Pure Harmony Day Spa

Yesterday was my second visit to Pure Harmony for a facial and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Emelia did a great - and so thorough - job. I appreciate the way she explained the products and process, and gave me helpful suggestions to continue my skin care at home. I was so completely relaxed, I dozed off - and woke up looking and feeling fantastic. Today the results are even more apparent :)

Nicole is amazing! She has truly transformed my skin and has helped make me feel confident and beautiful. She is very knowledgeable and is all about educating her clients. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Going to Pure Harmony Spa has helped my mental health and has done wonders on my skin! Had an outstanding experience. The massage was exactly what I needed—therapist was professional and hit all the right spots with perfect pressure. The place was clean, relaxing, and I felt great afterward. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality massage. Five stars.

The massage therapist scheduled for me had to leave unexpectantly, so I was offered another masseuse--Shaka, to do my massage. I almost backed out because I am very particular about who I let do my massages, but I am so glad I didnt. Shaka is amazing!! She listened to my specific concerns and repeated what I told her, so I knew she understood. Her hands are lethal in a wonderful sense because she applied firm pressure upon my request, and clearly knew what points to work out and on. I highly recommend her but be warned--Shaka is so good her hands and abilities may Shocka you!! As for me, I am only requesting Shaka from now on.

Shaka is the best experience. I have had massages all over the world. Shaka you see, understands pressure points, blood flow and strength massage.Amazing. You will feel the difference for days…..

A spa massage with Kristina is the best. She is calm, never rushed, and approaches her sessions the way they should be - as part of an overall health plan. She is wonderful.

Tee is an artist! The best French tip Ive ever had. Wonderful, intimate vibe, so relaxing. I also enjoyed the pedicure. Now, off to Hawaii!

Kristina did a great job! I have super thick long hair and she did snag or pull my hair once. It was super relaxing and a great experience.

This is such a nice spa. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Prices are reasonable. My massage therapist, Shaka is fantastic! She gives a wonderful, replenishing massage with great focus on various on tight spots!!!

This location is one of the best. Its trial an error trying to find a good therapist. I found mine! Shaka! She actually listens and knows how to treat/care for the trigger points. She has a life long client!

Frankie is amazing. My massages with her have been a perfect mix of addressing my muscular tension and tightness and relaxation.

I have had several services at this spa from nails to massage. I can say with full honesty that Shaka is the best for deep deep tissue massage. I have had several facials Nicole knows her stuff!! Nails by Tee he did a fantastic job. Also had my pedicure by Char!! So relaxing and she did a great job too. I have also had a massage by Kristina when I first started going here for massages, she was amazing as well!! You cant go wrong with any of these technicians. I highly recommend!!

I think I may have found the perfect massage. So relaxing, the perfect amount of pressure, soothing music and chocolate and champagne to top it off. My boyfriend and I were gifted a couples massage as a gift and we couldn’t have been happier. I had Amy as my masseuse and she was 10/10 outstanding. I think I transported to another dimension with how relaxed I was, I never wanted to leave! We walked away saying it was the best we had ever had.Absolutely would go back and am so grateful to have found such an amazing place!

What a gorgeous day! The entire staff and community were warm, accommodating and inviting. As a first time client, I felt very welcome. Tee was so kind as he worked in my mani/pedi and my hands and feet are absolutely well-done and rejuvenated. Kristina - what can I say? If you’re in the market for an incredible massage experience, her warm stone massage is IT. Bakhan made my skin GLOW. I feel incredible. Also, everyone was very willing to talk me through every step of the way so I could understand and learn. Clean, well-kept location - felt very safe. Recommend this Spa, absolutely.

I dont review unless its for Amazon but I just have to share this experience and give a shout out to the owner about this woman!I received a recommendation from a client of mine (Im in the world of Finance) because she saw the massage therapist named Shake. My girl just raved about her. I honestly had so many horrible massage therapists in the past I was hugely nervous visiting this place.As soon as I walked inside, the aroma of calm hit me, I mean it smelled soooo good! The ladies at the front desk were very kind in checking me in and led me to the waiting room which was just as nice.Shaka came and greeted me and the woman is not only extremely professional but man is she fit! I mean, its rare to see any therapists today that looks like that! Fabulous! I already knew I was going to get a well-worth-it massage & I did!This is by far the best massage I have ever had! The 90 minute Spa was worth it. She really listened to me and my concerns, told me that it was perfectly ok to inform her if anything was uncomfortable or if pressure needed to be less or more. She cared! She didnt go too hard or too soft just right. The foot massage damn near but me to sleep. She even wrapped my feet in a heated wet towels. Theres more! She offered me a warming eye mask to wear when I turned over which is different but now Im going to buy some for my personal use. That small offer made a world of a difference. The neck massage! WHAT?! The entire session is unexplainable & to long to review. OUTSTANDING!After the service I was so relaxed that I wish I almost called my husband to come pick me up!Bottom Line, go see that massage therapist Shaka. Hands Down they dont make them like her anymore. I travel often but Ill surely be back!

Kristina, massage therapist, is the absolute best. She takes time to understand your needs and has amazing talent. As a cancer patient, it is important to me that I have someone who knows exactly what they are doing. Kristina has healing hands and always exceeds my expectations. I’m happy to call her a part of my health team.

Best spa experience ever! I went here because I had a gift certificate for the Spa Getaway. This included a 60-minute massage and a facial with dermaplaning. Upon walking in, I was welcomed by the receptionist in a very calm, sunlit lobby. She showed me around and then gave me a robe and flip-flops to change into. The changing room was secure, large enough to be comfortable, and sufficiently bright. They gave me a key to my locker which I kept in my robe pocket.The massage was with Kristina. She is the most talented healer I have ever met! I have struggled with severe head and neck pain for a couple years. She knew exactly where to massage to relieve so much of my pain. She also has a comforting and relaxing presence. I have continued making appointments with her thanks to this experience, and I cannot recommend her enough.The facial was with Kyla. I was so impressed by her skills too! My face has never looked as good as it did after this facial, which inspired me to take better care of my skin. She really made my face glow and feel healthier than ever. She also did a neck and shoulder massage during part of the facial, which was unexpected and a great way to relax even more.I thought this would be a one-time treat, thanks to a gift from a loved one. However, I have returned to the spa since then and will continue to make it a regular occurrence because it was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend checking it out!!

I had a friend who goes to see Nicole Hoke for facials. I’d never had a facial before but was interested. Nicole was wonderful & explained the process. The massage was delightful and the skin on my face felt very pampered. Definitely recommend!

I love going to Pure Harmony Day Spa. I go regularly for facials and see Nicole. She is wonderful. She has helped me transform my skin. She is extremely knowledgeable. She also ensures you are relaxed the entire time. Anything that has to do with my face, I run by Nicole first because I trust her and her expertise. I am so grateful I found Pure Harmony and found Nicole!

Amazing! So relaxing! I did a signature massage with Shaka. She was fantastic in making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The room was perfect with just the right lighting, temperature, music, and scents. I would highly recommend.

When I first went to Pure Harmony I randomly selected a massage therapist and hit the jackpot. Kristina is amazing!! She is accommodating, adjusts based on your requests, and is such a talented massage therapist. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for an amazing massage!

Just a wonderful oasis in St. Louis. Relaxation room is just that- relaxing, and massages are top notch. Deep tissue feels glorious and masseuses really know what they’re doing. Thank you Shaka!

Edit- I accidentally booked a massage on the wrong date and no showed the appointment. They charged me full price for the missed appointment but were then able to reschedule me a make-up massage free of charge. This was very kind and I appreciated it very much. The facility was clean, pleasantly decorated, peaceful. Overall good experience

I like this Spa a lot. The only reason I am giving them a 3-star rating is because they are always trying to sell/push a product on me every time I come. I would go every month for 3-4 months in a row and stop because I dont always want a damn sales pitch at the end of my service! Its annoying, distasteful, and unbecoming of them as a luxury spa! Another reason I rated it low is because I dont like awkward feelings and looks I get. I could be wrong but my gut is like Is it because Im black? Anyway minus those two issues, it’s still a great place. The prices are very reasonable. It’s clean. It smells nice. It look nice. The atmosphere is what you will want a spa to be.

She was gentle, peaceful and not hurried at all.

I just had my first spa here with my friend that invited me to try it out. I walked in stressed. I walked out with no stress feeling better. My facial was done by Nina. The massage by Amy. Both ladies were terrific very relaxing music. If you ever want to treat yourself to something good try Pure Harmony definitely gives you the stress free, peace and calm for the rest of the day. The Nurse Sylvia is absolutely an amazing addition to the team! Ive seen her several times for fat reduction and micro needling. Ive lost inches and I am down a few pounds while also having flawless skin!!! Sylvias micro needling is top knotch and even removed without scarring some moles and skin tags!! Absolutely love her treatments and I highly recommend her!! Exceptional service all around! Highly recommend Pure Harmony for a truly relaxing and revitalizing spa experience!!

I have had few massages and never had a facial massage. That being said, I can say honestly and matter of factly that they were both superb! It was one of the best ways to spend my time. When I have this done again, I will go back to them. Their people doing the awesome massages were so sweet and kind, and very good at what they do. Dont forget to tip. They work very hard.

Took my wife and I here on our Anniversary for massages today. It was NOT a good experience from beginning to end.We first arrived and check-in was easy since I had reservations for us. The hostess took us to their relaxation room, but was anything but relaxing. The relaxation room was very bright and light was reflecting off cars from outside and shining through their vinyl blinds as there were no curtains on the windows. The chairs were not very comfortable and was more like a lobby than a relaxation room.My wife got the tranquility massage, but it should have been advertised as a body rub. There was no pressure applied throughout the entire 75 minutes so there was no actual massage. Halfway through the massage, the masseuse dropped a hot stone on the tiled floor and was so loud it even startled me next door. My wife complained to me the oil and stones were too hot. After her rub down, the masseuse turned on her shower and when my wife stepped in, it too was extremely hot. She left more tense than when we arrived.I received the warm stone massage. Unlike my wife, the stones I had were not very warm at all. I like a firm massage, but my masseuse was rolling my muscles over on to themselves. It almost seemed as she did not understand the muscular structure of the human body. After informing her of applying less pressure to the outside of my muscles and more to the middle, she barely massaged anything from that point on. The masseuse also did not use enough oil with the stones as they rubbed across my skin and did not glide like they are supposed to. After I was finished, she just told me to get dressed (I did not have a shower available and if I did, I was not informed of one), so when I got off the massage table, I almost slipped on their slick tile floor as there was still some oil on my feet. I did not enjoy putting my clothes back on with oil all over my body still.When I was paying for our treatment, the lady at the front asked me how we liked our massages. When I told her that it wasnt the best experience weve ever had, she did not even ask what went wrong or what could have been better. I probably should rate this place lower, but since this was our first (and most likely last) time going there, Im just chalking it up to them having an off day.

My first experience at Pure Harmony was absolutely amazing. The moment I walked in I was greeted by two ladies, one of which led me directly to their relaxation room and offered me water or tea (*she even fluffed the pillow in the chair before I sat down). I received a Signature Facial by Kaitlyn who did a fabulous job applying slow slight pressure in all the right places creating an absolute calming effect throughout the entire process. Not to mention, the included foot massage was wonderful! Her knowledge of skin care on dos and donts was very helpful and informative. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed which is definitely what I was looking for after a long days work. I definitely recommend Kaitlyn at Pure Harmony! So much so I have already set up another appointment with her...doing a spray tan this time :)

I really like this spa, the estheticians and products are great. I do believe they need help at the front desk. After leaving messages and not getting a response back, I finally got a hold of someone live. We rescheduled the appt. I received a text saying thank you for coming in, and haven’t received the new appt.

I had Stephanie for the Signature Pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing! My feet are so soft! Stephanie was very thorough and made sure my feet looked perfect. They have a $20 off coupon on their website for first time guests, which made this service affordable!

Great place to relax and rejuvenate. Amy, the massage therapist, did a fantastic job of trying to unbind my tightly woven muscles. I would definitely recommend her.

Kristina is the best massage therapist!

I never write reviews, but I had to for this one! They did a great job on my body treatment but I had a burn on my left cheek at the end of my facial!! My face was very clear before going there and I paid a lot of money to ruin my face. I got the facial done for my wedding, and I had to scramble to cover it up and couldnt do it completley!! Definitely dont use them is my recommendation, why take that chance. So upset with the whole experience.

My first experience at Pure Harmony was the beginning of this year and I loved it. Ally was amazing and performed my dermaplaning and glycolic peel effortlessly. However I went back today and had the worst experience ever. Unfortunately Ally no longer is employed here so I had a new esthetician who performed the same services. I was not at all relaxed and came out with my skin looking worse than when i went in. I suffer from hyper pigmentation from acne scars and because Gabrielle didn’t evaluate my skin or ask me any questions, she performed very painful extractions that left me we swollen dark spots all over my face. And to top it off, I was charged more for my services than I should have been but didn’t thoroughly realize this until I got home. I now have a credit on my account but am unsure if I even want to return after my service today. Only reason I am rating 3 stars is because my first experience was actually enjoyable.

Pure harmony day spa is the best spa in St. Louis. The facials are out of this world, the massages are great, and the pedicures are really good too. Tammy gives the absolute best facials and pedicures, and the rest of the staff is top notch too, whatever service you get. I really love this spa, they really treat you nice.

I’ve gotten a facial and lash extensions at Pure Harmony and have loved both services! The atmosphere was relaxing and the girls working were kind and professional. I will definitely be going back!

Pathetic experience. First of all the appointment booking was for 90 mins, the facial completed in 40 minutes. The receptionist mentioned all facial are 75 mins. Please correct your booking websites. The facial completed 35 mins before the specified time of 75 mins. Coming to the service, it was disappointing. Nicole started her facial with lot of advertisements of additional services instead of focussing on actual service. Nicole just applied, removed and repeat. there was no massage, no blackhead removal and no finesse. Horrible and fake management.

My facial and mask was 1000 out of 10. I cant wait to try other services they offer.

You can have it all at this day spa. They offer manis/pedis, massages, and facials. With options to fit you lifestyle and budget. We did a combo of a facial and massage. All of the techs we interacted with did a fantastic job and made us feel relaxed. The only downside is its on a busy road that you can sometimes here during your visit but I mostly forgot about it while being treated. One of the best places in town for a spa treatment.

Jules had a great time. Said employees could have been more welcoming but enjoyed the services. I enjoyed setting up the package, customer service was awesome. A little pricey.

This is my splurge spot! I love their facial peels and makeup products. The ambiance really makes you forget about the hard week you had. The staff are so professional and love their job. I highly recommend.

I had a pinch in my back that made my arm numb. My doctor suggested I get a massage before we spent a bunch of money on an MRI. Three visits and I was brand new. The spa is as classy as they are talented.
