The guy that runs the store is so helpful. He’s very knowledgeable about all the products and very friendly. Best prices in town.

Prices are affordable, they offer everything to cover your vaping needs, even watches some with the ability to set an alarm so you can get there when they open at 9a.m. everyday or before they close around 10p.m. most days

Have been going here since they opened and DREW is one of the best workers they’ve had. He’s nice super helpful, doesn’t try to upsale you on anything and is genuinely what you look for in a perfect experience going someplace weather you’ve been going to places like that for 1 month or 10 years GREAT GUY. I showed up first and held the door for the person behind me, but the soon to be manager helped the person behind me first. The person I let in the door didnt know what they wanted and I was needing something specific. Soon to be manager finishes 10 minute conversation about employment opportunities and benefits then answers phone while looking me dead in the face.

This place has had its ups and downs over the years thats for sure. But its under new management even ownership I think, but management for sure, it has become the best place in town now again. Unseating Lit IMO. Thats just me tho. Reasoning? They will do single could here. Lit and Aqueous vapor wont...The dude in the cowboy 🤠 hat is/was awesome and very knowledgeable. The lady who said she was the new manager or owner or both (I forget) was incredibly friendly.The last 3 times Ive been in its been a different person, and ALL of them have been great. Knew exactly what they were talking about, about the brands and double-checked numbers.They also have some amazing glass!! If green is more your color 💨 They sell those honeycomb dab bangers. They have gravity bongs. Probably not much youll find they dont have!This is now the towns to go shop for Vape/Marijuana related supplies.

48 hours ago went into purchase an expensive disposable vape expecting it to last longer than 2 days. A puffed on it probably 20 times and its stuck on. I thought it was going to explode but it eventually turned off. I plugged it in You could still see it was completely full of juice which I showed the people at the counter. They also remembered me and I had only been in there literally 48 hours before. I spent a substantial amount of money I didnt even want to refund I just wanted them to replace the faulty unit. They told me there was nothing they could do. I told them I would understand if I had it for a few weeks but not even 2 days. They told me again nothing they could do. The whole reason why I go into a place like this to purchase these and spend the extra 5 to $10 per unit is for the purpose of having someone there if something were to happen. I will now be purchasing online from now on saving money on each unit. I will never be going back and I will never be spending money at another one of their facilities again. Im not an unfair person but a vape that expensive that doesnt even last two days should have been replaced.

This was my first time visiting Vapor Maven and to be honest Im glad I decided to stop. They have a very big selection of juices and mods along with some nice glass ware. The employee that was there was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up spending about and hour and forty five minutes there just conversing with the guy by the time I was finish I had spent a bit more money than I would have like to but it was worth every penny. The prices are very fare and there is definitely something for everyone there.

The lady working today was VERY helpful! I will definitely be back!

Wonderful customer service and recommendations

I received wonderful serivce at this establishment! They guy working (Derek, perhaps) was super welcoming and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. The products they have, as far as glass, are the best prices in town. I hope more people start shopping there because they deserve the business and are more legimate than some establishments in town.

Nice shop. Great help, the girl I talked to (fire red hair) deserves a raise. Very helpful and answered all my questions to a T. Also had my favorite flavor, clove, which I havent found anywhere for a couple years.

I always purchase from Vaper Maven because I love their products. However the customer service there is absolutely TERRIBLE! Only at the North Belt store. Very rude and also will ignore you for literally an hour and then try to change the price on you to pocket the rest of the money. South belt store is much better as far customer service goes! This store needs help with the employees. I refuse to go back to this specific store at all. My friends will go in and buy a product and because they know someone they get it for $10 cheaper. Love you Vaper Maven and your products but you employees are terrible at your north belt store!

Awesome store..awesome service..you have a returning customer......Update::::I am so impressed with the customer service at both St.joe locations....they take their time to explain items....so if there is only one person at work there and they are working with a customer ahead of you...be patient...because they will give you the same attention when its your turn.

I sat there over 30 minutes and the other worker seen me completely ignored me and just talked with the other customer. I just left since they dont have time for more then one person at a time very unhappy already knew what I needed unlike who they spoke with get new workers ASAP or lose business

Great prices on all products. Bought a Canna Blast disposable vape pen and when I got in the car to leave, I realized that it wasnt giving me any juice. I went back to the store and they were more than willing to let me test out a new one to make sure it was working. The staff there were helpful as ever and I was beyond thankful for them allowing me to switch out my product.

I had a job in K.C. and on my way down from Omaha on 8/4/18, my mod was acting up. So I googled the closest vape shop with the highest positive feedback and ran in. I literally had 10 minutes, the 2 guys were incredibly awesome and succinct in assessing the possible issue and suggesting several options. I didnt catch their names, but they were great! Thanks guys, you saved my ass!

Went here looking for a new vape that suits my liking and I had an interest in the snowwolf vape. Bryant helped me out a lot and gave me a lot of information on it and it came with free house juice. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the person that helped me was very friendly. Definitely will keep doing business with them.

Very knowledgeable, beginner friendly, huge supply, and just flat out amazing customer service. By far, Vapor Maven has the most superior customer service, attitudes, and knowledge. I would recommend Vapor Maven over any other vape shop in St. Joe.Edit: 2⭐️⬇️ Vapor Maven local stores is absolutely awesome, however whoever is in charge of rewards (corporate), is completely fū¢ked up. Has conveniently changed the system 3 times this year. Went from earning swag & vape stuff for points, then to a money based reward system, where you get $100 for 1,000 points. Now you get $35 for 1000 points, mind you you only get 1 point per $1 spent. This is insane, & completely disrespectful to the customers who were at 1,000 points for $100, but accrued more to get something worth while. This really makes me want to go back to the Competition.

I was in desperate need of a glass piece for my flower while I was on vacation in St. Joseph.Thankfully a handsome gentleman at an awesome Cigar shop called Smooth Endings recommended Vapor Maven.I got a beautiful glass piece for less than $10!Vapor Maven was clean, organized, fully stocked and they carry a wide array of CBD products in a variety of concentrations.My new go-to while Im here!Thanks Vapor Maven!

The cowboy ginger at the north store is not the friendliest cowboy. Or even really probably a cowboy, dunno a lot that work at a vape store at 2 in the afternoon on a Wednesday but that’s beside the point. Had to go to the south store to get the guys that think don’t they’re better then the 9.65 they make an hour. After that trip, imma make sure I order online. Take your money to muse. At least the kids there are too high to be rude.

I came in told the gentleman what I was looking for in a vape. IE: medium to large clouds. Hits like a cigarette. Juice wont spill out of tank because I didnt want to be worried about standing the mod up on end all the time. The tank itself wanted to be bigger because it seemed I was refilling my Nord all the time. I didnt want to worry about building and rebuilding coils. It was a pretty straight forward sell for him. Im giving it four stars because I kind of wish the gentleman would have asked how much I know about vaping and possibly taught me something about it

They have great selections for both nicotine products and alternatives to vaping and smoking. Just ask the staff and you will either find what you are looking for or maybe even something better!

If you are looking for a vape shop that will be there for you from beginner to expert, this is the place. You can sit there for hours checking out new flavors or equipment and not be pressured or felt like you shouldnt be there. All the equipment that you could need is there. The prices are a little higher than online but that is to be expected. It is made up for by the fact that the employees wil ensure you get the right product for your needs. If you are a seasoned vaper or just looking for a way to quit smoking or chewing, this is the place for you.

Personally Vapor Maven is my go-to place for all my vaping accessories. I feel like their prices are competitive you get what you pay for and most of the people that Ive met working there are good people who take the time to actually help you and the majority of them will not try to sell you a device they know is shity or not worth buying. Its an honest open environment but also allows you to Vape in the shop and just hang out. I recommend going to Vapor Maven / Vapor World for anything you need when it comes to vaping. Its even better when you join the reward program because you end up with discounts and special offers on a regular basis.

I go to both Vapor Mavens (St. Joe & Maryville) and the customer service is much more hands on in Maryville, although, the selection in St Joe was definitely better
