Lovely place and Annie was amazing!The elder gentleman who was also at the spa that Saturday evening was super kind!My friend got me a facial for my birthday, and although I wasn’t able to get the exact one, Annie took the time to try out stuff. I only wish the intake could have been one on one instead of completing it on their tablet. My skin is really sensitive and so maybe the facials should have some sort of description as to what is best for different types of skins. Thank you!

I had a really awkward situation today when I went in for my facial Anne took off my makeup and then the tone of the appointment changed. She told me I should not have come in and that she could not continue the facial because the “sores” around my mouth could cause blindness if the infection got into my eyes. I tried to explain that I had one spot of acne near my lip because I changed lip balm but I really didn’t feel listened to and was very disappointed that my facial was cancelled, it was truly embarrassing and uncomfortable. I understand cold sores are a virus but I don’t have any cold sores. What a bummer. I won’t be back.

My sister gifted me a massage at Bee Naturals Spa for my birthday. Amazing and friendly staff. She had relaxing sounds playing and a relaxing environment. Hands down the best professional massage Ive ever had. Devan was extremely professional and good. I was amazed at how she could tell spots on my body that needed more attention than others. Ill definitely be a returning customer.

This place is amazing!!! They have everything; lip care, skin care, hair care even dog care. Its so clean and pretty inside. They were so helpful and answered all if my questions. I ended up leaving with some doggie paws car (for my old english bulldog) to help with his paw pads. A refreashing spray that doubles as a make up setting spray. Also one citrus bathbomb for $2.50. Not exspensive at all. I cant wait to try it all!!!

I would not recommend Bee Naturals Spa in St. Louis for a massage. My husband booked a 90 minute massage as Im having hip pain. When I got there, I was told they dont do 90 minute massages but I could have an hour massage and a facial. My facial routine is to wash my face in the shower and go. I wasnt really interested in the facial but agreed as my husband had already paid and I cant cancel 5 minutes before without losing the money. I didnt want the laser on my face, as I really have no interest in a facial and didnt want a red face. The massage therapist only does facials and it showed in the massage. I had to guide her on a massage. I feel as though my husband bought one product and was given a totally different product. The whole treatment lasted 75 minutes, not 90 minutes as we paid for and was a totally different treatment than what was bought. Would not recommend and be cautious if you buy a massage.

I purchased a facial through a Groupon and had my appointment with Annie Lynch today. This was the best facial I have had in years. She used excellent products, was very thorough, and included a very relaxing head and shoulder massage. I highly recommend Annie!

I cant say enough good things about Bee Naturals. After many many years of trying different products that did nothing for my skin but exacerbate the problems I feel lucky to have found these products that are natural and actually do what they say.I recently had a Perfect Derma Peel with Annie. It made such a difference in my skins texture. Annie did a fantastic job and is a fabulous/knowlegable esthetician. She is also extremely skilled at facials and eyebrow waxing/tinting.I would encourage anyone to give Bee Naturals a try. You will not be disappointed. Take it from someone who knows!

The facial left my skin refreshed, and the foot soak added an extra layer of relaxation. Overall, it was a rejuvenating escape, and I highly recommend it for those seeking a peaceful spa retreat.

Fantastic customer service. I had a massage here and a facial. Both were amazing. I love their products also. I bought everything that they used on me with the facial. The lady was so knowledgeable about her products and everything she was doing I was very impressed.

I had a facial with Ellie and she was wonderful! I dont even usually write reviews but my experience was just that great! She explained all of the products to me before using them and my face feels and looks amazing even days later! Once I save up some $, Ill definitely be back to get another facial and buy some products.

I have had 2 different services at Bee Naturals: a brow tint and wax and a customized facial. I was very happy with my services. The products are very nice and made here in Missouri. Ellie my esthetician was friendly, very knowledgeable on the products and did a good analysis of my skin type before deciding what products to use and since I have rosacea this is very important to me to have someone that understands it and she discussed every step she was doing along the way. And in terms of my eyebrows she did an excellent job there as well. I am going back in a few weeks for a lash lift. Keep you posted!!!!

I wish I could give 5 stars but honestly my experience with Bee Naturals hasn’t been great. I made an appointment in June that had to get rescheduled due to their behalf. I rescheduled and took off work for this appointment today, they called me today the day of the appointment and yet again canceled on me. I get it you have things come up in life or you get sick but seriously two times now? I ended up not rescheduling with them because I don’t feel like taking off another day off work to be canceled on again. I’ll take my business somewhere else that is more reliable. I will say Nora is super kind and nice the woman I spoke to both times, thanks Nora for being so nice!

Attempted to use a Groupon I was gifted and had a very disappointing experience. The massage was rescheduled four times, and somewhere in that the service was listed incorrectly. So I took off work to finally have my massage only to arrive and learn of this error and there IS no massage therapist! I generally try to support local business but this entire experience was frustrating - from the staff to the poor communication to the ultimate fail of never receiving a massage.

I absolutely love the products! I know that I can trust what I’m putting on my skin. Everyone is always very helpful. The facials and massages are great and I’ll definitely be back.

Bee naturals’ products are superb. I came across them when I was trying to find natural skincare products. I told my mom about them and she surprised me by purchasing the acne bar, face toner, and moisturizer for my birthday last year. I absolutely loved the acne bar and face toner. The moisturizer broke me out because my skin does not like coconut oil, but I’m sure it would have been great otherwise. Well, fast foward almost a year later and I just tossed my acne bar because it was comtaminated, it started breaking my skin out. I went back on their site after failed attempts to find natural products, and I got the acne bar again, the rose geranium self foaming wash, the oil free moisturizer, and the after shave and baby balm for my husband’s bald head. I LOVE my products already. I ordered them on Friday, 2/22, and received them yesterday, 2/25. WOW—awesome awesome awesome speed. It just makes me love this company even more. My face feels clean and refreshed again. After not having my acne bar for about 3 weeks, I noticed a major difference in my skin when I stopped using it, it really kept my lottle breakouts under control and healed lots of my acne marks. Thank you bee naturals! I will be back to update this once my husband tries his products.

Came in for a 75 min facial with dermaplaning included that I bought off Groupon for $54. To be honest for that price I didn’t really have high expectations for a 75 min facial, I knew it was too good to be true. The over all experience was just ok. Nothing more. The Aesthetician was really kind. But not really sure how knowledgeable or experienced she was since this facial was probably the worst I’ve had. The only really great part was the neck/shoulder massage. When it came to the dermaplaining it was pretty horrible. I have done my own dermaplaning at home but never included it in a facial appointment, I figured I would in this one since I was already buying the facial package thinking, how bad could it be? Well it was actually done pretty poorly. She ended up snagging/cutting my skin (pictures shown below) as she was doing it and during the process I could tell it was a dull razor with just the way it wasnt smoothly gliding on my skin. Plus after she did the dermaplaning I felt a burning/ irritation in my chin area. Sure enough when I got home the spots that felt tender and had a slight burning sensation were definitely snagged with the razor. Now I didn’t really ask what kind of razor/blade she used to do the dermaplaning, trusting that since it was a spa it would have good quality tools but I should have known better with buying it on Groupon for such a cheap price everything wouldn’t be up to par like usual spas. They also called me saying they were running late 10 mins so that way I would show up later and avoid waiting there which I do appreciate, but also if it wasn’t a holiday weekend I’m not sure I wouldn’t like things getting pushed back and being notified 20 mins before hand. I wouldn’t personally recommend the dermaplaning at all but maybe their other services are better. Most likely will not be returning even though they were nice and friendly. Actual facial wasn’t worth it even for $54+tip.

I had the queen bee treatment. My feet were supposed to peel and be soft nothing happened. I was better off getting a pedicure. I found nothing special about this place.

Bee naturals is my favorite cosmetic store! Not only they have great ingredients but they also work depending on your needs. And by far my favorite makeup to wear on the daily... highly recommend and I love sharing this jem of a shop to anyone who ask.

I found Bee Naturals very randomly. I asked my dad to pick me up some chapstick and asked that he try to find a natural brand. He came back with Bee Naturals and I loved it! I went online to see where I could find more and found tons more of products with awesome ingredient lists! Waiting for my first order right now and super exited to try other things :)

I love this place! My favorite products so far are the baby balm (great for my infant) AND I also have a travel sized one that I use for myself for my lips and cuticles!) and the Ultimate Foot Cream, which smells incredible and is essential for keeping feet sandal-ready.I also heard about their custom makeup service and decided to see if they could recreate my favorite Clinique lipcolor that has been discontinued. I took my last tube with me to my appointment, and Danielle whipped up a matching color right before my eyes! Its perfect, and it has staying power, too (which the original lipcolor did not).I highly recommend Bee Naturals!

Molly did a phenomenal job with my eyebrow wax. I am looking forward to future visits with her for that and other services. VERY reasonably priced, and a very cute setting.

Barb, the mastermind and goddess behind these luxurious goods, is just amazing. Her passion shows in her manufacturing process and selection of high-quality natural ingredients. She is so kind to her customers and really does ensure 100% satisfaction. I love when she shares the “what” and “why” of what’s in her products too. I can’t imagine using any other product line, natural or not.

Gambled on a Groupon facial and was so pleasantly surprised- I have had bad experiences with Groupon spa deals, but this was not one! Maya did my first facial and she was wonderful- explained everything she was using on my face and did a great job. I will definitely be going back

I placed an online order, and was disappointed that the *natural* products came swimming in styrofoam peanuts. First of all, the box was much too big for what I ordered, and then to use styrofoam seems completely inconsistent with the idea of having natural personal care. Plastic air pockets would be a much better choice!

If you want acne clear skin and never get wrinkles then you the “miracle skin cream”! I’m obsessed. I’m a connoisseur of beeswax and this is definitely the best brand. Authentic and genuine products!
