Redneck Vape

I called to see if they had my brand vape. They said they did but theyre $50. When I said I would be looking elsewhere, the lady told me to fk off and hung up. I get the Geekbar Pulse in Fredonia AZ for $30. Its the cheapest around. You can buy them online for $7. Price gouging at its finest! Maybe Ill start a shop in Richfield with affordable prices!

The lady that works here is EXTREMELY rude. She threw her hands up at me and said I was “taking my sweet time” when I told her to go ahead and help the gentleman that was ready. I wasn’t even in there for a full minute. I told her I will just go somewhere else because I don’t know why she’s so rude every single time and her response was “whatever!” 100% won’t be back and won’t recommend!!

The old lady with the brown hair that works here is extremely rude!!! She has no idea what customer service is. I will let everyone I know how I was treated in the vape store. I will never go back there.

Owners runs his company with pride, handling every customers concerns properly. Making sure that every customer walks away with a good experience.The staff could be a bit more knowledgeable about the products they have sold, and what that product can and cannot use.Wide variety of products to select from at the store, the usually have what you are looking for. If they dont it will usually be in within a few days.

Everything there is super over priced.... the lady in there is terrible.... Id really rather eat the cost of the gas money to not support what they believe is a monopoly on the market

Me and some friends go there saying the older woman that works there was very rude and wouldn’t give time to choose the product they r looking for I think it’s disrespectful when someone is demanding you to hurry and with bad attitude almost every time when we go there we spend r hard working money and should get time to look around the store with out problems so I would give 0 stars for bad service

Worst vape shop I have ever visited, and Ive been to a lot. The lady was rude, not helpful, and had very little knowledge of the product. Not to mention how incredibly over priced everything was

Good selection of nic salts. The prices are a bit high, but the woman who was working was super nice, courteous and helpful. I’ll definitely stop next time we roll through.

Awesome vape store for what it is. As of writing, however, it is nearly Summer and Redneck Vape is still adhering to their Winter hours for some reason. Would like to see them open earlier and close a little later.Also, would like to see them hire people who are more knowledgeable about vaping in general rather than the extremely rude lady who is always there.

I dont know what the bad reviews are all about. I had a great experience. The fellow that helped me was informative, not rude at all and had a smile on his face. He got me hooked up with some juice and new atomizers pretty quickly. Id go here again.

Update: The owner quickly got back to me and apologized and said he took care of it and it should never happen again.Edited to 4 stars instead of 5 because the prices are a bit too high for me.Just stopped by to pick up some vapes to get me thru the month and the older lanky lady with the long dark hair was extremely rude and disconnected with me. She “greeted” me by telling me to let her know when I’m ready. I asked for 5000k hits she pointed where they were and went back to her computer. I asked if they were rechargeable and she pointed again and went back to her screen. I asked what type of charger port they have. She got aggravated and said it was the same as the one I showed her. So I quietly looked at them in the glass case, they’re hard to read as they’re in their case boxes. I was planning on how many to buy when I asked how much. She said $50! I said wow! That’s a lot! She said everyone sells them for that much. I said really, cuz I get them up north for less. She SMACKED THE COUNTER OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND DEMANDED I GO UP NORTH AND SHOP. So I did. I was actually going to pay her prices to get me a couple vapes but she can kiss it. I’ll never go back there. My family shopped in this store too but they won’t be back either. It’s a shame too becuz I liked going in there and shopping before I ran into her. Go to VIP Vapors in Payson, Utah! They have great deals AND prices AND THEY HAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Appropriately Named!!! Traveling through south central Utah & ran low on ecig juice & found this place online. Good selection of juice but HORRIBLE SERVICE! Woman working was so busy talking to her 2 friends & never acknowledged me after I told her I had just driven 2 hrs to find this place. I asked her several questions about flavors they carried & what I usually used. Again no response as she carried on conversations with her friends about later plans. I only purchased my juice out of desperation 😡

Great vape store other than. They are priced pretty high on their products. I guess thats to be expected for being the only vape shop in Sevier County. Some of the employees arent a lot of help when it comes to buying the products with limited experience. They could t figure out what coils went with a vape I recently purchases there. All and all a decent shop a d glad we have at least 1 vape shop

Staff is great. But prices are way to high. 50$ for a pod that you can get for 15$ on line.... i get small business needs marketing but cmon...

The staff are friendly, will help you find what youre looking for, or the closest thing if that item isnt available. I enjoy the experience every time, whether Im going for my usual fix or trying a new vape juice.

Went in there ... I asked for a specific type of flavor guy said “find it yourself” pretty much... all the other workers there that I have seen are pretty good and help me out... I recently started vaping so I don’t know much about it it would have been nice to actually have some help finding something like they usually do for me... still love the store and staff though

I am new to vaping and at 68 years old needed expert advice. i smoked cigarettes for 50 years, so needed something in a vaping product that would approximate the cigarette brand i was accustomed to.Heather was both very patient and VERY helpful in helping me make my purchases.

Nice couple! Although they didnt have exactly what we wanted, they had a substitute and it saved this out-of-towners morning and quite possibly, but most likely, day! 😅 Thanks yall! 👍😉

Decent selection, friendly staff. BUT when I spend $26 for a few puff bars I expect at least one of them to last more than 20 puffs. The vape juice is good though.

So they sell melon twist separately instead of two 60mils as they do just about anywhere else and charge the same price. Its a monopoly because its the only valpe store. So if you shop here have fun getting ripped off. Also its fake juice. Id suggest using the qr code app before you buy anything

Super helpful! I purchased my first vape today and the man working was so nice. He helped me set it up and showed me how to use it. Also purchased the KOI cbd oil and love the flavor! Highly recommend. Thank you!

All The Employees at Redneck Vape are super friendly and helpful. They always make us feel welcome when we enter the store.
