I love this place. Both massage therapists are great. I got the four hands. Both of the women beautiful but more importantly, they were very kind and very skilled, especially with the neck and upper back muscles, which are usually really painful spots for me. I have super tense shoulders and neck and they got out ALL my knots out. I left feeling incredibly light, relaxed and at ease. I scheduled another appointment before I left. Cant wait until my next one. 👍👍

Great customer service, excellent amenities and quality throughout the whole process. Crystal was the bomb with her pressure (arnica muscle relief massage). Secure and sanitized. Cinder House food was great, ordered the honey glazed lamb chops and a plate of mixed fruit along with a glass of champagne to relax afterwards(or before if you choose). Reception knew exactly what I needed after describing my tensions and made the reservation based upon my needs, awesome crew. Will be back for a couples getaway...

I had one of the most memorable experiences at this spa! I enjoyed an amazing facial in the lavender room with a woman named Jasmine who was clearly very skilled at her profession and extremely pleasant. If you haven’t been here I recommend a visit.

I’ve been treating myself to spa visits for several years now, and nothing beats the spa at the Four Seasons. The staff genuinely enjoy their work and treat you like royalty, and the facility is relaxing with amazing amenities. I’ve been booking the signature massage until this year when I selected the lavender dreams. O!M!G! 100 minutes of perfection!!

Such friendly staff which is rarer than it should be at upscale hotels, so it was a breath of fresh air. And great food at their restaurant for breakfast as well as their lunch/dinner menu. They made our 20th wedding anniversary a super special one, and I will definitely be back!

Enjoyable experience! Had a 60 minute massage, and stayed for the rest of the day. Loved the private hot tub and steam room in the mens locker area - complete with the chilled towels and robes, and a complimentary mimosa. Left feeling truly relaxed.

I had a facial and we made a whole day of it by making use of the facilities and pool (which was included with facial since it was M thru Th). There’s a women’s only area with a sauna, whirlpool and IR sauna. A couple of sitting rooms with water, tea, and snacks. A shower and primping area with almost everything you need. The pool was fantastic and the service was incredible. The facial was perfection too

Awaken the senses with the signature aroma of Ginger Organic Aromatherapy in this deeply relaxing yet uplifting experience. (There was no Ginger Aroma) Our welcome ritual features energy balancing (not sure what this is because there was nothing that indicated anything special) and a eucalyptus foot cleansing technique to clear the mind (This was refreshing and about the only thing that was good about my experience). We continue with a full body lymphatic (these words are misleading) dry brush (horse brush that felt like a steel brush that scrubbed my skin) to flush out toxins and therapeutic hydration application with a light linen wrap (they wrapped me in the sheets). Conclude your service with a hot oil scalp treatment, collagen facial mask (it is a paper mask that you can get at Walmart) and acupressure face massage (this was for like 30 seconds) to leave you feeling balanced from head to toe.So very disappointed in this service. Please do not advertise that this is something special because it is not. The staff was incredible.

Unfortunately, I have to give a lower rating due to the experience I had with front desk. My husband set up a nice day for me to relax, enjoy the spa and stay overnight. All was perfect until I was called at midnight by a front desk associate to settle my spa bill. The room was already prepaid and they had a card on file to charge all of the remaining fees from my husband. They attempted to charged the wrong card somehow and the charges declined so they called me at midnight during my overnight stay to settle the balance. This was beyond unacceptable because it was midnight, but also because they had full instructions on what card to charge upon my leaving but the front desk associate called treating me as if we werent going to pay. It was frustrating and embarrassing because it prompted me to have to call my husband who was home with our toddler at midnight. Terrible experience when they had the proper card the entire time.

I booked a full day of services at the Four Seasons Spa to treat myself after a tough year: lavender dreams massage, diamond energy facial, and a classic mani/pedi. I utilized the $10 valet service, which I would recommend over self-parking (it might be cheaper for a full spa day). I was checked into the spa by a very pleasant woman who gave me a tour of the space. It is very clean and well kept, but a bit small, especially in the locker area. My massage was at 10am, and early into it some folks in the lounge area started getting really loud. I later found out there was a company holiday party at the spa (come on!). I asked my masseuse to go ask them to pipe down because it was ruining the relaxation that anyone would expect from a massage. She complied. However, they did not pipe down until about 10 minutes before the end of my 100-minute massage. It really ruined the experience for me. The massage itself was nice. It included a big chunk of time for exfoliation that I would have rather had for massaging, but it was fine. After the massage, I had some time for lunch, which they can bring to you from the on-site restaurant. I had three small tacos and a pineapple juice for close to $40. It was good, but overpriced (which is basically the theme of my whole day). After lunch I took a dip in the womens only hot tub, briefly tried out the 130 degree steam room (too hot for me!), and took a shower. At 1pm I had the facial with Alix and it was fantastic! I felt like I was finally starting to relax at this point and I really enjoyed the Natura Bisse products that were used. I was absolutely glowing once it was finished. At 2pm I had my mani/pedi, which was fine. I had a pleasant conversation with my nail tech while I drank a free mimosa. With tax and tip, I spent close to $1000 dollars on my spa day. I did receive 20% off of my massage due to the noise. Would I come back? Probably not anytime soon. I think the services are overpriced for what you get. Youre paying for the brand name. The place was packed on a weekday during the holidays so it didnt really feel exclusive or special. Id like to try out some other spas before I come back to the Four Seasons. Overall, the staff was great and the services were good, but everything was just way overpriced.

Great atmosphere and wonderful boutique but the service and quality of work was not worth the premium price paid. The gal that did my toes made noises of frustration as she removed some old “gel” polish. She seemed super annoyed at having to deal with me even though it really didn’t add much time to the process. And, I asked for gel polish because of the durability. My toe polish usually lasts 3 months with no chipping but this polish last less than a week before chipping. I paid three times what I would pay in a strip mall saloon which would be fine if it was worth it. The pictures speak for themselves. Note the chipping that’s already begun after a week! And I had to wait for my nails to dry. GET GEL POLISH 4 SEASONS!!!!!

Ive been to the Four Seasons Spa in St. Louis multiple times and I basically refuse to go anywhere else in this area. Its an occasional treat that I know I will meet my high expectations and not fail me. Every effort is made to make you feel catered to and comfortable. If you select the right massage and make it known you prefer a deep tissue service, you will get that. They try to customize the service as much as they can to the individual. The amenities are wonderful and despite the high luxury, I dont feel like the staff are pretentious or snobby.

This is my third visit and as always, it was wonderful. Renita was great technician. I had the O2 facial which was very relaxing but very beneficial. She explained products very well and discussed my concerns with my skin and was so comforting at the same time.I have had facials at a wide range of places & different price ranges and this was worth it. The noise level was pretty ridiculous with two groups of ladies, however my technician addressed with with a supervisor or someone during my treatment and it immediately was quiet. You cant blame a spa for its clients being disrespectful. The ladies side was very nice & stayed quiet. Steam room was great & hot tub was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Sandra was incredible, I had never felt so good after a massage. Highly recommended. Spa attendants in both men and womens lockers were so sweet, took time to explain everything, helped us feel welcome took pictures, provided us with a complimentary champaigne! Just a wonderful experience 10 stars!

My massage was amazing. Jessie has the best hands & provides the perfect pressure. Id recommend him hands down for anyone seeking a stress reliever. Days after the massage I had no tender or soreness. I gave the 4 stars simply based on the amount of traffic as well as the type of patrons that now frequent the spa. Its become very popular & busy busy BUSY! It seems a little less relaxing than when I initially began going.
