Sue finds and untangles knots I didn’t know were there. She is very professional and highly skilled. There is no wasted time with Sue. It feels like a great workout, productive yet personable. Following up with a relaxing stretch with amazing Alyssa makes the full body experience complete! Very easy making appointments at this location with a very friendly staff . Overall, the perfect Massage Envy location!

I have never had a massage before and I am 33 weeks pregnant and have been super stressed out and in pain. I explained all of this to Elizabeth and she walked me through the entire process! She is truly amazing and I thank her SO much for making my first experience one to remember!😊 When I left, I felt absolutely amazing! This was the best I have felt in years🤩 My aunt gave me this as a gift but now I will be coming back as often as I can and will be requesting Elizabeth specifically. I also want to add that everyone working at the front desk was also extremely nice and very welcoming! I was sure to recommend this place to all of my friends and family💕💕💕 Thank you everyone!

Appointment was on time. All staff were very friendly. Love Callie. She relieved all of my neck pain and other areas I didn’t know were tight. Callie is very friendly and personable. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will continue to see her!

Janice is really great at listening so she expertly targets the spots that need attention and creates a customized massage flow depending on the different needs each session. She’s got great hands!

Carla did a great job. She was very thorough & detail oriented. The front office staff were very friendly as well. Overall great experience.

I was lucky to have my appointment with such a great therapist like Agnes. She made me comfortable with my pain in the left hip and gave me a few advises that worked really well. I would come again to Agnes doe the next appointment.

I did not have a good experience with Lien. She is not personal, didn’t even introduce herself. It was not relaxing, bright light on throughout the massage. Although I asked for light massage at some points during the hour it was actually painful. I added on a sugar foot scrub but she instead exfoliated my lower legs - again almost painful. I have had massages for over 35 years and this was a very poor experience. I was extremely disappointed.

Mathew is very pleasant, professional and attentive to stress induced tightness and knots in muscles and joints. In addition, he uses the allotted time very efficiently and effectively. Since I am a caregiver to my husband and enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, my monthly massage with Mathew is my priceless sanctuary and self care moment!

Diane is a great therapist, friendly and listens to input for each session. Highly recommend her!

Great experience. Janice is very skilled and respectful. I was impressed as she took the time to review my medical history and made adjustments to my treatment because of it.

I got a call from the Manager (Latifa Aziz) from the location to discuss about the incident regarding their front desk person threatening me to leave otherwise he would call cops snd security. It was good to see a follow up call unlike many other businesses who doesn’t bother to follow up or follow after several days. She mentioned that she inquired about the incident with their team (therapist, David, and another front desk associate) and also checked the video surveillance too. She categorized there was a heated or frustrated discussion between David and myself, and also David mentioned to her that he wasn’t rude or aggressive. I disagreed with her and clarified my position, stating that I wasn’t shouting or neither used any harsh language but simply checking about the delay, and David was very harsh and multiple times he shouted and asked me to leave, otherwise he will call the cops and security. She acknowledged that it wasn’t a good customer service and no one should have mentioned about cops and/or security for a question like “when would the session begin?”. I asked her to send an email response to my complaint about the misbehavior and bad customer service from the front desk regarding the unprofessional, harsh, and unwarranted behavior of their team. At least, I deserve an apology in writing for my written complaint. However, she declined my request stating that she checked with her legal team and they advised her that it wasn’t necessary for any written response to my genuine and truthful complaint. Please note that I have been going to this location for the last several years (roughly 7 or even more years), and I expected that there will be a written apology. I think, they are more concerned about putting a mistake and the bad behavior of their employee in writing, and it appeared to me that they are worried about protecting them on the legal grounds rather than admitting that it was a bad customer service and provide some sort of next steps to get better. That being said, the manager told me that they would be refunding the cost of the session as it wasn’t a good treatment from their staff. I told her that it wasn’t about the money at all, and they should genuinely respond to my inquiry in writing with an apology. If not, the phone call doesn’t mean anything but just a formality and check the box that they followed up. Anyway, I guess she was following up what their corporate legal time advised. So, my next step would be to take it to their corporate office and discuss what they would say.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Callie was excellent! Very accommodating to my specific needs and talented masseuse, highly recommend her!

Matthew is a terrific massage therapist! Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He listened to my concerns and tailored my massage to exactly what I needed. I left feeling energized and pain free!

I had a 90 min massage scheduled for 10. I wasn’t greeted until 10:10….not an issue. However, the therapist had the time clock flat so that I couldn’t see the time count down. Each session should be 80 minutes. The therapist finishes at 11:27. The earliest we would have started would have been 10:13. When I asked if that was the entire time he said yes. Being shorted 6 minutes isn’t the end of the world but being dishonest about the time isn’t cool. Plus, I expect the full 80 Minutes especially as I was not the one delaying the session. Overall, the session was ok. The therapist also wore gloves which felt a bit weird.

The whole experience was adequate. Most off the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, my therapist really wasnt the friendliest. She collected me 5 mins late from the waiting room and ended 5 mins early so in all even will all my addons I maybe had 40min if that much of actual massage time. As someone who used to work in this industry it was rather strange to me that she didnt seem to follow any definite sequence, and everything felt half done. Due to that I started really paying attention to her technique and in all honesty Im disappointed. I could not relax because not one of her movements were followed through fully or if they were she was rushing it. Her tone was harsh and she seemed to have other things shed rather be doing, she didnt once ask if i was comfortable or if the pressure was to my liking. Client care was definitely not her forte.Ive never come to Massage Envy before and only did so because it was a gift given to me as a birthday treat.Im sad it went to waste on a therapist that clearly didnt want to put her client first.

Matt listened to my concerns, specifically those related to vertigo and worked to ease my symptoms. His considerable knowledge and expertise is helping to alleviate my symptoms. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Diane as a massage therapist at Massage Envy in NorthPoint shopping center in Reston, VA. Very professional with a keen sense for working on sore muscles. Highly recommend!

Sue was horrible, I wend in massage room she scratched me a couple times on my back and moved to my hands and spend more time there since she was sitting on the chat and put her arm on my hear making herself comfortable, I stoped the session. And I walked away. My skin hurts now since she was not using enough oil.

Janice was great! She quickly identified muscles I didn’t even realize were troublesome, and asked to adjust the session to give them more focus. Highly recommend.

The therapists at massage envy are very well trained. They go through many courses and some have been doing this for years. This however does not always translate to the best experience. Its almost like the therapists bank on the fact the membership is not easy to cancel and will adjust their efforts to correlate with their own mood or perception of you that day. Sometimes it was great I felt relieved and the tension gone,others it would feel like the therapist really just wanted to get this out of the way and used what I said were my problem areas to pass the 50 minutes doing the same motion on one spot ,leaving me with a feeling of “I guess that’s what I asked for …”. But there’s a big difference in malicious compliance and genuine care. On two occasions now Ive felt the aggression of the therapist actively working their frustrations out on me and left with more aches than when I came in, aches that still have not alleviated which tells me this more than just post massage soreness that’s left me with a numbness in both arms. Had my experience been more consistent I would have definitely not minded the membership contract being obligatory , but given that the therapists here are very very skilled , I can’t trust that when in a bad mood they won’t actively try to hurt me.Thanks to the front desk staff for always being so cordial and working with me to resolve my membership dispute.I’m very sorry this did not work out.

Be prepared if coming from another membership location, though monthly membership fees are the same, this location forces you to pay more. They will not even honor their posted fees from ME website; Mela was very insistent and refused reason even after showing that information. Very frustrating and will not go back to this location and will advise others of their practice.

I was coming to the Envy location as a last resort to help me with chronicle pain in my hips and as result limping my right leg . Luckily i met the best massage therapist Robby , that helped to reduce the pain in first couple session and it’s back to normal now . Most important , i don’t need a hip replacement as appeared . Thank you Envy / Robby at Reston location !!!

I had an awesome experience at this Massage Envy! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. My massage was done by Kareema and she was amazing. She was calm, kind, and gave me an awesome massage--just enough firmness without being too firm. She also really helped me focus on relaxing and my breathing. Highly recommend her!

A most important quality during my massage is a therapist who doesn’t talk incessantly. Lien is very professional and helps improve my mobility!!!

Im so grateful I found such a great massage therapist. Matthew knows the body well and is able to pinpoint areas that need special attention. His massages are much more than the delight of receiving a massage, they are medicinal.

Her years of experience enable her to deliver both a therapeutic and relaxing massage session. Additionally, the front desk is friendly and easy to work with for scheduling appointments and answering questions.

Diane is an excellent massage therapist. She is kind, knowledgeable, fabulous, and she is my favorite!

Definitely will not be returning here. The prices are outrageous compared to other places. I checked the boxes of consent for head and feet, but did not get a massage in either place. When I was done, Diane coldly said have a nice day and left the room. Any other place I have been offers you water and waits for you (outside of room) to dress and then walks you back to the exit. How she came across was as if I was an inconvenience to her. Then on top of that I paid top dollar… Very, very unhappy with the whole experience. Waste of time and money.

Agnes is an excellent massage therapist with great technique (hard and soft). I see her monthly as she has helped to relieve my back/neck pain. She also offers great advice on how to support my back staying strong. I will keep seeing her and highly recommend her as a therapist.

Was having restricted movement as I worked to open LOOK Cinemas Reston Town Center. Therapist was knowledge and the results were amazing.

As usual, Agnes was an excellent therapist. Once again, she was friendly, courteous and professional. She listened to my descriptions of issues and provided a tailored massage to address problem areas. Her expert technique provided a beneficial deep tissue massage. Agnes’ experience enabled her to deliver both a therapeutic and relaxing massage session. Additionally, the front desk staff was easy to work with and delivered outstanding customer service as well!

This Envy doesnt compare to others Ive been to. The customer service is lacking. Front desk seems to want no distraction and barely answer questions. When I arrived I wanted to make sure I got the correct deep body massage and the response was its a regular massage. I also asked later about facials and was told Id have to call to ask.A call was offered to me for today and still havent received a call or message.

Therapist spent a lot of time talking and didn’t address my areas of stated concern during the massage. The massage would’ve been okay for someone who likes a gentle touch. I requested a deep massage, but he told me his maximum pressure is “firm” so it didn’t begin to reach my pain points. The experience was actually more frustrating than beneficial, and I wished I had booked only 30 minutes instead of 90.

Matt is an amazing massage therapist. Seeing him regularly has helped reduce my chronic pain significantly. So grateful to have found him!

Carla is fantastic! I’ve been seeing her for about a year now and I’m always satisfied with her treatment! She creates a very safe and comfortable space and is willing to tailor your experience to your needs!

Robbie is the best and is always super receptive to anything thats really hurting, as well as providing additional recommendations for how to upkeep my body while in half marathon training (and also in general). Also super appreciate that he talks as much or as little as I want to that day. The absolute best

Ive been coming to Massage Envy since I was a teen. Every single massage therapist is excellent. Today I saw Diana for the first time. Im always a little unsure when Im seeing a new therapist, but she did really well. I will be seeing her again.

Recent visit 2/18/24. I had the BEST 2 hour massage by my usual therapist, Kareema (favorite) and my son had a AMAZING 2 hour by Matt. What a way to enjoy a relaxing weekend.Last week I had a 90 min. AWESOME massage by Justina and I feel better now that she got lots of knots out of my neck and back with deep tissue on glutes and hips, too. I feel she helped me with blood circulation and really helped me to relax. Im scheduling with her again. Thank you, Justina.In 2020 I had a massage from Liz WOW.... shes the great. I had a 2 hour massage. A very relaxing and comfortable time.

Leanna was inappropriate during the massage. I pointed this out to the receptionist when I checked out. The receptionist did not offer a refund or even a discount. Terrible terrible experience. I have been getting massages for 20 years and never experienced such an awful massage. Customer service is terrible. Don’t go here!

Reception area folks are always friendly and efficient at Reston. Andrei asked questions about areas that were troubling me, amount of pressure I preferred and areas I’d rather not be worked on and he listened carefully. Occasionally throughout the massage he’d check onto see if the pressure was ok. Andreis massage was very therapeutic and thoughtful!

Diane is absolutely amazing. She understands physiology and gave me the best massage, that Ive had since my first more than 20 years ago. Additionally she recommended self care ideas designed to enrich my quality life. I am definitely going back to Diane..On another positive note while waiting for my wife the front office staff was engaging courteous and informative.

Matthew is a great massage therapist! I have seen him multiple times and what I love is that he always checks in with me about my problem areas (neck & back) prior to starting, asks my preference on what to target, and pressure level for that day. I always feel physically better when I leave a session.

Agnes is a master. Super professional and kind, and she has a knack for finding every trouble spot and working it out. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for medium-to-deep therapy! We’ve done several sessions now, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else!29 Aug 23 Update: Agnes continues to be the best massage therapist Ive ever met. Everything she does is perfect, from bedside manner to perfect technique, to her cheerful demeanor and helpful post-session advice. This Massage Envy location is incredibly fortunate to have her on its staff.

Being a long time member Ive experienced most of, if not all of, the services Massage Envy offers. From massages to rapid release using a massage gun and even their facials.Ive always been impressed with their offerings and knowledgeable therapists. Their membership model is also fair. Your credits dont expire, can be used and combined when you want, and they offer a few different ways to freeze your account if you know you arent going to be able to use any credits for a while.Robbie has been my goto therapist for a couple of years now. I started with him by signing up for an active stretch session with him. From there, Robbie actually customized my massage plan to include some stretches into it which is great! I can tell that he has the ability to identify what needs additional work and I can trust him each time to put together a great session.

The massage was fine, but I’ve had much better. I asked for medium pressure but was constantly feeling pain and felt pinched and scratched several times. I didn’t care for being swatted at to move my arms or legs. The therapist kept telling me to relax my hands which were already fully relaxed and then would swat at them while seemingly annoyed with me(?) Overall I felt she was not friendly, patient, or very happy to be there. When the massage was over I laid there for a minute or so because I wasn’t sure what was going on….the clock said 5:48. The therapist had only said a single inaudible word and then rushed out before I could ask her to repeat herself. I was frustrated to find that the 60 minute massage was in reality only 50 minutes, but I actually had about 45 minutes of hands-on work done. The front desk told me when I asked about this that it’s for undressing, redressing, and initial consultation, which altogether took no more than 2 minutes. My 5:00 massage started on time and I was done, dressed and already standing at the front desk by 5:50. Absolutely wouldn’t go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.

Allyssa was super. I’m old & not that flexible and this was my first stretching and massage session. Advised me to relax, she was thorough and gentle as well. Scheduling to go back with my wife!!!

Sue was great. But I wasnt happy about my appointment ended 10mins early. I arrived on time with my 5 oclock appointment. I felt like after prepping and tucking my session was really only 45mins. Massage Envy really needs to start their clients time when the massage starts. Prepping and Tucking should not be included in our time. Thanks

I have experienced some really good massages at the RESTON location. But my last massage was with Agnes and I literally cannot express enough how I receive the greatest massage of my entire life. She had special techniques to keep her hands warm at all times and to make sure that my muscles were also warmed up for the best results. I never had use of hot towels for my standard massages And once she utilize those as a special touch, I was sold. She has such a genuine spirit, wonderful laugh, and you can truly tell that she has a passion for not only customer service but making sure her clients leave happy and feel better than they did when they got there. If you would like to experience something a little different, I will suggest you schedule your next appointment with her. But please don’t all flood her calendars at one time, or I will not be able to schedule my next one! :-)

I’ve had massages from both Sue and Lien and they are both miracle workers with their massages. Always an easy check in experience at this location and staff is friendly.

I highly recommend Justina! Her massage technique is amazing and clearly reflects her understanding of human anatomy. Sessions with her are relaxing but also productive! She’s great at resolving knots and relieving tightness. I feel lighter when I leave!

Five star for massage received , one star for front desk or their membership program. They sign up for membership without telling you fine print. Cancelling will be difficult. You won’t be able to cancel within 12 months . They will not tell you the detail upfront . Manager has to approve . Unless you keep calling or following up , they will not . They treat you as hostage. If you go for one time visit , go to Chris . He is a good therapist and I give 5 stars toHim

The front desk guy is TERRIBLE. If they put one like him with the same attitude in every location, they will go down in less than a year! He is rude, unprofessional and definitely racist. He accused us of using a gift card in another location and he told me it was used under my husbands name on a day that he was working...you can imagine how I felt after hearing that. He completely refused the possibility that the mistake could be made from their side. So I called the other location (Sterling), a very nice receptionist picked up and confirmed that the gift card was used by a lady and not by my husband and agreed that this was their mistake and refunded me. I called him back and instead of apologizing, he hung up on me in the middle of a conversation like a 13 years old teenager.

I found the massage lacking. Didnt get a full hour, the therapist came to get me out of waiting room 4 minutes late. Also, when I exited the room after the massage a man was standing right in front of the door, leaning against a counter, just right there immediately when I opened the door, like he was waiting for me to exit, it was a bit startling. I wont be back to massage envy.

They should call him Matt the Massage Magician because he works wonders. He is so attentive and personable, and works miracles on my arthritic joints and stress-related muscle tension. 100% the best masseuse I’ve ever had.

I had a great experience with Erica today. As a first timer I had no idea what to expect, but everyone from reception up to the massage therapist made me feel comfortable. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Erica took the time to work on the problem areas we talked about right before she got started and even more. I knew instantly I wanted a membership because this place has to be part of my life now!I was a little hesitant due to this whole COVID situation as well, but it was obvious they were taking sanitation very seriously.Great experience overall!

Chris is amazing. The massage techniques he uses are incredible. Ive tried other massage therapists and Chris is by far my favorite at massage envy. He communicates well and adjusts to what you tell him. Very happy I have found him. Massages with Chris are one of the best parts of my week.

I travel *past* my closest Massage Envy to be treated by Aleksandar. He’s the best! And he’s in demand so book early.

I recently moved out of the DC area, but while I lived in Reston, I was a member at this Massage Envy location, and I absolutely love this place. If I could magically transport the entire spa to the town where I live now I absolutely would. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and helpful, and Robbie is an absolutely amazing massage therapist. I’ve had massages around the US and in Mexico, including dinky little dive spas, ritzy resort spas, and at multiple Massage Envy spas, but the best massages I ever had were here, with Robbie. He was great at massaging away aches and pains, and he always made me feel welcome. Earlier this year, I also started scheduling a stretch session prior to my massages, and that just took it to another level. Robbie is a real pro at both the stretch and the massage - he always knew just how far he could push me during the stretch to get me to that productive pain feeling, and during the massage, it was like he had some kind of built-in radar for all the knots in my body and knew exactly how to massage them away. After 90 minutes with him (30 minute stretch & 60 minute massage), I always felt relaxed enough to melt into a puddle. Hopefully some day Ill get a chance to go back! - UPDATE: I finally got to go back over 2 years later, and Robbie was just as awesome as always!

Sue gave the perfect 90 min massage. Her pressure was just right, and I felt so relaxed that I dozed off a few times!

As someone else mentioned - the service provider was not “Diana” as I was told… her name was Akpevi, I believe. She really did not do a very good job listening to my preferences or asking during the massage if the firmness was ok (she was really hurting / pinching me at times). I woke up this morning with bruises. She ended 10 minutes early without saying any words to me at all although I tried to communicate with her. Other providers at other locations have been one million times better

My masseuse was wonderful and my massage was relaxing. However, I mixed my days up and showed up a day earlier than my appointment and the wonderful receptionist tried her best to accommodate my friend and I by calling other Massage Envy’s in the area to see if they had any availability. I’m the midst of her attempting to do that, another lady rather rudely stated, ‘no massage envy has any openings’. I don’t know why she felt the need to do that or state it the way she did but due to this, this massage was my first and last one there. The only reason they have the two stars is due to my masseuse’s professionalism and skill and the receptionist. Customer service is everything.We were also offered the opportunity to add additional services to our massage. We wanted to get a CyMe treatment added which was advertised for $10. The lady stated that would be $15. With the sign (that is pretty huge) stating $10, we felt the advertised price should be honored. That was not the case so we had the service removed. It’s the principle. And that’s false advertising. If something is advertised, you should honor what you put out there. Massage Envy in Reston, North Point should do better.

Ive been a member now for several years. I enjoy their services and have almost always had top notch service from the therapists. While some reviews speak of their inflexibility of scheduling, I have never experienced that issue. If I were to, I would be understanding because a single delay can push back the time of every following customer that the therapist has for the day.As far as the massage/facial services provided...all I can say is that my regular therapists have been awesome, and I have major knots in my back, which take time, strength and patience to work on. Overall, I rate this particular branch of Massage Envy quite highly.

Chris Bosco is the most exceptional person as massage therapist and as a human being. He is filled with million stars, not only 5 star, he work with my condition was a blessing for me. Jasmine at the Reston location was great, 10/10! I had been experiencing a lot of foot pain from wearing bad shoes and she got the blood flowing, my feet are less swollen today! I always enjoy my experience at massage envy.

Chris is the therapist I use and he is great. We discuss any new issues before we begin and he makes sure he addresses them during the session. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

I have been getting a massage from Brianna and have been very happy. I have issues with my neck and shoulder and she gets to the knots and I feel so much better after.

I requested cancelation multiple times. They repeatedly told me a manager would get back to me. After I finally spoke to a manager, she told me to cancel they have to email me a document to sign and return. They are like that gym membership that keeps charging you no matter what - be careful.[update] I already submitted a ticket and my concerns have not been addressed. I see they just use that as their auto-reply.

My massage with Diane was incredibly relaxing and she released many of the knots in my shoulder and back muscles. I feel so much better.

I’ve been seeing Chris for over 3 years now. I’ve lower back, hip, and neck issues, and Chris’ deep massage has provided me temporary relief like no other massages. He has a gift, and I’m grateful I got to meet him!

Agnes gives a great massage and even employs some good stretches. She also uses hot towels. She has strong hands, and she has a good approach that doesnt make me jump.

Over all the massage is good but the staff is not customer friendly especially the lady who did massage to me. Would like to suggest customer interaction will be a plus to this branch.

I have NEVER left a review before but this isnt right and I dont want others to have a similar experience. I received a gift card for a massage. I tried to schedule online and there were issues. I called and they said that it happens sometimes when they open up new appointments but could take my reservation over the phone. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and filled out the forms. I waited 25 minutes AFTER my appointment time for a total of 40 minutes before I was told that the masseuse wasnt coming in. This was my day off and a way to treat myself - so frustrating. She said I could reschedule you for next week - she didnt know the masseuse wasnt in because she had JUST called 20 minutes after my appointment time. So frustrated...

I mostly work with Christopher, who is exceptional. He adjusts pressure as necessary to resolve my problem areas. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful.

I am on a monthly plan at massage Envy in North Village Reston, and so far it has been a good experience. Robbie was attentive and remembers my personal issues and i dont need to discuss it every single time, so building the relationship with the masseuse is worth it. Yes, scheduling and account issues - could be handled a bit better, and yes, the undressing time and some wait time counts towards the hour, which is not ideal, since you must be on time to get your 50 minutes.

The masseuse was very friendly and very talented. However, the posted price for the Cyme add on was $10 but the clerk that checked me in said the price was $15. When I pointed out the displayed price she refused to honor that price but more importantly she was rude and disrespectful. Said behavior was entirely uncalled for and highly unprofessional. The Massage Envy at Reston Northpoint is very clean, relaxing and wonderful support staff. However, my Massage was just ok. I have had much better massages at other places. It looks like the therapist was saving her hands and barely pressing on my body and even with her elbows I didnt feel much. I am a skinny person. May be I shouldve said something but I was tired and just wanted a normal Massage. But it didnt happen.

I asked for a deep tissue. It was just okay. I purposely told the therapist what my PT recommended and she ignored. Not really relief nor targeted on the pain area as my PT recommended. And not a deep tissue either. Will most likely not go back to the location.

I have been a ME member for ten years. Being military I’ve had to move around and it’s always a challenge to find a therapist that fits my needs. Since being in Reston from Oct 2018 I’ve settled in with Dianling as my therapist and my husband prefers David as his therapist. Both are very receptive to the body and focuses on the areas we need addressed. We always walk away pleased and know that our bodies have been treated well and muscle tensions relieved. These two are the epitome of exceptional therapists. I have nothing but good things to say about the location and more importantly the therapists (also the young lady that takes care of the desk...she always takes care of us quickly).

First of all, it’s impossible to get appointments regardless of the day or time.Second, they do not have appropriate precautions put into place for Covid.Third, they will quickly charge you for cancelled appts, however, they will cancel appointments at the last minute without any compensation for the inconvenience.

Diane is the best! The only one I will go to. She is quiet, kind, and so firm. She always knows what I want and really goes after my knots.

This place is AWFUL! The massage was fine, but if you’re not a member they basically corner you before you leave and boarderline harass until you sign up. I signed up to get the girl to stop talking and am still trying to cancel my membership I’ve never used. I’ve called a total of 19 times over two months, never get a call back from the manager or area manager who are always suspiciously out of town. Furthermore, I was told it was able to be cancelled and then it wasn’t bc it was a 1 year contract. It’s just a total ripoff! If you want a great massage go to Red Door with Joel - just AWESOME!!!

They dont give you your full time; they cut into the hour for undressing and dressing booking people back to back. They are inflexible if youre late and you lose your money or time. I was forced to take less time for my prenatal massage and it wasnt worth it at all. They may be cheaper but you get what you pay for. The massage was mediocre.

Worst experience Ive ever had! I went to the wrong location arrived at 12:12 went back to the room at 12:20 and was done ar 12:50 pm. Had i known I would be paying $60 for 30 minutes I woukd have never came in the facility. I expreseed that I was having pain and tension in my left shoulder Meng barely touched it! Im in more pain know than I was before I came in!Im have never had a bad experience as Ive had at massage envy. I work as. Dental Assistant and will make sure I clue people in about this location.Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

Really, really, really bad customer service. My husband spent 3 months trying to cancel his account. Was told multiple times he had to come in to talk with a manager because he had a credit left. Each time he stopped, no manager. No call would follow. We were told the account was on a $10 freeze fee until this was sorted out. Finally, he stops again and no manager is present. There was someone kind enough to take down all the details of how much time and energy was spent trying to sort this out. We get a call...the account freeze is apparently a lie, and now are asking for a large amount to cancel the account. YIKES...bad service. If it was on our end of just not dealing with it, I wouldnt have left this review, but my husband has called and stopped countless times. That just isnt OK. Train your staff right, or call people back. We arent going to pay for your negligence.
