So glad a client recommended Tracey to me. She is professional and knowledgeable about the human body. After having complications post surgery, she has helped ease some of the excess swelling from lymphedema and broke up scar tissue to keep the area feeling less restricted.

I started coming to Tracey in July 2020 for my once a month massages. She has a very knowing touch, finds the knots and eases them away. I had a lymphatic drainage massage yesterday for some post surgical issues. It was so beneficial and the swelling is still down. I would highly recommend Tracey for any type of massage.

Tracey is an excellent therapist, she considers the full body and explores all options for the best therapeutic approach. Her massage technique has reduced my aches/pain. Tracey also provides posture therapy which was new to me. Ive now incorporated posture exercises into my daily routine which is helping correct my spine and hip issues which all fed into the leg/feet issues I had.
