I’ve been coming here since October last year and I had my favorite gal. Til, she left. I had a few others that were amazing! Today, I went to see Nina whom I was told she has a “heavy hand”. Mind you I played softball competitively, also body build and strain my body and Nina got everything right! She’s super friendly and talks to you like she knows you. She also ask which areas you need the most and makes sure she understands to focus. She’s skilled and will give you information if you ask or curious about. This location is the best by far!!

I called and scheduled an appointment for their $59. special. I arrived, and my facial. Went to check out and I asked how much she was putting on my card. She said $89! I told her I was supposed to get the $59 special. She tried to call the Manager and couldnt. Ten minutes later she actually found the notes on the computer about my special. And charged me the right price. Always confirm before charging on your card.

The service that I received today was absolutely amazing! I have had a really bad issue with my shoulder and my professional therapist Cassandra was amazing she worked out the kink and I feel amazing. If youre looking for the best, ask for Cassandra she did an amazing job.

Always a pleasant experience! Much needed for stress and relaxation.

Front desk staff was very accommodating. I was as gifted a gift card earlier this year and we had some issues retrieving it when I came in for my massage. The receptionist went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me while I had my massage. Ellen was my massage therapist. She was very professional but also very personable. I left feeling very relaxed, highly recommend her and this location in general!

Had a horrible massage that was cut short because she was late (not me). Asked for a deep tissue and it was super soft. When she turned me over to do other side she didn’t touch my arms or thighs and maybe spent 3 minutes on shoulders and calves. Called three times to talk to manager and still waiting for a call back. The receptionist hung up on me the last time I called.All I want is another massage or a refund. After all I did not get what I went in for.Frustrated customer

Went to the Saint Charles location and Ryan performed by massage which was amazing. Was in a couples massage. The other person stopped, so Ryan stopped. We ended up being shorted one hour hour by like 10 minutes which sucks

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This location has told me one thing and done another. They refuse to cancel my subscription that should not have been started to begin with unless I pay them an absurd amount. Do not go here unless you want them to take your money too.

Horrible customer service, was gifted a massage for the holidays and have been trying to schedule an appointment weekly since December!!! Its now JUNE! Still been unable to be fit in when calling weeks and days in advance in various times of the month since my busy work schedule changes. The manager was unable to get me in any time and gave attitude over the phone, also saying I couldnt get a refund- its not there fault my schedule is difficult extremely disappointed would not recommend. I work full-time, Im a busy mom was just wanting to redeem my gift card and the lack of empathy they showed was disgusting! At this point Im ready to shred the gift card and call it a day would never recommend anyone spending a dime here.

Absolutely horrible. I cancelled a membership i didnt know anything about in April, i get a call today that my account is passed due.Now in order to cancel my membership again, they want me to pay 2 months of passed due first. I havent even been there in 6 months. Just cancel my membership that I involuntarily signed up for!!!!

Very nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly associates! The masseuse took time to explain the whole procedure to a complete newcomer and made sure to work on particularly tough muscle groups. She spent time going over other additions to future sessions, considering my health needs in mind.After visiting several months, I had another masseuse who was just a patient and considerate! She made sure to focus on the poor tight muscles while making sure not too much pressure was applied. I recommend Lyudmyla for standard massages!

From the time I called to make the appointment, then walked in the door I was welcomed with knowledge, kindness and a smile! The atmosphere was super zen, nice music. My Massage therapist Michael was AMAZING! Extremely professional, courteous and he helped my back. I was comfortable, he let me know everything he was doing, plus gave me some tips to take home with me!! I’ll definitely be back!

Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Was supposed to have session with Erin and she cancelled on me twice over the period of two months that includes cancellation one hour prior to session. Stay away from this location. I wish google has the option of giving negative stars. I agree with other reviews that say horrible customer service.

My massage was excellent. My normal therapist was busy so the receptionist suggested Tamika and she was amazing!

I love getting massages at the Creve Coeur location. The therapist really listen my needs and are very friendly. Staff is also pleasant!

Ive had facials for many years but by far Sherri is a 10 star⭐️Dont do reviews much but had to say Ill drive to have the estetician here @ Creve Coure for my hydrofacial. Thanks soooo much for this amazing start to Mothers Day Weekend, what amazing results and treat this was for myself❤️

The massage therapist Sarah was not that good. I requested firm but she was too soft with the rub down. Her rub felt like she did not want to do her job because she was ready to leave. She was sniffling the whole time while giving the massage. She didnt even want to hold a conversation. This was my first experience and will be last experience with this place. I heard Massage Envy was good so Im going to check them out. I gave 2 stars because the front desk people were nice and the place is clean but thats it.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, especially from the manager Jamie. Purchased 2 gift cards back in November and finally was able to schedule appointments. Had 2 appointments booked more than 2 weeks out and Massage Luxe just decided to cancel them without warning because one of the therapists decided to take a last minute vacation day.

After becoming a first time mom, I was looking for a place to relax, so I went to this location.MessageLuxe in Creve Coeur gave me more stress and anxiety than relaxation.I signed up for a membership but with a newborn in the house. I did not find the time to go. I called them to cancel the membership. and we still got charges They said there is no record of my cancellation and they kept changing me the montly fee.I ended up accumulating 19 hrs .The new manager called me and told that I have those hours accumulated. She gave me two choices to resolve this issue 1) pay $ 65 to bring the account up to date and were able to use the hours in 3 months. 2) Not to pay the $65.00 and loose the hours because there is NO REFUND.My husband and I decided to pay $ 65.00 because there was not another choice that would benefit us.Then the manager said that if we use of hours we have to pay $ 20.00 for each visit . Furthermore, every time you want to schedule a time its 2 weeks ahead how are we going to use these 19 hours!!!My husband refused to pay the $20.00 because we think that wve been paying too much for a service that we never have used.The manager at this location cancel my hours because we did not pay the $ 20.00. She told us that the regional manager will contact us.We NEVER received a call from the regional manager or anyone else, they just called the hours.I do not recommend this place what so ever there policies set to only benefit them and absolutely to refund or decent solution that we asked the for whole time.NEVER AGAIN Massage Lux any locations.and please delete all our information from your system.

Today was my ONE day off this week and I have a knotted muscle in my back just below my scapula. I request a deep tissue massage, and the professional proceeds to strrrreeeetchhhh the blanket across the length of my body. Are massage therapists paid to not touch skin now?I tell her I have a knot in my back. Her response: Is this not your back? referring to the entire area. Then tells me she wont focus on one area because shes the professional. Not even five minutes in, I get dressed and leave.

I have been going to Massage Lux Creve Coeur for about 6 months. The Manager, Asst Manager and Staff have been exceptionally amazing. Their knowledge and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Always with a great smile and willingness to make my experience an enjoyable one, My therapist, Ellen does a excellent job focusing on the areas that need worked on. The facility is always clean. Highly recommend for all your massage therapy and services

I got a facial here. The lady was perfectly polite. I did feel she was rushing through the process a little bit. I mostly gave 2 stars because of the place itself. I felt like I was in a dentist office. Before I got my facial here, they had me fill out a questionnaire about my skin. Idk why because when I went in the room the lady asked me what type of facial I wanted without any recommendations. She didn’t provide any advice or helpful info based on my skin type without me asking her. So why the questionnaire? I also was expecting a full hour. I’m sorry, but $100+tip for 40 minutes felt like a total rip off here. I got my last facial at Studio Branca in Creve Coeur and the ambiance was much more spa like! Nicer rooms and better quality linens on the bed. Also, their 1st facial is completely FREE! I will definitely go back there next time!

I go to the Creve Coeur location & my massage therapist is Tamica, she is professional & very knowledgeable. If she ever leaves, I’m going to cancel my membership, lbvs!

My friends got me a gift card for graduation. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and it was the best massage ever! The facial was really nice too. A fun relaxing time. Walked next door for ice cream when I was done.

I had my first professional massage yesterday. I didnt know what to expect. I can now say that Massage LuXe is amazing; the staff and the masseuse were very knowledgeable and focused on my needs. Thank you to Luda, she made me feel completely comfortable with her skills. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Massage and facial personnel are very nice-I have an issue with the “monthly membership”I will never do it again once I use up my “banked” massages-and if I give one away I have to pay a fee-stupid-they already have their money. That I would give single star for!

The front end staff were great and super helpful. The massage beds/tables and linens were nice. However, my esthetician didn’t meet my expectations. I get massages at least once or twice a year to relax and relieve stress, and my esthetician at Massage Luxe was not someone I would recommend. I purchased a firm Swedish massage, and the massage I was given was more like a soft back rub you could get from anyone without training.

I really like this studio. All of the front staff are professional friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Jeff and Tatiana for massage. Very thorough, very conscientious. If you want to shut down and just allow yourself to be transformed into a zen state, book Tatiana. If youre looking for relaxation but a bit more aggressive bodywork, especially for problem areas, Jeffs your guy.

One of the women at the front desk was pretty abrasive. Having said that, the massage I received was absolutely fantastic. One of the best Ive had. Dont expect a pleasant greeting, but if you can make it past that, youll enjoy your time there just fine.

I received my massage from Sarah it was awful. Her strokes were to light I asked her on a few occasions to make them firm but her behavior was as if she hated her job or was afraid to touch me. I will never go back.

Not the biggest fan of the company but I give it 5 stars because of Brianne, she does an amazing job!I have to change my review now, Brianne is gone & the new management is terrible. Avoid.

My experience at Massage Luxe in Creve Coeur was okay. What I dont like about them is that they gave me a hard time when I wanted to cancel their monthly plan. I called three different times and each time they gave me an excuse to why I couldnt cancel their monthly plan.

This is my regular massage spot. They have online scheduling. I find it a bit expensive but it works for me. Cassandra is my favorite MT.

Just had the most relaxing facial! It’s winter time here in St.Louis and my poor skin always stuffers and Emily brought my skin back to life today! Would highly, highly recommend!

Lets set the scene with a caller asking for a sensual massage!! When me the closing front desk and the therapist doing the massage asked for the client not to be book for we knew what was going to be asked from this gentalman the managers refused to fix it. Then after forcing the gentalman out of the building I get written up for not making the man pay when he was only in the room for 5 mins after asking for his privates to be massaged. Why am I the one being written up then to be fired and without a job. Well this is one therapist you will not be getting and more after Ive told others how you fired me.

It was the best experience ever I took my best friend for her birthday and it was soooo awesome. Did me good. Definitely going back again. Staff was so friendly and courteous

They are all nice until you sign up and they get your money !!When you go In after making your monthly appointment they make excuses why they can not get you in !! Poor service !! Bad appointment making !! Childish attitudes !!They are glad to charge your card tho !! Pay as you go you get better service that way PLUS choose a more punctual location !!

Worst massage I think I took it. The girl was treated to massage her character is social. It was agreed that the price $ 47 and when I went to the cashier demand was me $ 78
