As someone who only gets facials sparingly, Lauren has always made me feel incredibly comfortable and educated. Shes not pushing me to come more often and she takes the time to explain the process. I have sensitive skin and Lauren does an incredibly thorough job of keeping my skin glowing but also avoiding anything that could be a potential trigger. Ive also been trying to learn more about Korean skincare and cruelty free options and Lauren took the time to go over her offered products that fit the bill. Ive referred friends and family to Lauren and theyve all had an a fabulous experience! If you get the chance, go and see her!

This was my first facial with Lauren! I purposefully booked a Sculpt 3.0 facial so I could enjoy more focused massaging and lymphatic drainage for my face, head and neck.This was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing treatments I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend a treatment from Lauren, especially if you’re curious about facial massage, including intra-oral elements.

Amidst the glowing reviews, I feel uncomfortable submitting anything less than 5 stars. But coming away from my treatment, I felt rather alienated. 😬Dont get me wrong: I *liked* my Sculpt 2 treatment. Lauren employs blended techniques, using unique tools from different areas of study.The areas where I would have loved improvement are the following:1. Communication. As a new client, I had the expectation that the treatment steps would be explained or communicated as we went along. I definitely DONT want a chatterbox during a relaxing facial, but I do want some baseline understanding. So, I initiated a few questions, asking about tools she was using or techniques, and I could feel the air thicken in the room. She was very hesitant and curt in answering my questions.After the treatment, Lauren asked if I was an aesthetician, and I replied, No, (and we had discussed my work in tech previously 🤔). I didnt feel welcome or treated kindly.2. I dont know any other way to frame this, but there was a lot of yawning during my service. Its absolutely unreasonable for me to request that anyone just not be tired in this day and age (hi, working parent of two kids - I get it), but it detracted from the immersion of the experience.I would love to go back and give this another shot, but I get the sense Im not the intended client base. I dont have much flexibility to invest in personal care like this, but this facial was SO worth it. I did a sculpt facial and it was honestly more relaxing than most massages I have had in my life. My skin can be pretty sensitive, and all of the products Lauren used left my skin feeling nourished. She had recommendations for my unique questions and it was overall just a wonderful experience. I look forward to being able to book one again, and if I could go regularly, it wouldnt be a question.

The facial massage I received was amazing. I left the appointment absolutely glowing and my face looked so great. Not only was my skin looking good but the shape of my face was actually different. The techniques she uses are really different than any facial I’ve ever received. I booked my next appointment before I left the parking lot.

Lauren works wonders with her hands. Her knowledge, training and experience with lymphatic drainage is top notch. If you’ve never experienced this sort of treatment before I would highly recommended it!! My skin was glowing, more lifted and sculpted immediately after the facial. Her warmth, kindness and professionalism made the experience even more delightful.

Lauren gave me such a relaxing facial.. her studio was cozy and she made me feel right at home. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely be going back again soon.

Shes definitely not a one size fits all person - everything she does is customized for you. I have been receiving facials from Lauren for over a year now and I look forward to then every month. The atmosphere is fantastic--private room, meditative music, dim lights and quiet. I really appreciate that I know I can lay quietly and enjoy my thoughts while Lauren works her magic! I usually get The Necessities but have also tried other services. If it was feasible I would get a facial with Lauren every week!

There arent enough words for how much more myself I felt after leaving my first appointment with Lauren. And my face/skin?! YES PLEASE! She takes every concern or question you have and makes you feel so at ease- seriously the most relaxed I have ever felt! I have had the lymphatic drainage facials (life changing for me) and the glow and go, and Im already looking forward to treating myself for my birthday!

Highly recommend! I had been trying to do gua sha to help with facial puffiness but the time Lauren spent doing manual lymphatic drainage made more of a difference than Ive ever done myself. It was not at all what I expected, but exactly what I needed. Lauren did a great job of explaining the process and made great recommendations. If youre curious but hesitant to give it a try, do yourself a favor and book an appointment!

Cannot recommend Lauren enough! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I tell everyone I know that they HAVE to go see her! The lymphatic drainage facials are my favorite.

Lauren was experienced and very nice. She took time beforehand to learn more about my skin needs. The treatments are local and also from South Korea. They are made with a lot of natural ingredients and smell wonderful!

I’ve had severe TMJ pain the last 6 months, I got a facial massage today and it has really dulled the sharp shooting pain I experience all day and night. Will be back!

Front of house staff were unprofessional, services are overpriced, little to no communication about approach, products used or what to expect, and the staff dress attire is far too casual for a health and wellness clinic..
