St Louis Downtown Spa

My first massage experience was in March, I have tried several different places and massage therapists and I found a couple that I thought, given my limited experience, was good and for what the service I received at the time and my knowledge at the time, I guess they were; however...I had my 1st visit to Big Island Spa yesterday afternoon. When I called for the appointment they asked if I had a preference of therapist, I said no since this was my first time but if they could schedule me with one of the therapists they have received the best feedback on, that would be wonderful. When I arrived I was introduced to Jean-Luke and he opened my eyes...I discovered that I had not had a true massage experience until my session with him. His technique was unlike any other that I had up to that point. I was not ready for it to be over. When I finally stood up, I could have melted in to the floor. I will definitely be visiting Mr. Jean-Luke again, very soon.

I bought a 60 min Groupon and received a phenomenal massage from Avvey. She gave the perfect pressure. Worked out my adhesions/tension but without pain and it was relaxing. Plus, she didnt play boring music in the background...odesza oh yeah! I highly recommend going to her. Sincerely, Rosy :)

I first went here when it was the Downtown Spa and had the best massage ever. They were recently bought and are rebranding. The massage I had today was just as amazing as my first one last year. I highly recommend this place.

Wanted to get a massage and called in with no answer. I figured they might have been busy, so I booked a reservation through FB and came in and there was no one in the whole building.. even though the doors were unlocked, there wasnt anyone there. Really disappointed
