Loved my experience here! I got there early for my appointment and enjoyed the waiting room full of complimentary drinks and snacks. Everyone was super courteous, but I have to give a shout out to Jennifer who did my leg and Brazillian wax. She was so kind and professional, it was the best waxing service Ive ever recieved. She mentioned she has 19+ years of experience and it really showed (least painful Brazillian Ive ever had). She went above and beyond giving me helpful skin care tips and making me feel super comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Daniela at Salon Cuvee and Day Spa is absolutely wonderful! I came into the salon the other day wanting to subtly change my hair in a way that would be low maintenance when I leave for school in a couple of weeks. She recommended we do a balayage, as they are super low maintenance but still noticeable.Daniela is incredibly well-studied and knowledgeable when it comes to hair care. My hair was very dry, scraggly, and in need of some TLC when I came in (as you can see in my before pictures) but I left feeling like a brand new me! We ended up cutting 3 inches off of my hair which I was nervous about at first, but after discussing it thoroughly and seeing the difference in my hair after I’m so so so happy! She also not only told me what products I should be using to keep my hair fresh and healthy but informed me of why product is so important, explaining what each product did and how to use them at home. Getting my product was also incredibly easy, as the salon carries so many different professional brands.Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Daniela at Salon Cuvee! My hair is so much healthier and I absolutely love my balayage! Thank you, Daniela!

If I could give the experience more than a 5 star I would. Brittney did an excellent job. Took the picture I showed and made beauty happen. From past experiences I have feared ever stepping foot into a salon again. That fear left coming to the Salon Cuvee. I was greeted with welcoming smiles, offered refreshments, and just shown the ultimate definition of professionalism. My experience with today’s appointment was exceptional. I had an excellent time and if anyone is looking for a great place this is your place to be!! Ask for Brittney she’s amazing!!!!

Diana Ciocan is the stylist who cuts my 16 yr old and 11 yr old’s hair. We have had a wonderful experience with her over the past couple of years 😀She is friendly and knowledgeable and has been a great help in giving advice about hair style and hair care. ❤️

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. Got a facial and deep tissue neck message. She got rid of my headache and neck tension I’ve been dealing with for over a month. Very thorough and listened to my needs. Can’t wait to go back!

Disappointed in the service received for paying $60 for a basic haircut. I booked a last minute appointment and I was glad they had availability. However my stylist was not personable. The cut was okay. The shampoo wash left my hair with dandruff and I never get dandruff! Will not recommend and will not come back. Perhaps it depends on the stylist.

I am in love with Salon Cuvee. Its so cozy and comfortable all the while being completely professional and cutting edge. The entire staff is so personable and welcoming from the moment you walk in that you immediately feel at ease and know youre in good hands. My stylist was Brittney. She is bright and cheerful with a very bubbly personality and has amazing skill and product knowledge. An absolute joy and pleasure to be around. I totally love the products they use at the salon. My hair has never looked better. I always walk out with an amazing, angular, beautiful haircut and color! Brittney also does manicures and pedicures which she does such an amazing job at. She is very detailed oriented which I love that about her. This is your go to girl! Thank you Brittney for making me always feel beautiful and fresh!

You know that feeling when you walk into a place and the staff is really happy to see you? Yeah, didnt get that here at all. I walk in, there were 2 ladies at the front desk. They were having a conversation that didnt stop until I was in front of them and waiting for 5 seconds. It was a hello, how can I help you? Very dry and just...eh. i believe they should have known it was my first time here, but nope just youre checked in and there is a waiting area to your right. I started to walk out right then and there for lack of engaging customer service, but I stayed.Waiting area was quaint. Not necessarily a room, but kind of an enlarged hallway with a chair for paid massages, Keurig, fresh water, glasses, a tabletop fountain and many knickknacks for sale (jewelry, small purses and hats).My appointment was for 4:30, but I came a bit early so I could get the full experience and write a detailed review.My stylist was Brenna. She was very nice and did a great job with snipping my ends and listening to the style I wanted. I would have liked more information on how to treat my curls such as at night or when they look really dry, but for the most part, she gave me some good directions on how to use the DevaCurl line. She upsold me on a $30 deep conditioning that I dont think lasted as long as she said it would (3 weeks but day 3 my hair was looking dry. I fixed that with my DevaCurl products).My total was $150 and I left a tip as well. I was offered wine in which I obliged and thought that was a nice touch, but I dont think I will return. Not too ethnically diverse, but still a clean salon. I just wish it was more welcoming and for the price I paid, I feel as though things like nightly routines shouldnt have been left out of our DevaCurl full tutorial convo.

Today was my first time meeting Crystal and having her cut my hair and I must say not only was her customer service AMAZING she did an AWESOME job on my hair!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my bob!!! She cuts effortlessly and is so confident!! Im super picky too. Will definitely book an appointment with Crystal again!!

Sunnybrook at Salon Cuvee is the best for eyebrows and skin. She has a magical formula for eyebrows and it always turns out perfectly. Its easy to get an appointment by text and Sunnybrook often contacts me when she has a time available. The best part is her playlist!

I get my hair cut and styled here by Diana, and she always does an amazing job! Shes great at cutting and styling your hair the way you want it, but will also provide cool and bold suggestions if youre open to them. Shes also great at explaining everyday hair tips and tricks you can use at home, which I love!Super friendly and welcoming environment overall, and I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone out there reading this! :)

Hannah was an absolute dream. I have never dyed, bleached, or done anything to my hair before. I was nervous to be honest. But she took care of me and did an amazing job! I went from a realllly dark brunette to have a beautiful blonde balayage! My hair still feels soft and healthy on top of it all. High recommend going to see Hannah over at salon cuvée. Noralee is the best!! My hair feels amazing! I had frizzy dead ends and color that faded forever ago, she brought life back into my hair! I had a color and cut. My hair feels so healthy and the color is amazing! Definitely request Noralee Krieger!! She is now my go to stylist! She is so kind and very helpful! I get my hair cut by Alexis and she is amazing! Every time I leave I am happy and in love with my hair cut, so much I brought my mom to get her hair cut too. I highly recommend Alexis and this salon. The ladies the services the atmosphere its all worth the money you spend.

This salon was able to get me in the next day, which is almost impossible in sac. They had their own parking.Hannah was sweet, professional and fast. She really listened and gave me exactly what I showed her in a picture. After going to barber shops for so long and getting the standard fade which is always too short, my SO said it was one of the beter cuts Ive had. The price was very fair as well. I will be back.

Crystal is AMAZING! She always goes above & beyond to ensure she achieves my vision while maintaining the integrity of my hair. Her experience & skills are worth every penny she charges. I wouldnt trust my color to another!

What Horrible service!. On 7/7/2023 I called to ask for an app. I was told there was an opening the next day. Than I asked for an experienced hair dresser that deals with Bleach. The receptionist said ya I have an opening and I got excited for the following day. Now this is where the story went left. I asked for peek-a-boo high lights partial. 4 to 6 foils. Than I was told by the receptionist to send pics. Iv never done that before. Either she was a hair dresser that was not wanting to do my hair or a receptionist? I dont no? Than I sent the pics was asked if u have box dye? I said yes and I said I understand it takes time to get the bleach lifted. I just said that because allot of hair dresser dont like to lift to the light color. It really doesnt an experienced hair dresser can get it real light even if u have box color. An experienced hair dresser can achieve it. 0p they no what there doing IV had it done before. What I thought was strange is they could tell I had box color on my hair if they were a hair dresser via my text pic. All these questions. Than I was told Id get a call back. No call back. Now I called and now that made me miss the opening they had. It made me feel the hair dresser didnt want to touch my short hair. Than I got a text back few days later saying they were sorry for not getting back to me. I got a long text asking to come in and do a strand test. They wanted me to do a test than come back for an appointment? Iv had my hair done allot. Iv never Ever went through an iterigation like that in my life. Than I was text they couldnt do my hair after I told them that a hair dresser should be able to figure this out, and that the hair dresser they assigned me must of been knew?. If it was an experienced one they would never give up a client. One thing about being a hair dresser is problem solving. If u have a walk in do u sit there and ask if they have box color on? U should no that when u see them. If they do or not u refuse service?. To me this is the most unprofessional salon IV ever incountered. I never in my life had to send pics and asked several questions. I thought u called and made an appointment and than got ur hair done?. Nope not here!. I dont no what Circus they are running but I took my business else ware. I was never ever asked the questions they asked me over the phone. These guys need to train who ever picked up that phone, along with the hair dresser that refused to do my hair.

I don’t normally post reviews but had to this time….For Alexis! She is young, modest, and Gifted. I know there are my hair stylists out there, but if you want someone who listens to what you want and delivers - See Alexis. I have shorter hair and needed a lift and a little sass. Done. Will definitely be going back!

I’m pregnant and scheduled with Hannah to get my hair touched up! She knew exactly how to treat my hair by toning it to make it all even and not as harmful for me or my baby! Highly recommend having anyone go to her!

All I can say is Wow! I was completely pampered. My daughter in law and I enjoyed an afternoon having our hair cut and colored by Crystal and her team and left feeling beautiful!

Desi is great at color. I have brown, curly hair and she was able to tone down my hair to a nice copper in a balayage style. It was a nice transition from roots to my tips. And Rosie did my cut. Shes great at cutting curly hair and even gave me a Deva cut which turned out great! Rosie was able to give me an A-line with layers and it gave me the right amount of volume and it framed my face so well. I would have never considered an A-line if it wasnt for Rosie!

My manicurist Amber was amazing! She created a custom color for my fall nails that I know no one else had! I will be back for Christmass nails ASAP!💖They have so many services and such a cute boutique, you have to at least pop by to see what they have and grab a menu of their services they do so many things!

I came in not really knowing what I wanted for my haircut. Michelle was great in helping me figure that out by asking the right questions and making me feel comfortable. I was able to effectively determine how I wanted her to cut my hair. My hair is very fine and difficult to cut, but she painstakingly cut my hair to perfection. I would recommend her to anyone! It was a great experience and Im very happy with the result!

Dont go there if you are a new client for a haircut.they will give you a stylist without much experience . I complained about the fist one ,they gave me another gal, and tryed to charge me again. It will take months for my hair to grow out before I can have it fixed. I never expected to have that happen in a high end salon. I have been getting haircuts for yrs, new in the area and found them on line.very unhappy with my experience.

Pretty pricey but great quality haircut, color, and perm. Ive gone here for years and gotten everything, never disappointed other than one time we experimented but the stylist let me know it might not work, and it didnt, so I took risk fully aware of the possible outcome and even then she offered to fox it for free.I recommend Kelly and Crystal

I have gotten my hair done (cut, shape & color) by Alexis twice now, and both times I’ve been obsessed with how it turned out! She is so sweet and amazing at what she does:) I highly recommend!

I went in to get my hair colored and my stylist burnt my hair! Literally as in my hair was smoking. I was there from 4 pm till 11 pm getting my hair corrected. The next day I woke up with chunks of my hair missing. On top of that my stylist charged me for hair color of 85 bucks. (I understand that she spent the time of getting my hair colored and corrected but my hair is ruined and burned. This will cost me a whole year to repair if not more. ) When I called the next day to complain the owner requested a refund made to me and “ A FREE HAIR CONDITIONING “. It’s been two weeks and I have not had any follow up as promised. I contacted the cosmetology board and consumers department. I still don’t understand till this day how a “ licensed stylist “ gets their client hair burnt. Got 3.5 inches cut off and my hair is still dry and frayed. I’m definitely taking further action for this negligence.

Hot Maria wins! She gives the best facials and facial experience you could expect from an esthetician! Very knowledgeable and very passionate about the work she does! She also does spray tans... No more sun damage! I feel like Im 16 again... Well, at least my face does!

Received a complimentary haircut here in return for being a hair model for a clinic they were holding. Ended up with an awesome cut and all the stylists were engaged and eager to learn new techniques.

Crystal has brought my hair back from straw and I absolutely love the outcome every time she does my hair. Its so vibrant and soft now. Shes amazing with color.

Salon Cuvée has been my go-to salon for years. Crystal has been an amazing stylist to owner and has practiced safety and precautions when reopening between lockdowns. Everyone at the salon is fantastic at what they do!

Devacut from Erika! She did a great job! Love my cut! She also has curly hair so I was immediately at ease when I got in the chair for my cut.

Gave incorrect haircut. Returned to correct but chopped it worse now have to wait a long time for it to grow out; hair now pokes me in the eye and won’t stay back away from face. Used color too harsh that caused a rash. Refused a refund of the unopened, incorrect product. Overpriced for service provided.
