Although the servers kept crashing and we waited in the drive thru for over an hour and a half, the staff and security were kind and kept us updated on what was going on. They were kind and upbeat and friendly and outgoing. We are very glad we were still able to go on 420.
Whenever I visit Branson, a stop at 3 Fifteen Primo is a must. The staff consistently provides swift and knowledgeable service, offering the best prices and deals. During my most recent visit, I introduced a new customer to their establishment and we were able to take advantage of an exceptional promotion. The overall ambiance of the place is outstanding. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Blake, who ensured that our needs were precisely met. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and 3 Fifteen has a perfect atmosphere.However, I must express a concern regarding the attention this business seems to receive from the Branson West Police Department. On multiple occasions, I have noticed police vehicles following me out of the parking lot, presumably running my license plates. This level of scrutiny appears disproportionate, especially considering that such practices are not observed in pharmacy or liquor store parking lots. This disparity raises concerns about fairness and equity in local law enforcement practices.
Out of 3fifteen, green light, and thrive, this was my favorite in the Branson area. Very clean inside and out, polite and knowledgeable staff. The process from entering to leaving was the best in my opinion. I love how they ran things and the products they had. I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back.

So at first yes I gave this place a 5 star but the last few times my wife and I have ordered for delivery some how our order has been canceled. We order in the time frame we are suppose to and even tipped the driver. O and they are horrible at customer service. Couldnt answer our questions the first time till we had to call back the second time. They said we were banned from delivery because they delivered to us after hours. Seriously 530 is after hours. Bye we will continue to go to stairway and greenlight were they know how to treat customers.

Good product. Website is trash and hard to navigate. Low staffed and its 6 on a Friday and they said they sent half the staff home.Edit because I just got a message saying my rewards are going to expire. I specifically ask that question before signing up because I dont shop that often and was told they dont.

Placed an order online 3 times for delivery. All 3 times I got no call back for confirmation. I called and they said i was not able to have deliveries because I made someone stay after hours and promised a 50$ tip. Which is a lie. I promised a 15$ tip and he recieved it even said thank you and delivered at 530 pm. Delivery stops at 7. You will not be getting my business again.

I come to the store about every day and have for a few years, I always go through the drive thru and tell them what I want I’ve even been told by the staff I don’t need to pre order to go through the drive thru it’s never been a problem ever. I waited in line for 30+ minutes in the drive thru today and when I got to the window I was told the drive thru is for pre orders only and was turned away. I guess the rules only apply when it’s convenient for management. I will never go back.

Such a Great place. Ive Never , not one single time, never had a bad experience at 3Fifteen Primo in Branson West. I absolutely love it. I live like 45 min away and i would rather drive 45 min versus not getting damn good quality. Ive heard just a few say something like, I can get bud cheaper at blah blah blah. But its like,Yeah ok maybe some of it might be but you get what you pay for and Im about quality, not saving. I mean sure of course Id love to save a lit here and there but again, 3Fifteen Primo has amazing deals all the time and the rewards system is amazing. So in truth Im still saving and getting great quality. Best of both worlds. So thank you for being amazing and providing such amazing services. People are always nice, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anybody and everybody.

Good dispensary, good product, but some of the employees arent very educated. Hash rosin isnt live rosin. THC isnt everything. 2% terpenes isnt high terp content. Maybe a little bit more education and a little bit of clarity would help.

These guys deserve 10 stars. Never had a bad experience, never ever ever. Weed is pretty subjective, so Im going to focus on the customer service aspect. If it tells you anything, they even let me take pictures of their pokémon collection in the store. This team of people is top tier. For example, without me mentioning anything my bud tender found $20 off my purchase, which genuinely saved me half on my order. How freaking cool is that?

This dispensary has a lot to offer the area. They have a huge variety compared to their competition, products at fair prices, and a very approachable dispensary staff. I interacted with atleast 4 employees, which is a record for me with any other experience. Everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable and just seemed genuinely interested in interacting rather than just doing their jobs. They also have a super cool mural on the wall that would be a great spot to snap a picture. This dispensary is well worth paying a visit to.

Friendly staff, went through drive thru for my first visit. The guy there was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Prices are best in town for sure. And they now offer delivery to Branson. So its a win win for me.update: my opinion is still the same except better now. Im currently waiting for my second delivery. The first one went perfect. The delivery driver was super polite and called ahead of time to let me know she was on her way. Today I had to call in my order and she (the driver) took my order and is on her way now. And you get a free preroll with your first deliver order. Cant beat that

I wish I could give them more stars. The people that work in front are very nice. But the building is small. The lobby is dark, small, crowded and I was uncomfortable. Once I was called to the back, it was chaotic. Again, a small space filled with lots of people talking loudly. There was a person there to direct me through their process, but he wasnt super cheerful. Understandable, though, with all that noise going on and people trying to move around each other. I told him what I needed and I was sent to wait in one of several lines to pay for my purchase. Again, loud, crowded, dark and very hard to hear what was being said. Again, the people are nice, but the atmosphere just is awful and the entire shopping/buying experience was not a fun one for me.

Well , where do I start , the staff is very friendly and helpful, they know their regulars name , they are always energetic and positive and you can feel the vibe of excitement from them. Their products are amazing and the prices are phenomenal and when you earn points you can save a lot more money especially if you go during their peek hours . My favorite spot to go. I would like to start by saying that 3Fifteen has an amazing selection of: vape carts , edibles, concentrates, the best prices on flower, and friendly and knowledgeable staff . I made a online order, and I picked it up at the beginning of my time slot. The budtender at the drive-through window was very friendly, and she got me signed up for their reward program in just a few seconds. If you have anxiety issues, using 3Fifteens drive-through by pre-ordering or going the medical route may help. My normal stress from purchasing from a dispensary was never present during my visit to 3Fifteen. The jumping through hoops and redundancy of most dispensaries stresses me out at times. Overall it was a great experience, and Ill be returning in the future.I just wanted to update my review. After a year of rec sales, this is my go-to dispensary. I cant say much that hasnt been said already. The rewards and discounts are the best around, and the staff is second to none. I drive a hour to shop here when I have a dispensary five minutes away.
