I have the best experience coming In here. I usually go see Kevin who is always so helpful. I had Barrett help me pick some amazing stuff. He was super friendly and helpful. Lauren was so nice checking me out and making sure I was helped or if I had any other questions! I swear I never wait long and everyone I meet is super chill and nice

I went there recently for the first time & I can say I was very satisfied! It was quick,and very friendly! I was checked out by Ashley she was wonderful. She answered all my questions. The 💨 10/10 will be coming back soon! Great place to check out

Biggest issue with this dispensary is the staff. I’m not sure if the staff is uneducated or unfriendly. Whichever one it is, the staff needs to be educated more on the products that they are selling. Most questions about products that I’ve asked, the staff doesn’t know much and doesn’t care to find out the information asked for. I usually just end up googling my questions to get my answers. Whether it’s lack of knowledge or horrible customer service both are issues the staff at this store needs help with improving on.Great range of products available that are usually kept in stock though.

Always my first stop when I come to St.Louis.There always stocked and good vibes the whole way through. I recently went there in the beginning of the month and I purchased 28. I did my order online and I came to pick up and I was meant by Yuji he was very helpful and the transaction went smooth and easiest possible. Thoroughly enjoy going through 3Fifteen. Never there for more than 20 mins. Usually have the pleasure of having Cheyenne grab my order, which is prompt and never lets me leave without knowing I have points. Everyone excels at their job when Ive visited. Happy with overall quality though and through.

Ashley was so sweet! The store was pretty busy and you could tell she’d had a day, but she still managed to give us details about the deals and provided the best customer service. If you’ve ever worked in retail or customer service, you know how hard it is to keep a positive attitude and a smile when the store has been busy. I usually have a good experience here, but today was horrible. The guy(Rico- shoulder length hair and hat) at the register was very rude! He did not greet and was very condescending and snarky while talking to him. He was no where near helpful or nice. This type of person should not be in customer service. I will not be back to this location.

Olive was my delivery driver today. They were v kind and friendly. Very bright and fun energy to them as well. Transaction was quick and seamless. You guys are doing a great job with customer service.

Never been in the building for more 20 minutes for a pickup if it even took that long always Fast service especially when you preorder. This the Dispensary that You Wont Regret Visiting!

Im appalled by the appalling service I received from Kevin at this supposedly convenient location. His blatant lack of patience and professionalism left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, not condescension and annoyance. The fact that this store is close to my home is no longer a selling point for me, as Id rather pay more to ensure a pleasant experience elsewhere. I hope one day I feel comfortable enough to return. Cheyenne is always so nice and pleasant is worth mentioning.

The front desk attendants are super-friendly, and I dont think Ive ever sat in a chair for more than a moment. Register folk are friendly, except that old guy who had to have a pricing binder, who tried to argue with me over a price, but havent seen him lately. Everyone else rox!!

Edit: This isnt a review about the dispensary its fine this is about the Nuvata disposable vapes. I just bought one and the piece of crap stopped working before I was able to smoke half of it! I budget my money very carefully because Im poor so when I get ripped off like this it really hurts me! I need my weed for anxiety and PTSD so I dont have to take pharmaceuticals. I had to take the POS apart and dip aluminum foil in the resin then smoke that foil covered in resin out of a different pipe. It is freaking ridiculous that I have to do that but its either that or I have to go without smh. I think it goes without saying I wont ever buy a Nuvata product again and I would recommend you dont either unless you want to spend your money on junkEdit: service really went down hill. I actually live ON THE SAME STREET as this place and I go out of my way to shop somewhere else. Service has gotten so disappointing id rather go farther and pay more than shop here or take advantage of their delivery service. Good luck shopping here. I was initially upset because of my order. I had came for the Cake Mix. But something seemed strange because I expected it to cost more. So, I paid and when I got to the car I read the label and the THC content was a lot lower and I realized they were calling this shake. I got home and went to your website and saw there were 3 different flower Cake Mixes...lol. So I figured it was cheaper and if I got a light buzz that would be ok. MAN!! This stuff is potent. Im glad the lady didnt ask me which one I wanted. I guess she just chose for me.

I do not recommend shopping here at all, when you order online and you pick a strain of flower that looks very vibrant in colors such as Gelato for example, it showed purple, green and orange all in the bud. When I ordered it and it came it looked nothing like the picture at all. False advertising at its finest. Believe me or not, thats how 315 primo makes their money 😂

I’ve used the delivery service multiple times. 1 time they messaged me and said that something was wrong with their system so they couldn’t complete my order. I told them that was fine, and I’d come by the store a different time. And I’ve placed multiple orders after that with no problems at all. Very nice staff, nice interactions, I tip them they leave. Then yesterday I placed my order at 11:30 from a 1-3 delivery time. 3 rolls around and no word on my order. Tried to call the store and their phone were down. So called another 3fifteen, and they said they would have someone call me. Finally someone calls me and says they just got my order and that they would give me 10% off and it would be another 2 hours before they could deliver it to me. I then explained that it was happy hour at this point and it would be 10% off for anyone so they really weren’t giving me a deal for waiting 2 extra hours for my order. The person then said he would not deliver to me. Had a manger call me and the manager stated that there was multiple marks on my account saying I was rude upon delivery. Very confused as to how when I have always tips $5 and been very nice to the staff that has gotten to my house. So if the drivers are going to call me rude for tipping, letting my dogs outside so they wouldn’t bother them, telling them thanks and have a wonderful day and always having the money ready, then I don’t want to give them my money. I will never go back to this store. Just sad that I’ve tipped drivers who lie about people being rude because other than yesterday I have been nothing but nice.Go to greenlight down the street! Better service and friendly staff!

315 is a good convenient place and all the employees are super nice. I did take two stars off because I do run into problems of my orders being messed up. Normally I catch the mess up if the employees dont ( they usually do other then a couple times). However the last time I went in my order was messed up, I received a .5 gram cart instead of a 1gram cart. I threw away the packaging and receipt thinking I just ordered the wrong cart but after looking at my email I realized I did buy a gram cart but was give a .5 cart. Ill have to be vigilant on checking my orders before I walk out.

Not a good place. I’m a disabled medical patient. After a couple deliveries and successful interactions they tell me they can’t deliver to me anymore because they changed their delivery area and I live in a poor, mainly black part of town. I think they are racist, ableist and classist. Do business with a better dispensary, not these horrible people.

Sophie knows customer service. I had a very specific request. She went out of her way to make sure she had the right info and could accurately present me with products that met my needs. She helped my friend with her specific needs as well. Very knowledgeable. Had just left another dispensary which didn’t have the needed product. Sophie presented me with several options.

Staff was helpful, but taxes and fees are more than I was told over the phone. I was expecting 6%, but ended up with around 15% tax so it wasn’t that big of a deal compared to Illinois. I also ended up with a vape that was way underfilled. The products are not sealed/tamper resistant which is something I don’t like either when I’m crossing states and spending a couple hundred or more. Luckily it was the only one that I got jipped on. In the photo over half the bottom is empty.

They HAD lots of options and GREAT prices but unfortunately the price went up a little and it seems like they dont sell certain items anymore..If only they kept the Run the jewels stuff!! I hope the price doesnt go higher. Id give 5 stars but a few downfalls.

Really disappointed with the way they handle their promotions. Ive been coming here almost weekly since February.Prices were originally good but they slowly raised the prices till theyre just OK now. But their 10 mega pearls from 75$ was still a decent price at least it used to be.To make a long story short to avoid a wall of text. Placed my weekly order Monday morning. When I picked it up it this evening it was way more. Cashier said they changed the promotion. And I mustve misread when placing order. Didnt want to argue so paid it. Omw to car noticed my order showed 10/$75. Went back in and told them my order showed 10/$75. And asked if they can honor the original order. The manager told me I shouldve said something at the checkout tried telling him I did but just shrugged his shoulders and said theres nothing he can do.

They actually know me by name. when Im in there. Awsome atmosphere. I have been going ever since they been Open. Tried other place. Not such a good experience. But every time Im in 315 they are great and very nice.

This is my first time at this location and the 1st time experience was more than awesome. I was helped by Lauren, she is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The cashier I forgot his name (sorry) he was really cool. Reminds me of Owen Wilson. He helped me sign up for a rewards membership to help me save 40$ on my next purchase. Have I not known I would not get. This location is awesome and will return again. Recommend a+++++
