Body In Knead - Reno

I have been coming here for a few years every now and then and all of the therapists are very kind, wonderful, and hardworking people. Molly, the owner, is an incredibly kind person and when I had to cancel my appointments because i was sick, she brought me Vietnamese Pho out of the blue and totally unexpected. It really brightened my day and really hit the spot! I never leave reviews, but I just had to say something here to pay a little of that kindness forward.

The Therapist did not massage my problem area (lower back). It was mostly less average pressure, if you are a vet be prepared to have attitude given. I was curious and respectful to the therapist. If the VA is paying for it, Its fine, but if you are coming out of pocket go somewhere else. Good Luck.

I came in having back pain and neck pain with my shoulders. Really tense and after 1 hour with Amber I was walking like i never had any back pain in the first place. Highly recommend Amber

After an injury to my neck, weeks of pain and three chiropractor appointments I called Body in Knead. They were amazing from the start and managed to fit me in that evening.Maria made me feel comfortable immediately and right on time started my massage. She is strong and doesn’t use any tools and the result is an absolutely awesome massage.I was still in some pain when I left, but within two days, Maria had done what the chiropractor couldn’t do after 3 appointments! The pain had gone.I rarely write reviews, but Maria is worth my time. Thank you again. I have my life back.

The concept in itself is good. However, Andrea Oda, is the exact reason I go there. She is near impossible to book but there is good reason. She is the best in my opinion (from both Reno & Sparks locations). I honestly am kicking myself in the back pockets for promoting this fact BUT to not, would be selfish. Like I mentioned, it may take a lot of patience but it will be worth it, I promise.
