Knot Magic Muscle Therapy

After seeing Paige, I am no longer in pain after being in pain for months. I was in so much pain without a recent injury, one day I woke up miserable, it was totally out of no where. Well, I fell down a few steps in my home while cleaning over 10 years ago and did not think much of it since it happen so long ago until Paige assessed me and asked if I had fallen some time ago. And sure enough, the side I fell on was the side of my body that needed to be worked on. After a few days of seeing Paige, I cannot express how grateful I am to have seen her!!! She really is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, kind and full of healing energy. Before seeing Paige, I tossed and turned in my sleep because I was in severe pain, I had to stand and sit repeatedly while working at my desk because I was so uncomfortable with standing and sitting for long periods of time, and I was absolutely miserable when I tried to exercise, it was very painful to even do gentle exercise like yoga.I now sleep fully through the night and wake up pain free, I am able to work sitting down now with no pain, and best of all I am able to exercise again without being in tears from pain. My overall quality of life has improved so much since I am not constantly in pain and no longer hiding that I am in pain from my loved ones to keep them from worry! So very grateful for the work that Paige performed on me. THANK YOU PAIGE! TRULY GRATEFUL!

Was able to get an appointment here many years ago and Paige was excellent and Ive never seen better!! Now for some reason its Very difficult to navigate for an appointment. 2 different numbers. Never can I get ahold of a real person, so not personable. Different addresses. I had to exit this maze! Thats the only reason for the one star. Im very disappointed bc I wanted to see Paige again. Paige I would give 5 stars.

I came because of glowing reviews and I’ve been looking for a chance to decompress, but this experience was something completely different than what I thought I signed up for (In an amazing way!). I worked with Paige, the founder, and expected a typical massage. I figured—like the other experiences I’ve had in the past—that I would come away feeling nice for the rest of the day, but eventually be locked up by the end of the week. Nope.The minute I walked in I knew this was going to be more than a massage. Paige conducts a simple (yet very telling) test from the very start. She reads your body and determines where the pain points are. She adjusts you, does stretches, and explains what she is doing and why the whole time. Afterwards, I stood up and immediately knew the differences made. I felt my feet planted levelly on the ground, in a way I’ve never felt before. It’s hard to explain, but everything felt put in place and my usually tight muscles felt flexible.Paige herself is very personable, passionate, brilliant, an active listener/observer, and she goes beyond any expectations.The price she asks for is almost impossibly low for the quality you walk away with. I would book her now before she’s on Shark Tank with her practice and has professional athletes taking up all her availability!

WOW is all I can think to say!! I have been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders for years, following a car accident. After 1 visit I can already feel that the muscle therapy has improved my circumstances tremendously and reduced the discomfort and pain that I was experiencing daily. I am really looking forward to my next appointment and seeing how my body adapts to things being in total alignment. I think I had a total of 6 ribs out of place and my sternum was out of alignment. No wonder my neck and shoulders hurt...OUCH! Go see Paige, you will not be sorry you did!!

0 stars if possible. My son went to this website to purchase a gift certificate for a massage for me. He paid $290 for services but there is no way to get ahold of anyone to schedule anything. They do not return phone calls, texts, or emails. He is having to file a fraud complaint with his bank to try and get his money back.

Paige addressed my concerns and I left feeling great. Walking and steps have not left me feeling this good in years.

My back and shoulder were in an immense amount of pain and I considered heading to the ER. I knew they would only prescribe me pain pills. Thank goodness Paige was able to fit me in. Knot Magic offers massage that is truly therapeutic. When I receive massage, I am looking for science and technique that is effective for sports and occupational injuries and wear and tear. Mike delivered knowledgeable, insightful skill when I most needed it.

It really works! Ive been lifting since 1989, and I spent 18 years in the gym business; 13 as a trainer. Ive seen doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists; most of them excellent. Paige brings something very unique to the table and has been able to fix muscular issues no else can. Shes a brilliant healer who should be on your (very) short list of pain care and performance enhancing providers.

Paige has the gift of healing in her hands! She has helped me & many of my friends with problems doctors couldn’t figure out. I know many pro athletes fly from all over for her. I know a college football player that was told he would probably have to sit out all season with an injury but after flying to see Paige she had him running in the parking lot right after session. If youre a lifter (even if youre not) like me and have been dealing with pain, I can relate to you. Please make an appointment and go see Paige or someone else at the Knot Magic. You will not regret it. The only thing youll regret as I did, is not doing it sooner!I am a 39 year old relatively active man who lifts a few times of a week.I hurt my back last year while dead lifting.I have had back issues many times but usually, the issue was fixed within a week or two with some rest and stretching. But this time it was different. The pain was moving around. Lower back, hips, knee, IT band, etc.The pain was so bad that driving my car for more than 10 minutes would become unbearable. mornings were especially bad. The hip pain was so bad I had to seat 2-3 hours just to warm my body up so I could get on with my day with less pain.This consumed me for 9 months. I got so used to living with pain that I couldnt imagine living without it. It felt like somebody was pulling my upper body and lower body apart.For almost 9 months I tried every message, stretch and strengthening routing you can think of. I saw different massage therapists. I dont even believe much in what most chiropractors do, but the pain was so bad that I even saw a few different chiropractors. None of these things fixed the issue. Knot Magic is the only place Ive visited thats been able to fix issues I have with my ribs/hip/back and Im truly thankful. As a bigger guy with a thick structure, most people cant do much for me, and trust me Ive tried a lot of places! I had knee replacement nearly two years ago. After I finished my recovery and PT I returned to a modified workout routine to continue to build my strength & flexibilty. I was unable to effectively stretch after workouts and continued to have pain in my feet, knees and hips due to tightness in my hips, legs & core. I was unable to get comfortable on a massage table in order to get a massage. The trainers at my gym recommended Paige @ Knot Magic and I am so glad I listened. Paige is amazing, she did some trick with my back and shoulder hat made feel about 5 pounds lighter on my shoulder I always feel like I have my laptop bag on my shoulder although I do not.I sit for long while I code and programming, however i mount bike about average 17 miles on weekend. but this wasnt helping I always woke up from back pain and neck pain, Paige showed me how tilt and in-positioned my hip and shoulder bones were. her skills are magic tricks. all pains in my back and shoulder went away after a visit to her. highly recommend her and I return will to her when i have pain.

I loved Megan and the Knot! She took the time to see what was off about my body and what I do in my daily routine that could be leading to my aches and pains. Not your typical massage for relaxation, but that’s what I was seeking. All massage has benefits, but I needed specific soft tissue work when stretching and chiropractic just wasn’t helping my pain. Id highly recommend you checkout Erin at knot magic before going anywhere else. Not your typical massage therapist.

The first time I went to Knot Magic I could barely walk from my car to the building, and I couldnt rotate my head because of intense pain from a sports injury. After 50 minutes with Katelin, I stood up from the table and felt no pain. It was literally that effective. My girlfriend and I went to the loop and walked around the rest of the evening and had dinner. Then do too another injury more recently, to my lower back, which was causing severe nerve pain all the way down my left leg. Erin was able to do the exact same thing. I will never go to a chiropractor for treatment again. These are my people now, and theyre onto something.

Everything felt very clean, tidy, and in-control here. Their whole suite has a nice calming feel which helped for an overall positive experience. All of the staff was very professional and friendly. On a more logistical note I had no trouble finding parking or their suite within the building. Im excited to hopefully be on the path to recovery with Knot Magic.

Probably not the best place to go if you want a spa-type massage experience, but for something functional, more in the vein of physical therapy, fantastic. Along with loosening up the pile of knots that was my upper back and shoulders, my massage therapist relocated a shoulder that had been mildly dislocated for years.

I have a plethora if issues from accidents. Seeing Megan once a month keeps me out of pain and mobile. Highly recommended! The schedule fills up fast, so be prepared.
