Nice place! Nice area. Felt very safe. Excellent wheelchair access. Good selection. Good prices. Great staff. I love that I have the option to see the product quality before I buy it. I visit dispensaries as a hobby and this is one of the most impressive ones Ive found in Missouri. Thats out of at least a hundred in Missouri alone and Im impressed so take that for what you will. Highly recommended. Oh, and if youre hungry theres a phenomenal restaurant right next door with good prices to boot.

Best Dispensary I’ve ever visited in any state ever. Great selection of high quality products with good deals. My first visit was 10/10 I asked my bud-tender, Hailey, 1000 questions and she was great. I forgot to tip so ya don’t be like me and tip your bud-tenders. I’ll get you next time Hailey!

Honestly didn’t walk in thinking this place would be the gem that it is. David gave me the best rundown of the shop I could ask for. Let me know if all the deals, specials / raffles they offer throughout the year. Good location. Good prices. Good vibes. And you can get a burger next door.

Among the best prices in STL with even better customer service. On one of my first visits, I accidentally got a cart that needed a battery instead of a disposable vape. When I went back in to buy a battery, the budtender decided to give me one for free. To quote her: We take care of our customers.

I’ve been going to blue sage for awhile and working together with Summer to find the right strain for me. I have anxiety with certain products but they were amazing and super knowledgeable. They helped me find my perfect strain and have always been such a friendly and bubble presence. Go summer!

We had a great experience today at Blue Sage with Lucas Layden! He made some great suggestions and recommendations for us. This has quickly become our favorite dispensary in MO. Very pleased with the specials and the service, as we love to smell before buying. Great staff, even the security is super friendly.

Been here a few times, most recent was probably my last. Made a special trip for the early bird discount. Clearly listed no shake, no popcorn, no stackable discounts. (Interpreted as no early bird 20% off stacked with, say a veteran discount). Bought an eighth of flower for $20 expecting 20% off. NOPE, this place advertises $20 eighths all day every day similar to high profile in sunset hills. What they (and the website) fail to mention is this is a discounted price not applicable to any promotional advertising until checkout. The manager trevor couldnt comprehend or refused to point out where this $20 eighth was noted as discounted anywhere on the website or on my receipt. My reciept shows zero discount. He kept repeating discounts arent stackable. I dont want anything stacked, just the 1 happy hour discount you buffoon. If your $20 eights dont qualify for discounts, say NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS. Discounts arent stackable only implies multiple discounts, not discounts off EVERYDAY prices. Save yourself the headache and expense of asterisks on all promotions. Attempting to communicate with staff is pointless. Go to High Profile in sunset hills for a better value and a no asterisk experience. CYA Blue Sage

Staff was phenomenal. Store was very clean and welcoming. Their set up on products made it easy to see what they have while being open enough to freely look around at your options. I recently had an experience at this dispensary that left me both impressed and slightly frustrated. Initially, locating the dispensary was a bit of a challenge as they had recently changed their name, and this crucial information wasnt mentioned anywhere on their website when I was placing a pickup order. It took some extra effort and time to finally find them.However, once I arrived, the experience drastically improved. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made up for the initial confusion. They were patient with my questions and provided excellent recommendations based on my preferences.Despite the minor hiccup in finding the location, my overall experience was great. The quality of the products was top-notch, and the atmosphere inside the dispensary was welcoming. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be for the dispensary to update their online platforms promptly to reflect any changes like a name change.Additionally, if they ever need assistance with project management to streamline processes like name changes and communication updates, I would be more than willing to offer my help. With a few tweaks, this dispensary has the potential to provide an even smoother and more seamless experience for its customers. Overall, I left with a positive impression and will definitely be returning.

The building is clean, the lobby is comfortable and the security is friendly as well as the staff in back. The reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 is: I browsed hi-points inventory online before stopping in. I let the fellow know what I wanted and he took care of that but it was a different price, more expensive. I understand that many places offer online exclusive pricing, I just wish there had been a disclaimer or notice on the website that indicated as such. $12.50 is what the website was showing and I was charged like $16 something before taxes and fees..not a huge difference but definitely wasnt what I had budgeted for. Other than that the product tastes a little outdoorsy, but took care of head real nice 🙂

One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. As someone in the industry I know how hard it’s been on budtenders but for me to walk in at 9:30 and having a budtender call the really nice security guard, “annoying”, and have half the lights off, no music, and then on top of that made me feel stupid for trying to leave a tip and snatched the debit reader out my hand and said I was doing it wrong, overall very disappointing, you guys went down hill and fast, sell it back to hi-pointe.

Came in on 4/20 for the first time. Was impressed with the prices, but that is where it ends. We waited for over an hour, which I expected, but people where not being selected in order. When I asked the girl why people where being taken out of order she freaked out and started crying. Once we did get in they had what we wanted but could not sell it because of some inventory transfer issue. They told us all the dispensaries in the area where having the same issue, this was not true. Well today I decided to try you again, downloaded your app and spent an hour trying to set it up. The app only gave me options other than the one in STL. You wasted enough of my time, deleted the app and went back To Luxury Leaf.

Summer was super helpful and upbeat as well as patient during my visit. I put together a big order and had some questions, all of which Summer handled super well.Great deals too.

Went to pick up order yesterday. Foul “music” using the n word, the f word, the p word etc. Couldn’t wait to leave. Order stapled shut. Got home and was short two items. Immediately called a number and got a recording (of course). Used to love Hi Pointe, probably won’t be going back now that it’s Blue Sage. The attitude from everyone there was that they just didn’t seem to care. Generous rating of one star.Update: situations resolved. Still a wonderful dispensary.

Used to love this place when it was Hi-Pointe. Had a great selection of vapes and I was in there at least once a week.However, since they switched to “Blue Sage Deli” their selection of vapes has severely decreased. They have ONE (1) airopod available, and it is only .5 they also used to have vape specials on Thursdays, and now it’s a flower special.They seem to be pushing all flower, which I do not like. I realize this is a personal preference, which is why I will be going to root 66 from now on . They have an amazing selection of vapes and great specials on them still. Not as nearby, but they still have what I like, and hi pointe no longer does.* edit- I did check after I received this response- they now have ONLY the batteries for AIRO, and ZERO pods available. Maybe the delivery person made a mistake, but?? Yeah. You don’t have what I want.

This will always be my number one place to go especially after working with Summer at my last visit. They were amazing when they talked with me about my unresolved pain issues and made a great recommendation that has since helped!

This place really takes care of their costumers. They are all about costumer satisfaction. I received a bogo gram that was mainly trim and they replaced it with no questions asked. I also drive all the way from O’Fallon Missouri to visit their store they have the best product and I’m a heavy smoker. Oh not to mention marijuana got me off fentanyl and suboxone

Came here today with my boyfriend, the Bud Tender Summer was very knowledgeable and sweet. Prices are good.

Came in on a Sunday and was greeted by Phillip as soon as I got in. Made me feel beyond comfortable with empathizing with the flower I was looking for as well as get an aromoa from the sample jars. Very knowledgeable on products and all the brands around Missouri. It was very obvious hes passionate about cannabis from the service provided as well as just general conversation regarding ingesting and preferred forms. Love the lay out of the store nice and clean always with some great jams on. Wide variety of products all across the board definitely take the opportunity to give them a chance!

We got to Hi-Pointe Cannabis about 15 minutes before they closed. Kate and Summer were very inviting and the energy in this store was filled with positivity and good vibes . Even though they had a long day and were closing soon they did not rush us and took time to explain the products and also make some suggestions of some brands we were unfamiliar with. Kate’s positive vibes along with her passion for cannabis was palpable. Highly recommended and will be back again when in town.

I’ve been here 5-6 times now and this time was my first issue otherwise the place has been very nice and helpful but today I asked for full gram cartridge suggestions twice and was shown all the strains available chose one and was sold a half gram which I don’t buy at the current pace of my smoking they tend to cost more and last far less obviously just like when thing are reiterated to make sure you get what you asked for not the case this time never once was told it was only available in a half gram or not, nothing. I paid the same amount for a half gram as I normally budget for a full. Be nice to know what I’m getting before I pay for it.

Context is important. Apparently the employee I talked to was threatened by someone earlier and was on edge. I get it but I had no way of knowing. Anyway, the manager was great and will look forward to my first visit soon.

Way better than the average dispensary. The budtenders are much more knowledgeable and friendly, the dispensary itself is very attractive and open inside, and the brand selection is pretty top notch! They have Vibe, Lush Labs, Smokiez, Timeless and more of the must have brands. Prices are also the same or cheaper that most dispensaries which made for a good surprise at check out!

The will always try to upsell you which gets annoying when you come in for something particular and you have to tell them no like they are a cars salesman. The girl that was helping seemed annoyed that I didn’t have a preference for a strain and when I asked if I had any points during checkout she made a remark that it was “the wrong time to ask that”? Didn’t get a thanks or see you next time, just silence after handing me my goods. We all have jobs to do, don’t get annoyed at a customer when you have to put in minimum effort for yours. Most of my experiences here have been pleasant but this time made me not wanna come back.

This is the BEST dispensary in the city! They have a great variety of product and the staff is so knowledgeable. If your not sure what you need or what is right for you, the staff said that there are no stupid questions. Ask away. One thing I enjoyed about Hi Pointe is the way they display the flower. Youre able to see,and smell, before you buy. Most places make you shop off of an ipad... not the case here. No dispensary around has the class this place does. The decor, the product, and the staff are all top notch in my opinion!

Terrible experience. I tried coming in as a first time customer and the person working with glasses and beanie rudely asked what I wanted because they were in the process of closing up. I really hope the management can do something about better customer service.
