Infinity Spa and Nails

This was my first time visiting the salon and I absolutely loved it! My nail artist was lovely and she provided personal recommendations for what would be best/healthiest for my nails. She also had her daughter beside her helping out the salon and it was very sweet to watch their dynamic. My nail artist and I also enjoyed a really personable conversation and I felt very comfortable. Can’t forget- the nails themselves are beautiful🌸! I plan to come back here again, thank you everybody!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Looking at my pedicure a week later it looks even more awful. The lady Meryem almost cut me and the nail polish looks like a 2 year old did it. Gel polish looks absolutely horrible, uneven and thick. She cut my nails way too short and they are not even. I didn’t complain when I was there, because I couldn’t wait to leave. I wish I stopped the pedicure or complained and asked for a refund. When booking my appointment, I specifically told them that I get pedicures all the time and I’m looking for a new person and I need somebody that knows what they’re doing and are experienced etc. Awful and not relaxing experience. Will never go back.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I have been getting my nails done here for almost two years now and would not even consider going anywhere else. The staff is professional and friendly and make you feel very comfortable! My nails last for a long time and I always get compliments on them, they end up looking better than the reference pictures! I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone in the area looking for a place to go. You won’t be disappointed!

Katie is the best! I come into Infinity each appointment with new nail inspiration and Katie makes it happen every time. I don’t do dip powder EVER because it’s really harsh on your nail bed & the acetone removal ruins my nails, so she does liquid gel (not acrylic) over my natural nails and I love it. They last over a month, I have zero breakage, and it allows my nails to grow super long and strong. 🖤

I absolutely love everything about Infinity Nail Spa! The service is superb and it’s such a lovely experience from start to finish. All of the employees are kind and make sure you have a pleasant experience. I’ve had multiple massages and absolutely LOVE Usha! I also get my nails done there and always leave with the prettiest nails that last!Katie does her THING on my liquid gel sets 😍

I came to Katie with the ridiculous request of having Taylor Swift themed nails for her concert! This meant I wanted 10 different colors representing each of her albums AND a different design for each nail. I have never been so pleased with the result!! Katie did each design with her own inspiration and feeling of what would look best and the result was perfect. I’d been to infinity before for a few stellar pedicures and regular gel manis and now I’ll be a regular for my full set!Edit: added additional photos from my last two designs by Katie!

I cant say enough about the services I received. Jullia Tran was amazing. I came in expecting to get a simple facial. Jullia was amazing! Im an old woman who has been to lots of spas over my lifetime and this was clearly the best facial and massage I have ever had! I will be returning with no question, also sending friends and family members there. Thank you!

I have very short nails that are magically transformed every time I book artist **Helen** at Infinity Nails. She adds tips and meticulously shapes & dips until my nails are exactly what I envisioned. Definitely worth the money! Bring your pictures from Pintrest, too.

I get my nails done here every month and they always look amazing! Great service and atmosphere! I go to Katie who always helps me find the color im looking for!

Unfortunately customer service here is not great, and their technicians cause minor injuries because of rushing through clients. It sucks, because this is a very convenient location with talented techs, and they are mostly nice and personable. But the inability to properly schedule clients, and themselves enough time is not there. And apparently they dont care to change this because there are many posts expressing this same case.The technician made my nail bed bleed throughout my slot... And its still healing (see the picture). But the design is still pretty, but my finger hurts....🙃🥺

I have been coming to Infinity Spa and Nails since 2019 and have not been disappointed yet! Helen’s nail art is incredible, she never turns down an idea I bring her for design. I’m pretty rough with my nails and she has always offered to fix a broken nail in between appointments if I come in.Their appointment booking system is very easy to use and everyone has always been very friendly and professional :)

Made an appointment in advanced and they were ready to go as soon as we arrived! My sister and I got gel manicures by Lei and Kay and they were wonderful. So friendly, funny, and caring! They were able to change little things based on our preferences (for example, I hate nail files so Lei used a different tool for me). I highly recommend this salon! The ambiance is relaxed and friendly.

The nail techs are good, but one thing that teed me off about them is they always beg for a tip. I just paid you, but you want more. They dont know my situation, and they dont care. If I want to give a tip, PLEASE DONT ASK. LET ME DO SO AT MY OWN FREE WILL. I am not you employer, I am a paid customer. If you prefer a tip without the payment.hmm you stop asking for my 💰...

The best nail salon in nova! I have been going to Helen for dip nails for a long time now and she’s the best. On days where she’s booked, I have tried a couple other nail techs and they’re all amazing! Definitely recommend for dip nails. Also, the salon must have good ventilation because it doesn’t have a strong chemical smell.

I reviewed the first time I came here when they first opened and the service was not very good, but now that they have been open for a while, they have definitely improved! Katie is a magician and I will never get my nails done with anyone else. There’s a reason she’s so booked up! I got dip nails for the second time ever and I can’t believe these are my actual nails! She shaped them so well and I didn’t even need tips. Very happy and will continue to go to her.

One of the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to… it was my first and definitely the last visit to this place. They were talking to me as if I had never done my nails before. I took my daughter with me for the first time and the technician told her to be patient. She’s only 5 and it was her first visit. She waited for almost 1 hr when I was getting my pedicure.. she showed an excitement and said I want to go first for manicure and that lady uhhhhh said BE PATIENT…Won’t recommend this place to anyone!! BTW my nail chipped off in a week..Bad Job and bad behavior.

The most reliable nail salon in Reston - good prices and beautiful nails no matter who your technician is. I regularly have pedicures and SNS nails here and have never been disappointed. I especially love that the techs have amazing designs in mind and are always willing to work with the Pinterest pictures clients come with!

Hate to give a small business a two star review but I visited twice and the service just got worse and worse. The first time, I came with a friend and it took 2 hours for one of the techs to do a simple gel design bc she kept making mistakes and having to start the nail over (note: she herself caught her own mistakes and had to start them over, this is not the case of a nailzilla). Then I came in for an SNS removal and manicure. I had a tech soak my nails in acetone for OVER 30 mins!! It wasn’t until I started to remove the acetone myself that the tech finally remembered I was still in the store and came over to finish my removal. The entire removal process took an hour, I couldn’t believe it. They then sent me out the door, forgetting I was also in for a manicure but by that point I was itching to leave so I didn’t correct them.The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I heard Hellen is an amazing tech. I’ve seen her work and think this place could still be worth a visit if you get an appointment with her.

The nails are uneven and dented and the color is patchy. I told the nail tech and she said she would have to completely redo them to fix it so she didn’t. Still paid 57 dollars and told the girl upfront. I won’t return they look terrible. I’m going tomorrow to get them done somewhere else

I went to this salon total of 4 times. Salon was recommended to my by one of my best friends - her nails always look great. She did say to get an appointment with Helen but unfortunately Helen was not available so I just booked the appointment with tech that was available. I had gel manicure and gel pedicure done. Usually gel should last 2 weeks. Nail polish started coming off on the 3rd evening after nails were done. Went back - different technician gave me new set of nails that lasted 9 days (which is still better than 3 days so I wasn’t planning on complaining about it). This past Wednesday I went to get gel manicure (totally different technician) and today (Friday) nail polish started coming off but this time there was wet nail polish underneath it.. I went back and they took everything off and gave me new set of dipping powder..which I really appreciate. With all that being said it is such a waste of time. It should be done once and I shouldn’t have to go back for the next 2-3 weeks.. I skipped on giving names of the technicians just not to be mean.. I definitely won’t be back.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here since 2021 to get my nails done (dip). Katie takes into consideration my nail health and has matched all of my Pinterest aspirations. When I have chipped my nails (e.g., my cute glitter French tip the week before Christmas), they squeezed me into their busy schedule.

Did my nails with Helen and she was great! But most of all I loved how Jim did my hair. Hadnt gotten it done in 3 years and he was able to bring it back to life and give me something I love!!!

Clean, convenient and comfortable!! What a find?! Made a last minute online reservation and am so glad I made it here. Was here for a conference and needed a pedi.I was met with professional and courteous staff and offered complementary water or wine (I chose wine 😍!) The chairs are new and all the chairs have massage options and plug ins for the phones! The decor is so nice and open and the ventilation is great (no fumes!).My friend even got her legs waxed! It is a one stop shop (nails, massage, and hair)! I am sad we don’t live here - I would come often. I highly recommend.

Nice salon, very kind and cute personal , woman infomed me before appointment that price will be different I really like it. She made me really nice french manicure.- really slow work but accurateI reccomend this saloon 10/10

The folks here are beyond welcoming and kind. I came in for a spa date with my kiddo, and they were great! Luxury spa pedicure was incredibly relaxing, and we will be back in the future 💅🏻😊

I have been going to this nail salon for years now and will not go anywhere else. They are amazing every single time.

I drive 40 minutes to get to this place. I’ve had multiple technicians do dip/powder manicures for me and they’re all incredible. I didn’t know ombré was an option and I’ve never had my nails shaped anything other than square, but I love their suggestions and creativity. My nails have lasted 3-4 weeks each time and everyone is so friendly!

I’m so glad I tried this place. The salon is nice, clean, and everyone is super friendly. Plus, Linh gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Especially if you are a runner, come see her. That calf and foot massage was therapeutic AND relaxing. Best ever.

Looove this place. Katie did my nails and I love them!!! I wanted blue ombre nails, square tip with some kind of design.. thats exactly what I got :). Staff is so welcoming and fun. Will not go anywhere else again.

I don’t want to leave a bad review because I think the staff and environment at infinity nails are always so great. They are quick to get you in, have lots of space, and very kind staff. I use to go to this location when I was having SNS done a couple years ago, but had some issues with nails breaking in

I would not recommend this salon. I made an appointment more than two days in advance but less than 30 minutes later it was canceled. I tried to rebook but it seems I am banned from rebooking. Very unprofessional.

Will never go anywhere else. Katie does an amazing job at dip and loves to play with color. So fun 💗

I had the lovely Susan do my Gel Manicure, and even though she was reluctant to try a small design I had asked for She took her time and did her best and she did a great job! (Despite being rushed by the manager in a rather unprofessional way, even though she did ask for help from 3 other workers)I got so many compliments on my nails the entire week following the appointment and even though I had spent a week on a cruise in salt water all the time they have not started lifting or chipping away. She is very sweet and did a great job.

Came to this salon totally on a whim and fell in love! Was looking for a quality salon near my office and I have definitely found it. I was a walk in for a dip powder manicure set and the consultants were absolutely amazing - they recommended the dip powder, colors to compliment my skin tone, and when to come back in for best results. I have to say, it was the best manicure Ive ever had! They took their time and really focused on getting my nails perfect. I cannot wait to go back, and will likely start using their services regularly! Oh, and the wine + conversation with the consultants was fabulous as well ;)

I did not make an appointment, I walked in. There was no wait time and Vicky was my technician. She is quite skilled at massage! She checked in about her pressure and did really nice calf work. I highly recommend her.It’s been 17 months since my last pedicure, so it was extra nice to get such good service! Also comforted by masks still being required.

This is my second day coming to this place and I’ve been disappointed each time. First, they are incredibly slow. I made an appointment for both times and the first time I went, no one worked on me until an hour after my appointment. This time around, they started exactly when my appointment was but, I didn’t get out after 3 hours (I had dipping powder manicure and a regular pedicure). Both times, my nail technician was either Facetiming someone on her phone while working on me (first visit) OR watching TV on her phone (second visit). Mind you, I worked with three different nail technicians each time. Finally, the quality. I had bumps on my pinky and my nails had ragged edges. After telling my nail technician multiple times to smooth it out, she didn’t understand what I was trying to say because she thought they looked fine. If I am paying $65 for my nails to get done, I would hope that the edges would at least be smooth. The massages, which are typically my favorite part of the experience when getting my nails done, during the manicure and pedicure were terrible — it was rushed with no pressure at all! I am highly disappointed and I usually never write reviews but I felt like this place is overpriced and had low quality service. I know this review sounds rude, but I was very kind to the workers here and even provided tip because I know that it’s the best that they can do. I just wanted to write this review for the people who may be new to this area who are trying to find a place with good service — try somewhere else that is cheaper and better quality.

This is by far the best nail salon in Northern VA. Katies dip nails are the best you will ever have. She is exceptional and a real artist - my manicures can last over 3 weeks, where at other salons I could barely make it over a week.I go to Hellen for my pedicures and she is also excellent. Great service and very attentive.They are always busy, so be patient and I promise it is worth the wait! I love that you can easily make appointments online.Very clean - follow all COVID protocol and have a UV light system for cleaning that Ive seen them use between every customer. Prices are also very fair - on par with other salons in the area.10/10 recommend!

The difference between the quality of the massage I received at infinity spa and another local business was an immensely better experience at infinity. This other location made me realize what a gem my masseuse, Melissa, is. Mellissa was so intuitive to my needs and told me exactly what to expect when I came to infinity spa. My other masseuse hardly communicated with me about pressure and what she should or shouldn’t do. I can tell Melissa really likes her job and is very experienced. I will return to her next time I want a massage.

Very impressive clean and relaxing space. Service was a little off though. I made an appointment for 2 pedicures (myself and a friend) for a Saturday afternoon. They were about 15 minutes late getting the first pedicure started and then my pedicure was finished before my friends even started. I was not impressed with the quality of the French tip and I only noticed after that the technician left a tiny bit of my old pink nail polish on my big toe. The price was reasonable and comparable to other places in the area.I would go back as long as I had a different nail technician.

Never been here before, New to the area. RTC is a very nice area so I figured the nail salon would be top notch. Wrong. The lady who did my nails was very sweet but the work was very poor. I got an acrylic fill set done. I informed that I wanted the exact same shape I already had just shorter (since they were grown out). She had to file them several different types because the shape wasn’t what I wanted at all. I wanted a simple rounded tip. They weren’t even, some were way longer than the others. Took many tries, eventually I just said yeah.. they’re fine. The acrylic is very thick and lumpy, not even. She didn’t fill all the way to the cuticle so a week later they looked very much grown out, way more than they really were. Probably won’t be returning. Way too expensive for very poorly done nails. I got them redone a week and a half later because I just hated everything about them except the color.

I made an appointment, checked in and was seated waiting for a technician. 15 minutes has passed and no tech came. Another customer asked where is everyone and another tech said they are in the back eating. This would have been my second visit. My first visit nails chipped after 2 days. I could peel the paint off my fingers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Highly recommend. I had an overall great experience. Requesting an appointment online was easy and convenient. The staff is friendly and the spa is clean and beautifully decorated. Katie is so kind and personable, and she did an amazing job with my mani/pedi. I will definitely return for nails as well as the other services offered.

I loved my experience here and felt very welcome. I thought I booked online but it didn’t end up working for some reason and they found time to squeeze me in. They were very understanding and I was very happy with my gel manicure. They offered me drinks when I came in as well!I would give 5 stars but my gel nail polish is already chipping on my thumb. I work as a barista and deal with lots of liquids and sanitizing chemicals so that could be why. I’m going to give it another shot for homecoming so we’ll see what happensUpdate: They ended up coming all the way off before it had been a week. Kind of disappointed as Other reviews were so much better.

Its a cute place but they really need to figure out how to treat their customers. I went with a girlfriend and she needed a dip removal before her manicure. When finding out she had to do a dip removal, the nail technician gave some major attitude. During the dip removal, the technician was extremely sloppy and repeatedly hurt my friends nails, to the point where my friend had to ask her to stop. One of the other nail technicians saw what was happening, came over and informed us that it was not my friends fault, but that the technician was doing it WRONG and she has seen her do this before. The other nail technician finished the removal on the other hand in half the time and zero pain.I have been to other nail salons and have always enjoyed the experience as a way to pamper myself. This experience was anything BUT pampering. Its a shame because this place could be so much more.

Katie is wonderful! I come here every 3 weeks and always come away with my nails looking great! I do recommend getting an appointment though. This is a growing salon so there are only a limited amount of nail techs. If you are a walk in you may have to wait a bit.

I have been going here for nails since i moved to reston over a year ago. this place is THE BEST! All nail techs are very good at what they do. This most recent time, I had a nail tech named Lei. She was fantastic. Clearly cared about my comfort and making sure my nails looked great and would last awhile. I have met the owner before who is fantastic and a local business so if you can, please support!!!

Being new to the area and in desperate need of a mani/pedi, I visited the location and one of the staff members was friendly and informative regarding how the services are conducted at this location. So I booked an appointment and was pleased at quality level of the services I received. I would highly recommend this business for your nail grooming needs! Dao did a wonderful job!

Worst place ever! Never get your eyebrows done here! They wiped out half my eyebrow and refused to take any action and I’m a customer for over 1.5 years. Absolutely disgusted!

First time getting a MANicure or was it a pedicure? The foot service and it definitely wont be my last. This place made me feel comfortable and well worth the 30 minutes I spent with Usha who handled the big dogs with a luxurious touch. I was so in my element that I had to turn off my phone close my eyes and unplug. She coached me on what positions to put my feet in as she completed many different tasks on my nails and skin. Every task was executed to perfection and she wasnt afraid of putting in the elbow grease to do it right. Guys do yourself a favor and try it. Its good for your health.Oh and the atmosphere is very pleasant with modern and classic fixtures. Equipment was all my wrapped and sanitized. They even massage your feet and ankles with a hot towel.The chairs looked brand new and even for a tall sport built body was comfy.Skip the beer tonight and just do it.

A relaxing atmosphere, the technicians are friendly and put care and effort into what theyre doing. They made sure to check several times to make sure I liked the way it was done, and took the time to explain what was done differently from the nails I came in with and why what they were doing was better. They also had so many colors to choose from, Im looking forward to coming back!

It was the worst experience ever! I had an appointment for hair removal for lips and eyebrows and the lady without asking started doing with thread when I asked for wax. She insisted in doing with thread, and at the end she gave me massages and practically pushed me from the bed where I was laying down. Please if someone read this don’t go to this place specifically when you have a special event like me I am getting married tomorrow. They have to learn how to treat people.

I brought in a friend and we both had a mani, she had a pedi while I had a haircut with Cem. It was my very first there and it will not be my last. Lily was my nail technician and my friend had Holly, they both were very professional, very amiable and their skills are to be praised. I will definitely return for their luxe pedi & mani (it’s like having a mini vacay..right???).Cem is an amazing stylist, I didn’t have my hair coloured but had the most brilliant asymmetric cut. I had to encourage him to cut off 3” instead of the 2” he originally suggested. He definitely would err on the side of caution for most of the people who just want a trim. I knew he had to cut more off my hair since I hadn’t had it cut since May 2021. I will be returning for a keratin hair straightening process this coming Sunday with Cem. I am thrilled to finally find my “To Go” spot here in Reston after moving here from Southern California.

I have been going here for at least 2 years now. This place is hands down the best nail place Ive ever been to. It is beautiful and clean lots of options other than nails, and the nail techs are very good and listen to you. I even bring my 5 year old little girl in for her nails and she loves them too. I cant say enough about this place, please make an appointment and check it out for yourself!

Went to this salon this week to get a full set done. I showed the woman pictures of what I wanted. However I got nothing of the sort. My nails look very tacky and for $90 I expected and have had better. She did a sloppy job on the acrylic. I left out with 2 cuts on my fingers and also one small eyebrow and one big one all before my birthday. I am not pleased at all!!

I fell in love with this place! Total luxury! Go here for all your spa needs... nails, pedicures, facials, threading, hair and much more! The staff is highly skilled and attentive; they do exactly what you want and give expert advice. They are very knowledgeable in their methods and you can tell they really know their stuff. I felt like I was in good hands and they took very good care of me. No pressure, no sales tactics... just a completely professional experience which guarantees I will come here every chance I get. Also, I will recommend Infinity to all my friends and coworkers who value high quality and customer service... and wine! ;) Its a brand new business and I am so happy to be among the first to experience it!!! The best in the area, for sure.

I’ve been exclusively going to this salon since I moved to the area last year and can’t say enough good things. I book my appointments with Liyah who is consistently phenomenal, but all the techs I’ve been paired with in the past were great.

Came in as a walk in for a gel manicure and asked if they had availability. They said they did. Honestly, I would have much preferred if they said no, and to come back the next day as once the service started, it was clear that they had no availability.They rushed my nail job. I felt like they damaged my nail plate by excessively scraping the old gel polish off and over filing my nail plate with a harsh nail file as well as not buffing it out properly. And yet, after all that aggressive handling... They still didnt get off all the old gel polish. They also did not do a good job with the bottom clear coat as it didnt cover my entire nail to protect the nail.Then I had to wait to get my nail polish color on, which fine, they were busy and I was a walk in. I started to notice how other customers were being treated. One waited 20 mins for an appointment to start. Another 15 minutes. So it would appear that even if you have an appointment, you could potentially still be rushed during your nail session.Back to after waiting a good 45 mintues to get my nail color polish on...when they did get to my nail color, they rushed it (no surprise here anymore) and even got gel nail polish on my skin, which wasnt attended to. So I filed it off as I had a nail kit in my purse.Now I understand I am a walk-in, but I am still a paying customer and should be treated and be given the same service as anyone else.I highly recommend not to go here as the $45 gel manicure is not worth it.

This place has the worst customer service. One of the nail technicians kept talking bad about one of her clients and gave her attitude when she arrived. The nail technician who was doing my nails was more interested on the conversation between the customer next me and her nail technician. My manicure was horrible almost every single nail had a lump of coagulated product. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your money here.

Brought my sister and aunt here, were able to have all three pedicures at the same time. Loved the ease of booking online!

Fabulous place near the Reston Town Center for mani & pedi services. Today I got my 1st pedicure here and gel polish mani. Vicky was a great technician and not only gave me a perfect mani and pedi but gave me the best leg massage I have had in many years at a nail salon.The business was immaculately clean and the environment professional.Thanks for a great experience!

Highly recommend!! Been looking for a go-to waxing and nail salon and I finally found it. I had a manicure with acrylic tips added. Lea was professional and friendly and did an AMAZING job. I even did yard work with no chipping. They still look beautiful. Will be coming in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax soon!

My experience was horribly disappointing. I went on a Saturday afternoon. I was one of three customers in the salon.1. There is no one at the front desk, so I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before I eventually wandered into the nail portion. Once spotted, I was told to wait in the lobby. After 10-15 mins, I was brought back to a station.2. A nail assistant wrapped my nails in acetone & foil to soak off the dip I currently had on my nails. She put my hands in warming mitts, and told to me to sit for 5 minutes.45 minutes later, the nail technician finally got to me. I told her I no longer had time to get my nails done because I just spent an hour waiting. She said shes the only technician that can do dip. Well, that should have been communicated to me. I dont have two hours to spend getting my nails done. Its a Saturday afternoon, how can you have only one technician trained in the most popular type of manicure?!Needless to say, I will never go back. Its sad because this place is only 1/2 mile from work.

I’m very impressed with the service and care that the technicians implement here. Upon entry, you’ll be offered water, coffee, tea, or soda. They even use paper straws (eco-friendly bonus ☺️)!I had booked in for gel nail polish. I had a photo ready of the nails I wanted. My technician, Linh, studied the image regularly to make sure I got the look I wanted. She was very gentle with my hands and it was clear that she was working carefully. She was also just a lovely person to be around! Thank you, Linh.Definitely worth every penny and will be coming back soon.

Got a fabulous shampoo & blowout from Cem today. He was super accommodating with time and did a wonderful job. I’m super excited he’s local!I see Hellen for my manis and pedis every three weeks. She does a phenomenal job every time! It’s absolutely great I can now get my hair done at the same place as well! Cem is a wonderful addition to the team!

Hellen always does a great job for me, especially with shaping. However I am always rushed to take a seat when I arrive. I arrived 15 min early to an appointment recently for the express purpose of being able to pick a color without being rushed, and I was still rushed to take a seat before I had even a minute to browse. This should be a relaxed experience, not one in which you feel pushed to jump on the assembly line.

Super bad! Do not recommend. The guy who did my nails was very clumsy. He almost didnt pay attention to my nails at all and cut some of my skin off when he cut the nails. I have to ask him to stop because he kept poking on my skin. Ouch that hurt a lot. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CUT THE NAILS IF THEY ARE SHORT. But he simply showed no care whatsoever. It made me very nervous and uncomfortable. Not to mention he painted the nails with noticeable uneven layers. I should have left right there. Horrible job ever for the most expensive manicure.

Went for pedicure and french gel manicure. My pedicure was average but my manicure is horrendous. It’s been two days and already chipped and discolored. Not satisfied at all for the price I paid.

I’m so happy with my experience here! It was very clean and everyone was well spaced out with at least a 6’ distance. The technicians did a beautiful job on both my manicure/pedicure and eyebrow threading!

Absolutely beautiful salon. Nice areas for each kind of service and so many colors for nails! My spa pedi with Vicky was perfection! The whole staff was incredibly sweet.

ZERO star. I barely write review, but I have to share this as I just had the worst nail experience ever in my life there. HORRIBLE! The technician is enforcing, the trimming hurts; I almost want to run away in the middle; I ended up with a broken skin after the service. The technician wont listen to your needs, or she just dont care. In addition, color is limited. It was a pity as the store is pretty. I wouldnt go ever even its an emergency needs in future. Plus, the cost is relatively high compare to other stores. It doesnt match the service it provides.

I followed my nail tech Dao here from Mynd Salon and couldnt be more pleased. The safety precautions were on-point, the pedicure options are great and best of all, no hard retail sales pressure unlike the former Red Door.

Mai and Usha are both great. Mai gave me a gorgeous French manicure and Usha gave me a very relaxing foot massage while I got a pedicure. They were both very sweet.

My nails last 23 days!!! All I gotta say!! QUALITY! So worth the drive and the money.

I showed up on time, but the pedicurist didnt bother to show up at all. I waited 25 minutes and then left. Very bad experience. I would NOT recommed this place at all!

Love this place, I got a acrylic full set done and it was quick, neat and a overall good environment to be in. Would honestly recommend coming from someone who has trouble finding someone doing nails the way I like them.

0 Stars...I made am appt. for Friday the 9th at 5:45 with Katie. I signed in and waited for her to finish a prior appt. Only to be then match with another technician. I wouldnt have made an appt. with her - I would have been a walk in. I Dont get a great vibe from them. Disorganized. They had my contact information and no tried to reach out to apologize . Plenty of other places that will honor the appointments. MEH.

I love this place! I just moved to Reston and was looking for a good nail salon... I definitely found it. I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The salon was so clean and it was clear how passionate every employee was about customer service.

Stopped in for manicure, they did fabulous job. When I messed one up before I left they fixed it and made sure I was happy. They were great. Will be going back!

They did a gorgeous gel french manicure during my lunch break. They were thorough, friendly, quick and my nails look great!

Ive tried every nail place in the area, no one else has the talent for gel and dip nails that these ladies do. The pedis are not rushed. Love.

They are thieves they rob people by telling them they are doing regular and then at the time of payment they charge you for spa because they filed your nail!!!!!!! WoRST Parlour ever...and they charge 4% extra for paying with credit card...

Great job on the Pedi, but they make you wear a mask.. And the temp is at least 72+ degrees so it was hot. Hard to relax at first.

Nice place but they did a horrible service they didn’t make the work they were running to finish up my nails that they forgot to do my to pinky toes I did say at the time because was late but when I get home i took a closer look I spend lot off money and time for a bad service en experience

The staff was welcoming & kind. They did a good job, comfortable seats, and clean nicely decorated space. I will go there again.

She filed way too close to my skin to where it was bleeding. & I didn’t even get what I asked for on my acrylics. & kept calling me the wrong name even after I corrected her.

I got dipping powered on my real nails. Sloppy, uneven, ugliest nails i’ve ever had. I was so stunned that this was the work I was walking out with..never again!!

I have never witnessed so many upset clients at a salon and my nail technician could have done a better job with my nails. It’s a further drive but I’ll stick with Worldgate Nails.
