I had a wonderful float experience at Healing One! I love that this spa doubles as a community hub with small libraries and lounge spaces both downstairs and upstairs. There is a wide selection of tea, tarot cards and various healing props to play with, which was a super nice touch. I saw that they give a 50% coupon for a float for your birthday and offer memberships for locals in the area. Thanks for a great experience; I’ll be back soon!

Totally relaxing atmosphere ! The epsom salt soaks are total relaxation, unplug to no sound, light or gravity. Pure bliss. I feel overall relaxed and calm for a couple of days afterwards! Highly recommend! 🙌🏼❤️

Healing One is so special. I have been to a handful of float spots and this one blows them all out of the water. There are multiple tanks to choose from as well as healing rooms for massages, there are even a couple lounge areas to wait before or after healings. The lounges have couches, tea, oracle cards, an oxygen bar, and more. This place is truly restorative and brings me so much peace. I’ve loved every visit. Bought a membership and have been enjoying that the last 2 months. Highly recommend 💜

Ive had many massages over the years, from both men and women, but a session with Barrett is truly unique—and in the best way possible. From the moment you meet him, his calming aura and positive energy put you at ease and lift your spirits. Barrett is a kind and thoughtful professional who takes the time to ask about your preferences before starting the massage. He inquires about your choice of oil or lotion, whether you’re comfortable with cupping, and if there are any specific areas causing you pain that need extra attention. His attention to detail and communication are truly appreciated.After my first massage with Barrett, I knew I had found something special—like I had struck gold in finding him as a masseuse. He is a true master of his craft and offers more than just massages, including Reiki treatments to help balance your chakras and leave you feeling amazing.I highly recommend Barrett!

Healing One is a wonderful place to get in touch with your inner self. I absolutely love floating. If youve never done it, you should try it. Each time is a unique experience. A co- worker had mentioned to me about this place. I was looking for a place for a massage and also make me relax physically and mentally and I am glad he mentioned HEALING ONE! I made an appointment on a Wednesday and I was able to be accomodated on the following day. I booked for the 60 minute massage and 60 minute float. The place was easy to find. The lady in the reception area was very pleasant and friendly. She showed me the chill lounge where I can hang out since I got there early. When it was my time, Kat came to the lounge to get me. She started asking where in my body that needed more attention. She was very pleasant and was always asking if the pressure was just alright when she was giving me massage. I dozed off in the middle of the massage. It was very relaxing and she was able to cover all the areas we discussed before she started my massage. The room was clean with music playing that made me relaxed . Kat even brought me the robe and slippers to wear after the massage and the tote where I put all my things to bring with me to my next appointment which was the FLOAT. Kat is very sweet and friendly! After the massage, I sat at the lounge area where I drank the elavated water. Pretty neat lounge, that will make you hang around all day long (how I wish!) After few minutes, Mario brought me to the infinity float. He explained to me the procedure thoroughly and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. The room was clean, neat and peaceful. I enjoyed the float too much that I fell asleep and I was awaken by the music. Part of me was sad that I had to get out of the tub! I will surely go back and next time, I will bring my friends with me! Service, cleanliness and atmosphere………SUPERB!!! Thank you so much HEALING ONE!

I came into Healing One for a one hour massage with a therapist named Barrett. He did a deep tissue massage that really helped to begin loosening up my whole body. At the end of the hour I asked if he could do another 30 minutes and he said he could. He spent that time really working on some very stubborn muscles in my neck and back. Over the years, I’ve had many, many massages from both men and women, and I have to say that this was one of the two best massages I’ve ever experienced. I really recommend seeing Barrett if you’re having a lot of sore muscles or trouble with moving.

Absolutely loved healing one. It was so clean, calming and helped with my chronic pain so much. All the employees and the owner are so lovely, I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I decided to try floating on a whim years ago and I have been addicted ever since. Healing One is the place to go. Not only is it a clean and relaxing environment with great vibes but Chaz and his team are all amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are always there to answer your questions, show you around, or just share a smile. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Second bad experience here after deciding to overlook my first one. Yesterday I booked a float for my mom and I. Upon them showing us the rooms, the smell of chlorine in the water was extremely strong. We thought it was supposed to be a natural experience and the young lady informed us they must add chlorine per the health department, but we are allergic so we asked if we can use the sauna instead and I was still charged a cancellation fee. This was my first cancellation and it wasn’t because we didn’t show up, it was because of our allergy and we even paid for another service instead.On another occasion when I booked an 8 am sauna session, a man aggressively knocked on the door because I was there for one hour instead of 45 minutes. I thought the 45 minutes was to be inside the sauna? All I was doing was showering and changing. So if you want to pay for extra “sauna” time all you’re doing is paying to have time to shower and change... lol… This was supposed to be a relaxing experience and it was unnecessary for him to bang on the door. Even if that’s the policy, he should be trained on customer service a little more as there are more respectful ways to communicate things to customers. I even asked him why he did that and all he told me was because he had to clean up, he didn’t even apologize. It made me very uncomfortable.

This place is amazing!!! I’ve been going to Healing One off and on for years! The floats are absolutely incredible and I believe everyone should float at least once in their life!!! Healing One and Chaz Allen have been life changing for me!!! I’ve had a difficult time processing some things and the energy healing sessions with Chaz have been really helpful with processing and releasing some stored trauma. The massages are wonderful and the oxygen therapy is neat. The only thing I haven’t tried is the infared sauna , but I will eventually!! The monthly memberships are the way to go and don’t forget about the wonderful elevated water and delightful tea!!

This place is special! It is very clear that intention and attention and Love built Healing One. Thank you!I have only been once, today, and will be back.I called to book the first available single person float before they were open. I left a message with my contact info and William called me back to set everything up. Wow!I was given the Ascension float tank after a quick tour of the facilities.Once I got into the tank I didnt hear any music to signal the start of my 60 min float. So I was just floating there and waiting. Finally I decided that I perhaps I just missed the start music and began my experience without it.I was a little scared to turn the light out in there. LOLBut once I did turn out the light the fear was gone.I highly recommend giving it a go if you are inclined to this kind of practice in self-care.

First time ever trying a sensory float and it was pretty cool, the staff was warm and knowledgeable, made us feel comfortable. My skin was baby soft and renewed for weeks which has been difficult for me in this climate. The showers are nice but I recommend soaking you hair in a tub of regular water after you get home to remove all residual salt.

The staff are friendly and welcoming.The rooms and tanks are always stocked and clean.Relaxing in this beautiful space is a great way to integrate after my time in the tank.

Danae Miller is bar none the best masseuse in this region and if you can book her you MUST. There is ample parking and the atmosphere is soothing in a new age hippy kind of way which makes sense because they offer float talks and additional healing services. My money is on the massages though and Danae is fantastic.

Until the age of 60 Id never had a professional massage. A lot of recommendations for Healing One led me there for my first ever.Im not one to sleep just sitting somewhere, but I was out 10 minutes into the message.Wow! The best experience ever.

We spent a wonderful and relaxing day at healing one last week where we received 90 minute massages and 90 minute floats.All of the staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, and we had super relaxing massages from Kat! She was so sweet and worked very hard to take care of our own individual needs.The float rooms were gorgeous and well maintained, the staff left out no detail in preparing us to have an amazing and relaxing float session. Next time we will definitely be booking the infrared sauna as well!We also loved the variety of loose leaf teas and the assortment of books and cards available in the relaxation lounge.Thank you healing one for a relaxing and rejuvenating day, we all definitely be back soon.

My family was in Reno on vacation. My daughter and I had always wanted to try a float tank and my wife loves massages. I called ahead of our trip to book times and learn about the different services. Staff on the phone was very helpful in planning the best experience for each person. The float was an intense experience for me, loved it. then had a massage session with Steph Ryder that was phenomenal. Her knowledge of muscle therapy helped me with nagging workout issues and she also suggested reference materials to study at home as well. Top notch place!

Just had one of the best massages where it felt like work was done on the areas needed. I saw Starr and she is super knowledgeable and provides comfortable energy, relaxation. I felt like I was attended to. Highly recommend. I’ve also done floats in the past. If you like meditation, this is a great time to allow yourself some quiet space.

Healing One is definitely my happy place. The floats help me with my stress, anxiety and sleep. I love Epsom salts and our bodies really need the magnesium. What an incredible experience! My wife and I kicked off date night with float sessions at Healing One. We both left incredibly relaxed. Id compare it to the relaxation of a massage, but much, much deeper. I was honestly surprised at the effect. During the float I just drifted off into another world. Chaz Allen (owner) and his team are awesome. The attention to detail (like the relaxation lounge for after the float, the shower set up, the interior design, the organic teas, the robes, the lighting, etc., etc., etc.) made it evident the tremendous love and commitment Chaz has poured into his establishment. Youve got to try this. HIGHLY recommended!

Healing One is my sanctuary, and floating has changed my life. Im an Aquanaut with over 100 floats and I use my hour and a half float time every week. Each persons experience and process are going to be different. For myself, I use the Wim Hof Method breathing technique to fully relax, and let my awareness flow throughout my entire being. In the float tank my ego dissolves and Im able to flood my mind and body with positive healing energy, review any negative stressors Ive held onto, and let them go. Thank you Chaz for seeing your dream manifest into physical space and for creating such an amazing haven.

Healing One continues to be an incredible experience for my physical and mental health. Im working through some body tension from multiple knee surgeries and Ryder (Stephanie) customizes my sessions between Ashiatsu, cupping, and lymphatic massage; shes helped improve my mobility and overall comfort in amazing ways, and Im so grateful! :)

Most up to date: I finally got to experience this newer location and it was even better then my first visit. The art and the atmosphere is perfect. I love the chill lounge. My float was perfection and the staff was very kind.I loved the float I did last year! It was so nice and relaxing, perfect way to unwind!

Sad I didnt try this place sooner. I purchased a float for my boyfriend and a massage for myself. Booking online was easy and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Both of us enjoyed our service, the facility was beautifully decorated and clean, and check in to check out was seemless. The front desk was very welcoming and my massage therapist, Jacqueline, was very skilled. We both left feeling pain free and relaxed.

Started floating about 7 months ago, and Healing One is FANTASTIC! Everyone there is over the top helpful, and I cant help but relax as soon as I step through the door. Doing a monthly float has really improved my mental health; I leave afterward feeling like a melted stick of butter for the rest of the day 🤣

What an awesome experience. I did a 90 minute float and time just flew by. It took me into a very pleasant, meditative-type zone that was very beneficial in re-setting my mind. Completely sad to report the total and utter lack of caring at what is supposed to be a wellness spa. I woke up sick this morning and had to cancel my massage. I understand that I was the first person of the day and there wasnt enough time to reschedule, but I was hoping they could just take the cancelation fee out of the credit I had on my account for my membership. That wasnt possible and there was no way, interest, or williness or work with me. If I had showed up to my appointment sick and they sent me away, they wouldnt have charged me, but because I did the responsible thing and canceled I had to be charged TODAY, if it put me in a financial pinch then I should have thought about that before I got sick, nothing they would do to help, and if I didnt like it I could talk to the owner. So I canceled my membership. There is plenty of other small businesses in this town that would have waited a week to charge me a cancelation fee especially considering Ive prepaid for 2 90 minutes massage sessions.

The person who gave me a massage said they do deep tissue massage, but I really didnt feel like it was deep tissue and sometimes he pushed towards my spine, instead of away..so I didnt feel much relief after my hour massage was over. Also, I chose healing one so that I could have an hour massage and an hour energy healing all at once. But when I arrived, i was told that only the massage could be done, even though the person who set my appointment reassured me that energy healing would be following massage. I actually booked 3 of these sessions for me and 2 other people, so I was very disappointed to find out that my energy healings werent booked the same day for all of us.

The staff really nice and explains everything. Felt very comfortable. The float was relaxing. Since this was my first time I wasnt really sure what the benefit was. My daughter had a free coupon so I just wanted to try it. Overall just relaxing but I did not try to calm my mind so that was where I went wrong. Will go again after researching the benefits of this therapy.

Steve F. is by far one of the best massage practitioners I’ve found in Reno! Steve has the perfect techniques to address my shoulder and neck tension and always makes the best of the time I spend with him. He is a knowledgeable professional that has excellent advice about things I can do in between massages to stay well. I would highly recommend that anyone who is seeking a massage to address specific issues as well as a calm and relaxing experience, should definitely come in to Healing One and see Steve.

Float tanks are awesome. You dont have to believe in a particular religion (Im an atheist) or spirituality to enjoy their services. Float tanks are great for a focused meditation or just relaxation. I use it for a big reset on my month. Keeps me centered and ready for the stresses of life.Both rooms are well kept. Fresh towels and robes provided. The lounge area is super chill and comfy. Very helpful and friendly staff help keep me coming back. :)

This spa has become my go to spa as part of a relaxationand health routine. They offer a wide range of services that seem very fairly priced. I cant speak for the energy massage but I do enjoy the infrared sauna and the immersion floats. The people are always friendly and I feel the place is both very clean and relaxing. If youre looking for if homeopathic therapy this is the place to go.

I love this place. Ive been looking to try a deprivation chamber for years after reading a book.My first time trying, I decided to go for a full 90min this would give me the full experience and time to relax.At first took me a few just to let things go and start relaxing.I fell asleep a few time but the strangest experience I had was when I started to see light getting brighter and once more darkness.Ive been doing this 3 times and now I can feel the moment when my mind shuts off what a great experience. This only keeps getting better with each time.I recommend, your first time to use the float to support your head. It helps you relax also make sure all the lights are off and just let things go. Concentrate on your breathing.The first time is not easy but after it only gets better.

I am so glad I found Healing One. When I read about them in the RN&R, I knew I had to give floating a try. I wasnt sure what to expect, but now I would float daily if I could. No matter how uptight I am going in, I come out feeling relaxed and centered.Chaz is awesome. Hes knowledgeable and enthusiastic about floating, and happy to talk you through the whole process. Most magical place for some person healing and self growth. The staff is amazing and the owner is such an incredibly hard working. They are all so personal, its like you are making healing friends for life! The hospitality is perfect, and all the services are top notch. I was pretty nervous when I first came into Healing One, it was my first time dong anything like this. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, Mea made my first ever massage a great experience and even took the time to talk about things I can do at home to further help my body. While waiting for my sauna to be ready I got to enjoy their Oxygen Therapy and relax in the lounge. Was my first time floating as well. Almost overwhelming at first - I used the Oasis Tank so I was submerged in complete darkness. But after my body began to relax and settle down it became such a unique experience words cant do it justice. 100% plan to go back and get on with their membership!

What a fantastic experience! The staff was more than thoughtful, the float rooms were meticulously cared for, and April was an absolute delight to talk with afterward. This is by far the best thing in Reno.

I have to admit I was nervous to do the float tank, something about sensory deprivation seems terrifying. Me, alone, with my thoughts...After my arrival I was warmly welcomed into the comfortable and clean lounge area, I signed the papers and everything was very clear, all my questions were answered and I felt at ease entering into the room. (It’s a self guided experience and you can get out at any time.)My experience in the tank was one of clarity and rejuvenation. Aftet about an hour I got out. I was full of clean and clear energy and ready to pursue my evening and life endeavors. I highly recommend the float tank at Healing One, it’s comfortable and safe and if you’re on the fence, I know you will get something beneficial out of it.

What can I say? This is an incredible space that offers so much. I feel at ease the moment I walk in. The staff are helpful and friendly and the services are incredible. Taking time for myself is not the easiest thing, but here the choice is pretty easy. Healing one day at a time.

This was a first-time experience for me and it was amazing .The staff was wonderful friendly and courteous. The building was awesome great rooms , was very comfortable. My experience was with the floating. I would definitely do this again and recommend it to my family and friends!

I have now had 2 massages and a float session at Healing One and I can confidently say this place is AWESOME.The float - I really liked that the shower is in the same little private room as the tank. The room was super clean and had shelves to put my things and I liked that I could turn off the overhead lights and juts have the mood lighting from the salt lamp. Very zen, a great way to get into the float mood.Oh, and as a first time floater, they had me watch a youtube video beforehand that told me the procedure and what to expect. I really appreciated that.The massage - when I called to schedule I was told that my massage person (Candice) offered Ashiatsu. Well, gonna be honest, I had no idea what that was but Ill try anything twice so I said sure. As it turns out, Ashiatsu is when someone massages you with their feet. It was AMAZING. I carry most of my stress in my shoulders which means the skin gets worked quite a bit during massage and I tend to leave feeling a little a sore. This was not the case with Ashiatsu, it allows for a deeper pressure thats more spread out so I didnt feel like one area was getting overworked. Candice is super receptive and very in tune, she found the places that needed attention and I felt great after both massage sessions with her. I am super duper happy to have a new massage home.

Very interesting, just had my first float sensory deprivation, very relaxing, kind courteous staff. Look forward to doing it again I would recommend this to anyone who wants a new experience in life or a couple to go into separate pools together so that you can talk about your experience after.

Ive gone here for the float tanks, and for the messages, I had a wonderful relaxing experience with the friendly and servicing staff. Elena is a great massage therapist, and the float tank I went into had beautiful lights ( I could turn off) and didnt feel cramped at all.

Healing One is one of a kind. The staff is personable and professional and make first time experiences exactly how they should be, comfortable. The float tank satisfies in and of itself, and your mind, body and soul will thank you. If you really want to turn to butter, get a package deal with their Massage Therapist as well. The chamber I saw completely surrounds you in h2o and darkness. Seems like a very cool place for some healthy R&R but I thought pricey.
