Very polite staff and knowledgeable too. I go in frequently and Im subscribed to their loyalty club. Sometimes I have forgotten about the rewards Im eligible for, and they always remind me of them. Not very happy with service. I bought a torch from here 3 weeks ago and it stopped working. Contacted manager and he told me he was not gonna help me. I understand the is a exchange time but he could have took into consideration that I was replacing another defective torch I purchased from the same store three months earlier. I would suggest buying your supplies else are. This torch is junk. Smh

Horrible customer service. Any other vape store will do exchanges and returns, even the dispensaries will let you return and exchange products after opened. This place is a joke, biggest ripoff around 😂😂 spend your money elsewhere

Great people here. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Prices are a little high but the discounts and specials make up for it. You can setup a rewards program for personalized direct-marketing deals or opt-out and still get the regularly scheduled Wild Wednesday and Thrifty Thursday type sales.

Great selection. The sales on every wednesdays are fire, staff super helpful and knowledgeable. I buy juice and coils from here, the mods and tanks are more on the $$ side. Thats almost everywhere thats not online though, cant blame owner for wanting to profit. Great store :)

I went there when they were having 40% off all glass and 25% off of vaporizers so I saved a lot of money with the two items that I was going to buy the day before anyways but the guy working there which thank you to whoever it is for letting me know about one more day and it would be a bigger discount

I absolutely love the service I receive here everytime I come... they are knowledgeable and honest, always happy to help with anything Ive ever needed assistance with. Hopefully this ban stays lifted. Ive purchased vape kits, several juices and CBD here all with tons of assistance. Its the only place I shop for any of these products

I am tired of getting home to find out I have bought the sampler they let everyone smell. Is that a good idea to let customers put it to their face and then resell it. Kind of makes a mask redundant doesnt it

Seems to say one thing in person and then do another one its time to act. They never honor coils for e-cigarettes even if theyre defective. Not exactly my choice of e-cigarette stores
