Walked into twisted today Thursday August 15, and an employee by the name of Z helped me decided which piece was good for me and was patient as well! Would recommend this smoke shop, it’s definitely unique in appearance!

Luke is awesome. I am visiting from Philly and he literally stayed open for me. I highly recommend this store. Ask for Luke.

25 year resident of midtown/east Sac.Been frequenting this shop just as long.Went in today with cash in my hand to spend but got stuck in line behind three pathetic 40- something bros talking to the shop owner.Listening to their conversation, their vile politics, their pro Trump enthusiasm, and then the immigrant owner joining along.What a disgusting shame.Owner talking about Trump vs Biden says we dont have a choice (meaning Trump is the only choice).Well, guess who has choices, Captain Ignorant?Your customer,Will never return.

Been going here for over a year, and it took that amount of time to realize I was being overcharged for things that didnt have prices on them in the wraps case behind the glass. They just recently added price tags on the High Hemp Cones which each worker constantly said a different price. I buy vapes and other things here and Ive spent good money here and the only kind one who I trust to not overcharge me is Addison. The older man joked passive aggressively because I called about being overcharged ONCE recently because I only had a few wraps and it came up to a absurd amount, but it was a new hire, so I knew it was an accident. But the older man with the grey hair joked that I must do this alot. Complain and get extra stuff Which isnt true lol.

Cool shop that offers clothing, smoking equipment/accessories, vape gear/liquids and decorations. I wish they had more men’s clothing and better e-liquid selection.

Super friendly staff. Went in looking for a not readily common item and they had just what I needed. Ended up coming back few days later to pick up a scale and again got just what I needed. Nice big store with clothing etc up front and smoke shop and accessories in the back. Always clean and tidy.

Nice looking glass. I’m no big spender, but I came in for a new dab rig and setup. It bugs when places see you looking for the more budget friendly items and then give you attitude. That did not happen here. The staff that helped me, Taylor (I hope I’m remembering that right 😂) was super cool and helpful. Dealt with my questions and showed me everything I was asking for. I’m just down the road and this is def my new regular spot for gear! Staff like this give the whole business a good name and keep’s customers coming back. Thanks Taylor!

Pretty glass! Theycarry clothes which pleasantly surprised me, along with an array of other inventory. The staff was hovering me and rushed me which I did not care for, but he wasnt rude, just annoying.

This place is an awesome go to smoke shop! In and out, all the staff is friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about all their products! Going back my fourth time sometime this week! :)

If you need an earring, a poster, a bong, a 510 battery charger, etc. check out Twisted. They have pretty much anything you need for vaping and smoking as well as clothing. Theyre also open on days and at times other places arent - like on holidays etc. Sketchy now and then but overall good experiences.

Called ahead, they said they had what I was looking for and when I got there they followed through with what they said and it was decently priced and everything went exactly how it should. The place also has a great selection of glass and random head shop swag. One of the better smoke shops in town.

I don’t usually leave reviews. However, I’m so glad I came in. I went to two different smoke shops before this but left unsatisfied. I was helped at this store by Taylor who was very helpful he pointed me to the right direction. Definitely recommend. This store has it all and not to mention how affordable their prices are.

Best smoke shop in the city also sells clothing, posters, accessories, atmospheres great doesn’t matter which location you go to staff is always super friendly very helpful if you’ve never been in do yourself a favor stop in check them out

Every time I visit and the owner is there- I experience the worst customer service ever!!! I came in to explain I bought the wrong piece and needed the right one- I didn’t want to exchange it was my mistake. I asked him if he had the other one I needed and he literally walked away and never came back lol. The lady working there tried to help me but had to keep asking him questions.He also did NOT want to hear about what I needed.I spent $120 in bangers trying to get the right one and he wouldn’t help me find the one I needed. I still have 3 bangers I can’t use that don’t fit my piece and am going to have to go spend more money at a different location.I’ve been saying this was terrible customer service offered here for years but now I really won’t come back

We just came from this shop and we had a pleasant experience. The man working was super friendly and even threw in an extra item that I normally pay about 20 dollars more for on the website I shop. He was really polite and answered any question we had. I will definitely be back :)

Super friendly staff, walked me through the pros and cons of the mod boxes I asked about. The guy I spoke with last night was probably the most upfront and honest sales person Ive ever dealt with. The only real downside to this place is they are super overpriced. The mod I paid for was $130. Online was $60, but Im all about supporting local business. But when I went into a closer place to grab batteries ($130 and no batteries?) I saw the same mod for $99. If you dont mind being over charged, then by all means please frequent this store. They had some great looking glass pieces and papers and wraps. But if youre trying to be smart with your money, Id suggest shopping around.

This place has everystuff and the staff is phenomenal. I wasnt going to make it there by closing I called them and he waited for me how cool is that.

Place sucks. Two choices 8 or 15 dollars for butane. Like huh?? 30 to 45 dollars on glass pipes? Rather go to Arab shop and pay 3 4 or 5 per can. Thanks gentrification.

Once again this place really did me a solid. I cant believe how good I was treated and without buying anything either. I went ahead and bought a lighter just cause I felt like it was the least I could do. This place really cared to make the customer, or dude off the street, happy. Ill go back even if I have to pay a buck more for a couple items. The quality of their goods is genuine too. If that makes sense. Peace and thanks for hooking it up !!

This place is awesome! I was there at closing time and I wasnt rushed or anything. The guy was very helpful and courteous. Personally i would have been very impatient and probably rude if I was in his shoes. So for that I gave him 5 stars.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, Beautiful shop with excellent energy &huge selection...I found exactly what I was looking for right away in the very clean and well organized shop! I was assisted by very helpful staff who were eager to help! They have way more to offer their customers than the typical smoke shop, like a killer selection of the cutest clothing, not just smoke accessories! I will definitely recommend Twisted to everyone I know and Ill absolutely be a long-time repeat customer!

My girl and I loved this place! Wide selection, awesome quality glass for a great price, friendly staff and some of the strongest (but still aesthetically pleasing) silicon bongs and containers. Would rate higher if I could.

Selection inside of shop is very good. Some things (magic flight launch box) is very overpriced.However, one of the young ladies who works there has some of the most indifferent, neutral, and at times rude ways of treating her customers. I had her assist me on three separate occasions, and every one of them I felt as though I was unwanted in the store.This is to the point where I dont even want to enter the store if she is there.Other than that, the store has good taste, and the selection is pretty big.

Ive been going to the shop for a little while now, and its the only place that I get my glass. Ive never had an issue before, but today the stem of a bowl that Ive had for 3 days shattered while I was placing it back in my bong, and got glass all inside my bong. I tried to exchange it, as it was a $35 bowl and was told that only the owner can do exchanges or returns and theres no way to contact him and theres no way to know when hell be in the store.I wont be returning, Ill eat the loss, and start going somewhere else.

I went here to buy 420 cleaner It cost 13.25 out the door. And you could get two for 14 on Amazon. I like helping small businesses out but not this much Wayover priced way over reaching. Pure greed

Good selection of glassware. Friendly service. Small place with clothing in front and a special section in back. This used to be a go to place for glass and that kind of stuff until things lightened up. All and all good place, fast service, and a knowledgeable staff.

I went here because they are the only shop in Sacramento that provides the vape pen I wanted. Once in the store I waited 10 minutes for an associate. There was none in the store, I heard people in the back talking so I made my presence known by saying hello and seeing who was here. No one answered after a minute or two of that, so I called the store. That brought those Associates out and they said oh Im sorry we just didnt hear anyone in here, they said the door alarm didnt tell us. The associates then continue to have no knowledge of product, smoked a customers pot vape pen in the store, and said they were sleeping which is why they didnt hear us. This was honestly the worst customer service Ive ever received at any store, and will never go back again.

Bought a Pax 2 vape ($17O approx) for a friend at around 11:30am.Then ran some errands.At 1pm I was informed that my friend already had one.I drove back to the store, and at 1:30pm I was in the store to return it. The item was unopened, obviously, and I had the receipt.The employee behind the counter recognized me from 2 hours before. But she pointed to a sign that said something like all sales final.I hadnt seen the sign, nor was that blurb on the receipt.I explained to her what had happened. She said she understood and said that if it were up to her shed accept the return. She offered to and did call the owner and talked to him, but after the conversation he just referred to the sign again and based only on that didnt accept the return.I didnt appreciate the staunch and stubborn inflexibility of the owner. My thinking is that if youre going to position yourself as a local neighborhood store in a quiet upper middle class suburb, you should take into consideration the needs of your clients, if not for any other reason than the knowledge that youll have repeat customers.The employee - I think Alyah was her name- was really cool, and based on that exchange, Id determined to come back to that shop and pick up other items in the future.However, based on the owners attitude, Ill never set foot in that place again.

Went in with my husband and discovered my newest favorite place to shop for clothes. Lots of comfy sexy clothes at reasonable prices. The young gentleman helped my husband quickly and efficiently.

Watch out for what you buy here. The employee wasnt very knowledgeable wasnt much help. I purchased an item, employee had mentioned to me I could return it if I had any issues with it or did not use. I didnt end up using the item so I went to return the item 15m after buying it. Same employee said he couldnt approve a refund w/out a manager present. Come tomorrow. After returning again only to get denied once more Have not been able to get a refund.Thanks

I went in for a vape pen, and I didnt know anything about vape pens. The girl there was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I ended up buying one and it works great. I even spent less on it than what I was expecting so that made the experience even better. Five stars for sure!!!

They have no return policy, so after selling me a kratom vape pen (fake gimic, doesnt work) they wouldnt even give me store credit. Also, they dont give receipts, and last time I was in, the cashier stopped me on my way out, said he rang me up wrong, and took a $5 bill right out of my hand. He said You can keep the two, so I suppose I should be glad he didnt take all my money? Lol Sketchy little shop, the one on Fulton too. I regularly bought kratom here, despite their not-so-great prices, because they were close to my house, but I will tell all my friends to stop buying from here.

I grew up down the street from this store and it used to be run by people that had more of the look of people that should work there and they were so chill and friendly. Not this guy.. he.doesnt look like hed know anything about the products hes selling.

After a year of being a customer here, spending hundreds of dollars, I will not be back. They refused to sell me a replacement bowl. Would only sell me a full rig. RIP OFF. Plenty of shops in town, dont waste time or money here.

$$$$$Super Expensive$$$$$These guys are average as smoke shops go, however their pricing definitely reflects the downtown area where they are, one strong aspect is alot of fine cigars. So if your in a real desperate situation and cant get a mile down the road bite the bullet and pay a sh**load!!!!!!

If you ever need vape or smoke accessories and you’re in sac... then hit up this place. Practically the only shop that still has juice and you’ll walk out satisfied to say the least. My sister recently quit cigarettes thanks to this store and owner is a good man

I just went in for cigarettes. They had none. Conveniently enough, the liquor store next door had cigarettes. But at a quick glance of the smoke shop, it probably would have been more interesting if I had looked around? 🤔

Do a Google search for Cigar and find a head shop. Great! Do you sell premium cigars? Are you a certified tobacconist? No. I am guessing you sell something like Swisher Sweets or blunt making kits/wrappers to hide your pot in, but that hardly qualifies you to get a hit when doing a search for cigars. On the other hand, if you are looking for pot smoking paraphernalia to impress your stoner friends, then this is the place for you!

Good place to buy your smoking accessories. They have all kinds of smoking gadgets and gizmos and the employees are always nice, kind and helpful. I try and stop by whenever Im in the area.

Hey Twisted, as a hookah smoker your shop is great! I will give you guys some advice though being one of the better hookah smoke shops in Sacramento - please stock some Tangiers shisha/tobacco and I promise that you will make a killing!!! Find the Tangiers guys online and get to ordering please! Another word of advice is to stock 200g canisters of Starbuzzs bold line! Trust this advice, heed this advice - that is all!

Good little spot for all ones smoking needs. Unfortunately, because of the recent changes in the law within Sacramento city limits my favorite brands of tobacco is no longer available.

The best place I could find in the area for Kratom, but it depends on which product you get. There is what I would refer to as a huge farce in the retail Kratom market concerning Extracts. These will say things like 15x or 30x implying that they are 15 or 30 times stronger than the basic crushed or powdered leaf, this is very far from true. In fact, Ive found these extracts are actually about the same or maybe the tiniest bit stronger than just plain leaf, and much more costly. The best bargain you will find is the Maeng Da powdered kratom leaf, it is high quality, minimum nausea, and there is actually a decent amount in the package. Its 29.99 but compared to the 19.99 extracts which contain about 1/10th of the product, its much less costly.

Ask for simple things every smoke shop carries and the worker acted like he didn’t know anything. Maybe it was his first day at a smoke shop period but seems like they hire folks who don’t know anything about anything
