Someone stole my credit card and tried to use it at this store for almost $500! A white male using a Chase Visa with an email Arab name!!!?? Either they deal with a lot of criminals and allow stolen cards to be used here or they just do not care at all. The right thing to do is report a stolen card, NOT try to run it for a purchase!!! Police report filed. Investigation coming.

The price is always different on the same item every week and theyll take advantage of you any chance they get. The staff is always rude and less than helpful. 0 stars

I just found this place by word of mouth, I dont foresee going anywhere else now. One of the secret little spots still doing old-school cheaper by this dozen discounts.

The entire experience was so bizarre and shady for my bf and myself. I told him I was looking for a slim, pen-like shape and color, and he insisted on showing me something completely different. (While opening it he asked if we had our cartridge on us, and after we said no he pulled one out of his pocket.) We told him no thank you on any demonstration and asked again to see the type I wanted to get, and he continued to push for the square, boxy product he was already opening. When I walked away to look at the items I did want, on the other side of the register, I overhear him offer my bf a hit of his cartridge so we can see how much better that battery was. my bf declined and said I’m doing the shopping, so he offered me the pen to hit next. I declined and asked again to see the product I wanted, so he again told us he can show me better stuff. I mentioned wanting only pink colors when he pulled out other square items, even after I pointed out the ones I wanted to look at in the other case. None of them were the type I kept asking for. I mentioned again I wanted a slim pen-like battery because I have a hidden case that is specifically for that shape, and he instead pulls out a teddy bear shaped battery. Maybe he thought the cuteness of it would win me over instead of listening to what I was actually looking for. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously since my request was constantly ignored, so we left after that. Also, the fact that he offered us a hit of his own personal cartridge was really weird and shady. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The store clerk went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was great. He was super helpful and very nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

When I 1st went into this place I had my doubts about there being any type of customer Service after the sale supposed to get you in the door that usually sweet talking to some s*** you dont need! Being new to vaping it would be easy for someone to get over on me like in the past at the previous smoke shops However not here after making a purchase of an quite expensive vape and Im not working the way I wanted it to I promptly returned angry wanting a refund and have nothing more to do with this vape shop however though upon arriving and being noticeably angry the gentleman who sold me the vape came around from the counter paused what he was doing and promptly assisted me with my issue had the wrong coil he even provided me the correct one no charge. This place really stood out when a person shakes your hand and looks you square in the eye and says buddy you have any problem you bring it back we fix it it means just that here!

So Ive worked in a smoke shop before but the shop I worked in has nothing on Sunnys! They have every kind of wrap or paper you can think of some never heard of! Lol I enjoyed the few minutes o spent there! Will definitely be going back!

Was best place but something happened, pick and choose with buy 1 get 1 used to be on all glass, prices went way up, staff is uneducated on product and even if you spend over 350$ they will not honor your proof of purchase to resolve a 14$ issue but will happily charge you twice after telling you to come down to fix it. It us sad I spend hundreds and had good relationships with past staff now I will never go back to wells, probably wont give sunnys any further business in any location.

I love this place its amazing prices are amazing stuff is amazing and they have stuff that you have never seen before here and they will give you a bulk deal if you buy multiple items 10 out of 10 would recommend

They have really knowledgeable personal and great customer service. As soon as we walked they acknowledged us and really prompt with the customer service. We had questions and gave us explanation on the best products to use and demonstrated how to use it which cool for beginners.

Absolute biggest selection in town, with the absolute BEST prices in town. I dont know how Sunny does it, but he even matches or comes very close to online sellers like Amazon, etc. The fact that they are open until almost midnight(sometimes past, depending on traffic) is awesome too. Definitely recommend!

They have a skimmer in there card reader at the wells location my card information got stolen a hour after using my card there and it’s the only place I’ve used it in 2 weeks onoy a hour after I left the store they tried to run my card from there apple tablet for $50 then $10 this is ridiculous

I went in and he used the fact of me not knowing anything about vapes to sell me one I dont like and then will not return it a day later. Bad place to go, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dont Ever buy any Backwoods or wraps from there always dry. Youre wasting your money if you decide to buy any tobacco products from there.

Used to love this place, but I had an issue with a tank and the owner did everything in his power not to refund the product. (as I had bought another tank the first time I brought it in, but the employee said only the owner can do refunds) He did get it working again (his reason for denial) but I said that I have too but it breaks often and anyone would have issue with that. And guess what...It broke again 2 days later! At the end of our discussion (I still had things to say) he just walks away and proceeded to joke with other customers about how proud he was that I didnt get what I wanted. Was a loyal customer for years but now Ill just pay extra just to be treated how a customer should be treated. I bet all of these 5 star reviews would change if they had to deal with the owners attitude about defective products. My only regret on leaving this review is because their Spanish Springs location has been nothing but amazing as a business and how they treat their customers. My only other regret is being too nice to report them for fraudulent business practices because there are plenty of examples to choose from.

Charged me extra money without me knowing. Originally paid 90 bucks, however 99 was charged to my card. Dont go here he will scam you and steal your money.

The Sunny’s in sparks on prater and McCarren refused service bc I walked in the store with my 8 year old. I go to this store with my daughter and without 2-3 times a week. We barely made it in the store before he was yelling over and over again no kids allowed and waving his hand bye. I asked since when? he said since forever. ALL EMPLOYEES should be on the same page. This is the first time at ANY of the Sunny’s has my child not been allowed. She is clearly a child and not teen I could possibly be buying for. I also am buying vape juice not a crack pipe.

Really great place. The owners always hook me up with a good deal when theyre working. Prices are pretty competitive. They had a sale going for a few weeks where they were the cheapest in town by far. Hoping that comes back again.

These guys are always great. Sometimes they can be expensive but not nearly as bad as the smaller stores around town. They have everything you can think of and some!

Sold a bad battery and refused to honor an exchange. Thats theft in my opinion.

This use to be my go to vape store and one that o recommended to all my friends. Now days the prices are not very good l, and more than once have I gone there and purchased what I believe to be counterfeit vape juices being sold. Not somewhere I recommend to any of friends anymore.

Absolutely the worst service from any small shop I have gone to. I was impressed by their cheap prices, I bought a banger, a blunt, a torch, and some butane. The torch worked ok out of the box but when I went to refill it, it kept spraying butane out all over my hands. I tried all the adapters that came with the butane but none would fit. I called and the employee said there is no refunds and I would have to come talk to Sunny in the morning. I work a 6-6 job so I wasnt able to see make it to the shop for about a week after the purchase. After showing the employee the torch he tried to fill it and had butane spill all over his hands. He told me he didnt know anything about torches but it just seemed full to him. After the torch was lit for about 20 seconds it starting running out of fuel. The employee told me he wouldnt do anything and that I waited to long to come back. I explained I worked 6-6 and he said sorry your schedule doesnt meet Sunnys schedule. I cant help you.. I asked him to call sunny and he said he could but what would I like done. I told him I would just like a torch that worked or a new valve in mine or someone to show me how to fill it without wasting butane. The employee told me sunny would not be willing to do that and he put his phone down. He again said sorry that there was nothing he could do. I left the torch there and went to high 775 across the street from Sunnys. Much better service and prices, and they said if I have any problems bring the product back to them.

I had left such a great review, had such a wonderful experience with this store. Then today happened. Today a guy with dark hair and an accent (maybe middle eastern) was a total jerk to me. I came in for help with a mod that I bought just last week, the battery compartment broke. Guy says I cant help you. You have to be more careful I didnt do anything to cause it to break by the way, didnt even drop it or nothing. The magnet that holds it on just fell out.So I just left. Didnt want to deal with him. Ill come back when the blonde kid is working again. He was great.

So I went in the store and i was looking for a bong stem that would fit the bong that i has purchased at this store a week prior so he sold me one and i had it in the paper bag they give you with your purchase and a friend of mine came with me and was looking at some bongs and ended up buying one for 11 bucks so when i found out the price i also wanted to purchase one but i had just two minutes before he got his i had payed 8 bucks just for a stem i asked if they would take this stem back and sell me a bong the (i didnt even leave the store just walked over to the counter where my friend was ) clerk said no there are no refunds that sunny dosent allow that then proceeds to tell me about how some other customer broke his pipe before he even left the store and sunny wouldent replace it for free, that was clearly a totally different thing because the person he was talking about had broke it this was really irritating and I have never went back i now go anywhere but this location and the stem he sold me didnt even fit the bong that i had purchased prior to this time at sunnys

I had awful customer service. The employee began to help me however when new customers came in she told me to hold on. After waiting 20 mins she finally came back to help.I asked her why she was helping other customers when clearly i was there first she told me that those were her regulars apparently your customer service is based on seniority..id never shop there again.

Good customer service! Some glass is buy one get one free! Me and the wife can each pick a piece!!!!!!! On the downside we were unclogging our pipe and shards of glass came out and cut us! Not blown correctly if glass is coming out

Im gonna start this by saying Ive never once left a bad review but I went there to buy a mini nautilus tank and the owner sold me a clone tank without telling me and after confronting an employee about it he insisted it was an authentic tank and that they no longer sell clones. I came back when the owner was in and he straight up told me it was a clone and because I didnt ask if it was real or not he didnt tell me so if you go here make sure to ask if you getting authentic. Not that I can confirm but Im also suspicion that their glass is fake due to the unreasonable low prices. So in short be wary when you visit.

Decent place for e liquid. The owner in the past was willing to bend a little on e juice pricing. Seemed a little out of date on available mods and tanks/rbas.(lots of cheap disposable EGO type tanks and batteries). Huge selection of glass products (beware of quality) at decent prices. On top of vape supplies there is a decent selection of mj paraphernalia as well.

These guys are great. Girl of mine said she wanted a vape for at work. We both knew nothing about vaping. Well I walked up by and the way they walked me through it was amazing. Definitely recommend these guys.

I shop here for vape accessories, and vape juice they have a very wide selection or brands and an even larger variety of flavors. The prices are very good, more than fair. After visiting other vape shops to browse their juices and see their prices, sunnys is definitlymy go-to for all my vaping needa.

If I could give this place “0” stars I would. This place sold us juice that they knew was recalled due to it burning coils. They continued to sell them and refused to do anything about it. They refuse to give us a refund or even trade our juice. I have gone through three coils with this juice along with them selling me two fake coils. I will never return here.

Gotta say hands down sunnys is my favorite shop in town. I can count on sunny to have a great selection of vape accessories, juices, and smoke accessories for a great price. Ive been to a lot of smoke shops in California and Nevada, and Ive never experienced such a value for my dollar. Unlike many other shops whom inflate their prices for products, sunny sells everything for a fair price for both himself and his customers. If youre not stopping at sunnys first youre playing yourself.

Cheap prices, alot of good deals like buy one get one free etc. Pretty mellow atomesphere and nice staff. Pretty helpful when I went in and asked for a little help and she hooked me up!
