She was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the business, the owner chimed into our conversation as well and was extremely friendly. I’m definitely coming here for all my future purchases related to the business. It’s ten minutes out of my way home from work but 100 percent worth it after all the subpar places I’ve been.

I absolutely love the Puff Factory, I have been a loyal customer for years now and will be for years to come. They have an amazing selection of beautiful glass pieces, and so much more, including clothing and accessories! The only downfall, which isnt a total dealbreaker (yet, although one Male seemed to try his hardest..) is as female, I do seem to have so much more luck with getting information on what I want from a female staff member but maybe thats just me. Overall a great place to get whatever you may need for your collection.

I cannot say enough good things about Puff. Service is incredible. During the COVID-19 pandemic they offered curbside service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I shop fairly often for coils and juices for my vape. Everyone is always super good about helping me find new flavors and changing my coil for me. I’ve recommended this place to a ton of friends and family, and drive about 10 minutes out of my way to exclusively shop here. Staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Ashley.

I always love going to Puff Factory! Everyone is always so friendly, patient, and helpful. You walk in and immediately are made to feel like youre walking into a room full of your closest friends and family whether youre new to vaping or experienced! If they dont have something theyre quick to offer to order it for you and they dont price gouge or jack the prices up. They were the first vape store I ever stepped foot in and Ive since been to many others when traveling or near my job and in a hurry and nothing compares. Everywhere else Ive ever been has had way higher prices, really rude employees, and, zero desire to assist or even TALK! Puff Factory and everyone at this location are simply the best!

Don’t get me wrong, the employees in here are great but their products are just disgustingly overpriced. You can go 2 miles down the road and pay way less for everything. As much as I like the employees, I have to take my business elsewhere.

I have bought countless items from this store on a regular basis. I only go to Puff Factory and gave turned several of my co workers, friends and family on to Puff Factory. I bought a breeze about a month ago and after like 10 hits it was broke but I didnt make a big deal of it. Today I purchased a bang breeze got home and it didnt work at all. When I called the employee on the phone laughed at me and said its policy. They sold me a broken item. Its not like I wanted a refund I just want them to give me what I paid for. Now I have to tell all of my coworkers and friends to no longer trust puff factory. The employees are always great and I never have a problem. Its a shame that this one experience has ruined such a great place for me.

We , my girlfriend and I were fairly new to vaping , former traditional smokers. Had been getting Breeze from Puff Factory be ause they were cheaper than the gas station. Went to get a couple and talked to Nolan about getting set up with a refillable device. He took his time and explained several options , what we may want to start out with being beginners , as I wanted ease of use , and simplicity. Great customer service from a local shop , will be my go to place for my vaping needs.

Love this place! I visit several smoke/vape shops in the area but the Factory will always be my first choice! The employees are, and always have been, phenomenal. Theyre like my second family (and one year Ill finally learn all of their names lol). Their selection of vapes, juice, and kratom is good without being overwhelming and confusing.

Totally cool and helpful guy with the tats. Other dude was very distracted and i legit had to ask him.... did you hear anything i just said? To which he honestly replied nope. It was pretty frustrating but truly redeemed by the other guy who answered my questions in a very detailed manner.

The Puff Factory in Redford is great.I go here for all of my vape/e-juice/glassware needs.They usually are up to date on new products and prices are decent. Their mods and tanks are heavily overpriced though.Staff is extremely friendly and very tentative.Buy your mods and tanks somewhere else, other than that The Puff Factory is amazing.

1. Disrespectful woman on the phone to phone calls while in the store completely disregard our conversation start talking on the phone2. Then I asked is that how you do customers conversations with the customer and she doesnt have anything to reply just keep trying to sell the products instead of saying excuse me very impolite people in there3. And while leaving out muffled something disrespectful underneath their breath when I decide I no longer want to shop there very unprofessional4. Then I go to another smoke shop and I tell the guy that works there what happened and he says quote I just fired an employee that just did that Im glad some professional shops agree

In my extensive work in the glass community i have never before seen a shop as unprofessional and unworthy of business than puff factory. Early last year i bought a 700$ pendant in a limited drop, i specifically requested one of the pendants because of the color. I purchased the brozay pendant and after my purchase i requested more pictures and they sent me picture of the Brozay Color Pendant so it was confirmed that they knew what pendant i was paying for. After the pendant was shipped and i receive it, i open the box and it is the lemon drop pendant. I immediately call the shop and tell them i received the wrong pendant, First they tell me that there will be another drop of the same artist by the end of the month, and that i could wait and exchange the wrong color pendant i received and exchange that for another pendant, i leave my name and number with the shop and they said they would contact me when the new drop happened. After waiting about two months i call again and they promise that there will be a new drop in the next month. So i continue waiting, because i am a patient and assumed they had good will and were going to follow through on their promise. Eventually when more than half a year they tell me that there will not be a drop and that i should send it back to be inspected, because i work everyday and am a student i did not have time to ship it out until now. When recieved they said they can no longer take the pendant, and that i am stuck with a pendant i did not want. I would understand this with a 30$ pendant or even 100$ pendant but not expect such a large mistake on such an expensive item. If i could i would have never purchased from this store and do not recommend anyone get anything shipped by this company, because they will lie to you and send out wrong items.

Most definitely a place to pop into is you want to pick up some quality smoking devices. The staff is cool. Vape selection has dwindled quite a bit recently. Juice prices have been and still are quite steep, and selection is meh...Not the best anymore. More of a head shop than anything now.

Bought a vape less than a week ago and it has been leaking ever since I got it. Went in to see what the problem was and was told all vapes leak every 3-4 days. Would not exchange it for that reason.

Lots of choices of cheap oil thats cheap messed up my mod. And blame people for their inexperience in building mods. They have a lot of choices because they believe in trial and errors errors in my instead of experience.
