Came to this shop instead of going to my regular because of a time crunch and BOY WAS I GLAD I DID!!This is the smoke shops of all smoke shops! There is seriously everything in here. It’s very open and handicapped accessible. Employees were extremely knowledgeable too. I had the pleasure of meeting Kimba last night. He was more than willing to take time to help me and explain a lot of their different products. Not only do they sell smoke shop items, but other little trinkets and treasures too. Effed up at home and gotta get something last minute? Have things for that! Want to dress up and alter your look? THEY GOT CONTACTS! (I picked up the Wizard and black out ones)Everything very reasonably priced too. Needless to say, I now have a new REGULAR store. Kimba definitely helped make the decision easy.

Please stop telling my fiance that Novo 2 cartridges work for the Novo 3 & the Novo Master.. they do not. The coil burns within hours, no matter what.Every. Single. Novo 2. Cartridge. That. We. Bought. Here. Has. Burned. The. Coil.Not saying your cartridges are bad.. just that your advice is.-Just take a look at my pic. The vape juice turns almost black within hours.

A decent head shop with a huge variety of products. Most employees are kind and informative but there are a few who are rude as hell and are completely unaware of the products.I drop in once a week for coils, juice, wraps and cones. This place is definitely better than Cloud9 by far. The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because of some employees attitudes. A rude and uninformed employee will kill a business faster than higher prices.

Best experience ever!! The two men on 4/21 working together one of them his name was “sweet cheeks” 😂 are the best two men who have ever given us the best advice , very helpful and knowledgeable on products in the store and very good sales people! We will definitely be coming back as this is now our FAVORITE store !! Also not to mention, awesome prices !

Cloud City is amazing! The white dude with the tattoos gives excellent customer service, very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products which helps us decide on what we would like to purchase. Atmosphere is very chill and welcoming. He also makes sure, kindly of course, that the vapes that we buy works properly by letting us smoke or test them out before leaving. Would definitely recommend this place! White dude with the tattoos keep on being awesome!! :)

I was quoted $15 per disposable, went in and bought two, then realized i was charged $45. I called the store and they had happened to have a “shift change” as soon as i went in/left (i went in at 8:30, the store closes at 10) and the guy on the phone said he couldnt do anything about the price difference. this is my first time in there, and i will never be back. not only that, but i usually only yap $10-$12 elsewhere. this business rips you off and has horrible service. do not go here.

Just paid $75 for 2 disposable vapes. For reference, I get 2 BETTER units of a better brand for $30 elsewhere. I told them this, and they offered zero options for discounting, bulk purchasing, or any solution at all for that matter. We felt bad for the sales rep since we had asked a ton of questions regarding flavors and didn’t get the price until the very end- so we took the chance. The Orion Brand literally tastes like cough medicine. Over 100% mark-up, and they still did not allow to exchange a subpar product immediately upon purchasing and seeing the visible customer dissatisfaction. Absolutely grimey. Feel free to support their hustle- if you’re the type that likes being played. 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely wonderful! I went in, not knowing what I wanted.. All I knew is Im trying to quit nicotine. They had a wonderful selection of non nicotine vapes. The man I talked to was super sweet and we had a decent conversation. I could have sat there all day and talked to him, plus he helped me pick the best vape for a great price. Definitely reccomended. Store was very clean, easy to see everything. Very painless and easy!

The customer service was phenomenal! Seriously the nicest woman I have ever met. I noticed a price discrepancy on one of the products and she went out of her way to call not one, not two, but three (or maybe four) different people to verify what the price was. After all was said and done she told me that she would be changing the price to what she honored for me. I have experienced awesome customer service before but I would never imagine someone making 3-4 phone calls to ensure the customer is getting the best price possible. Thank you!!

Stopped by to check out their inventory- I was pleasantly surprised!! The selection was amazing! Huge open floor plan with literally everything a connoisseur would need. I ended up finding an amazing quartz dab rig!! Cloud city has great deals, great quality, and great service! Would highly recommended going in and asking for Angie, very nice and professional.

Cloud City is by far the best Vape & Smoke Shop in all of the country! Everything I go in here, Im always helped by a friendly, professional, and courteous employee. They always have the right answers for every question that I have, and always recommend me the correct product for what I need. The store is always well stocked, and very clean. The owner Jasmine is truly an owner that cares about her store and employees. She is always in a good mood, and helps get the entire product solution that I need. I dont know he was in there working last Saturday night, but she was hella cool, super professional, and very knowledgeable I will try to find her name out so I can update and edit this review and shes definitely deserves a raise. Yeah they got good customer service, but after going to 5 other vape shops Ive realized they charge 10-15$ more for their vapes. Ijoy here? 36$. Ijoys other places 22$-26$. Other brands 5000+? 28-34$ other places 20$-28.

Everyone Ive encountered that works here have been very pleasant! Having said that, I cant help but notice the price on what it is I buy when here are higher than everywhere else I buy those things. And not to a marginal degree. The biggest price differential Ive come across is the current vape Ive been stuck on: Tug Pod Ultra. Ive been to two other stores; one in reno and one in Carson, and they both sell them for $21.99. This store sells them for $31.99. That is a vast difference. I love contributing to small, local businesses, but that is a steep price to pay. And that is just one of many instances of the price hikes this friendly welcoming store has to offer. Do with that what you will. I, myself, will continue to give them my business...

My friend and i went in for a look around and to pick up a couple of things. The store is big and has everything you dont even know you need. The best part was the beautiful Angie who took the time to answer our questions and even laughed at our dumb humor. She took the time and thats the best part. We will be back.

It definitely would have been a 5 star review, but they had glass in display cases -with- price tags on them (as if we could buy them) and when we tried to buy one the smoke shop clerk notified us that the glass in said cases were not for sale? But they had prices on them 😕 great prices but that really bummed us out.. besides that the customer service was great! 👍🏼 thank you!

Met the owner a while ago when I went in with a friend and she was so amazing that I now go there anytime I need something. Great personality and you can tell she greatly values her customers, very pleasant person. Great selection of stuff and good prices. They probably have what you need. Give them a go :)

This shop is under new management and they’re doing phenomenal. When my partner and I went in we were met with a cheery greeting and helped immediately. Not only did Liz (the new manager) help but she actually knew what she was talking about and was able to point us in the right direction and suggest solid reliable products. We will 100% be returning and telling our friends :) I definitely recommend this smoke shop

The girl that works at this place the manager is a clueless, foul mouthed, and rude human being. I went into this store on 01/17/2022 and specifically asked for a standard size rolling machine for standard size rolling papers (standard size is 1 1/4 inches - just ask Google). She sold me one and then right away I realized it was not STANDARD SIZE. Trusting her I bought it but when she handed it to me I knew it wasnt right. She would not refund the purchase. I asked to speak to the manager because I felt that a refund was appropriate since I specifically asked for standard size and I had not left the store. She said she was the manager and refused to connect me with her superior. She began to accuse me of yelling at her and started pointing to the Raw rolling machines and other rolling machines calling them standard (zigzag has been around for a long time and they have set the standard). When I was leaving she yelled from across the store, in front of other people - Dont ever come back to MY store b!t¢h. Clearly this girl doesnt know her a$$ from her elbow and will say anything to sell something. I hope the owner rewinds the security footage, to make it easier to pinpoint I was with my friend who is in a wheelchair.

THEE BEST smoke shop Ive been too by far. It was the cleanest and most unique shop Ive been too! The manager Angie was the sweetest gal and took the time to show me the glass pieces, as well as telling me which flavors of vape are best. Couldnt of asked for a better experience. Being an out of towner, I felt very welcomed.

Great store, lots of products. One of the few that actually carry e-cigg juice that isnt fruity or sweet. Only complaint is the employee. One in particular. The lady openly armed ASKING for tips. Ive worked in customer service industries and you DO NOT ASK THE CUSTOMER FOR A TIP! You especially dont tell the customer they will get a discount if you tip. And as a supporter of the right to bear arms and open carry, its not a good idea if you are worried about robbery. If someone is going to rob you and sees youre packing they will just shoot your @@$. Keep it behind the counter near the registers, also some people will be put off by the sight of the firearm. A place of business is not the place for political statements. Hope the owner sees this and has a talk with her.

Do not any any vape mods or kits from here! LoL they will at least up charge you $30 plus smh I can understand charging an extra $10 or even $20 but 30? LoL come on!I went there 2 but another caliburn koko prime because mine feel in water. Comes to find out there selling it for $70! So I just left and went 2 where I bought it last time, Sunnys vape shop and bout it for $40 or I couldve bought it online for $25 and waited for shipping. I can only imagine what there selling other stuff 4 there lol please do your research b4 buying here theyll rob the community smh I hope you guys are up!

Im from out of state and come over at least once a month both times that I have visited this location they are very friendly and helpful.

I bought 1 vape pod and they charged me 32$ that same pod is 21$ at smoke shop that located 5 minutes away from this smoke shop.

Great store but the young lady that was working late evening night time on December 10th was completely rude unprofessional and lazy she couldnt walk over and do her job for me to look at something to buy.

The lady who owns this shop is amazing she ordered my wife a 4 pack of her coils and got them within a day. Very knowledgeable about her products and has the most amazing vape shop i have seen here. Her prices are also the best would recommend this store 10 out of 10.

I stopped by this store for the first time thinking I was going to be running into your average run-of-the-mill vape shops, to just be in and out grabbing a few things and be on my way. I also was already expecting some irritable behavior from employees because it was right at closing time so I know how stores hate customers that do that. Well, I have never been more wrong ever because the moment I walked through the doors I was in what can only be described as a brightly lit wonderland of novelties, collectables, oddities, trinkets and treasures galore! The room was very spacious, clean, and merchandised to perfection. Everything was organized and labeled; making the store appear to be seemingly flawless. But it got even better.... Then I was warmly greeted by Jazmine. Not only did the store go above and beyond expectations, but so did Jazmine; she was a perfect example of what sincere and quality customer care should look like. Her bubbly and upbeat attitude you could feel through the whole room which made it comfortable and fun. She genuinely cares more about fulfilling her Customers needs than just merely making another sale. She was knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and fair. They sure do have a habit of up charging what is placed on the tag. Almost every other time i notice paying 2- 10 dollars more than what the sign says (depends on product). I always think to myself maybe its the taxes buut once i see my receipt, smh. Since all sales are final they never fix it.

Always wonderful when I come in. However, last few times Ive came in on a Saturday at 11am the door was locked with no sign saying when they would be back.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an aspire vape pen a few days ago and Im pretty sure its a used vape pen because it wont hold a charge like a brand new one would. I purchased the same model I used previously so I know it should hold a charge better than the one they sold me. I called and left a message for the owner to call me and I have yet to receive a call back.
