When I saw the picture of the walk in humidor, I thought Id finally found a cigar restock place that was close to truck parking in this part of the country. I was wrong.Selection is decent, although a bit scarce on top tier brands. Cigars are way overpriced compared to what I can get elsewhere, smoker friendly in Cheyenne for example.The real issue came at checkout. No sealing bags for cigars, and the woman working today literally DROPPED my cigars on the counter, and then into the bag. Got back to my truck and found a very cracked wrapper on one.I guess if Im in a pinch, I can stop here again, but I definitely wont be spending very much money here.

Nice people but taking advantage of truckers cause they’re so close to truck stop. $30 for kratom extract is double the price.

Normally we have a good experience here but today Aug. 23rd 2020 was a bad experience and the store lost several customers while we were here. The front door had a sign on it that said be back in a minute and there were three customers waiting outside of store and they said they had been there for over 5 minutes an older lady with brown hair was working in the store she had nocked over a display and shut the store down to clean it up. Anyways the three customers in front of us got fed up and left we sat there for about 15 minutes other customers were trying to shop to and one couple said this happened the last time they were there too. Anyways when she finally came to unlock the door there was about six customers behind us and everyone was angry and talking about starting to shop else where from now on. I don’t leave reviews often an normally when I do it’s because I had a really good experience and want to show my gratitude but this time it’s a bad review and I’m leaving it so hopefully the owner will see this and do something about the situation because if things keep happening like this they will be loosing a lot of business. I live 45 minutes away from store but I like to be loyal to small businesses but if this kind of thing keeps happening I will be going somewhere else a long with the other customers who walked away today.

They have a ton of things in here. Cigar room. Weed stuff, Smokie Treat stuff. Very nice lady is always working there.

The owners are so friendly and amazing people

This is always our go to spot when we need something smoke related. They are clean and prices are decent. I love visiting with one of the women that works in there too. She is such a doll and makes it work driving to the south end to do business.

Went here to get opms kratom shot which are usually 17 bucks a piece and she is charging 30 bucks a piece for them just trying to rip people off. As I was walking out she says people come here and buy them all the time for that price. I can go down the road to another shop and they arent charging that much. She didnt have a very a good attitude either. Lit smoke shop has them for 17 bucks a piece.

STAY ON THE RUG! This might have been the rudest interaction with a store employee that I have ever experienced. I was only returning a UHaul truck and walked in the door and was assaulted with this angry greeting.The person at the counter then said I just mopped the floor is wet. We close at 7.I told her I was just returning a truck. She gave an exasperated sigh and said again we close at 7. It was 6:45pm.I said next time I will be sure to go somewhere else to return a truck.She said you could have¹ just put the key in the box.I said I would, and she replied No, now I need to go read the miles and gas.My girlfriend and I decided to wait outside.The woman came out and locked up a few minutes later, then told us wer could go ahead and leave, she didnt need us to stay for the odometer reading.I am sure U-Haul pays these drop off locations for their service. I will be sure they are aware this is how we were treated.I dont smoke, so I have no reason to return, but feel people should be aware of the extremely rude customer service at this business.

My favorite smoke shop, why pay nearly 7 bucks for a pack of no additive cigarettes when you can buy Native brand for less than half that. Jonah is a hoot when shes working there. Dont think Ive even known the name of the attendant that was serving me. So friendly, and great cigarette prices!

Dont go there lady to busy talking on phone and was very rude to us customers make us wait cuz she was done off the phone aint that something very poor very poor they should be shut down dont I dont recommend it

The lady behind the counter is ALWAYS SUPER NICE & HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR.

They sell a lot of different items.. Including Kratom... At a reasonable price.. Very nice people.
