Decided to treat myself for a birthday massage and facial. The business offers a lot of services! And a lot of them are also self services. The cost is very reasonable and they have great monthly plans. My massage was amazing. Michael was very kind and polite kept nice conversation and also adapted to my comfort levels easily which speaks volumes to me. The manager was very polite and helpful as she explained the services. I forgot the name of the woman who did my facial unfortunately but she was also amazing. Very nice to talk to and when I left my face was very refreshed soft and CLEAR. Couldnt have asked for a better experience and will be returning!

Had a Swedish massage today with Ash, it was 1st visit to this business and Im impressed with the staff and Decor very relaxing atmosphere. Ash was awesome she new exactly what my tolerance levels were and used pressure when she needed to she was awesome I totally recommend Revive and Ash if youre looking for a relaxing complete massage. Enjoyed a lovely hour long massage, as well as time in the sauna. The rooms are all lovely and warm, and beautifully decorated. The vibe is high end and relaxing! Particularly enjoyed the robes and fireplaces.

What a not so hidden gem in downtown St. Joseph. I have thoroughly enjoyed spending a day at the spa, treating myself to red light therapy, the relaxing hydration bed, saunas, and a soothing halo bed, which I describe as my personal salt cave. The massage chair is a wonderful treat as well. I have so much more to experience with my spa membership and am proud to support this female-owned small business.

Great place. I needed a deep tissue massage very quickly due to a weight lifting strain. Nancy hooked me up with an appointment within ten minutes and an hour later I was back to feeling not like a 150 year man. I highly recommend Revive to anyone looking for a sport or relaxing massage! Ill be back on a regular basis.

My phone conversation with Nancy the owner just happened. She is quite frankly awful and rude. Between multiple mix ups about my original appointment, a very sub par service, and Nancys aggressive and snotty response to me trying to explain what happened at my appt I wont be going back. I just moved to Michigan and went in for a facial and dermaplane. The appt was not properly booked and so my service was shortened because of it. Which was honestly ok until other things started adding to the negatives. I went home and saw peach fuzz all over my face still along with skin irritation from the service. ( Ive never had bad reactions after receiving these services any where else) I went back to the business the next morning to show in person and the esthetician apologized and said the lights make it so hard to see what you are doing. I agreed to come back for another appt and it would get taken care of. Today, the afternoon before my appointment Revive called wanting to reschedule my appt due to illness. At that point I asked what we could do because now Im just over the numerous things going wrong. Front desk said they would have the owner call. Owner called and when I tried explaining that when I went home from the original appt my face was still full of peach fuzz. Nancy was quick to respond without even letting me finish my sentence with dermaplane doesnt remove hair thats waxing. Dermaplane is for skin problems. I tried explaining that dermaplane does in fact remove hair and she went on some aggressive rant about how she doesnt know shes just the owner she cant say for sure.... Dude, you did try speaking like you knew what you were talking about and it was flat out wrong. Couldnt accept that you were flat out wrong and say my bad and take accountability. She then made some snide comment about how she didnt know I had training. At this point I said you know what... Its not even worth it. I wont be back. Nancy flat out said good. What a gross experience all the way around. Get your esthetician proper lighting and maybe use some of those relaxation services to calm down. You acted down right poorly. Maybe let someone else handle the public if thats how you regularly behave. I look forward to finding somewhere else to have my regular services done.Add-onAt no point did I tell the esthetician to sharpen the blade. I did however ask if it was possible the blade was dull or maybe a bad batch. I only asked because I had fuzz all over my face still and somehow still had a razor burn feeling. Things I never experienced after getting the service elsewhere the last 6+ years. How dare I come in the next day after a service to show in person what my skin looked like and to talk with the provider about the concerns. Should I have just gone straight to the public and not given yall a chance to fix it? Do you even realize how ridiculous you sound? Why wouldnt I come in if I have hair all over my face after receiving a service that is supposed to REMOVE HAIR? You offering a discount on a future service isnt doing me a favor. It still puts money in your pocket and takes away from mine. The discount should have been given because my previous service didnt provide proper results.I was willing to come back despite because Im reasonable and patient and enjoyed the estheticians presence and hoped for a better go at it the second time around. But you took that away from her. You legit messed with her pay day by acting like this. There were no misquotes given. You said everything I said you did. You got my money for one poor service and from the sounds of it, you must really need it. In the big picture...Your esthetician is now out what would have been a regular loyal client if the follow up service had gone better. Your way of responding to me and any other negative review says more about you than it does me.I hope the esthetician finds a better place to work where the owner doesnt mess with their income. I have never had any issues in the past with these sort of services. What a bizarre way to do business...

The staff is great! Its very quiet and relaxing there, the atmosphere is just what it should be. Ive only been there for massages, I have sciatica, and I highly recommend Tara. Shes extremely knowledgeable and equally skilled. I am sure the entire staff is that good based on what others have said at the Spa. Pricing is very reasonable. Cant say a bad thing about the operation. If you havent tried it, you should.

I have been going here for over a year and i love these guys! Wonderful atmosphere and professional decor of the staff. Massages are always relaxing and always at your pace. Tara has worked on alot of my back issues and has listened to me as a client and made me feel safe which is incredibly difficult for me. I called them to cancel since I had a prior engagement and they actually had the availability to schedule br a day earlier! I was estatic. This spa truly has the customer in mind and tries and achieves wonderful client care.

I had my first spray tan done by Tracy, I had never had one before so I wasn’t so sure I would like the look. I am so pleased with the results. I have a beautiful tan that is not orange and looks like a true sun tan! She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back!

Therapist was over 10 minutes late and blamed it on her last clients for making her run late. Price point was not worth what you get, I figured it is more expensive than other spas in the area so it should be worth it, it wasnt. Suppose to be deep tissue and I left feeling like nothing had happened. Never once was asked if the pressure was right. More worried about talking than focusing on massage, actually asked me if she forgot to do a side. Technique was terrible and would cross over my spine multiple times. Waiting area had loud tanning beds next to it, so not relaxing. Disappointing.

Johnathan was great each time I have visited Revive! I have never had a better Brazilian wax! I love that he is very knowledgeable when asked questions as well. I dont live in the area, but I will make sure to visit Revive whenever Im here! I want to experience everything they have to offer!! Lol

I love this place!! Nikki,Carmen and whoever it may be working are always so helpful! They know how to personalize your needs and really accommodate you and what your looking for. Deb gives great massages also!! Esta does a nice job sugar waxing and is very thorough! The mystic tan is very quick and easy and has great results! I have a membership. I also enjoy coming here with my spouse as well! They always have specials and deals on the many services and products they offer! Need I say more, love love love coming here ☺️

The spa was nicely decorated and the staff was pleasant and prompt. I had a wonderful massage. My only problem is that we were taken on a tour that showed us all the different rooms and explained all the different services they offer - in detail - when we were not interested in anything but having the massage. It was like getting an infomercial that you couldnt get away from - completely unexpected and a waste of about fifteen minutes of time. Please, management take my advice: Offer this tour but only if the customer is interested. Fifteen minutes of a detailed description of each service you offer to a customer who thinks theyre just going to get a massage is not a nice way to treat your customers.

Every experience Ive had thus far is hands down the BEST! Nikki is more than knowledgeable on all the products and services Revive has to offer! Shes always pleasant and goes out of her way to make each and every customer satisfied with their experience! Because of her, Ill be returning time and time again! Keep up the good work 👌

Do not go here. My husband scheduled me a massage for our anniversary. Was told to be there at 10:30am. 20 minutes later I’m still in the waiting room being ignored. I finally ask and one person tells me my therapist left for an errand and never returned. It was constant lies about where she was for another 10 min. Then a second person tells me she was never there at all that day and not answering her phone. They should have told me when I first arrived she was not there, ideally in advance. Terrible experience. Horrible treatment of customers.

I have had three facials with Esta, their esthetician and each one has been amazing! Esta takes her time, provides a wonderful massage and cares about her clients. I have sensitive skin and she recommended their Naturopathica line of skin care which I love. I have also brought a group of my girlfriends here for a spa day and we all enjoyed our services. Their customer service is top notch, as are their services. Would highly recommend.

I have visited the spa a few times now and have been nothing short of completely satisfied each time. Had the pleasure of being shown around had helped by Nikki Andrews, shes is very knowledgeable and courteous and willing to help in any way to please the customer. Revive spa is the place to go for ultimate relaxation! I will definitely be revisiting in the near future.

I did my first spray tan yesterday evening and worked with Whitney. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better customer service. I was hesitant and she took the time to answer all my questions and provided additional tips. I loved the result as well and was shocked how natural it turned out! I worry now I may be addicted! Thank you!

My mother and I planned a day at the spa. It was very relaxing and we had a great time! Carmen and Nancy were very nice, explained every option thoroughly and overall made our experience very enjoyable. I got a month package and im sure we will both be back as often as we can.

Overall a great experience! Friendly and knowledgable staff. I went in on a Thursday evening for a spray tan and needed to make it last until the end of the weekend. The staff helped me find products that would help extend the life of my tan for a reasonable price then helped me understand how to use them appropriately in order to do so. My color came out exactly as I was hoping after a shower and Im confident will look good for the next several days. Especially with my use of the products. I prefer a lighter tan so Im hoping by my event in 3 days it will still be plenty dark for my taste and wont require much maintenance however its nice to know Ive got the option to darken up if I choose to or to fix any spots that may appear after a couple showers.

I came in with my fiance to inquire about facials for him. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, we enjoyed the tour, but we ended up not booking because the esthetician had very little availability at the time. We would definitely keep them in mind in the future.

I visited Revive Spa to get a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Mike did an amazing job loosening up all the knots in my muscles. Im very happy and recommend this place for sure!

I highly recommend the float tank at Revive. The room is very nice, they give you plenty of time and the staff is very knowledgeable on the benefits of floating. The manager Nikki has been very helpful in making sure that everything is perfect with my floats.

Came in here to get a spray tan for my wedding. The woman was nice and it seemed like a good tan at first, but after it settled in I was pretty orange and splotchy on my legs and around my feet. I also wore white all weekend for various events and the tan rubbed off on ALL of my clothes for several days...tee shirts, wedding dress, Sunday brunch dress. It’s also fading very weird and I have weird orange splotches on my hands and arms. I originally thought it was expensive, which is annoying but I was willing to pay it for the convenience of getting it done in St. Joe, but after seeing the quality I would recommend going out of town for spray tan needs.

I decided to try Revive while in St. Joseph with my fiancé. I was apprehensive to try Revive; I wasnt sure they could help the tension in my neck, and my skin is very sensitive. I decided to try a facial, and WOW! Everyone there was so pleasant and professional. The esthetrician was absolutely amazing, and took special care with my sensitive skin. I even got a complimentary massage! I highly recommend this spa. I will miss it when I leave St. Joseph. Worth every penny.

Revive spa is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is kind and always greets their guests with a smile. They also take the time to get to know their guests as individuals. Besides spa services, they also offer a variety of spa and skin care products that the staff is very knowledgeable of.When I visit revive, I use their massage chair, hydration station, omnilux (red-light therapy) beds, and platinum tanning beds.They do take appointments, but are always willing to fit guests in at the last minute.Theres something for everyone at Revive and I always look forward to my next visit, feeling refreshed and relaxed afterwards.

5 stars for the beds... 2 stars for the service. The beds and prices are the best around. Obviously you get what you pay for when it comes to the beds. The more expensive beds are worth your money but there not as many nicer beds meaning you have to wait or book an appointment for them. Some of the girls in there were so awesome, but others didnt really care and that showed. Someone would try to sell me something for one price and i would hear them try to sell someone else the same thing for a much lower price. Making me not want to buy anything. I had a platinum tanning memebership for 1 year and decicded to cancel because i noticed my skin was starting to age. (ive been tanning since 16) I asked about canceling and was told that they would just stop charging my card. They did not. My tanning membership started may 4 2016 and they charge for your membership on the 1st of every month... They tried to charge me for a whole month on tanning instead of prorating me. That was ridiculous. I called and said i would like the price adjusted for the four days of membership and they said i had to pay a 30$ cancellation fee. I told them no i would freeze my account for the 5$ fee they charge. The lady wasnt happy and put on the owner on(she wasnt happy either lol) who then told me that she would cancel but i could never come back as a member... i could only come back and pay month to month which is a ripoff. I obviously didnt care. Instead of keeping a potential customer for other services they provide and leaving on good terms they lost one forever. Good beds, yes. Customer service, NO

I suffer from a major form of PTSD from an explosion in 2015. Floating has been my godsend, but Nikki at Revive has taken it one step better. After I float I am able to live symptom free for a while, something I was beginning to believe I would never do again. A few sessions ago, Nikki introduced me to their massage chair, my goodness. I went into the tank already completely relaxed and the result was amazing. It was an almost religious experience. Thank you Revive, and thank you Nikki!!!

Very disappointed in the customer service I received. Mystic tan booth not working. Had to walk several times out to the front to let them know it was not working. Then wanted 5 dollars more to go to higher level of tanning. I told them when I paid, that I wanted the same as I had last time I was there. So instead of having someone come back there with me, I had to go back and get a five dollar bill, walk back to the lobby and pay. The whole thing was ridiculous. That is not the type of service that keeps people coming back.

Tanning is the best here. Sauna with the Himalayan foot block, the body wraps, eyebrow tinting. All wonderful.

Unpleasant and disorganized!Waited 1 hour in between services, staff kept calling me wrong name and kept asking if I was having a service, that I was not having!Took almost 5 hours for what should have taken no more than 3. No one seemed to care...however Debbie did a wonderful massage but it was very pricey. Visit that town alot but will not have services done there again!

WOW its the most beautiful & relaxing atmosphere Ive ever seen. They have things there that Ive never even heard of. Everyone is so friendly & the place is so clean. Now, I wont go anywhere else!
