Best and most helpful employees and great quality stuff with such an amazing price. They are so helpful definitely best tabacco and vape place around. Ive been going to them for 2 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Every time we have been in the same guy has been behind the counter and refuses to acknowledge us. Any time we have asked questions they have been met with annoyance and laziness. The service is horrible and I hope that whoever owns this establishment gets it into order before they lose their business due to lazy associates who can’t or don’t want to sell. Also the clothes and other personal items that can clearly be seen in the store are disgusting and frankly an eyesore.

Worst customer service ever.. Supposedly hes the manager, younger guy, glasses, beard. Everytime I go in there hes really rude and uneducated about his product but acts like he knows what hes talking about. We were trying to find the strongest delta vape. Well he convinced us to get one and my husband specifically told him we didnt want the one thats chemically man made and he assured us it wasnt. After we left we did research and that guy was completely wrong. My very angry husband almost went back in one time because he completely lied to us instead of saying he wasnt sure, but thankfully I convinced him not to get us banned from the store lol

Price was decent but customer service was poor. Individual behind the counter was on the phone the entire time while I shopped for juice. Grabbed the wrong juice then complained under their breath as I pointed out it was wrong.

Its convenient when they have what you need.Update - The last few times Ive come here the guy working has been friendly and helpful. They have had what I need in stock, and it is not expired.

Just got vape from there.. didn’t even leave the parking lot before I started to open it an noticed it was busted so I went back to the door an had to wait outside 15mins.. when the lady I had just got it from came to the door already with an Attitude I told her it was busted an she could see it’s not even all the way open but tells me well all I can say is pay another one cause we don’t know that one ain’t old.. how is it old if it’s not even open enough to get it out yet.. This is not the 1st time I have had bad experiences with this place but will be the last because they do NOT care about there customers unless you’re there friend..REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
