Gave it a 3 star trying to be a little neutral. Place is not horrible if u like paying $30 for a disposable vape. Also, guy over the counter is super dry. Plus side they have a good selection of things.

Far from home I wasnt used to small town pricing so they gave me a 10% discount and help me find the kit that I will need to be needed while I was out of town so this was a great find their quick friendly and easy to find right off the main Road and I may come back; however they did not want me to take a review picture of the store and their products. I thought that was weird and they were a little standoffish me having a service dog which made me kind of uncomfortable like they were judging me because once I had spent my money and ask kindly if I could sit on there one of many couches to load my new Vape is when they started acting all judgmental almost as if they didnt want me there. so I probably wont go back definitely an odd bunch but to each their own thank you for giving me a discount shame on you for judging me

Everything here is way overpriced. You can go to the Glass House in McKinney or Dallas for the same products for a way better price.

Id give 0 stares but cant reason being kid that works there is extremely rude i was looking around he had an attitude when he had to help me and instead of helping all he said is what u want then when i couldnt decide he got mad and just started throwing stuff on the counter do not plan on coming back

Did not appreciate the way the staff rushed and attempted to hurry me along. There are way too many vape stores around for that type of customer service.The incident occurred between 4 to 6 weeks ago and was during early daytime hours

I do not understand why there’s so many negative reviews, I’ve gone to M4 Vapor numerous of times and either Hunter or Diego have always helped and always leave satisfied, they are little overpriced but do however have good quality, people should really know what they want instead of trying to negotiate with workers on to lower the prices, you don’t negotiate to lower price on shoes do you? Why should they lower there prices when they’re already set. I will keep coming and keep on recommending this place to family and friends 👍

The worst customer service Ive had. I moved to Wylie in November and didnt want to go to Dallas to get my vape supplies; this place is the closest to me and boy oh boy I will never come back here. #1 reason is because Ive been to this location 6times and today was the first time someone acknowledged me when I came in. Every time I come there there is a group of people sitting around (not a bad thing seen it at other shops before) I look around and find what I want or need and wait a few minutes to for someone to say something to me or to let me know they are the ones that work here but no one comes( and no theyre not helping customers just sitting and talking). Every time I come I have to ask people if they work here or if they can point me to the right person. The 1st time I came I asked the people in the sofas who is the one that works here, seemed like he was mad I interpreted his conversation. He even continued to talk to the other people while trying to help me. I was trying to talk to him about info on a new tank I wanted but he was to into the conversation he was having with his friends. So I told him they didnt have what I wanted and left.#2 reason I bought a set up the other day from them and the screen went out in 5day grant I understand that this is not their issue but I was told I could return it in 14days because it was the floor model. When I got there they could only do store credit. So I ended up getting a few bottles of juice. The guy was talking to his manager on the phone and I could hear him say dont give her a discount. So pretty much I lost about $6 because I didnt want to pay them any more money for going over the $108 credit.Just an fyi if your ever in North Dallas hit up 710 vapors and you will see the difference in the service Im used to with 710 vapors compared to the service you get from them. Also Artisan Vapors in Plano or far North Dallas are also great they all make you feel like family.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to return a battery and they told me I was SOL due to their no returns policy. When I asked him why they dont guarantee their products the manager burst out its only $15. Well yeah, I wasted $15 on that faulty product. If he has a problem returning $15 which is so cheap then why doesnt he understand why I am upset I paid $15 for a defective product. He told me not to come back. Well why would I wish to give more money to a business that treats me this way? How about never again.

Dont let the small size of the store fool you. This place is fully stocked with vaporizers, liquids, parts and everything else you might need for your vape. Employees are knowledgeable, courteous and informative. This has become my new go to place since my move. Definitely recommended.

My fiance was charged $202.36 today from this shop. Never stepped foot in the place. Bank says that the merchant states the card was present and so was my fiance. Neither one of us were. Step up your security with debit cardscards and credit cards. Either that or you have some shady employees. Im furious!

The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, but the employees are typically very young and tend to mislead and misinform customers. While I believe this is most likely due to ignorance and not malicious intent, it is something to be wary of.Just know what you want before you walk in and dont take advice from the younger employees!

VERY VERY overpriced. Got same juice twice the size for LESS money in Dallas than the half size bottle here. Also, left juice in heat/sun so long that it completely changed the color.Staff was rude and unprofessional.

Great place to get items you cant find other places. There are many other vape shops near my house and many times they dont have what I need. When that happens I go to M4. They always have exactly what I need. I wish I lived closer.

Been coming here for months. Staff is great and they are open later than everyone else which is great if you work late. Best service Ive received from a vape store, or any other store. Prices are fair to great depending on what you need.

This is a hard review to write because no matter which way you go down 78 you can get drastically better prices

This place is a joke!!!! They sold me the wrong coils twice and then didnt have the correct ones in the store and the store. just wanted a refund and go on my way but they said it would be 3 to 5 days before they could give me a refund even though I paid cash and had a receipt, they said the manager had to be there and she wouldnt be there till then. So now instead of being Inconvenience twice which was getting the wrong product and then returning I have to return a 3rd time to get my refund!! If thats not a joke then I dont know what is!!! The folks working here are great.I’ve Bought several Smok devices and untold amounts of juice here. I’m a regular customer, I go no where else...but.I bought a Smok vape kit as a back up option on July 21 2019, it doesn’t get used too much. It quit working last week. That happens, no worries but to not honor a purchase that recently has broken up our friendship. Lol. It’s obviously a manufacturing issue. I get a “we will give a 20% discount” on another, oh wow what a favor your doing me. I’d love to spend $50 every 35 days or so for a new one. Yeah no!!!

The worst vape store ever!!! Its SO overpriced (like 3 times what youll find on the internet).The KID working there had NO idea what I was talking about. I had to go back to my car to get my phone and research what I had to replace to get my vape mod working again. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would !! Bout a pen from there and the very next day it stopped working ! I took it back up there they told me they couldn’t do anything but give me another malfunctioning pen. So I took it and by that same night it stopped working ! If I could recommend this place be shut down I would !

Never open during their posted hours. Ive been sitting in front of the store for 30 minutes, 30 minutes they should have been open ... Thisll be my last trip.

Thay over price their mods, tanks and batteries. Id recommend going to a different shop for everything other then the good Liquids that they offer.
