I came to the shop with the intention to buy a few disposables after hitting my wits end with my pod-mod. I was greeted by Paul who happily and effectively steered my sights back on my device by offering very, very helpful advice. He asked questions to understand my needs and recommended what turned out to be the best experience I ever had with my vape. Overall, Kalamazoo Vapor has an incredibly welcoming environment, staff and selection. I won’t be going anywhere else solely based on my first 20 minute visit. I appreciate this business and I hope they thrive, today they earned a loyal customer and gave me the uplifting I needed. Go here, talk to Paul and I promise you will not be disappointed. Clean and well organized, a very nice shop. They always have the supplies I need and helped me pick out a good vaping device to replace my older one. The people there are very helpful and courteous. The prices are somewhat competitive.

This place is by far the best around. The staff is very helpful, always been treated with respect. My first visit there was to quit smoking cigarettes, and the staff recommend a bunch of different options based on price and preferences. I still go back to buy my liquids and coils, and havent smoked a cigarette since, not one. The points program is good as well, seems like almost every purchase I get something free whether its coils or liquids.

I have always found juice to be excellent tasting and good quality, there staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I sometimes wish there prices were a little less with online competition being significantly cheaper. Very rarely have they been out of my flavor and milligram.

Friendly staff didnt have what I was looking for. When I stopped in selection was very limited but maybe they were waiting on a delivery of new merchandise and I was looking for Mr.Vapor disposable and the gentleman was very nice and helpful and actually after we talked he told where I might find what I was looking for Im from Midland and really didnt have a clue where else to go most places dont offer that kind of service I would definitely check out your inventory again just for that reason next time im in the area. Thank u I hope all these Covid 19 restrictions and changes help all you small business owners get back to making money someday sooner then later! I cant imagine it is to easy at this tim.

I was just in today and the 2 girls there are awesome! Very helpful, especially since I follow the law and have my ID handy on me AT ALL times when Im buying cigarettes, alcohol, or 0 nic vape juice. Thank you for great customer service, I will be a loyal customer at Kalamazoo Vapor from now on ❤️

I always got my juice and coils from here when I worked in saginaw, then I switched jobs and no longer have to drive all the way to saginaw. Because of this I had tried other shops to get my juice from. I never found one as good as the one I would get from here (Candy Cane)!!! So.. I make the trip every 2 weeks and get enough juice to get me through between visits. I love the staff and the store is nice and clean! They have my business for sure!

I was visiting from out of town and forgot my juice at home. They didnt have the exact flavor I was looking for, but based off the description they were able to find me a similar one. The service and price were both excellent, and Ill definitely be back.

Nice and quiet place to go into and talk to people that know their stuff, wide arrange of flavors and quality sets for someone who might be wanting to get into it or someone who is more experienced. Getting a membership here is quick and easy and you dont get spammed with pointless newsletters either. Would highly recommend this place for your vapor needs

Awesome place! Very friendly and helpful! Great selection of hardware and tons of juice. They will MAKE your juice however YOU want it and not the customary, pre-bottled stuff! Definitely my favorite vape store!

Came into this store bright eyed and bushy tailed asking them about an error on my vape box, they told me I had to get a new box and suggested some boxes they had for around 50 dollars. I told them that it might be the coil, they ensured me it wasnt, then I went to a different store and got a new coil, it ended up working. trash vape store, I will take them down one day.

Amazing place, been going there for good part of a year now and Ive never been disappointed with the service, bought 3 mods there and never have had an issue. They ALWAYS help you to the best of their ability.

Used to think this place was the best location in Saginaw. All that changed after my last experience. My wife was passing by and I asked her to stop and pick up a simple item, a replacement tank glass for an Aspire 3ml tank. I had to call 3 times to get an answer, which I understand given busy hours, but I was absolutely insulted by whoever answered the phone (the name conveniently was broken up on the phone). When I asked if they had any replacement glass for an Aspire tank, I was told I dont have time for that, theres too many variables in what you said. Really? You couldnt glance at the west wall of the building and see if you have some Aspire tank glasses? I scoffed, and said I couldnt believe that, and explained the tank to him by dimension, slightly smaller than an iJust-S battery. Yeah yeah, I got those. Really? Did you check in the 0.1 seconds since you just told me you didnt have time?Cue my wife, who walks in only a few minutes later. Not only were you also rude to her, just jamming the product into her hands and trying to shoo her off as quickly as possible, whoever the EXTREMELY RUDE, TALLER, SLIGHTLY HEAVY-SET CUSTOMER WHO SITS ON YOUR STORE PRACTICALLY EVERY DAY WAS STARING MY WIFE UP AND DOWN, OGLING HER. THEN HE EVEN PICKED UP THE ITEM SHE ALREADY PAID FOR and inspected it, before BLOWING SMOKE IN HER FACE, scoffing and telling her it was junk. I personally have had this idiot try to read my phone and signature when signing for purchases due to the seats close proximity to the register. PLEASE MOVE THESE SEATS. Others I know have also been made extremely uncomfortable by his incredibly rude and idiotic behavior.I wish I had the customers name, as well as the employees name, because he should be fired. You can blame him for single-handedly losing you a customer FOR LIFE. I will personally shout from the mountain tops to keep others from entering your store. You honestly deserve 0 stars.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. This will always be my go-to vape shop. The prices are great, and they offer a discount for firefighters.

I go in asking for a coil, show the lady my tank and she say, I know exactly what you need and gives me a list of 4 options to chose from. I chose one and when I put it in it was the completely wrong one. So I go back to the store asking for the right one, and the lady starts telling me how this is my fault and I should know what equpitment Im using and that she cant exchange it. I already knew I couldnt exchange it, I never asked to do so. She just started blaming me for no reason. Had she not blamed me I probably would have still been a customer, but she made me so mad I left and drove to the vape ape and got the right coil no hassle. F this place, I wont be back.

Very honest place. Not pushy at all and let you know what products are good and warn you about products that are junk. Every one was so helpful. Totally going back for all my Vape needs

I’m in Saginaw for a few weeks was looking for a local vape shop to get a juice from, found this one online, checked out their prices (mind you I usually shop Wildbills) their price mark ups are almost double average price for their juices. I get making a profit but that’s just ridiculous. You can buy a bottle of Naked juice for $10-$15 most places there it’s $25 plus tax. Or a 2 60ml pack of Lemon Twist being $15-$20 most places its, $30 plus tax there. Disappointing.

My friend comes to this shop quite frequently he gets disrespected by the manager for choosing other shops for devices , coils and he spends money in Kalamazoo when he wants different liquids the staff is great from what he tells me the only thing that needs to change is the management of the shop. he continues to speak highly of the shop why i dont know the staff is the only saving grace of this shop i am disgusted by the managers bad attitude

Most of the staff were knowledgeable!!.. upset that the manager was sitting there when one of their employees sold me an inferior product and just kept her nose in her phone like I didn’t even exist!!..and would not return the product after only 2 days!! poor management!!..🙄

Was in there yesterday and the girl had a line of 8 people. She went through them quickly and courteously. A lot of choices in great flavors.

Awesome place to go for vape products an if your new to vape the workers are also awesome an vary helpful they know alot about vaping an the products they are selling an they are judge free you could walk in clueless about vaping an they will help you get set up with the right products
