I was heading to work and saw VaporWize on the way in. They just opened a couple of weeks ago and it is really cool! They have a great tasting bar and have all kinds of juices to mix whatever flavor you want. Tara made me a flavor called breaking bad and it was great! Its my new favorite juice flavor! great looking store, great prices and GREAT service! I will be back soon!

I had been going to this shop periodically for over a year. Loved it. Had a bumper sticker. Luckily, I hadnt put it on yet. I bought a new piece that was really pretty. I believe I spent $45. It broke 2 days later. The piece that opened the tank up broke off. Then over the next couple of days, all of the juice came out all over my nightstand. I wanted a refund. They said they would replace it. The replacements battery compartment keeps popping back open and then it takes forever to start working again. I didnt even bother going back because I was told I wouldnt get a refund no matter what. I understand not refunding money because someone decides they dont want it or whatever, but selling me a faulty device should get me a refund.

First time in and first time vaping. The guy in the store was extremely helpful!!! I had no idea how to get started and he helped me out. He took the time to help me find one of my now many favorite flavors!! :D Granny Caramel was the one I had to have today, cant wait for my next new flavor! Two thumbs up! Thanks for all of your help!!!

My friend took me to VaporWize on Tuesday, July 8th and I have literally been back everyday this week! I absolutely LOVE my new vapor cigarette!!!! They have tons of flavors to choose from and I had NO idea what I was doing!!!! They are extremely polite and helpful! I wish the best to them and hope that they remain in business!!!!!!!

I used a different shop before I found this one. Vaporwize house juice is good and HALF the price of the place I used to go to. They have an extensive selection amd inventory on EVERYTHING. All of the workers Ive encountered have been extremely helpful and friendly, Savannah in particular. I wish I had found it sooner.

I went here for the first time on August 12 and bought a unit for $60, September 3 the thing breaks down so I take it in. They confirm it’s not batteries and that the unit is defective. Then I’m told they don’t do returns at all, I had a receipt and only bought the unit not a tank but somehow they can’t replace it. They say to contact the Smok manufacturer but the only contact number I can find leaves me on hold and I’ve never gotten a human. I wish I knew up front that there was a zero return policy here. I didn’t even get a month of use for my $60.

I love this place !!! Great products . Always greeted with smiles and AWESOME conversation . They always have exactly what I NEED. My favorite Vape shop. If you havent gone there yet..get THERE. Youll love it !!!

I had just gotten done visiting with Elijah and wanted a quick cigarette so I stopped in here to see the by chance sell cigarettes as well as vapor. No such luck. They do not sell cigarettes. I still give them four stars for being friendly enough to tell me where the nearest gas station was that does sell cigarettes.

I have spent a few hundred dollars here and today they lost my business.Yesterday was my birthday so a friend and I went into the store to get some pods for the Orion. He bought them for me as a gift. I walk into the store, one of the workers was playing a video game on a laptop the entire time I was in there. The other one helped me out. I said I am looking for lost vape Orion pods, and he threw me the only package they had left. Transaction complete. I got home, opened and filled one of the pods and my device wasnt firing. The next morning, I go back into the shop just to find out that they sold me the pods for the wrong model. He said it was his fault for not asking the model ahead of time and just assumed that the only Orion pods he had left were the ones for the wrong mode -rushing the transaction. He said to upgrade my device on my computer, so I went home, updated it, and it still didnt work. So I go back to the store. He said let me text the boss man and see what I can do. So there I am, just waiting for his boss to respond to his text when a call was probably more convenient. The bosss response was that they couldve switched them out if I didnt fill the pod up (how am I supposed to know if it works without trying it out), but on top of that, they didnt even have these common pods in stock. This was on my birthday, and as I left, the worker said try and have a nice rest of your day. They didnt do anything to reimburse my friends card as these were technically a gift or even helped me get the pods I needed on my birthday.I decided to take my business to somewhere else. Three minutes away was another store called Titanium Vapor. I walked in, they probably had over 150 packs of pods for the device I have. The owner was playing an online game and signed out immediately and welcomed me as I entered the store. He was patient and let me try 8 different house made flavors (something Vaporwize does not even have) even though he just knew I was looking for pods. There was one that I REALLY liked, and he even filled up my device on my way out. He even offered to walk me through the settings on my Orion DNA if I brought in a laptop. On top of this, he told me about the BOGO FREE juice deal that they run EVERYDAY from 7-8 am. He was extremely knowledgeable on every device, even let me hit his own with a disposable mouthpiece. He shook my hand, introduced himself (and his dog) to me, signed me up for his rewards program, and said happy birthday man! I hope you have a great one!Both of these places are less than 5 mins away from my house. I still have a bunch of rewards I could use at Vaporwize, as I have been building them up for a year or two, but I dont even care. I know where I will take my business from now on - not here. - JustinEdit: also its sad that the last response from the Vaporwize owner was 6 months ago. Titanium Vapor responded to my review 7 hours after I posted it.

They have a huge e-juice selection! I was able to try a number of fruit flavors I love. Great prices and the store is sharp and clean. Best service by far! Good job!

The only shop in Saint Louis that has coils for a gnome tank on a wismec gen 3 releux. Ian was super helpful and made my day just for having those coils. (if only you knew how much I was spending to order these coils smh). I will go out of my way to visit more often!

My favorite vape store in St Louis, amazing customer service and they gave me a wonderful deal after someone stole my vape pen. It’s a further drive for me to get to this vape shop, but I gladly make it each time.

Extremely friendly atmosphere. Tons of juices and mods to choose from. If you go I highly recommend speaking to Savannah shes extremely nice and can help you figure the perfect juice/mod for you.

This is a great place. Very helpful if you are just getting into or trying to quit smoking, big variety of flavors to choose from. Will for sure visit again, wish we had a place like this out here in rural Missouri. Thanks Vapor Wize..

Whatever youre looking for they probably got it. Huge variety of juice, mods, tanks, and anything else youd need. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Id recommend checking it out.

MAX is by far the MOST HELPFUL and customer oriented employee Ive met there.They are VERY accommodating and FRIENDLY!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING IN AND LEAVING SATISFIED.

The new staff doesnt have any idea about any of the products, how are they able to work here when they cant answer anyones questions or even help them? This place has gone bad since New owners bought it, their never there to run the store, what type of owners dont run their own store?? Id be there all the time if I owned this store!

Initially when I went here and spent $160 I thought the service was good. But less than one month went back because of quality issues with what I purchased and the service was not what I expected. I wont be spending anymore here.

This is a one stop shop with a lot of educational tips about vaping. The people there are super nice and always helpful.

I go here every weekend. They dont care if you buy anything, there just happy your there. I have to say though there 100ml of juice is the cheapest in town so youll always leave with something in your hand, even if you came not wanting to buy anything.

Well I vapor and they have what I smoke and have sizes of larger sizes just for 19.99 which is a great deal

Bought a vapor a month ago and when I went back to buy coils for it, they informed me they didnt carry them yet....why sell a product that you dont have supplies for???
