Aqueous Vapor - St. Joseph

Im adjusting my rating I gave this in 2015. This place has changed A LOT. They now have knowledgeable staff, the guy in there is very nice and helpful. Prices are a little steeper than other vape shops in Joe Town, but not by much. A few dollars.

Today was my first time ever being in this store. The gentleman working was very professional and treated me with the upmost respect. So I asked if he was a manager because if not he deserves to be one. He then replies yes he is. This managers name happens to be Dakota. Dakota its people like you that leave me to believe that their is still good people in this world. I think you for what you have done for me kind sir! Im not sure who is above Mr. Dakota but I hope you keep this gentleman around because he is a great employee to have.

Great place. And the excellent news they are getting ready for a remodel to expand products!! Great prices and knowledgeable staff!

Everytime I have gone into this store all anyone has ever been is kind and helpful. I dont get why people are so down on aqueous staff on things that are beyond their control. The stick isnt any of the front workers job. If they dont have exactly what you want they try to get you something equal or better value if at all possible. People need to understand the the little guys in a store like that only do what they can. And the staff at aqueous always exceeds my expectations. Great Job Guys! Keep It Up!!!

Terrific service, great selection. I never leave there disappointed, which happened frequently with Vapor Maven (which is why I stopped going to VM). Also theres a good looking redhead working there that I love to see and visit with.

Always extremely helpful, knowledgeable staff. Answed all my questions to help guide me to the products that are right for me. I have been in several times only to be treated with utmost respect. Like most other storefront shops, the prices are higher but its like a convenient store....if you gotta have it, you will pay the piper.

Its a decent vape shop, been to better. All in all its a good store staff are willing to help out with any questions. Pretty good selection of juice, mods and tanks/rdas. But they are consistently out of 18650 batteries and also out of the popular juices they just never have them in stock. Been having to resort to buying online due to them just failing to maintain a good stock of vape essentials

The juice is way to expensive. And I only buy premium juice. They didnt know the coil I was talking about. So I had to buy the one coil they had in Stock.which was 2 dollars per coil higher than my usual shop. I gave 2 stars because he was at least polite.

While the product is excellent, the store is not. I imagine this must be a first business for someone and they have a lot to learn. While vaping is so much more healthier then smoking it is still unpleasant to walk into a store that is foggy. If it is to be a hang out for young kids to sit around and vape all day then at least get some fans. The store is always out of stock and every time I have been in they have screwed up my purchase. This was the third time and final straw. I will order online from now on.

Quality selection of e-cigarettes, juices, and accessories. Quite pricey compared to products that you can order online for far cheaper, but they have a knowledgeable staff and a rewards program that is hard to beat. Military discount available.

Bought a 5 pack of coils from there, put the first one in and it was DOA, took it back 2-3 hours later and they said sorry cant help the fact we sold you defective merchandise. Really disappointed in their service.

I came down on Saturday 5/4/19. I called before coming in to confirm that this place carried that specific glass for my Smok stick v9 max. After I was told yes, I came down to purchase the glass (which wasn’t actual glass) and some coils for the tank. I didn’t realize it at first but the tank glass and coils were completely wrong. I called in a few times since then to see if I’m able to exchange what your “knowledgeable “ vape staff sold me. Every time I call, Nobody answers the phone. I would like to speak to someone in charge of this place about the kid that is false advertising products just to make a sell.

Service was great! Was having difficulties with my tank and the manager helped me problem solve it and fixed it! Great selection of flavors and staff is very knowledgeable.

They are good (sales people) the owner does not always keep your favorite juice in stock but they have many items to try, but they do not have small sample. They have a lot of other things to choose from.

Aqueous staff provide excellent customer service. My review is a reflection of their inventory; they are constantly out of ejuice I want, so I end up purchasing from a competitor.

Still some great staff. As always theyre very helpful and have a decent supply of juice and mods for a small shop!

Why is this place closed permanently? Did they move?

Amazing! Aqueous usually has fantastic deals and the entire staff is always kind, knoweldgable, and professional, I rather enjoy talking to them, and the shop always smells so good.

Terrible customer service. Plain and simple. No customer wants to go in to a vap store and not be served what so ever. This kind of business you have to be interactive with the people that are willing to pay your paycheck.

Out of all the vape shops that I have been to I find that Aqueous as the best staff working for them. If you your new to the vaping and have questions they have the answers and will not take advantage of you. Aqueous is always trying to stay a step ahead with all the newest mods tanks and RDAs

WELL ill be the first to say that this vapor shop is mediocre at best. They sell premixed E-juice, staff is not knowledgeable at all, they do not make their own e-liquid for vaping. The only flavors you can choose from all taste like a mouth full of hot spit when you vape them. Over priced, and the people that work at aqueous, ever seen the kids in school who wore black clothes, smoked on the corner and could not get laid....well see them again behind the desk at aqueous vapor.

Im fairly new to vaping and the guys take great care of me. Changing coils, juice flavor options and my rewards points. Best in town!

I usually go to the one in Columbia. This one isnt as good, but its better than vapor maven.
