Maria was absolutely fantastic!! I had the hour massage and felt like I was floating the entire time. She is a wonderful and professional therapiat.A beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere....everything was just perfect. I would definitely come here again. What a delightful experience being pampered at Shapers last night! Lily at the reception desk is so warm and welcoming! Mackenzie is an amazing and talented stylist, and brought new life to my tired tresses! Such kindness and attention to detail. This was my first visit with Mackenzie and I look forward to returning. My hair looked so pretty when I left and my spirits were lifted too! Thank you!

(This review only applies to men’s haircuts) I used to go here all the time, but the last time I went it was the worst haircut I ever had. I had never cried after a haircut before but they made it happen.

Great salon atmosphere! It smells great and the service is too notch from checking in at the desk to the haircuts. The shampoo and conditioner as well as the scalp massage and hot towel set the place ahead of everywhere else in the area. Aveda products are all very nice that Ive used and thats all they use. The products are a little pricey but worth it. For a higher end salon the mens haircuts are not overpriced. Definitely suggest giving the place a try.

The building is modern and feels upscale. I scheduled a massage and was very happy with the service. To start you change into a robe and sit in a quiet room and get a hot scented towel and neck wrap! The massage therapist applied good pressure and really worked my shoulders as requested. I will be returning and likely will start getting my hair cut here as well .

I absolutely love this salon! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Overall, the the building itself is beyond beautiful, well kept, & very clean. I am so satisfied with the service I received here. They do an amazing job with waxing, and they make sure you feel 100% comfortable. It was my first Brazilian wax and the consultant I had was very professional and kind, I felt beyond comfortable with her within minutes. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone! Especially if you are looking for a more personalized and sincere appointment, the staff will not disappoint!

I’ve been wanting to do something special with my daughter before going back to school. I decided on facials. I was told they couldn’t be done together so I scheduled appointments 1 1/2 hours apart. It took 6 weeks for the day to arrive and I was called at 8am this morning and told the esthetician wasn’t feeling well. My daughter and I were deeply disappointed. I have never had an appointment canceled, maybe I’ve been lucky but I feel it’s been professionalism that has kept it that way. I know things happen but they have never “happened” before. They didn’t offer for another person to perform the service or even another day.

I absolutely love this salon! I see master stylist, Amanda, who is a true expert in this industry. I moved here from another state and was so comfortable with my previous regular stylist that it was hard to trust another hairdresser. It took me awhile to find a master stylist that could color, manage my texture hair and cut it the way I like while maintaining and keeping my hair healthy. Amanda asked me what and how I liked my hair done and delivers perfectly every time! The ambiance of the salon is serene and relaxing. The owner greets everyone upon arrival and is so personable. Love her! Every employee, from the receptionists, the spa professionals, the staff that shampoos (the best head massages ever!) to the master stylists are all true and trained professionals. I see why this salon is always busy and appointments must be made in advance. I recommend Shapers to anyone looking for a phenomenal salon experience. Cant wait to book a massage and facial appt. They do it all!

Very up sale Salon. Beautiful facility and great staff. Had a gift certificate for 100.00. Had highlights for crown only and it was over 100.00. I cannot afford this but anyone that can should. The stylist did a supburb job. Very happy with the color.

I had such an amazing experience over here. All the employees are friendly and their work on my hair is pretty nice. I love Aveda products. Lexi,Jess you guys did an awesome job with my hair. thank you. Fully satisfied with the service.

The only salon I really go to. I do admit that some of the staff do not fully know how to work with curly hair, but thats also my fault for not asking if theyve worked with my hair type before.The salon/spa is clean, modern, and calming.Aveda products smell amazing and theyre much cleaner compared to other haircare brands.

Today was my first visit to Shapers. Lexie was my stylist for the afternoon. I enjoyed her conversation and friendliness during my visit. She offered to show me how to style my hair differently, which ended up looking amazing in the end. I decided to make another appointment with Lexie when leaving!! Shapers is my new Salon! I was treated like a queen! Thank you Lexie! 🙂

I’ve been going to Shapers Aveda Salon for several years—a friend recommended them to me back in 2012. It’s clean and feels high-class, and the Aveda plant-based products are fantastic. Kathy at the front desk is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & professional. I’ve had a few stylists I’ve been very happy with (Erin is my go-to), and Maria’s massages are soooooo good. Go here!

I have been going to Elle for awhile now and she always does a great job! She is very knowledgeable and confident in what she does. Always makes me feel comfortable to be in the salon and leaves me feeling new. Thank you Elle !

Whenever Im in town I can always get an appointment. The hair stylist are amazing Ive never had one complaint. It is very difficult to always find someone to do your hair at least with me it is , I am very satisfied with my stylist at shapers as well as all the staff

Dilgash is fantastic! I apologize if I am spelling the name incorrectly it was my first time at the salon today but if you want the best cut,color and style and a great experience I recommend her 100%! She’s beautiful and so kind and she makes you feel so welcomed and she has superb hair skills one of the best! Thanks for a great experience shapers I will be back :)

It was my first time for a wax and ever going to Shapers Salon and Day Spa. It was a beautiful building and the staff was wonderful. Rainnelle was so great while doing my service. She had a great personality and was very calming. Let me know exactly what she was doing and made me feel at home. I will go back to her.

This is based on my experience with the receptionist, as I only purchased products yesterday. The second I walked in the door, I heard ‘checking in?’ (No ‘hi/hello/good afternoon/welcome/what brings you in today?’ Nothing resembling an actual greeting), and when I said ‘no thank you, I’m just picking up some products’, she said not one more word. Not to offer assistance, ask if I was looking for anything in particular, or had any questions. None of the basic, zero-effort customer service stuff. I basically knew what I wanted, but in a place like this, one deserves a slightly elevated service experience . When I was ready to check out, again there was no ‘did you find what you were looking for/have any questions?’ Also, no eye contact, no thank you when I handed my payment, just a ‘you need to sign that’ when she pulled my receipt. I purchase large bottles & when I asked if pumps were included, she responded, ‘they’re over there (pointing) for, like, a dollar.’ (the Aveda salon I usually purchase from sees that I am purchasing large bottles, asks if I would like pumps, and then includes them at no charge - if I’m purchasing $50 (at minimum) bottles of product, the least the salon could do is include pumps). And they were not, like, a dollar. Also, keep a few behind the counter for those of us who, oops, walk right past them - that would be a nice, easy extra mile, even if you are charging $1.50 apiece. Finally, no ‘thank you/thanks for coming in/have a great day’. Terrible service. Reception is to receive, to welcome and engage, & be the pleasant face of a higher end salon. I’ve received better service at a gas station.

Starting out with a positive review, I have always been very happy with my hair stylist at Shaper’s, Mya. She is extremely talented and I was satisfied each and every time she did my hair. She always went the extra mile. Shaper’s is expensive but personally, I think it’s worth it if you have a hair stylist/colorist you like and trust, and Mya is really fantastic. My rating for her is 5-star.I give low rating for customer service at their front desk. My beef is with the treatment I received while checking out at my last visit from the desk assistant. The one thing I could never understand at Shaper’s is that if you don’t have cash on hand to tip your hairstylist, you have to write a check – they won’t let you add it to your debit/credit card. I was initially told when I first started coming to Shaper’s to write the check out to the hairstylist. I was okay with that. Then at my last appointment, the desk assistant tells me (after I had already written the check), that it has to be made out to Shaper’s and then they would forward the tip to the hairstylist. Does this make any sense?? You won’t let me add it to my credit/debit card, but I now have to write a check, to Shaper’s, in order to leave a tip? This made no sense and I let the desk assistant know that b/c she was being extremely rude and argumentative. I ended up having to track my hairstylist down to let her know I was trying to leave her a tip but that the front desk assistant was being very rude and snotty. Then on top of all that, the desk assistant decides to mask-shame me (I had pulled it down under my nose as I was writing the check b/c my glasses kept fogging up). I wasn’t standing next to anyone and was more than 6’ away from her. After spending well over $225, I left vowing never to return. But after much thought, I decided to view it as an isolated incident and since I really was happy with Mya, I would return for my next appointment. So, on the day of my next appointment, early in the morning I found out I had to be at a work meeting that would run through my 4:30pm appointment. So I called to let them know, apologized and asked to reschedule. I was told yes, I could reschedule but would be charged a cancellation fee. I was a regular customer, came in every 5 to 6 weeks, spent over $200 each visit as I bought my hair products there as well, made many referrals, and now they want to charge me for cancelling. So I told them I wouldn’t be paying the cancel fee nor would I be coming back. That was the last straw for me.Shaper’s needs to work on their customer service, they charge substantially more money than other salons, and I think most people (willing to pay the extra) expect to be treated fairly, respectfully and to be shown some appreciation for the patronage. So, Mya – if you happen to go to another salon, let me know!

Tiffany is the master student. Always learning about you and studying ways to look your best. She is well versed in the entire Aveda product line and if you have a question about the value a product will add she will tell you. I really appreciate her friendly attitude and she has a way of making you look and feel your best. She is very accommodating to make sure that your appointment can be done on your schedule. She will go out of her way to make sure your hair gets cut. My head it a billboard that confidently displays her artisanship.Sylvia is the master, the reason for the season. She cares as much for her partner employees as she does for creating an environment for her staff to thrive. She has truly mastered the art of making your appointment be about you. Her hard work does not go in unnoticed but what I notice most is how an appointment with Sylvia to look after my moms hair makes my mom feel. Thank you Sylvia!

It is a beautiful place to go! And the service I got was amazing! I went to Jessica Harken. She did a full color and a trim. She made my hair healthy again! She really takes her time and makes sure you get exactly what you want! Not to mention the amazing head massage she will give you! I will be coming back to see her next time! If you check it out make sure you ask for Jessica Harken. I know that you will be impressed!

I was happy at first but my last time at Shapers changed my mind so much that this is the first review I’ve ever written. I came in with my mom from out of town, she was getting a color and cut and I asked to have my chemo wig trimmed up so it looked better. They never once told my mom how much money it would be and for me, I figured I would get changed for a cut(since it took 10 mins). My mother’s bill was outrageous thinking before prizes seemed normal. As for cutting my chemo wing it was $69 for 10 mins, no shampoo or nothing. I don’t like how they take you downstairs and have someone write up your bill. What if she makes a mistake. I will never go back again.

I was so nervous to try a new place, but Tiffany gave me one of the best haircuts Ive ever had! Very professional staff and very clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Every nice people, every helpful. Did everything that was ask to fix hair. Clean and pretty place. Would go back again.To many stairs for older people, but they do have a main floor which was good.
